I like that Zoom Revenue Accelerator is easy to use, beginner-friendly, and 'idiot proof' in quotes. People can navigate their way around it without too much hassle and, in the end, achieve their goals. The initial setup was pretty good for me; it was a breeze to navigate the site and get to do what I needed to do.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

I would say it could be improved. Maybe the awareness because initially, it seemed like it was a difficult software to use. Some people don't even know that there's that product that Zoom offers. I find that maybe, advertising or just increasing awareness, alright, around people to get to know that, oh, this is something that Zoom offers, and it's something that would be necessary in the nearest future.

It solves the problem of having to travel far for sales, bringing people closer, boosting revenue, and improving communication.

It was decent in picking up the main points of my meeting allowing me to easily summarize and recap. Compared to similar tools I have used in the past it held its own and I find it reliable

There’s not much I can say was bad about it. I would like there to be suggestions on next steps just to see how my internal thoughts matched up with the AI. It would also be nice to be able to use without using zoom as some meetings are done on Microsoft Teams and even Google meet at times

It’s solving the problem of note taking accuracy. It’s important to gain the business impacts of the pain clients share, by having a clear understanding it allows me to make the proper recommendations

offers integration to almost everything i want and the new ai features are cherry on top great ui/ux and top of the line perfomance and even light on the budget with great onboarding and support

nothing as of now have been using it in the initials phases maybe problems would come in sometime but right now too quick to judge, heard that getting new features take time

AI analytics that capture clear next steps. I like how granular it is, even with filler words, and how patient it is with longer spiels and talk time. SFDC integration is a plus, and the team tracking features are helpful as well.

It can be hit or miss when it comes to event logging, especially for emails and events syncing into Salesforce. The dashboard also isn’t as advanced as I’d like for more individualized reporting. I’d really like to see more filtering options to make it easier to narrow down what I’m looking at.

The ability of the AI to record the conversation, transcribe the conversation and give me relevant insights, is key in my work. Also, being able to track the rate of listening vs talking is key in refining my sales pitches.

The data quality that comes with it is only as good as the microphones the users are using. Also, the cost is a little expensive for the small team that I am apart of.

I like the transcription feature of Zoom Revenue Accelerator. The fact that it's integrated into our tech stack as part of Zoom makes it easily accessible and it's convenient to have it stored within the recording files. There's a specific database I can pull from, which is handy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

Well, the one thing I would say Zoom Revenue Accelerator doesn't do for us yet is the ability to go through the metrics or the information that is held specifically in Zoom Revenue. I know it's a feature that is available that allows us to look at the conversation and provide scorecards. We just haven't had any opportunity to really integrate that within our process. So I think it could be better.

I really wish it offered real in-call coaching like AI expert assist. AI Expert assist is a different product, but it offers suggestions and helps coach during the call whereas Zoom Revenue Accelerator only does post call coaching. We would love in-call coaching availability to solution, catch sentiment, and help reps be more successful. The initial setup took some time, a couple of months.

People may become too reliant on it and lack originality or genuine conversations.
There is no manual note taking which is a downside of it. Cannot analyze emails, phone calls made outside zoom or in person meetings.

There is a lot of functions that it can be used to self automate such as presentation skills. It can also make sure you say the right vocabulary. The coaching and onbaording feature is a great.

I like that Zoom Revenue Accelerator is pretty much automatic, and we don't have to think too much to start recording, which gives us a backup anytime we need. It helps us better support our customers and frees up a lot of time that we would otherwise spend manually logging notes. The setup was pretty easy too.

Sharing calls across teams in ZRA is easy once users are added to our Zoom account

Settings are very difficult to manage as Zoom Admin and ZRA settings are disconnected and not intuitive. 

Reporting options are very poor, and you can't share across ZRA users. 

Automated workflows to flag calls, keywords, deals, etc. leaves a lot to be desired.

I love having most of my tools built in to one desktop client. We use zoom chat at an ultra high level, we use Zoom Revenue Intelligence and love that is directly inside the desktop client. We find its much easier to get our Account Executives to proactivly seek coaching when they don't have to sign into another software.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

I wish it had more integrations with CRMS. It integrates with all the large CRM's but not some of the smaller, yet popular CRM like Pipedrive or Zendesk. Specifically for ZRA and Zoom Phone

**What problems is Zoom Revenue Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem they sovlved was adding screen share for zoom clips to allow you to screen recored your phone through thier mobile app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

Not all of our customers are tech savvy and struggle to join meetings on time. I feel like Zoom is the easiest of all platforms, but can still be a struggle for someone not used to joining online meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Revenue Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zoom for our weekly company meetings, hybrid with 50+ in person and 30 more remote. This allows everyone to stay up to date even if their schedule doesn't permit attending in person that day.

Nothing in particular. But just sometimes call do not connect. I'm not sure whether that is a internet issue or application issue

I'm a sales representative in my organzation. Zoom workplace helps me connect with my prospects Via Voip service, It helpes me Schedule meetings with the prospect and the meetings are recorded through which I can share he recording with my prospects to take the business forward.

**What do you like best about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

I'm in Sales and I frequently use Zoom. 
Here are some of the best features I like about it:

-Super Easy to use (literally)
-Noise cancellation of Audio input is impeccable!
-Virtual Backgrounds (I've been told my backgrounds look real!)
-collaborative tools: screen sharing, whiteboard, breakout rooms
-Ease of Integration: We have Zoom integrated with Gong and our Google Calendars and the implementation was so Fast.

In my 3 years in our company, I never had to contact Zoom's Customer Support for any technical issues. 

In a nutshell - Zoom has been one of the best tools in my workstream.

Zoom has been an awesome working tool for us and I could not ask for more!

**What do you like best about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

Switching to Zoom Pro was benefical to our communciations and sales workflows making everything more streamlined, especially with Zoom Phone. The call quality is top-notch, ensuring we never miss a call from a client and establishing a better in-house communication system, as we have several employees that are Remote.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?**

I don't think there's anything you can say negative ABOUT Zoom!

**What problems is Zoom Revenue Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom has helped the problem with our Account Managers needing to meet with their clients. Each account manager has roughly 45 minutes per meeting, and multiple clients. Zoom has helped assist those account managers both schedule and make the meetings happen. The account managers also record their calls, which we keep on file to eliminate the "he said, she said" issues that could happen.

The cost. As with most software, we like the market leader. We just don't like to pay market leader prices.
