Would recommend this app to everyone. **What do you dislike about Drive Connect?** This comes with a 10 year membership which is too long as technology space is evolving everyday. I am not sure if I would want to use this product 2 years down the lane. It would be great if lock in period can be reduced. Due to this we have stopped using the app now. **Recommendations to others considering Drive Connect:** USe the free version as it allows 2 templates to be used. **What problems is Drive Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a software which has a similar interface to other google products that we use such as drive and drive connect helps us with that. The best feature is the ability to integrate Google Drive and Salesforce, making work much easier. **What do you dislike about Drive Connect?** One thing that irritates me is the mobile application's bugs. You'll have to restart the software every now and then. You will need to become familiar with the format required for entering data into Google Docs. **What problems is Drive Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most significant issue I am resolving is the issue of not recording data and time management. It's very convenient to be able to bring up notes right away. It's also nice to not have to enter the information into Salesforce later in the day with Drive Connect. ### 7. Their automation features allowed us to reduce costs even more, as we were planning on having to create our folder structure via Workato, but Drive Connect does it all. Couldn't recommend the app more. **What do you dislike about Drive Connect?** I don't like the minimum purchase of 10 users, which costs 160 euro per month. I don't understand this. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend to use the free version upto 10 users with a maximum of 2 templates. **What problems is Drive Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** From installation to setup to daily use, the interface is entirely intuitive and the tool works the way you would expect. It leverages much if not all of the common UI that you've already grown accustomed to using Google Drive and the Google File Picker. Merge templates are an equally notable highlight as surfacing fields for insertion and testing those fields for validation is a quick and painless process. ### 8. I started with the free version to see if this was a possible application in my day-to-day sales process. After two months, I introduced this to my team, and we signed on for the paid version. For anyone who needs to work with Salesforce and is familiar with Microsoft Word and Google Docs, this is a no-brainer. Drive Connect works from your desktop or your smartphone. I believe it only syncs with Salesforce, but not SAP or shared drive or dropbox files.
