I use it to keep track of 1:1 agendas with my manager. It's nice to not have to do that in sheets or OneNote, I find this more user friendly. We also use it to give and get anytime feedback anytime. I like that the request and reception of the feedback is very easy. My employer also sends out surveys through Culture Amp, and I've found them to be quick to fill out and easy to understand. The platform makes it very smooth. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** It seems like there are some features that can't be customized by the employer from what I've heard. There has been a few use cases where HR has just said "Culture Amp won't allow us to do that". One that comes to mind for me is that I wish all feedback was just automatically shared with my manager. For instance, we were able to incorporate our detailed role matrix into the peer feedback process for performance reviews. This has made it much simpler for employees to give feedback, as they can clearly see the expectations associated with each role. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** I have to think really hard to find something I dislike about Culture Amp, as it truly is an outstanding tool. However, one area where the platform could be improved is its integration with Slack, specifically in the channels where we have set up our "kudos". We have found incredible efficiencies in several processes since implementing Culture Amp. We used to spend a great deal of time manually crunching survey data, and reading through Word documents with performance reviews and exit interviews, with no easy way to aggregate data. I'm an admin and I get compliments on the platform ALL the time from staff at all levels of the org. People love it. We can easily share survey results, track completion of goals and performance reviews, aggregate exit data, conduct 360-reviews for the entire org (previously we had to limit it to managers only due to the huge lift of manually analyzing data). And the support staff is top notch. They are SO responsive and helpful and supportive (and friendly!). It's easy to teach new staff how to use the platform. We love it. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** Every once in awhile there's a feature that I wish was a bit different. I will often share this feedback with customer support and they often offer to share it with the developers. It's generally something small (for example, I wish that it was easier to share an Exit Survey with the person's manager without having to PDF it). I also wish it was easier to share 360 results with your own manager (a clearer button rather than a three dots menu). I also wish that it was possible to cross reference performance data with retention data in the Analytics tab. But generally these are small things and not a major problem. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made looking at survey data MUCH more efficient. Previously we were doing a lot of manual/Excel analysis and formatting of culture survey data, 360 review data, exit survey data. Now the platform distills it into an easy to review format instantly, and makes it easy to share and take action. We are now able to track performance review completion in an easy way (previously we were using Word documents and had no good way to track completion). They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Culture Amp?** It's a single tool that helps me greatly manage my team members' 1on1 time; On top of identifying goals, sharing ideas, and growth plans, it's all tied to what my company has in store for all of us. I would add here also the option for surveys that allows me to gain better insights on my team members. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** Culture amp has the tendency to be overwhelming in its presentation of choices and options that you would rather skip using it just to do your 1on1. But I also realize that sometimes it is based on the prep time we put in. I also learned to not be in front of Culture Amp when I do my 1on1s but rather just take notes instead and not let the tool be the 'checklist' which often leads to 'canned' 1on1s. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Culture Amp helps me track my 1on1 time along with setting goals, growth plans, and just simple sharing with team members. In the past 2 years, Culture Amp has allowed me to get more 'anonymous' insights to my own performance that I would normally have to coax more aggressively. Its used in our company 3-4 times in year, so employees feel comfortable with that, because they are not urged to use it frequently. I love how this tools allow us to maintain healthy relationship within a team due to its features such as anytime feedback, performance review etc. Could not mention goals feature, which is flawless, its also really intuitive and easy to use. I have never had a urge to contact customer support because during long term of usage I have never had need for that, which is clearly good sign. Due to its uncomplicated design new colleagues could start to use it w/o further training, so its easy to implement in any workspace. **What do you dislike about Culture Amp?** Many questioners require user to express themselves in written words rather than choose from list of the answers. I understand that no all the questions could be answered in the was I have mentioned, however maybe its possible to make list of answers for generic frequent answers and then as last choice add field for written expression if answers in the list wouldn't be sufficient. I'm mentioning all that because when employees see those blank fields, they probably feel as they need to write a lot, to please the management and usually they don't have any ideas at that moment, so they tend to prolong writing their self-reflections till deadline. On the other side, they feel more confident with just adjusting a scale or choosing answers from dropdown lists. **What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have full and undemanding overview of all colleagues determined goals and their progress on these goals. This tool also makes process of negotiations regarding career growth with EEs less complicated and stressful for both sides, especially when EEs effort is not sufficient, because its understandable for them right away thanks to filled in performance review and determined goals. EEs could report any issues within team/department anonymously, which leads to more safe working space. As well as we could track well being of colleagues due to specific questions prepared for 121s. ### 44.
