"Time-Saving Automation with Seamless App Integration"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier mainly to automate repetitive tasks and connect different apps I use daily. It helps me save time by automatically moving data between tools like email, forms, and productivity apps, reducing manual work, and keeping my workflow organized. What I like most about Zapier is how easily it connects different apps and automates tasks without the need for coding. This feature stands out because it saves a lot of time in my daily workflow, letting everything run in the background and allowing me to focus on more important work. I use Zapier with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and form tools for collecting data, which helps me automatically transfer information, send notifications, and keep everything synced, making my workflow much smoother. The initial setup of Zapier was quite easy, with basic automations quick to create and the interface being user-friendly. Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10 for being very useful for automation, saving a lot of time, and connecting many apps smoothly, which makes daily work much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

One thing that could be improved is the pricing, which can feel a bit expensive as automation needs grow. Also, setting up more complex workflows can take time to fully understand. Making advanced automations simpler and more affordable would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Streamlines Workflows with Powerful, Intuitive Automations"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I really appreciate how it streamlines workflows and seamlessly connects a variety of applications. The platform provides a robust, intuitive interface for building automations, making it easy to set up and manage processes. It has significantly boosted my productivity by reducing the need for manual data transfers between tools. The breadth of available integrations is genuinely impressive. Overall, Zapier has become an indispensable tool for efficient task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Sometimes, unexpected behavior can occur when different applications communicate with one another. Troubleshooting these connections may occasionally take some patience and a bit of technical know-how. Even with these minor hurdles, the efficiency you gain from automating repetitive tasks is often a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Eliminates Tedious Busywork with Effortless Automation"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has saved me hundreds of hours by automating tedious tasks, freeing me up to focus on creative work. I love its modular approach, which allows me to build fairly complex automations. My favorite example is using a spreadsheet to trigger event reminder emails via Gmail. Simply adding a few items to a spreadsheet automatically generates and sends personalized emails, which alone has saved countless hours. Zapier has also tremendously expanded our CRM's capabilities, making it far more powerful than it would be on its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Honestly, there's very little to dislike. The Zap testing feature can sometimes behave a bit unpredictably, but it's a minor inconvenience at most. The zaps themselves always run smoothly in practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Automation, But Expensive for Small Workflows"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier makes automations simple, even for someone without a technical background. It allowed me to connect multiple platforms (like TikTok Lead Ads, Meta Lead Forms, and Google Sheets) so our lead management became much faster and more organized. Once the Zaps are set up, they run reliably in the background and save us a lot of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The biggest downside is the cost. For a basic user like me, Zapier feels more expensive than it should be. I use only a very small portion of the task limits and credits each month (as shown in my screenshot), yet I’m still required to pay for a higher plan just to keep my workflows active. Another issue is that Zapier doesn’t integrate directly with MINDBODY, which is a major platform in the fitness industry. Because of that, I had to use Pipedream as a middleman to make the automation work, adding extra steps and complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Lead Automation and Seamless Integrations with Zapier"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has proven to be a highly effective tool for automating the flow of leads from LinkedIn into our admissions software, Meritto. What stands out most is Zapier’s reliability in handling integrations between platforms that otherwise do not connect natively. This has helped us eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and ensure that leads are captured in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Handling more complex workflows—such as conditional branching or data transformations—still requires careful configuration and can feel limited compared to full scripting environments. Error messages, while helpful, are not always specific enough to pinpoint the exact cause, especially when issues occur at the API level of third-party tools. Additionally, as lead volume scales, the cost of higher-tier plans becomes an important factor to evaluate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier: Effortless Automation That Empowers Teams"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has been the standard in app automation for quite some time. I'm familiar with their platform, and it has grown in ways that are easy to integrate into that understanding and to continue to use going forward.

Zapier was great for allowing our teams to create additional functionality and value for our customers around our product, and took burden off the product team to implement bespoke workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The downsides are very limited. Occasionally there may be a website that is hard to parse for that particular plugin or some small edge case, but Zapier does a nice job of allowing you to rerun and edit the failed zaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Automates Our Workflow—A True Game Changer"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Using Zapier to route our Typeform submissions into Google Sheets has honestly been a game changer for us. The biggest win is how it removes all the boring, repetitive admin work from the process. Instead of manually downloading CSVs or copying responses one by one (…which always ends with someone muttering “there has to be a better way”), Zapier just handles it behind the scenes.

What’s most helpful:

It automates the entire workflow so new Typeform responses appear instantly in our Google Sheet. No delays. No missed submissions. No “Oops, forgot to update the sheet again.”

It keeps everything organized in real time, which makes reporting and follow-ups way easier. You don’t have to hunt for data. It’s exactly where it should be.

It’s truly set-it-and-forget-it. Once the Zap is built, it just… works. Like a tiny digital assistant who never sleeps and never complains.

Upsides we’ve seen:

Huge time savings. What used to take minutes or hours each week now takes zero.

Less human error. No more typos or missed entries. Everything lands perfectly, every time.

Easy to customize. You can choose which fields go where, add filters, or build extra steps if your process grows.

Scales with you. If you need more automations or advanced logic later, Zapier can handle it.

Great for collaboration. Anyone on the team can view the synced data in Sheets without needing access to Typeform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Some setups feel more complicated than they should be. The basics are easy, but the moment you need a multi-step workflow or conditional logic, it becomes a little “okay… where did that setting live again?”

Debugging can be clunky. When something breaks, it takes a minute to figure out why a Zap failed, and the error messages aren’t always crystal clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation and Unmatched Reliability with Zapier"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier’s biggest strength is its reliability and how easy it is to build complex automations without writing code. The interface is extremely intuitive, the learning curve is minimal, and the platform offers one of the widest libraries of integrations available. In our organization, Zapier acts as the central engine that connects our CRM (Pipedrive), marketing tools, lead generation systems, and internal workflows. The speed at which automations run, the transparency in task history, and the overall stability make Zapier a critical part of our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The only downside is that when managing large-scale processes or very advanced logic, some automations require additional workarounds or custom scripting. Certain apps still lack instant triggers, which means some workflows rely on polling and can experience slight delays. Pricing can also increase quickly as task volume grows. However, none of these issues significantly affect the overall value of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way to create custom systems and custom tools for your business."
What do you like best about Zapier?

It's easy to use. And because it's easy to use, it's very economical, as it allows me to connect multiple tools without paying for an additional tool or paying a developer to implement custom solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I have found that a lot of the integrations have limited "action" options, like I can easily integrate tools but there will be a limited list of things can be done. I'm not sure if that's actually a Zapier thing or if it has to do with the tool it's integrating with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making Your Day-To-Day Tasks Simpler With Zapier"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love the ease of use, especially now with the AI-assist features. You can describe what you need, and the AI will preset everything for you. Zapier is honestly a lifesaver, allowing you to automate tedious and repetitive tasks with ease. It's the best tool to use for lead generation. It keeps me and my clients updated in real-time.

Whenever you need assistance, their customer service team is always ready to help. They reply fast and are always very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Nothing in particular. The only thing I'd note, maybe, is having a better time and date format when updating a lead's subscribe date. Just a simple MM/DD/YY would suffice; the signup time isn't as important. They may already have this feature, and I haven't explored it yet. Again, it's a very minor thing. I'm overall happy with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
