**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Easy to use, with a responsive support team. It has helped us a lot with our territory assignments by eliminating manual processes and making the overall workflow much smoother.

When I make changes to duplicate nodes, those changes also affect the original node. This makes setting up new routers more time-consuming than it should be.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been helping us with territory assignment and lead routing. Previously, we had several different workflows to accomplish what Chili Piper is doing now, so whenever we had territory changes or changes in our sales team, it was always difficult to track which workflows needed to be updated. As a result, things would sometimes fall through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Chili Piper — both from a product and customer success perspective.

We use Chili Piper for concierge scheduling directly from our website as well as for all of our lead routing, and it’s been a game changer. The platform is powerful, flexible, and critical to how we manage inbound demand and speed-to-lead.

What truly sets the experience apart, though, is our CSM, Tristen. He is hands down the best CSM I’ve worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Even though I’m on Pacific Time and he’s based in Milan, I would gladly wake up at 6:00 am to meet with him — his expertise is unmatched and every conversation delivers real value.

If you’re considering Chili Piper, the product is excellent — and if you’re lucky enough to work with Tristen, you’re in great hands.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

We absolutely love Chili Piper. However, sometimes it is a challenge to debug errors that we are seeing on our own. Thankfully, we have an amazing CSM that helps us get to the bottom of things ASAP

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Chili Piper, our team struggled with manual scheduling and inconsistent lead routing — meaning slower response times, lost conversion opportunities, and a lot of administrative overhead. Chili Piper has solved these problems by automating both inbound scheduling (concierge scheduling from our website) and intelligent lead routing to the right reps in real time.

Because of this, we’ve seen faster speed-to-lead, fewer missed meetings, and a much smoother experience for prospects trying to book time with us. The automation reduces friction for both our team and our customers, frees up time for higher-value work, and ensures leads are routed correctly and quickly without manual intervention.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

My review is specifically for the Concierge and ChiliCal products.

I find the drag-and-drop interface generally intuitive for both end users and admins, and the tool’s database configuration is more than capable for martech admins. I also appreciate the native integration with Pardot forms. In addition, there are plenty of resources and training materials available on their website.

Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the direction of the tool’s capability growth, and the price feels competitive in the market compared with similar players. Our technical account manager has been a brilliant technical and strategic partner in implementing ChiliPiper.

G2 is prompting me to leave a comment about AI—I love that I don’t see any AI nonsense when I use the Concierge and ChiliCal workspaces.

Finally, they do a pretty good job with their hot sauce.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Again, this feedback is specifically for Concierge and ChiliCal.

We’ve had on-and-off technical challenges maintaining the tool’s form and CRM integrations, and it requires ongoing monitoring and maintenance. I also find the UX customization options for the form-submission experience to be lacking. In addition, the speed at which it runs for iframed Pardot form submitters may be contributing to scheduling attrition for us.

Our technical support rep has been incredibly helpful, but it would also be valuable to have access to a faster, frontline support channel for lower-level, less strategic technical issues related to platform configuration.

I would warn ChiliPiper users about two contractual stipulations: 1) a monthly contract is not possible for renewing customers, and 2) your contract will auto-renew after a year, and they’ll hold you to it even if a renewal reminder fails to send.

ChiliPiper lets visitors to our website connect directly with a front-line member of our sales team and schedule time with them.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I love Chili Piper's highly customizable and configurable options. Each of our sellers has different preferences, and Chili Piper is able to handle all of those. It also provides different types of meetings that we can set up, which makes it easy for everybody. The initial setup was very easy, and their customer support and client success team made it even simpler. Additionally, their customer support and client success is fantastic.  They are very responsive to questions and issues.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

They have just about every feature we need, but I am looking forward to an upcoming feature to address the situations where we need collective agreement of time across multiple customers.

We use Chili Piper for scheduling meetings, avoiding the hassle of back-and-forth emails. It lets customers select times, booking meetings directly on our calendars, saving us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Ease of use and small learning curve - there is a lot you can do and once you sort through it all, it's easy to scale. Having our CSM Tevin jump in to ask questions and teach different options to accomplish what we want was extremely helpful. Our sales team had been using Chili Piper, but we wanted to add an instance for our Field Marketing team to use it onsite at conferences and trade shows to bridge the gap from marketing & sales and make it easy for post-event follow-up. Tevin offered a number of options and help build it out with us in demo and manage the nitty gritty testing for us!

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

One thing I'd love to look at Chili Piper for is our pre-event booking and routing. We want to do some handoffs and round robins within the specific team. However, we need to learn and understand a little bit more about having them live on landing pages. Right now, our marketing team uses Qualified and does not use Chili Piper, so there's been a back and forth on where we can have Chili Piper integrated versus Qualified without duplicating efforts or costing the business more.

I use Chili Piper to book meetings on-site at events, instantly integrating them into Salesforce, eliminating lag time, and securing appointments with hot leads.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I like Chili Piper's simple UX. Probably the best thing about Chili Piper is the support. Our CSM has been excellent as a business partner. After the person who originally implemented Chili Piper left the business, I had to take it over. Our CSM still meets with me weekly to troubleshoot our logs and ensure everything's working well. If it's not, she fixes it. This support has been invaluable. I honestly like the product a lot. The system is simple, and the implementation was not complex. Integration with HubSpot and form shortener for ZoomInfo works well together. Chili Piper handles complex workflows which our previous native HubSpot routing could not support.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Honestly its a simple product, with good UI and excellent support.

I use Chili Piper for demo bookings. It handles complex routing and workflows well, which was too complex for our previous platform, HubSpot.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I appreciate the admin UI of Chili Piper as it's easy to navigate and intuitive, which is crucial when managing a large tech stack. The extension integrates perfectly with Gong and allows reps to use the scheduling tool in multiple places, which is very convenient. Being able to schedule time with people while on the phone or insert available timeslots directly into emails being crafted from Gong saves a lot of time for our team. I found the initial setup very easy, and Tevin was phenomenal as a resource during the rollout and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

I don't like the website chat bot. I've tried using it a couple of times but it's not very helpful, doesn't always understand what I'm asking for, and it always leaves me wanting to talk to a person live. It should be able to refer me to the support team more quickly.

Chili Piper streamlines scheduling with personalized calendar links, enhances booking detail tracking, replaces manual processes with its handoff feature, and integrates seamlessly with Gong for time-saving during communication.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I love that Chili Piper integrates directly with our SDRs' calendars, so a prospect simply needs to choose a time that works for them and the meeting is instantly created. The meeting details and funnel information are automatically passed into our CRM, which is really convenient. It lowers scheduling barriers, reduces back and forth communication, and allows prospects to get in touch with our sales team more quickly. Also, I've always found Chili Piper support to be top-notch, very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

One thing I have found confusing in the recent past is that the links to the pre-Fire UI still work (unless this has been addressed). If I accidentally navigate there, settings or data can appear differently or not reflect changes I've made in the Fire UI, which can definitely throw me for a loop. It might be good to sunset or redirect any legacy links.

Chili Piper reduces scheduling friction, allowing prospects to book with our SDRs easily. It lowers barriers, cuts down on back-and-forth communication, integrates with calendars, and automatically updates CRM, making scheduling instant and efficient.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I use Chili Piper for scheduling meetings between our sales team and customers. I love the efficiency, especially how one team member can schedule for another on their behalf, and grabbing open slots for a colleague right on the call is huge. The round-robin scheduling is great for our CS team. The UI is very user-friendly, and the plugin that integrates with other systems allows for quick scheduling from different tools, making it easy for the sales reps. Our support team, specifically Tevon, has been spectacular. The setup was seamless because Tevin Donyes and the team made it easy.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

It would be great if there were alerts to a scheduler on someone's behalf if the owner of the confirmed calendar invite is changed.

I find Chili Piper improves efficiency by allowing team members to schedule for one another during calls and the round-robin scheduling benefits our customer service team.

I use Chili Piper for CHAT and Appointment Scheduling, and I find it to be an intuitive, flexible platform that makes managing these functions straightforward. I appreciate its speed to lead from a website perspective, which helps in locking in interested prospects and making that connection quickly. The support is good, with the backoffice being very thorough and timely whenever assistance is needed.

There can be additional support by Account Management. I have the feeling I will not be reached out until I raise an issue.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Chili Piper has made scheduling and lead routing SO MUCH easier for our team. The obvious benefit is booking meetings instantly. It helps to qualify leads and automatically route them to the right AE based on ownership, distribution rules, or simple round robin. It takes a lot of the manual front-end work off our plate. It has also made a big difference in speed to lead.

The UI is great — it’s clean and intuitive. I especially love the new canvas view to build a router compared to the earlier UI. Integration with our tech stack has been seamless as well.

Customer support has also been excellent. I worked closely with Shon Cunningham during our setup and he made sure we were set up for success from the start. He has always gone above and beyond when I run into routing logic questions or need help thinking through different ways to structure rules. He has a strong understanding of the product, the technical side, and the business context behind what we are trying to do.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

The setup can take some time, especially when you are building routing rules across different regions, teams, ownership logic or distribution. I wish there was a way to automate logging no-shows than manually doing it, would be a huge lift to reporting and downstream nurture.

Before Chili Piper, a lot of our inbound scheduling and routing required manual work, qualification and follow up and by then it was already too late to act. Chili Piper automates that whole front end, especially when it comes to strong fit leads.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I appreciate how Chili Piper routes prospects and customers efficiently for intro calls with our sales team. The form concierge is smoother than Hubspot's meeting scheduler and requires fewer steps for prospects, which removes a point of friction. The best part has been working with our CSM, Shon, who has managed to solve some of the unique processes we have. Shon always makes himself available to help us when we are in a bind.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

Distro has some limitations, but for the most part we found some workarounds. There are a few other quirks we've discovered like not being able to set a default router in handoff - though this may be a feature request on the way. The tool wasn't very intuitive from the start, and we definitely needed assistance from our CSM to build - he was great though!

We use Chili Piper to route prospects for demo/intro calls and triage inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience. It smooths over scheduling, requiring fewer steps than Hubspot, which reduces friction for prospects.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

Customer Success team and implementation have been so responsive. Our routing can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare, but Shon is always exceptionally responsive. Very happy with the level of Support that the main support team offers as well. Going as far as to hop in and apply the fixes if they see something obvious. The little things like that go a long way. Implementation went very well, and considering we use this EVERY day, it has been holding up very well. Most issues have been my own, and Shon is able to spot them very quickly.

Could always use a little more specific weird routing options, but have been able to find work arounds with the team when needed.

**What problems is Chili Piper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of Inbound that have to go to a lot of places, and Chili Piper has been able to handle it without issue. The ease of being able to see the branches in full and how a particular prospect fell down the branches has been great for quick troubleshooting.

I really like Chili Piper's support team. They have been fabulous, and I've never seen such a helpful support team before. They resolve issues with little miss-understanding or time delays; they're always instant quick. The team consists of technical experts who provide answers directly without having to connect me with another team member. They always offer clear instructions on how to do things. This makes Chili Piper's support the best I've ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Chili Piper?**

There's very little that can be improved. Maybe some more global admin settings so that we can update users in Chili Piper's profile pictures. We can update their personal pages and such. Maybe some additional app actions for distro so that we can have the spam filtering and things like that inside of Distru. The Apollo integration with Chili Piper is not fully fleshed out just yet.

Chili Piper solves our complicated lead routing and allows direct customer chatting customized by page visits. It enables instant meeting bookings without waiting. Their chat functionality increased our inbound chat leads by nearly 200%.

I like Chili Piper for its ease of use; it's really a set it and forget it system. When you need to customize things, it's pretty easy to do. The best thing about it is that it just works without any issues. Once I familiarized myself with it, the initial setup was pretty easy, only taking a few hours. I would give it a 10/10 and would 100% recommend it to anyone with a use case.

**What do you like best about Chili Piper?**

I use Chili Piper for call booking and assignment. I like the ease of the algorithm and decision tree. It's easy to understand, so even if you didn't build it, you would be able to understand why something happened. The decision tree assignment helps us clearly see why someone was assigned to a particular rep or not. I also appreciate that they are always coming out with new features. The setup was smooth and easy to follow, and we haven't had to make too many updates.

The email design for meeting confirmations and reminders could be improved. I would also like the ability to hyperlink text in email.

If I were to “like” things about this tool, here’s what stands out about it:
-Seamless Scheduling – The way it eliminates back-and-forth emails for booking meetings is slick. You can just pick a time and have it automatically synced with calendars. It’s like magic for productivity.
- User-Friendly Design 
But if I need to choose the “best” thing, I’d say the instant meeting scheduling that reduces friction for both leads and teams—it’s the feature that really transforms the workflow.

The major things that put our company to stop using Chili Piper were for sure the costs, compared to the fact that it had loads of customizations limits.

It's very easy to navigate sales calendar and book meetings without sending manual emails. As business scheduler is quite good and it saved time to my daily worfklow a lot.

There are some features Calendly offered that don't seem to be accessible under my organization Chili Piper account. For example, creating personal buffer times between calls is something I valued in Calendly, and would have to ask my Admin to create for me in Chili Piper.

This lets my customers schedule time with me, which eliminates the usual back-and-forth of, “Are you free Tuesday between 2 and 4 pm?” “No?” “Okay, what about Wednesday at 9 am?”

Initial setup wasn't too easy either, as some functionalities had to be re-evaluated and rebuilt completely to accommodate Chili Piper's functionalities and limitations.

Chili Piper helps us to route demos to the right team easily. Before, we had problems with non ICP filling up the calendar which was messy and ruined reporting too. I love the Spam filter which stops fake emails ever making it to a demo booking. Also brilliant that I can use Chili Piper in-app too, so it's not only top of the funnel -- I can use it for upsells and Support too. Love working with the team and our CSM, Radu.

What I like best about Chili Piper is how directly it ties scheduling to revenue outcomes, reducing time in booking demos. What I mainly noticed is the instant lead conversion, the easiness of usage and the perfect Hubspot integration which shorten a lot our scheduling process.

A few things I dislike about Chili Piper is its admin dependency. Small changes (territory tweaks, new queues, edge-case routing) often require a knowledgeable admin. It’s not very self-serve for non-technical ops or marketing users. Last but not least is the pricing, very high compared to other schedulers app.

I just started using it this week and really do enjoy it.  It's very easy to customize your settings to speficy exactly how you want your meeting invites to look.  I really do like the calendar integrations as well so you can share it with anyone even those outside your org.  It makes it a lot easier to schedule.

There are competing products that do this but Chili Piper isn't as clunky as the outlook scheduler.
