Another issue is that Zapier doesn’t integrate directly with MINDBODY, which is a major platform in the fitness industry. I have found that a lot of the integrations have limited "action" options, like I can easily integrate tools but there will be a limited list of things can be done. I love the ease of use, especially now with the AI-assist features. You can describe what you need, and the AI will preset everything for you. Nothing in particular. The only thing I'd note, maybe, is having a better time and date format when updating a lead's subscribe date. Just a simple MM/DD/YY would suffice; the signup time isn't as important. They may already have this feature, and I haven't explored it yet. Again, it's a very minor thing.
