Its free to a point which is great to get you started. It has a good screen sharing option, which shares without any lag in lower bandwidths as compared to Google Meet/ Jitsi. Moderation capabilities are also good, options to schedule meetings are there. Webex gives good options for schools and colleges to take classes remotely and effectively (my sister and cousins have online classes engaged using Cisco Webex). The conferencing capability is good, myself uses it more often for official meetings. **What do you dislike about Webex Suite?** No web-based client is there for Webex. That is a major drawback. I mostly prefer using web browser for using 3rd party tools, but Webex doesn't provide that option. We need to install an application on the phone to join meetings. Mostly I try maximum to shift to Google Meet because of this single reason. The platform gets a 10/10 in user-friendliness. Additionally, the fact that you can connect your corporate telephone number on Jabber and make phone calls simply by clicking a couple of times made communication rather easy. **What do you dislike about Webex Suite?** I strongly disliked the outdated image of the platform: it was as if it was designed 20 years ago and has never been reworked since then. Another major drawback is the fact that conversations get automatically deleted after some days. Also, when you closed the window of a team conversation, it would automatically kick you out of it. **What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, I am not working with Jabber. Being able to record is great because students can go over again later especially when they didn't understand a particular topic. Free trial for months given during COVID is commendable. Could take the meetings for hours together and even do assessment post a teaching session on the same day! Very user friendly UI that helps any newbee adapt to using this app on its first usage only. Once after using this app it is difficult to switch back to any other online meeting application. **What do you dislike about Webex Suite?** The free trial has ended and hence a limitation to the number of working hours. Very rarely I have noticed that while teaching, my screen is intermittently not visible to other participants and I need to stop sharing and start sharing my screen again to resolve it. **What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing screen as well as controlling the screen of the person sharing the screen is a big USP of this WebEx tool. Very few online meeting apps in market offer control of the screen along with sharing. Annotations is a great feature that I am using while presenting my screen during online lectures. Adding or removing participants, updating agenda, modifying meeting timings is just a click of a button. I have used google meet earlier but that does not provide option to control presenters screen which was one of the major problem solved with WebEx. Option to either join the meeting via app or just with a google chrome plugin is great to have. ### 39.
