What I like most about Zapier is how easy it is to connect multiple tools and automate repetitive tasks without needing advanced technical knowledge. Our team uses several platforms for project management, communication, and data handling, and Zapier allows us to connect them smoothly.Setting up automations (Zaps) is straightforward. The interface is user-friendly, and even team members without a technical background can create workflows after a short learning period. The large number of integrations available is another big advantage because it lets us connect many of the tools we already rely on.Overall, Zapier has helped us automate routine processes such as sending notifications, updating records, and transferring information between applications, which saves a lot of time each week. One limitation is that when workflows become more complex, they may require higher-tier plans. For smaller teams or growing projects, the cost can increase as the number of tasks and automations grows.Another area that could improve is troubleshooting. When a Zap fails, identifying the exact issue can sometimes take time. More detailed debugging guidance or clearer error explanations would make it easier to resolve problems quickly.
