WorkRamp not only caters to employee learning but also focuses heavily on client and partner training, and this is crucial for us. It allows us to create publicly facing pages with courses, paths, and events. We're able to segment users and show them only the learning content that's relevant for them. Additionally, WorkRamp has enabled us to create and launch a certification program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't enough parity between the Employee Learning Cloud and the Customer Learning Cloud. Some features like the reporting could be greatly improved. The bulk editing of native WorkRamp content also needs some work. The pre-built reports don't provide enough detail and don't allow customization with the data we care about, and it's unclear how the data is generated. The new report builder, although better, is still in beta, and features like sharing reports and dashboards still need work. For bulk editing of course content, the only feature available is a find and replace tool. There isn't an easy way to update all of the design elements within a course nor to standardize questions across courses. In retrospect, I wish we had built our training material in a more convertible format like SCORM instead of using the native builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
