I can build serverless workflows without setting up infrastructure, which is a huge plus. I love the prebuilt actions and triggers—they save tons of time when connecting tools like Slack, Notion etc. The ability to write custom code in each step gives me full flexibility without needing a full backend deployment. **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** The UI, while functional, could be more polished and intuitive in places — especially when managing many workflows. Debugging complex workflows with multiple steps can sometimes be tricky without better visual cues or step-level status indicators. The free tier is generous, but limits on invocations and retention can be restrictive for heavier use cases. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Pipedream to automate internal tasks like syncing lead data, enriching customer profiles, and posting alerts to Slack. It helps reduce manual work and keeps our tools in sync with minimal engineering effort. It's perfect for building quick, reliable automations that would otherwise require a full deployment pipeline. ### 2. You can do it without any coding at all, just like Zapier (but a much cheaper price tag). Or you can create your custom webhooks and run code, great for developers! Pipedream is very generous with their Free plan, unlike most competitors (looking at you Zapier). Makes it very easy for startups or freelancers to get many automations going without having to pay. **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** I don't like how the Basic Plan only includes 1 user, when the Free Plan includes unlimited users. Many people getting started would have to remove all of their users unless they can pay $20 per additional user which ends up making it very expensive. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to connect the Lightspeed Merchant OS API with GoHighLevel. It was a hard task because Lightspeed makes it so hard for people to use their API. Complicated webhook formatting, and API key expires every 30 minutes. Pipedream made it possible. Thank you! ### 3. You can even integrate this easily with any webhook. **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** Navigating the platform can be a chore. They added a new "project" interface which s hard to navigate. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Pipedream extensively to test webhook responses and broken API calls in real-time. Pipedream provides a no code interface that facilitates the creation of workflows without the need for programming. **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** Not all API's are supported by Pipedream.You might have to create your own integration code if you need to integrate with an unsupported API. Pipedream is a sophisticated platform,and mastering its use can take some time.The no-code interface may be constrained if you are not a programmer. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a serverless platform,Pipedream relieves you of the responsibility of overseeing infrastructure and server resources.Starting out and scaling your workflows as necessary are made simple by this. Piperdream is a tool that developers can use to automate their continous integration and delivery procedures. They can design a workflow that automatically builds and releases their code to the live environment or that notifies users via email each time a new deployment occurs. ### 5. The learning curve seems a bit steep and keeps me away from starting new projects. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating meeting minutes into my second brain. ### 6. To create workflows, that make more easy my job. **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** the workflow update process is not so obvious.You need to click the "Deploy" or "Publish" button to make your workflow "live", and you are informed when you have new undeployed changes to the workflow. How to send emails to clients, with certain information,connect applications in any workflow. I can send messages through the Slack API, I can read data from a database, I can read data from the CRM, and I can schedule cron jobs to execute them in a specific DateTime or interval. I can do many other things in Pipedream **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** I dislike the v1 workflow interface, it's awful. I dislike the documentation, sometimes it is difficult to find something. I would like to have some documentation about npm and how to use it effectively. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipedream is solving integration between systems. It allows connecting software in a fast way. For example, you don't have to configure a repo, build a serve-side software and then deploy it on your own. You only have to configure a Pipedream workflow and also you can code there! =) ### 15. Pipedream takes the burden off developers with an easy to use tool and makes authenticating API's a breeze. In addition, Pipedream has a very accommodating free plan and a fair pricing system. I love it! **What do you dislike about Pipedream?** What I still miss is something like a conditionals step. At the moment, workflows are still single-path. But as I see on Github, a solution seems to be already in the pipeline. **What problems is Pipedream solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very easy way to create quick integrations at a fair price for customers. It is very versatile with the ability to use tons of NPM packages that can be easily integrated into steps. ### 16.
