What I love most about Zapier is how widespread it is. Almost every tool I use has a Zapier integration or the ability to do webhooks, which Zapier allows for. Sometimes the AI can really help with troubleshooting, but it's hit or miss. I haven't found that it's reliable all the time. I use Zapier free plan to integrate Google Forms with Slack, so whenever someone submits a form, a message appears in a channel my team uses. It saves me the hassle of checking the form manually and makes sure I see new submissions right away. Setting up the Zap was straightforward.
