
I use WebEngage for communicating with customers, analyzing behavior, and optimizing their journey. I like that it's one place for analyzing, finding, and taking action. I appreciate the Event Analytics feature, which is getting advanced day by day and gives me a lot of details, helping me run successful campaigns and make beneficial business decisions. I find WhatsApp as a channel is not very efficient through WebEngage. It should be smooth, rather than adding templates twice. WebEngage should focus on this channel as a priority because this is one of the top most channels today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
