**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I really like that multiple users can access JustCall with their own login. It's great that multiple teammates can message the same person, continue conversations, and it's visible to all teammates. This feature really helps streamline communication within the team.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I would have originally said the lack of a notes feature, but it looks like JustCall just added that in, so it's an improvement already. I also think that the ability to emoji a conversation or text thread would be a good addition.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JustCall for quicker communication. It allows multiple users to access it with their own login, enabling teammates to message the same person and continue conversations that are visible to all.

Auto dilaer helps make calls very quicly. Integrated with Hubspot. No delay with prospects pick up

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Hubspot call outcomes have to be entered separately so you have to input two call outcomes for them to sync over

A lot of clicks before making the next dial

No way to know when your phone number is marked as spam

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to make calls much faster than traditional click to dial from CRM. Can make 60-80 calls per hour compared to 30-40 with click to dial.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I find the setup process of JustCall to be really straightforward. It's convenient that there's also an app that I can use on my phone, making the tool versatile for my needs. I appreciate how JustCall effectively solves the problem of reaching out to customers, allowing me to leave voicemails, send texts, and connect seamlessly with our CRM, Salesforce, which is highly beneficial. The integration with Salesforce is particularly useful because it shows the customer's name and their information link, making communication efficient. I also value the capability to integrate my email, which enhances my workflow by providing a complete view of communications through Salesforce Chatter. The intuitive and user-friendly interface makes handling calls and texts very easy. Despite using it through my company, the effectiveness of these features makes JustCall very recommendable, as reflected in my high likelihood to rate it a 10.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I would like there to be a software in which you can access every feature and not just serving as a dialer, I've looked around for one and haven't found it. I also find accessing all the information in a single place challenging. Additionally, the website is somewhat slow and has a few bugs, which could be improved. Providing software to install directly on the computer would be more useful.

JustCall solves communication barriers by facilitating calls, voicemails, texts, and seamless Salesforce CRM integration, enhancing customer interaction.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like JustCall's very simple UI, which makes it easy to use. There are other tools out there, but they are not as simple. Using a reliable phone line with JustCall has been a real advantage since it allows us to do a lot of volume in terms of calls. It's been really valuable for us as it unlocked the entire US client base, enabling us to reach any business with a phone.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I don't have any complaints about it. Maybe the price. I mean, the price could always be lower.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall solved the unreliable phone line issue, enabling us to outreach widely in the US. It's reliable and supports high call volume, which was valuable for reaching more potential clients.

The ease of use, the ability to have everything that you need in one place and most of all the ease of use!

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

JustCall can sometimes still have bugs here and there, but it's serviceable for the most part.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall makes it so that you do not have to have a physical phone with you every time. It's on your computer, so everything is there whenever you need them. Also, JustCall allows me to have different clients' phone number at the same time!

I really appreciate the ability to make calls directly through our CRM, which is huge for us. The integration with Pipedrive stands out as a major benefit, allowing us to make calls quickly and have the call recordings immediately available, linked to each contact. This feature is incredibly valuable for our needs.

The notes don't sync with Pipedrive. It would be great if when I hang up and JustCall asks for notes, those notes could be pushed onto the contact in Pipedrive.

Integrates into Pipedrive, as well as mobile app so I can use it at my desk or on the go.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Since I am logged in multiple places (desktop, Pipedrive, & mobile app) if I get a call while I'm in a meeting it rings in multiple places and I have to ignore the call in multiple places. Should maybe sync with calendar and send calls straight to voicemail when I'm in a meeting.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logs both completed and missed calls in Pipedrive. Have it set to leave unanswered calls and incoming SMS messages as 'to-do' activities. It's really easy to be in a meeting and receive a call you intend to call back right after, and forget - because an hour later when the meeting is done you have 10 other things on your mind. Also allows for transparency within the team, if another rep speaks to a customer, they can listen to your last call and see where the conversation is at.

I like justcall because I was able to reach out to clients without giving my personal phone number. It was nice to have transcripts automatically sent to HubSpot documenting my phone calls. This saved me time and made my team able to see communications with clients so we all were kept updated.

I never could figure out how to send text messages from my justcall number. I could receive them but could not send them.

It reduced my time spent documenting customer interactions which helped me do more work in less time. I was able to reach more clients in less time.

Sometimes paid ads and promotions disrupt my work by disconnecting me from meetings and wasting my time. I think they really need to improve their ads policy.

So easy to use. Adding mobile phone numbers in an instant, logging calls is great. Very to ease platform and the support is next level.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

The fact that if you are one user you have to pay for 2x users and basically waste money on a platform that you're not fully using. Really disappointing that despite paying for the platform for several months there's no discount on the number of users.

An online dialer that's easy to use and can be used to call via mobile phone numbers. This is paramount to the product I deliver.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I find it easy to log in to JustCall. Users are able to quickly and easily log in with their credentials, which is convenient. The initial setup of JustCall was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

There are lots of hidden fees and also the answering machine detection does not work very well. Also whenever someone picks up the phone, they hear a ringing sound and then they are connected to the agent who called them. It is a bizarre experience for users to answer the phone and actually hear a ringing sound; they don't know what is going on.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall allows me to call lots of numbers and makes it easy to log in quickly with credentials.

I like the fact that I can use JustCall on my phone via the app or on my desktop. I like how easy it is to SMS clients. I especially appreciate the record function that integrates with our less annoying CRM. It also provides us with security by having a telephone number dedicated to us. The setup was fairly easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Whatsapp integration is not available on the JustCall app

I use JustCall to monitor our team's progress as all calls are recorded for training and verifying client's information. It provides security with a dedicated telephone number, integrates with our CRM, and is easy to use on both phone and desktop.

I like the auto dialing feature and the ability to create separate campaigns for different users. This helps in managing the numbers so that one person is not duplicating another's, which is really helpful.

I think JustCall could be improved by adding more features from CRMs like Zoho. Specifically, I'd like it to better display names and numbers when the autodialer works. Right now, it's shown in a smaller area, making it hard to understand or see which number is being dialed.

I use JustCall for automatic dialing, which replaces manual dialing. The feature to create separate campaigns for users and assign different numbers is helpful to avoid number duplication.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

We have had just a heckin' rough time getting our telephony in Salesforce sorted out. JustCall is the one that actually allows us to review the sales team's calls with ease and speed. The transcription feature is genuinely useful.

Getting it set up was pretty painless, at least at a basic functionality level.

Customer support is genuinely helpful, though it can take a minute to get a hold of them. But they've never failed to resolve my issues.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Integration works smoothly enough, but some of the features are proving tricky to get talking to other APIs seamlessly. There's a bit of confusion between the SF Integration, the Chrome add-on, and the standalone dialer - but we have a nice system now with integrated pop-up, and the chrome extension.

My sales team is using this every day, and it doesn't strain under the weight.

There are a lot of structures that aren't immediately obvious when you're using the product, that you'll only run into when something stops working.

It's honestly a little janky in places; the amount of things that I need to contact support to do for me, instead of just letting an admin do it? It's not my favorite.

We've actually had a stretch of difficulty with porting in numbers - things that had historically not taken that long, now taking multiple weeks.

Connecting our sales team to interested buyers - and helping us analyze our team, and train them up accordingly. It's our cornerstone VOIP for a phone-based sales process.

We like it enough that we actually moved our support team over to the service as well: so that's handling support and repair queries as well.

The application installed smoothly on my phone, and I can receive calls without any issues. Customer service is prompt and helpful when needed. I especially value the transcription feature; however, it would be advantageous if the app could retain transcriptions for every call.

It would be beneficial if the app could retain transcripts of every call. Additionally, it would be helpful if the app indicated who transferred the call and displayed the caller's number even after the transfer, as currently only the transferring number is visible. This area could be improved.

It has detailed view in single page and one can see the customize view as well. It connection is very clear once we dial any number.

Inconsistent Call Quality: Poor connection quality was damaging professional relationships and making it difficult to conduct effective customer consultations. JustCall's reliable voice quality ensures clear communication regardless of which LATAM country I'm calling, maintaining professionalism during important upgrade discussions and technical support sessions.
