**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

It can book appointments and there's a lot of complex things you can set up

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Their customer support is horrible. They suddenly add extra fees, doubling the cost without informing about this. Despite three months of continued efforts to resolve this with them they do not reply but just keep sending new invoices. Now they don't want to cancel my subscription because there are outstanding invoices - the fraudulent invoices... it's a scam

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing Calendly couldn't resolve at a fraction of the price

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chilli Piper fills a gap for us that our CRM can't. CP allows us to set up complex rules on our contact forms so that we can redirect our customers to the correct product expert. The CSM support from Shon is top-notch. He explains things clearly and easily, so even if you aren't technical you can understand. I find getting a one-on-one with Shon super easy to walk through any questions I have.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

It is a bit technical at times (html and java input) but there are good articles to get around that. The Help Centre articles could do with a bit of updating eg. How to set up a queue from start to finish including the inbound router requirements for mapping.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to segment customers based on their need and redirect them to the right place. We have 3x different products so this is crucial for us. Hubspot does not have this functionality, so Chilli Piper has manage to patch that issue for us.

Easy to implement. Fair distribution of leads to the Sales area. The frequency of use is daily in our company, we have not had any bugs in the system to date. A great integrator

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

It is easy to set up and use. I was able to set up several meeting types within a few minutes. If you need to make changes, it is intuitive to figure out the platform.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

I have only found one thing I do not like about Chili Piper. When you send the link out the guest form "invite additional guests" section is not super user friendly. I have had customers email me saying they are only able to add one other email address here. I know that if you hit enter you can type in multiple email addresses by repeating these steps but many users may not know to do this automatically.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrates with Salesforce and Zoom. This allows customers to book time on my calendar whenever they would like. It is quite helpful for our Customer Success efforts.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper is smart, easy to implement and impacts our business even when we're closed for the night. With Chili Piper, I'm confident that demos booked on our website are properly routed and will convert better than our previous methods.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

So far, I like everything about the product. I think the only thing on my wishlist is to be able to copy routers instead of having to make a new one every time.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Chili Piper, my company had an outdated method of booking inbound leads. We would send an email to our SDRs and they would call "dibs" in Slack. They would then call the lead during business hours. For the prospect, this was a tough experience. They came to our site looking for a demo and got a cold call instead. For our team, it meant that anyone who came inbound after 5pm or on the weekend would probably have moved on, forgotten or gotten frustrated with us by the time an SDR would be able to reach out. With Chili Piper, prospects can book their meeting with us in less than 30 seconds. It's changed the game!

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I really like the useability and the untethered access we're given to internal success & service support. Our CSM has been world class in helping us ensure proper configuration and maintenance of our instance.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

We were promised, OOTB,  the functionality of what was at the time a new feature in development: Distro. This compelled us to initiate the contract, and to go from an in-house solution to leveraging Chili Piper. 

Heading into renenwal a year later we were told that there was nothing that could be done about this, and we were forced to expand on our existing contract to leverage Distro. 

Difficult situation for both parties, sure. But I do think more could have been offered or done to remedy this significant misalignment. An expensive one at that.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a simple plug and play interface that can easily integrate, and build the bridge between your prospects/customers and GTM teams.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I absolutely love the fact that Chili Piper integrates seamlessly with Google and Salesforce. It makes it so much more convenient to schedule appointments for clients, regardless of their location or time zone. The integration also allows me to see my meetings in advance and I can easily share screens with up to multiple teams each week - something many of my clients have come to appreciate thanks to its efficiency! What's more, when a meeting is scheduled, a quick summary is displayed to ensure everything is documented correctly, making life easier for me as the booker/scheduler, as well as for the people I book on their behalf.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

I don't like how difficult it can be to integrate software with CRM systems. Thankfully, Chili Piper has made integrating routing software much easier, thanks to its team of experts and customer success professionals who have worked with countless companies in the past. If you find that their easy-to-use UX/UI is something you struggle with, but still want to use this service, take advantage of what Chili Piper's Customer Success team has to offer to make your transition easier.

With Chili Piper, I no longer have to worry about coordinating multiple calendars and schedules. Now it's easy to quickly find a time that works for everyone without having to manually go searching emails. It saves me so much time and aggravation.

The lead routing is pretty robust. Lot of features and options to configure to just the way you want. Once set up, it can be pretty easy set-it-and-forget-it outside of reporting. Customer support has been pretty posivitve and responvie

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

The UX is a little clunky and setting up AND/OR logic to lead routing has virtually no safe-guards for easy-to-make mistakes. The process on the front end can run a little slow which is not ideal.

Helping us connect with leads faster by showing a Rep's availability to a qualified lead at the time of submitting the demo request form.

Routing queues for different groups easy to spin up and create variations.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Queues do not follow order, balance, or next up as advertised. Support cannot explain why.

Insane price hike a week before renewal when they knew we couldn't rip and replace within a week. Didn't budge on price increase despite us giving notice to cancel the next term - must be a corporate decision to bolster revenue for the next few quarters even if it kills renewals. Terrible partners, look forward to replacing this tool.

I can go back and listen to my calls and product demos to see what I can improve on and see if I missed something the customer said to close the sale.

I am new to using it just 3 months so I am not an expert of scripts, setting which type of email to send for the different demos I set up. Example if it is a demo or a follow up call.

I never miss a meeting or follow up.  Sync's to my calendar.  Great way to track all events.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili piper has highly robust integration capabilities; we have seamlessly integrated it with google workspace and Slack. Allowing us to easily manage customer and prospect information, schedule meetings, and track lead progress without switching between multiple systems. We have leveraged ChiliPiper's integration with Gmail to schedule conferences and send reminders on the panels easily. It allows booking sessions with clients when various teams in different locations are involved. It also has a user-friendly and simple-to-use interphase, which anyone on the team can easily use despite their skills in using ChiliPiper. The platform has made it easy for us to connect with customers and prospects and track important information about them.

The tool also provides automatic email reminders that are useful in optimizing our sale process, thus reducing the workload and eliminating the need to remember or write down calls by hand with the risk of them being lost.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper does not always correctly reflect time zone changes when booking in advance, which may lead to confusion and stress around time changes, especially when booking with international customers.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chili Piper helps us automatically set up client meetings conveniently for both of us. It has helped us eradicate the issue of double booking meetings as it shares our calendar with clients.  Chili Piper also provides a set of lead routing, tools, analytics, and reporting features that help our businesses track the performance of our sales and marketing efforts. It allows us to manage and qualify leads, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow the progress of each prospect.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper makes scheduling simple and clear. It has a great user interface, a quick setup process, and offers numerous helpful features like scheduling by appointment type or allowing multiple people to be assigned to a booking. The calendar is also very intuitive, allowing for easy access to all appointments in one place. When on the platform it's a breeze figuring out everything from scheduling an appointment, generating reports, making calls, and responding to emails - making it very easy for staff members to keep up.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

When syncing with Outlook or Gmail, my schedule often appears to be off by one hour. The settings appear correct and they will sync back up but sometimes I will open the calender on a different day and my schedule will jump to a different day causing problems with lead management and other tasks.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling is one of the biggest problems with client management. Being able to schedule client appointments is critical to ensuring you don't miss out on a crucial booking, and scheduling time for your team to call clients is key to ensuring you can successfully manage your marketing campaigns. With Chili Piper, I'm able to schedule all of my appointments in one place, keeping track of everything easily, and I'm able to keep track of my team's progress easily and quickly by having a clear calendar that we can all access.

I haven't encountered anything that I dislike.

Specifically with my role, chili piper allows visitors to our G2 profile to request and schedule a demo directly from the site without being redirected to an outside landing page. It has helped increase the number of requested meetings.

I really enjoy the interface of Chilli Piper. It makes everything look quite simplified & organized & this is what I need during my busy workdays. Something that doesn´t complicate my routine.

I had a little trouble in the beginning regarding the time zones & organizing the meetings at the appropriate hour. This led to a few mismatches & looked less professional on my part. I´d have liked if I could see what time zone the other person is on.

The main problem that Chilli Piper solves for me is keeping track of all my meetings & scheduled discussions at one place. I can just go on the list from one tap & have a look at my planned calendar.

Comfort and receiving my appointments directly on Salesforce. An excellent tool for organizing meetings with the people with whom we need to connect daily to do our job successfully. Simplicity and speed in getting the tasks in a very comfortable way. I don't have many complaints about the product, I have typically used other similar ones, but this is the one that has given me the best result. It is a tool that I recommend to anyone who needs support when organizing a call schedule. So it is a tool that reduces the workload, eliminating the fact that you have to remember or write down calls by hand with the risk of them being lost, misplaced and thus losing contacts or rings that can be very significant. In summary, it is a comfortable tool for the user.

Bugs sometimes, and if you have another colleague, the appointments go automatically to another colleague instead of you. It doesn't always happen, but there is room for improvement if we want to provide an excellent service. The interface is simple, and you don't need special knowledge to understand how the tool works. I don't think it's a wrong tool, but there is always room for improvement. With a better polish, it would be perfect. Am I right?

To sort my appointments out and make them right.  An excellent tool for organizing meetings with people we need to connect daily to do our job successfully. The most annoying thing about phone appointments is forgetting to call at a particular time. Still, the system sends you email notifications an hour before each call and then 15 minutes before the ring, so if you forget, you have a severe memory problem. The tool makes you remember the hours and contacts you have to call throughout the day in an organized and transparent way. This is an obvious benefit for my workflow.

As a Customer Success Manager, I use Chili Piper every day to manage my book of business and for me, it's very convenient.  It's quite easy to schedule calls with the tool and it gives flexibility by setting up custom schedules, invitation emails, and reminders. It can be integrated with Gmail which I love the most. In particular, Chili Piper can generate mutual slots with recipients added to the email which makes it much easier to schedule calls for the clients when multiple teams in different locations are involved.

It would be nice to have a search bar on the dashboard to look for a particular feature/meeting type. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to navigate because there are many functionalities within each section. Other than that, Chili Piper is great!

Chili Piper is the best solution I've found for reducing the fall off happens between demo request and demo booked. As a digital marketer, we know that every time you require an interaction from a user it leads to fall off. Couple that with having to coordinate times via email, and it grows exponentially!

Chili Piper's system puts the calendar in front of them when it counts and best of all it puts the RIGHT calendar in front of them with the sophisticated routing tools, booker and criteria. We can also ensure that it effectively gets to the correct owner or through our round robin for different teams based on the criteria filled out on the form.

The product is nice; it helps you get inbound demo requests booked onto a rep's calendar. This helps with conversion rates and limits the number of people we need to follow up on inbound leads.

Every time I have an interaction with ChiliPiper it isn't good. 

Support: Never fixes the issues or answers the questions. Once, they broke our whole routing queue on a service call and the support rep didn't know how to fix it. 

After the renewal, we paid our invoice and they came back trying to say there was a mistake and they are changing our prices; this is against the TOS they have, but it was a last-minute effort to raise the price on us again. 

They should all take a break from posting how great they are on LinkedIn and service their customers.

Routing leads to calendars is the primary value ChiliPiper provides. We do not use the meeting links as we have other software that we use for the meeting links.

Tighter integrations with our marketing automation platform would be helpful to use outside of lead generation. There are simple work arounds and chili piper has been a partner to help MOPs be at the for front of the tool.

I love that Chili Piper is seamlessly integrated with Google & Salesforce to allow me to book clients with members of multiple teams within one click of a button, and for customers to book with me easily within their time zone. I meet with 10+ customers per week and screen share to book multiple calls with different teams seamlessly through the Chili Piper and Salesforce integration. I have been asked numerous times what booking tool I'm using because clients are always impressed by the sleek performance of the tool. I love that there is a summary of the meeting booked after booking to allow for immediate confirmation/note taking. Chili Piper has been a game changer for me at work!

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

There are multiple time zones represented, despite the current time zone (i.e. when booking with international customers, I do confirm what their current time is before booking in Chili Piper because there could be seasonal differences). Time zone changes are not always reflected properly, too, when booking in advance and I have run into issues where I think I am booking for Eastern Time, but then the time changes as scheduled, but the time is not updated/reflected in the tool. This gets complicated and causes stress around time changes. I have had several customers let me know that Outlook/Office 365 does not automatically provide call reminders from Chili Piper, therefore they have missed meetings or been late. Google does not have this same issue.

Chili Piper is making my job easier everyday. I am seamlessly able to be on a call with customers from multiple time zones and see what will work best for everyone, and book meetings accordingly without having to do any mental math. As a Sales Development Representative, Chili Piper makes scheduling meetings for my Account Executives smooth and seamless. It integrates with all the apps I use so I don't have to leave the browser I'm on (during the call) to see the AE's current availability and book the meeting. It even has a round-robin that tells me which AE to schedule the next meeting with, so I don't have to keep track of that!

Once I book the meeting with the AE, I no longer have ownership of that meeting and can't make adjustments. If the prospect notifies me that they need to reschedule for a different time, I have to coordinate with the AE to get it rescheduled. Honestly, it could be something that is in the settings that needs to be adjusted on our end in order to have that functionality. It hasn't been a big issue, really. Just something that I would change if I could.

There are some features that look attractive and may become useful as they continue developing the tool. Support was also as helpful as they could be given a faulty product.

Our sales rep showed us a variety of features that weren't possible. It took about 2 months to fully integrate due to a number of bugs and technical requirements that weren't disclosed upfront. Ultimately, onboarding the tool just took more of our time than it saved with any automation features.

The feature that worked best was instant booker - it's nice to be able to quickly drop a few meeting times into an email in a way that's visual and clickable

The partner gets notified a few times before the meeting and he/she can stay prepared or even reschedule it. The overall interface is friendly & I can easily access my calendar.

Since I´m calling different time zones, it´s always a task figuring that out. I wish it were better integrated into the UI. When I went to edit the meeting times, I saw the time zones but it wasn´t clear enough since after confirming the change, I got a different time than the one that I selected.

I make many calls in a day & it´s very easy to lose track of some of them. Chili Piper solves this problem for me by organizing all my meetings in one place & sending them in at the right time.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

It removes so much friction from our scheduling and handoff process: suggest a few times, book a meeting, auto handoff from SDR to AE, remind the prospect to join, and all of that is tracked in Salesforce with no added work - it's magic. Their support - both product support and customer success - is the most impressive and helpful I've experienced.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Nothing to report here. When I run into trouble, the Chili Piper Team provides a creative solution, makes an enhancement, or helps me explain to my stakeholders why we shouldn't be trying to do what we're doing anyway (with data to back it up).

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We planned to use Chili Piper "for scheduling'" (obvious, right?) coming from Calendly, but we're doing SO much more after just 6 months:
-Our SDRs book for Prospects on behalf of AEs, and that's how we (round robin) handoff Leads in Salesforce automatically from the openers to the closers
-We use the auto-created Events in Salesforce for Activity and No Show reporting
-We just launched an in-app link that allows new customers who meet specific criteria to instantly book a call with Sales, which generates a Lead in Salesforce automatically (representing an upgrade Opportunity)
-When a Spanish-speaking prospect reaches out, a Spanish Queue and Meeting Types enable quick handoff to our bilingual team, with the invite and reminders sent to the prospect in their preferred language
-Our Customer & Partner Success teams use Chili Piper to suggest meeting times to customers for things like monthly check-ins, QBRs, escalations, etc.
-When a new client signs up, they can instantly book with a member of our one-to-many CS team and meetings are evenly distributed via Round Robin
-When multiple internal folks need to be involved in a client meeting, Chili Piper automates that for us so we don't have to manually compare calendars
-Soon we'll start using Chili Piper to create Contacts & Cases in Salesforce as part of our Onboarding Handoff process
-Users talking with our Support Bot can book a call using the Chili Piper integration with that bot - this automatically schedules a call for them with our Phone Team, who was previously going back and forth to find mutual availability via email
-Bottom line: Chili Piper saves us time and smooths out SO many previously painful processes

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

One of the best meeting booking tools for Hubspot CRM and MAP, also an Industry leader for Hubspot users. 

Creating multiple teams (Team segmentation based on country, and company size) and adding round robin for each team.

Conditional lead routing can be done using the conditions.
1. To route country-specific: We can host our own Inbound web form on the landing page and not necessarily Hubspot form, and then we can use IP stack (A mini tool) to enrich the country details. 
2. To route by company size: As I see in Hevo’s demo page, we collect company size as a field and we can use that in our Chilipiper form to route the leads

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Cost - 400$ for 4 Inbound concierge licenses and it will add 45$ each for additional licenses.

Requires tool knowledge to set up and create new processes. Their onboarding team will help us on all the steps but managing, and monitoring closely requires more attention to the tool

Setting up the custom properties in Chilipiper and mapping that to Hubspot needs advanced reporting skills and tool experience.

Using our custom Inbound form on the website (Hubspot forms don't allow customization)  and Lead routing.

Meeting reports and dashboard in Chilipiper are used for our weekly,monthly and quarterly analysis

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper has taken the hassle out of scheduling and seamlessly improved our accessibility to our members. Clients can look directly at your schedule and find a time that works best for them without the redundant back and forth trying to agree on a date or time. We have had amazing customer service from the Chili Piper team and assisting with any issues or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

As a medical insurance provider, we work directly with clients as well as brokers. A lot of the time, the broker would like to be included on the call with the client (2 outside parties). My only feedback would be if there was a way to schedule a single meeting for myself and 2 outside entities if possible. I also would ask if dynamic tag links could be vanity links instead of the full URL link as well as easily add attachments to calendar invites for meetings.

Truthfully, any pain point or issue we've brought to Chili Piper's attention they have been amazing at finding a resolution or working with their team to take in the feedback.

In moving our demo scheduling process to Chili Piper, we were able qualify prospects through a form and only provide the calendar picker to prospects that fit our ICP. This has saved our SDRs a lot of time not having to research each demo lead. The Instant Booker tool has also been incredibly helpful for scheduling meetings while on the phone with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

There were a few kinks getting the Chili Piper code installed with our HubSpot form, but after we got that sorted, it worked seamlessly.

In automating the meeting booking process, we're able to evenly route leads to AEs, improve demo completion rates and better the user experience.

The downside is it does take some time to get the rules just right when you have a large team.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper is filling a gap in the funnel that no other tool was capable of. I already consider CP knowledge a MUST for RevOps career path, and there are no competitors that offer the same solution.

CSM and support are amazing - responsive, fast, proactive, and can handle technical questions. Besides that, CP is sassy, silly, and they make me laugh (I never expect it from a vendor). They have great content all accross the different channels. It has been a fun journey as a customer.

I truly believe in continuous education and they just launched their university + certifications. Highly recommend to any RevOps, MarketingOps, Marketing and DemandGen professionals.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

I am not a big fan of some product/field names. I don't think they are too intuitive.

Self-explanatory to enhance seamless experience with colleagues.
It's tailored to suit an exceptional instant web form scheduling, live calls and video, one-click booking, website embed, advanced lead routing, flexible round-robin, handoff meetings, among other services.
Personally I crown how it enables me to join in online briefing despite being away from country of origin and office I work for.

No worries since it technical support team resolvesd all issues and keeps on developing it, it over delivers its services.

It gives me an easy and practical way to stay in touch with our clients. I can either book meetings directly or share my calendar link to have the client reach out to me when it's most convenient for them.

I wouldn't say I like the automated templates, though the idea behind them is good. It is worded a bit odd in my market language (Croatian). However, I cannot speak for other markets.

It helps me keep in touch with our clients, lets me easily close/open my working hours in the calendar and makes me more productive since I don't need to think about each meeting.
