I appreciate its straightforward setup, which one administrator could handle seamlessly, requiring no additional training due to its intuitive nature. PandaDoc's capacity for handling agreements and important documents effectively has been amazing, providing an easy and seamless process for securing client documents and tracking their review stages, which helps us meet deadlines efficiently. I love the collaboration features that allow inviting others to documents and real-time editing with clients, enhancing teamwork and communication. The visibility feature that alerts when a document is opened and reviewed is particularly valuable for keeping track of every stage. Additionally, integrating PandaDoc with our HubSpot instance has turned it into an incredibly effective tool, positively impacting our business workflow. Its user-friendly, customer-centric design keeps me satisfied, and I'm delighted with our decision to switch from DocuSign to PandaDoc due to its impressive capabilities and pricing. I appreciate how PandaDoc minimizes the back and forth of emails by allowing clients to fill out information directly from proposals, streamlining the process significantly. This makes it easier to gather all necessary details for writing contracts, saving time and reducing errors that could occur through manual data entry or forgetting to ask specific questions over email. I find the digital signature feature incredibly beneficial, as it simplifies the signing process for clients, who no longer have to download documents, sign them, and re-upload them. This ease of electronic signing was a major factor in our decision to choose PandaDoc. The ability to customize and use templates across our organization is also a valuable feature, as it facilitates consistency and efficiency in document creation. Furthermore, the simplicity with which documents and information can be sent back and forth is highly appreciated as it supports smooth operations.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The structures and methods of doing things in PandaDoc are something you have to get used to, and it took me a bit of time to achieve the desired output.","I feel that designing documents within PandaDoc is cumbersome. It's not facilitated with a drag-and-drop feature, which complicates the creation of templates and makes the process feel a bit outdated compared to tools like Canva. I really like how PandaDoc facilitates the efficient and quick sending of documentation to our clients. I appreciate the ability to verify in real-time when a client receives, views, and signs the document, which significantly streamlines our processes. I also value the functionality of sending documents privately, ensuring that only the client and necessary parties have access, thus guaranteeing client privacy. Additionally, it is essential for me to be able to use the software alongside other basic tools like Word, as we generate documents in Word, save them as PDFs, and then integrate them into PandaDoc to be sent. The privacy benefits and real-time tracking capability are outstanding, and these are key aspects that would motivate me to purchase the tool again.

I find it a bit complicated to understand how the program works initially. Although after using it several times it becomes easier, the familiarization process was a challenge. Also, I would like to be able to edit documents once they are entered as PDF, although I understand that it is somewhat difficult to do so directly due to the format.

I have been using PandaDoc for two to three years primarily to streamline our sales operations, and it has been a great journey. I appreciate the catalog management and CPQ features, especially for HubSpot, as they make the quote-making process easy and efficient, which greatly minimizes the need for technical team involvement during early sales operations. The proposal templates are also top-notch and significantly help manage contracts and proposals directly from HubSpot. I use PandaDoc's extensive API integrations with various tools like HubSpot, Slack, make.com, and Google Slides, which create a smooth workflow and ensure seamless data transitions across different platforms. This integration freedom truly enhances our operational efficiency. The product team's dedication to improving the solution over time and their involvement with us throughout has been commendable. I am so satisfied with PandaDoc that I am committed to a long-term collaboration and have even joined their community.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I find the design components of the templates to be very limited, which restricts the options available for creating visually appealing documents. The analytics side is also quite lacking, and it would be beneficial if analytics were independent as well as synced into HubSpot for better cross-side insights. Moreover, there is a need for enhancements in the document design functionality, including dynamic background setups and additional design customization options. Adding functionality to pricing table margin calculation and bringing that to the quote system would also be a significant improvement.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

You can create custom contract templates that use e-signatures.  The ability for e-signatures is so helpful as it means people can sign from anywhere (even while they are on holidays!)  What makes it even easier is that there is the option to send a PandaDoc document link via text message instead of email so people know about the document even sooner.  Which translates into documents being completed sooner.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

It's a small thing but I wish the help-AI bot was a bit more flexible to work with.  I would like to be able to ask it if something is possible and brainstorm a solution but it seems to have limits that makes in not quite as flexible as other help-AI bots I use in other programs.  However, whatever answer the bot doesn't know it is always willing to transfer me to a human support perso.

PandaDocs is about customisation.  You can create a document that suits your company's needs and includes all your company's branding.

I find PandaDoc incredibly simple to use, which is what I like the most about it. Sending documents for signature just takes 1 or 2 clicks, so you're quickly all set. The forms are straightforward, with clear indications on where to complete them, making that process smooth as well. The platform is easy for reviewing and resending documents, which is a huge time-saver since people often need to validate something digitally as soon as possible. The initial setup was straightforward, even though I wasn't there for it, learning to use it took only 5-10 minutes.

PandaDoc is a very easy to use platform, you can edit your documents inside PandaDoc or even upload a document from a PDF or DOC file which makes it very convenient. The platform is very reliable and it send directly to the client and also gives you the option to copy the document link to send to your clients.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The only item that I would say needs to be reviewed is that when you paste an information when filling out a document it brings the format and it ends up messing up the document, so I have to paste it on a notepad, copy from the notepad and only than paste into the PandaDoc document

PandaDoc is helping me in getting contracts singed by my clients, we build pools, so we need a contract to be signed whenever e client approves e new project.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I have been using PandaDoc for four years for contracting, and what I love most about it is its ease of use and intuitive setup. Even though it took a bit of time to figure out the templates, the overall usage has been very smooth. The aesthetic of PandaDoc is highly user-friendly, especially in creating multiple templates and saving contacts, which allows me to access previous clients easily. The templated versions of contracts have solved the issue of having to manually create a contract for each guest and automatically provide copies of signed contracts, enhancing the professionalism of the experience for both myself and the contract signers. I also find the feature that allows me to copy and share a link very useful, alongside tracking document statuses and receiving notifications of when documents have been viewed, signed, and submitted. These capabilities significantly streamline the contracting process, improving efficiency and creating a seamless professional experience.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I would maybe change the formatting of the dates, just give a little more options there.

I also really appreciate the help from the CSM team; they have been helpful several times in solving blockers and making things run smoothly. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, which made transitioning to PandaDoc seamless.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I appreciate that PandaDoc was not difficult to set up, which made the transition from DocuSign smooth and uncomplicated. The platform excels at completing agreements efficiently, especially given the nature of my work, which involves a lot of documents that our clients need to sign and date. The ability to search through any and all documents within the history is incredibly valuable. Oftentimes, I need to refer back to documents that date back over a year, and PandaDoc allows me to find this information easily without remembering when or how the documents were initially sent. I find this historical search feature enhances my workflow significantly. In general, PandaDoc is very easy to use, and despite a few areas that could use improvement, it is a great app that I find reliable and practical for my document management needs.

I notice that sometimes when I require both a signature and a date on documents, some dates do not get inputted. However, those documents are still considered complete even though they are missing the date. This can be problematic as it potentially overlooks a crucial part of the documentation process.

I've tried AdobeSign, DocuSign, HelloSign, Google Drive's e-sign feature and eSignature.io over the years and PandaDoc blows them all out of the water. I use it daily and never dread sending contracts the way I used to with Adobe products.

There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to setting custom fonts and other branding so getting it up and running took a little longer than I'd anticipated. It's also quite pricey and add-ons are an additional cost so I haven't explored them too much yet. That said, they seem to be prioritizing integrations and I'm excited about connecting it to my QBO account for smoother client support.

The audit trail is killer and automated reminders are amazing. I love that I don't have to set them up system wide, but can customize based on client needs and expectations. Setting up a proposal with a lot of pricing potential was complicated at first but after setting up a template it has made my client intake process significantly faster and more consistent.

I've read their core values and I scratch my head at how they put Impact and Empathy into practice. I have yet to see either of those.

The UI is a little hard to understand at first, to benefit from all the offered features, but the main usage of sending electronic signatures is pretty intuitive and easy to understand. Plus, I like the ability to either send a link or an email to the client. And I can send as many as I want, since I end up sending many documents per day.

Again, the UI feels a bit "chunky" and the important information feels crammed in, at least when viewing the templates and the status of sent documents. Also, I don't like how there isn't an option for co-signers; there always has to be one primary signer. And the ability to bcc with the emails would be very useful for my company to see if the client signed without it looking like the client viewed the document.

We have issues with subcontractors in the field not having time to print something out, sign it, scan it back and send it to us. trying to switch the page orientation between portrait and landscape in PandaDoc and it’s not working, that’s definitely frustrating. Unfortunately, PandaDoc doesn’t currently have a direct way to change the orientation of pages once a document has been created. It usually defaults to portrait orientation, and the layout settings are somewhat limited compared to other document editors like Word or Google Docs.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I appreciate how PandaDoc helps me use my existing drafts by converting PDFs into sign-ready agreements without any errors. The UI is comfortable for most of my clients, making the process smooth. The initial setup was super easy, which is always a plus. I'm happy using PandaDoc and even rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I would say the date of sign should get populated based on when it's signed.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I find PandaDoc to be a very compelling choice, particularly due to its pricing, which makes it a great value compared to other options like DocuSign. I appreciate how seamless it is to use, as it allows me to send out documents to customers in a timely fashion, enabling us to conduct more business efficiently. I love the quick manner in which documents are processed, as it allows all parties involved to sign promptly. Additionally, the updates provided about where the signature is at, whether people have viewed the document, and whether they have signed, are incredibly useful. These features make the entire process much more streamlined and effective, ensuring smooth transactions.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

What I like most about PandaDoc is that it has no limit on digital signatures, while other providers usually charge per number of envelopes. I also love that it allows us to create our own templates, which helps us maintain that youthful style focused on students.

Additionally, the ability to insert images and adapt the templates with the company's corporate image makes a difference: this way our clients continue to feel the personalized touch we strive so hard for.

Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I would like PandaDoc not to charge the license per user. In my case, I had to pay for an additional license, much simpler, just so another employee in my company could log in to review a contract that only pertained to their department.

It would be ideal if they considered a plan designed especially for small businesses like mine, which has only 10 employees. I'm sure it would be even more accessible and practical for this type of company.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We must conduct around a thousand interviews a year and all of this had to be done through a scanned signature, which took time and caused reprocessing.
