sometimes when handling many tasks together, the dashboard can feel slightly crowded, specially if multiple projects are open at the same time. A few advanced features also take some time to properly understand if someone is not from technical background. i also noticed that when many tasks, tags, and timelines are added together, the workspace can start feeling little crowded. Zoho has everything you need, like an inbuilt communication app, email, everything. It's more like another Microsoft, and also has better pricing for Asian countries. We tried ClickUp, Microsoft everything but way more expensive for Sri Lanka, and the customer support is instant, and the performance is also good, has all the customizations we need.
