I find the international payment options challenging, as the approval process is very tough and often results in rejections, even if a merchant can receive international payments via other platforms like PayPal. Razorpay platform is good at receiving payments, and the sending process is very smooth, simple, and user-friendly. It supports in apps web view as well. Razorpay support team is also very helpful in solving user queries/complaints. We can also receive international payments in dollars and perform well with recurring payments (India and international). The best thing is that its safe to use, has a lot of integrations, API, webhooks, multiple payment options available for my customers. The tool itself is easy to use, and implementing it for the first time is very easy. But when you are creating the account for the first time, you'll have to go back and forth with their customer support a lot because they keep so many crucial features locked for the new users. The worst part is when they update their UI/UX. Whenever they update their app, they make it worst. Also, if you are a new useer, you'll be frustrated 24/7.
