"Effortless Automation with Seamless AI Integration"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

IBM Watson x orchestrate is impressive because it takes the complexity out of automation and makes it feel intuitive. Instead of relying on heavy coding or multiple disconnected tools, it allows you to delegate tasks in plain language and have AI agents work together seamlessly.

It integrates with existing enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, and SAP, so you don’t need to overhaul your infrastructure. What really stands out is its ability to combine generative AI with strong governance, ensuring security and compliance while still being easy to use. In short, it’s a platform that turns automation into a smooth, scalable, and intelligent experience for businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

While it promises low-code automation, creating advanced workflows often requires a deeper understanding of the platform, leading to a steep learning curve.

Many low sme levels integrations in it are yet to happen like which other than Enterprise level users can use.

Pricing is another concern, as it can become expensive for organizations with large teams. Additionally, there are known technical limitations, such as token refresh failures, inconsistent control transfer in multi-agent setups, and evaluation delays, which can slow down processes. "Empowers Experts with AI, But Initial Learning Curve Requires Patience"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

What stands out to me is the ability to transform complex domain expertise into intelligent AI solutions, all without the burden of technical development overhead. I also find the agentic AI features particularly helpful, as they can autonomously carry out multi-step business workflows while upholding professional standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

While IBM watsonx Orchestrate is revolutionary in empowering domain experts, the initial learning curve for professionals transitioning from traditional business tools requires investment. More industry-specific templates and simplified interfaces for complex configurations would make the platform even more accessible to non-technical users. However, the learning investment pays substantial returns in capability gained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Workflows with AI-Powered Efficiency"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I use IBM watsonx Orchestrate to automate and coordinate work across people, software, and AI, especially in business settings. It saves time, complexity, and coordination in workplaces by automating routine tasks, allowing work to get done faster and with fewer mistakes. I like how it brings automation and AI together in a practical and easy way to use, especially through natural language requests and ready-to-make skills that reduce setup time. The combination of automation and AI feels natural to use, rather than technical or complicated. Additionally, I find the initial setup user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I think it is alright, there is nothing that I specifically don't like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Bot Creation and Streamlined Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

The ease of interaction with business information is impressive — with just a small amount of data, it can understand the client’s needs and provide answers based on business inputs. It greatly helps reduce interactions between multiple teams, as you can create a bot in a short period of time simply by using the interface and a well-prepared business document Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

Right now, I can’t say that there’s anything I particularly dislike about Watsonx. However, I think users need to take on more of a business-oriented role and learn how to fully orchestrate the tool’s potential. That learning curve can be a barrier at the moment, one that is currently being bridged by the involvement of developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlocking the power of automation -Hands-on review of IBM Watsonx"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

1. Using it is very easy to automate tasks such as data entry, approvals, report generation, and more.

2. It is able to easily collaborate with our other AI tool UIPath without deep programming knowledge.

3. Security is one of the key feature of IBM Watsonx that has helped us largely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

1. Smaller firms might have to opt for a different product due to the cost and this software being positioned as an enterprise grade product.

2. IBM watsonx and its features have the best effectiveness inside of IBM ecosystem. If using somthing from outside might pose challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience at a high level is incredible, but some features are buggy"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

ADK is thoroughly documented, which I really appreciate. The release notes page is particularly helpful. There is a wide range of functionality, and Orchestrate continues to stay current with developments in the agentic landscape. I'm looking forward to integrating Claude as a base LLM for some of my agents and seeing how that works out. I love how consistently new features come out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

The response times are slow, and new features frequently arrive with bugs. For instance, it's not possible to import a remote mcp through the ADK as intended; instead, I have to use the API to accomplish this. Previously, I encountered several problems with flows and the ADK as well. Additionally, when agents use tools in Orchestrate that require string inputs, the input string often gets cut off prematurely. For example, if I try to enter the sentence "my favorite place to eat is chili's because they have good food," it ends up being truncated to "my favorite place to eat is chili." "Built my first AI agent using IBM Watson Orchestrate"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

The process is well defined and is easy to understand and implement. By following the process you know what are the steps and by learning what each step does you can visualize the idea and start implementing. Once the agent is implemented you can chat with the assistant and get your questions answered. You can also select the AI models for your agent. I built my agent with no code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

Just used it once, so still in learning process and too soon to answer this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I like working on ibm Watson assistant to build the bots"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

A new thing I like about IBM watsonx Orchestrate is how it simplifies task automation by letting you create "skills" using natural language. It’s user-friendly and allows non-developers to automate repetitive tasks across tools like email, calendars, and business apps without writing code. The integration with Watson AI makes it smarter and more context-aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

One area IBM watsonx Orchestrate could improve is enabling easier movement or reuse of nodes across different skills. Currently, if we want to replicate logic, we have to manually rebuild it in another skill, which is time-consuming. Adding a drag-and-drop or import/export feature would make skill development more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation and Expanded options"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

Being able to expand the available domain and tasks associated with the daily development and integration lifecycle we expect to deeply impact our ability to sustain and stabilize integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

Initial learning curve can be daunting to more junior team members. Identifying the most appropriate area to start for greatest impact to business and operations can be an area of contention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Automation Tool That Actually Saves Time"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

The best thing about IBM watsonx Orchestrate is its incredible ease of use and powerful natural language processing. The platform is remarkably intuitive; we were able to get it up and running with minimal friction. It completely democratizes automation—you don't need to be a developer to create complex workflows. Just being able to tell the AI what you want to do in plain English is a total game-changer. The number of pre-built "skills" and the seamless ease of integration with our existing tools like Salesforce and Slack are also huge wins. It genuinely makes our team more efficient and has freed up a lot of time from tedious, repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

The main thing to be aware of is that while the basic functionality is very straightforward, there's a bit of a steep learning curve for the more advanced features and custom integrations. The platform is incredibly powerful, which also means it can be a little overwhelming at first. For someone who isn't very technical, creating a more complex "skill flow" can take some time to get the hang of. Also, while the integrations are a big selling point, the initial setup process for some of our non-IBM applications was a bit more complex than we anticipated. It's nothing that can't be figured out, but it's worth noting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
