"Customize to your Content"

What do you like best?

I love the customization that Zoho has built into it's system. Every field in the modules can be modified and you are able to write scripts or set up workflows or automation to your hearts content. Zoho CRM is able to sync with Zoho Books so all of your information is in one place, no needing to look in another area for invoice information, its in the CRM.

What do you dislike?

There are limitations like the number of check boxes that can be placed on a given page, and the number of automated tasks per module. I wish those limitations were given upfront, but was able to work around them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Hire a consultant to help you work through the in's and outs with ZOHO CRM, or if you have time, play with it for weeks/months and test your setup before implementation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to track our quotes more efficiently and have been able to set up custom automated follow ups for our customers that helps us close more deals.

What do you like best?

La utilidad tan amplia que presenta el software de ZOHO nos ha encaminado en las gestiones de negocios en la empresa a un nuevo nivel de concreción de negocios, puesto que anteriormente nos encontrábamos en un nivel bastante bajo de capacitación de nuestro personal lo que había contribuido de manera bastante directa a la caída abrupta de las ventas y a que los mas fuertes clientes se fueran alejando de las relaciones que habíamos entablado, al ver esta situación decidimos indagar en los procesos de aplicaciones de software relacionados con los sistemas de negocios, ventas y mercadeo en general encontrándonos con la propuesta de esta CRM la cual nos pareció bastante apropiada para ser aplicada en el momento realmente necesario para nuestra empresa con el fin de elevar los niveles de ventas que habían decaído, y en realidad lo logramos, al tener esta herramienta de la cual me gusta mucho el sistema sencillo y de fácil aplicación, su utilidad en diferentes renglones y la forma como esta dirigida a el proceso de capacitación del personal que lo utiliza, es este ultimo elemento el que mas nos ha servido de apoyo ya que nuestros trabajadores se han identificado con la herramienta y han integrado sus conocimientos al proceso renovándolo en su totalidad.

Una vez que emprendimos con la aplicación del software de SOHO en nuestra empresa y que comenzamos a evidenciar todo aquel cambio realmente valedero y apropiado para la empresa, así como también el impulso en cuanto a los conocimientos adquiridos por nuestro personal del área de mercadeo nos hemos dado cuenta de la necesidad imperante que teníamos de poner en uso este sistema de trabajo, todo este aparataje de mercadeo renovado y todas los resultados que hemos obtenido a partir del uso de los mismos no nos da otra opcion que entregar un aporte de nuestra parte dando como opinión que este CRM no presenta ningún elemento desfavorable para sus usuarios y para las empresas que lo ponen en manos de sus trabajadores, realmente no he encontrado elemento contradictorio alguno o que no nos haya sido útil en cualquiera de loa ámbitos en los que los hemos puesto a prueba, mucho mas resaltante en todo nuestro sistema de ventas.

La dirección que lleva la propuesta me parece la mas apropiada y adaptada a los sistemas actuales de procesos de mercadeo, es por ello que mi recomendación seria continuar el camino ya trazado aumentando los niveles de aplicación y de ampliación de la propuesta de manera que se encuentren en muchas mas empresas y organizaciones que ameriten de sus servicios y puedan solucionar esos inconvenientes imprevistos que impiden y entorpecen el correcto desenvolvimiento de las actividades relacionadas a las ventas, los sistemas de negocios y la renovación de los mismos.

Nuestros problemas radicaban en lo absoluto en una falta de información acerca del tema de mercadeo y ventas en concreto por parte de un numero pequeño de nuestros empleados, situación que nos traía bastante inconveniente ya que no se lograba un acuerdo de forma de trabajo en el área, y ello generó un freno y descenso continuo en nuestra empresa, pero luego de haber integrado el sistema de trabajo que se presenta en ZOHO pudimos encontrar esos puntos de inconvenientes y poder aplicar los correctivos correspondientes a fin de poder mejorar los procesos que presentaban fallas y en el menor tiempo posible y comenzar un nuevo nivel de trabajo con procesos mas avanzados y con menos inconvenientes. todo esto pudimos hacerlo posible luego que pudimos insertar en nuestra empresa las herramientas que se encuentran en el CRM de ZOHO.

"One of the best CRM solutions out there!"

What do you like best?

This tool is one of the best out there, and it has an easy to use Graphic User Interface which allow users to integrate third-party clients to make a good team such as Google Apps and makes it one of its kind. It has functions and commands that our team can understand without having issues and our clients will be satisfied with their doubts cleared and problem-free thanks to this solution.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes Zoho CRM gets a little bit clumsy and starts to show bugs and glitches that are pretty annoying when for example you want to create a new ticket for certain query that you have on mind and the software suddenly crashes without doing anything else, this thing happens because previous versions of the software don’t accept new modules and hubs updates and the most recent one does. This problem was able to be solved and nothing to worry about because this solution delivers what actually promises to its users and clients as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I strongly recommend this incredible solution is a great asset to take in notice if you’re looking forward to create and build a whole new Customer Service Department to your company and try to reach clients in order to give them the solution and the closure that all of them and of course your team and you are looking forward to finally reach.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to Zoho CRM our sales department and our customer service department were able to solve and close almost 86% of the open tickets, special cases and massive queries from the last 5 months of present year. Remaining percentage was solved by using manual solutions and third-party tools as well. Also, Zoho CRM has saved us a lot of time by doing records and sheets of records from every week and it’s because that this software has a command that does all of that in just some clicks

"Zoho CRM is an incredible tool to modify and organize"

What do you like best?

What we like most about this tool is that through it we have increased more sales, that means that we also improve as a company to offer a better service to customers. In addition with Zoho CRM we can acquire functions that are useful for making impressive sales, and thus obtain customers that are important for any business

What we do not like about Zoho CRM is that it does not allow us to openly manipulate what would be sales projects, if this did not happen our team would realize that there is a forecast of tasks to verify that the product is the best and easiest use

What do you like best?

Zoho CRM is the best option available currently in the market as compared to other CRM. It gives facilities to customize as per your requirement, without any coding knowledge.

I remembered the difference in this tool. Every time you sign up for a platform, you can work freely with a variety of applications. Zoho CRM is committed to promoting the market, and using this tool has enabled us to move forward with projects that demonstrate the ease of project execution.

It gives the facility to make a swift decision based on the data available around us, and also track the goal we wanna achieve.

What do you dislike?

User Interface need to enhance, otherwise it will msnageble thing. Zoho CRM clearly has some weaknesses related to design, presentation and reporting, and will improve some applications. But that does not mean that sometimes there is no fault of information load.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This software is the right tool for e-commerce. No doubt I am developing in every aspect of my work, thinking that I will not achieve it. I think everyone must try this one before buying expensive one.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Collaboration with team it's plus point, it will connect different departments in under single roof. Zoho CRM designs advertising projects in the electronics market, so you can continue to do this type of work economically. At first, I was assisted by a team that monitors activities to improve the project, even though it was a mistake.

"Zoho CRM is one of the best options for managing clients"

What do you like best?

It offers a wide capacity for Action management, and the possibility of segmenting clients. It also allows the user to perform text analysis, and of trends, with which sales strategies can be made. Your sales management is easily organized.

What do you dislike?

We do not like that it does not offer content syndication, nor community management. Does not allow the possibility of managing projects, and as financial CRM fails a lot by not allowing asset management, or tracking expenses, financial influence, or household.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We highly recommend the use of Zoho CRM. This software is perfect for managing leads, and works well as Mac CRM, allowing to manage campaigns, track customer interactions, and referrals, and offers excellent product catalog management.

It changed its sales forecasting application, and its detailed customer tracking. In addition, it allows us to perform lead scoring, which is very useful to know which client to prioritize depending on your feedback and interest.

"Best CRM System - Highly Recommend! "

What do you like best?

Zoho CRM is the best CRM that I've ever used...hands down. It is easy to build-out different tools and modules as needed, but also functions extremely well for a complete follow-up system for our current clients. We love Zoho and they continue to roll-out new updates and tools to help our business as we grow.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I dislike about Zoho is that it sometimes can be a bit buggy when building out new modules and hubs. We have only run into this a couple of times and it's nothing to be worried about over the long-run.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would highly recommend using Zoho CRM for any size business. It is easy to use and gives you the opportunity to customize your platform as you grow and have new ideas for implementation.

We are solving the issue of holding hundreds of thousands of prospects and following-up with them consistently over the long-term. We are also solving the problem of handling communications and cases for our current clients. Zoho is the best all-around tool that we have in our business.

"With Zoho CRM I can work on my projects."

What do you like best?

It is marked the difference that this tool has with what I had in mind. Every time I join their platform I can work freely and this is thanks to the different applications that it has. I am working on market advertising and Zoho CRM has allowed me to move forward with my projects, which indicates the ease with which projects can be done with this tool.

What do you dislike?

Zoho CRM will surely have some weaknesses and improve some applications with respect to design, presentation and report writing. But that does not mean that I can say that sometimes it presents some flaws of information load and this leaves in view what I am doing.

What do you like best?

Actually Zoho seems to me a complete software since it allows the company to optimize the pre-sales and sales processes, in truth it is very dynamic and easy to use, it allows us to optimize our revenues in a shorter time, also interacting in social networks is very easy in general we like a team very much.

What do you dislike?

Zoho CRM does not work when the internet connection is bad, although it is true we know that this may happen in some occasions, and because it is a platform in the cloud obviously can not operate which generates delays another point of view improve its technical support , sometimes they are very brief in their advice.

It is a good tool for my company, it has its own programming interface, with this tools I can customize the modules according to the needs and demands of my company.

You have to dedicate time to set up your business if it is true that some CRM will be faster but in general Zoho will work for your company and has a price that seems very low compared to the competition.

"My First and Best CRM"

What do you like best?

It is easy to use. The support team is very kind enough to teach you through how to use Zoho CRM. It was amazing how they called me, shared the screen with me and taught me how to use the CRM. It integrates very well with other Zoho products like campaign, Zoho contacts. It keeps track on all the sales processes and helps in organizing the sales and marketing department. I'm using it even now.

For the time I have been using Zoho CRM I have not noticed anything I can dislike about Zoho CRM.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business process that we intended to solve it is how to track our sales process. Sometimes you get many leads and you are unable keep track on which to follow. Especially if you have many team members. Zoho CRM helps in prioritizing the sales leads to pursue and also shows the progress of the deal making. "ZohoCRM is the best CRM in the market"

What do you like best?

We really like how easy it is to make sales forecasts with zohocrm, mainly because we can organize depending on the kind of client we are working with, be it a construction client or a financial client. Zohocrm is perfect for the handling of feedback, and to segment our clients depending on their usefulness as such. It is perfect for text analysis, and trend.

What do you dislike?

We do not like that zohocrm does not allow us to track business expenses, or that we can not manage our online communities. It also does not allow to openly handle what would be sales projects, so you can not do marketing campaigns with this CRM, unlike many others that are inclined towards sales management, and its automation.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Zohocrm has left us fascinated from the first moment we started using it. We recommend it a lot to manage contracts with construction clients, and to make sales forecasts, or collect feedback. We are very satisfied with its use, and we will continue with it. It is also recommended to store documents.

Thanks to the fact that we use zohocrm we are in a greater harmony with our clientele. Its multichannel communication system keeps us properly communicated, and now it is much easier for us to perform scheduling, and manage contracts. "ZohoCRM will help us compare varieties of metrics"

What do you like best?

What most caught our attention and we liked was the issuance of invoices, and if we want more functions for them we can integrate Zoho invoice to the platform (something totally innovative). We also like its fully updated database and its historical control of each of the contacts we have. It is used for sales management.

What do you dislike?

Our team realized that it does not offer us the options to make a correct expense tracking. The influence tracking of this platform is very tedious and difficult to use. Your contact management has technical failures that take some time to be resolved. There is no specific option for household tracking.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is recommended for all those who want to improve communication and collaboration between staff of different positions in your company, all this thanks to a software package (under the model of software as a service) administrative and management. It also brings together business applications, productivity and collaboration. Highly recommended for those who want to start in this world.

Our company always had problems with email marketing. We never found a platform that would allow us to do it in a good way, but now with ZohoCRM we can do it in a fast, efficient and intelligent way. "Zohocrm has helped us a lot with lead management"

What do you like best?

What we liked most about using Zoho CRM is that it offers us many facilities when segmenting our customers. It is excellent for marketing automation, and to organize and prioritize each lead depending on what you can offer us as a customer. Something we also like about Zoho CRM is its customer interaction tracking system, and its user-friendly interface.

What do you dislike?

It bothers us quite how complicated it is to make forecasting with zohocrm, and the fact that it does not offer enough options for project management, which ends up making it unusable for this. However, it lacks many options for managing finances, such as an expense tracking system or household management.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We highly recommend using zohocrm, mainly to organize and segment each of our clients in a detailed and organized manner. We find it excellent to recommend it to small businesses, due to its price of $ 12 per month. We recommend it a lot to perform quoting management. The truth is that Zoho CRM has fascinated us.

What do you like best?

I like Zoho CRM because it contains an infinity of features that are very useful to develop shocking sales solutions, it is also very easy to understand and put into operation. What do you like best?

It is a tool created to properly manage lead management within web pages. It also includes integrations with chat tools and web analytics. It is worth highlighting its excellent performance identifying trending content and in the respective marketing automation, and it has an easily updatable budgeting system. We really like its facility to create bills issues.

What do you dislike?

It lacks a screen to manage projects and compatibility with social networks, which limits it to a large extent. In addition, its tool to segment users presents some errors. The notifications of this tool usually tend to fail so it is recommended to correct this error. We do not like its integration with mailing softwares.

"ZohoCRM is ideal for all kinds of small business"

What do you like best?

Your task management is very organized and simple. Its integration into social networks is excellent, as are its feedback collection processes. It has a good integration of live chat, with which it is much easier to communicate in a timely manner. Has a good task management.

What do you dislike?

It does not offer handling of surveys, and its handling of pipelines is quite limited when it comes to organizing them. It does not have a good lead nurturing, nor the possibility of tracking our referrals. In the financial field, it does not allow monitoring expenses or influences.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We recommend ZohoCRM because it is a great platform with which they will make their client management work much simpler and more organized. It is essential when you want to make a good follow-up of the activities of potential clients, and when you want to prioritize any of them.

ZohoCRM has helped us enormously by offering us the possibility to completely manage the life cycle of its clients, and to be able to monitor them constantly. It is exceptional to stay organized, and to perform automated marketing via email.

What do you like best?

I like it because it is a great tool to capture customers are important to any business. Using the right software, like Zoho CRM, to manage customer relationships and market your brand can make your business. Zoho CRM satisfies our needs because it allows us to communicate with our customers, be close to them and know their concerns, excellent software.

What do you dislike?

I haven't had many problems as such since it is a great software but I wish it would be a little easier to configure and understand the workflows in Zoho. I'm not very involved in the configuration of the CRM back end, but the two most responsible for the configuration and administration are intelligent cookies and it seems to give them a bit of trouble, probably not enough to exceed the price of the product. I still lack some things to understand in its interface and I hope to be measuring the fence using it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend Zoho CRM is a good platform that we use in our organization. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. Of course, if you exceed Zoho's capabilities you can share several files with different colleagues while maintaining privacy within the same group so it's a great tool in our organization.

in the organization we use this tool to store the databases of our customers, all their information, update their status, send emails, text messages and maintain organized communication so customers can see our deployment and they are at ease.

"Large storage capacity safely anywhere with zoho crm"

What do you like best?

The correct interaction and communication within any modern company is important, I have made great advances and incredible improvements thanks to zoho crm, its functions make my work more dynamic and faster allowing me to save time and money, the efforts I make every day are very positive and sales are growing more and more, the program has a friendly platform and with tools that allow you to save send and receive information with great security, your service and attention is good the seller is attentive and solves problems quickly, I can recommend this program to this day I have no problems using it

I like ZohoCRM because it is very easy to use, we can also integrate it with other software and be used in different departments, although for me its use stands out mainly in sales ... it has seen the great positive impact it has generated thanks to the versatility that offers this product by personalizing the prospective customer service, we can continuously monitor our sales flow while continuing to perform the various actions that are also executed through the help provided by ZohoCRM

"Best Basic CRM"

What do you like best?

Ability to customize the modules, fields, layouts and workflow to meet specific business needs.

Flexible reporting options, easy to customize existing reports and create new reports.

he screens and layout look a little dated compared to some of their competitors.

It is sometimes difficult to find where to make changes to the system (is it in Setup, Accounts, etc.).

No IMAP support for add-on email accounts. Can only use POP.

If you need a very basic CRM, there may be other options that are simpler to use or set up. But if you need a full-function CRM, and particularly if you use the interface with campaigns and email, it is an excellent choice. Zoho CRM is also one of the few CRMs that supports inventory (products), price books, quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.

We have used Zoho to manage the sales and marketing process. It is used by both the sales and marketing teams to monitor and track sales leads and opportunities, and we have used Zoho Campaigns for email marketing. Because of its integration with the Zoho suite of business tools, Zoho can address most all of the requirements of our sales and marketing teams.

"I used to use Zoho but switched to Pipeline Deals"

What do you like best?

Zoho is not a bad CRM per se.. They all seem to have their quirks and to be quite honest I wouldn't have switched to Pipelinedeals had my company not decided to do so company wide. It's really easy to use and plugs into most if not all of your platforms.. Emails.. phone calls...etc. It's mobile app is easy and it seems to work really well with Gmail interface.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that you have to manually enter everything from the start. Formatting is tough, but I guess that is the same for every CRM.

What do you like best?

ZohoCRM made my sales processes faster, which allowed me to save time and money in tests with other software, the interface is very easy and didactic to use so it does not require great support to function in the tool. It allows several contact options such as email, live chat and phone calls, a good solution to email marketing ... fact that has achieved great increase in our portfolio of satisfied customers, it is simply one of the best CRM software we have used

What do you dislike?

The updates that have been made to ZohoCRM has made the software a bit slower in some data analysis features, however that can be improved. I also dislike that about 15% of my emails fall on my clients' unwanted email, which is not beneficial for my company's income

Recommendations to others considering the product

If there are other software not compatible with your equipment, ZohoCRM is the solution for that, compatible with most existing operating systems, very light and fast to adapt the data in the interface. We recommend using the trial version first before using the paid version and you will know whether or not it suits you to use this software

I am using ZohoCRM to be able to attract even more potential clients and therefore increase my sales on a large scale, I complement the strategies of contact with the client through email marketing and I finish with a direct call from ZohoCRM. Thanks to this great software I no longer lose so many clients due to lack of contact as before, the client feels more and better served thanks to the fact that we contact them more often

"Great CRM with Lots of Options"

What do you like best?

I like that Zoho CRM has a free version that allows you to get some real use out of it before needing to upgrade to subscription option. The marketplace includes add-ons to expand the CRM with Desk for support, Forms for capture and Analytics for reporting. It is on the right track. The social tools are a great option.

What do you dislike?

There could be more options in the marketplace to create a better workspace. Create automation rules could use a little more information in the UI.

This CRM contains great tools for a start-up business and options for growing with the company. It is definitely on the right path and simple to pick up to begin using.

What do you like best?

Currently it is quite difficult for all companies to fully understand the customer and meet their needs generating positive opinions, my work day by day has been made easier thanks to the zoho crm, the software really is very good offers a modern platform and some tools very good that help me to establish the cycles of all clients and their histories and be able to manage the best system for marketing sales or supports and meet the needs of customers, also allows to improve in all the weaknesses that the company has tables or personal graphics that allow improving the deal with each client or supplier. The deployment of the product is quite fast and when doing my job it saves me time and money, its integration with other softwares that I use every day like the mailchimp or g suite is excellent and the provider very fast and attentive, the times that I have required its support the management has really been good at solving my requirement in the best way, the cost is low and being a product that provides many benefits the value in relation to all the advantages it has is quite acceptable, it is ideal for all types of small businesses medium or large and its use thanks to modern tools is fast and practical.

What do you dislike?

the program in general is excellent but not everything is perfect, I would like in the next updates to add larger icons, because in the android I find it difficult to execute some things, I have vision problems, but it is something of little importance

What do you like best?

All the options are given in a single page, able to develop templates and schedule emails as per the requirement, Customization options are available.we can add filters as per our convenience, Contracts and deals have separate pages which enables to find the growth of a lead.Tasks have got 2 modes of reminders and this helps to reduce the reminder mails flowing in. Also the badge shows the overdue tasks. Tasks have got option within to change as per the completion.We could integrate our calling options in the page. Call recordings are possible which helps us to refer back. Emails and calls are tracked.We could analyse this by clicking on it.Muktiple call options can be give. Internal chat boxes are available which helps to get the doubts to clarified in a single shot

"Terrible Experience"

What do you like best?

Conceptually, the features and cross application integration are very appealing. Many work well and are relatively straight forward to setup.

What do you dislike?

When things don't work as stated, they don't work at all. Some documented features no longer exist, or are not functioning in the manner described. Terrible support channels. I waited 5 days for technical support to assist in enabling a cross-platform function, between 2 Zoho applications (CRM and Desk), as the settings were broken, providing a 404 error. I requested a migration of data, which is stated to take less than 48 hours. 6 days in, still not completed, and I'm given the response "someone will follow up with you within 24 hours."

Attempting to utilize the product as an outbound sales solution, having data synced with existing customers and support inquiries. The product gets us about 80% of the way, however, very little is executed in entirety.

"Zoho is Great for Email - Good for CRM"

What do you like best?

Can't beat the price. We found that Zoho had the best price for the features we needed. I love their free email solution and use that personally. Fairly easy to create quotes, although I wish it were a little easier to make quotes "prettier". We still have some problems with getting the templates to efficiently use space.

What do you dislike?

I wish it were a little easier to set up and understand workflows in Zoho. I'm not too involved in the back end setup of the CRM, but the two guys most responsible for the setup and administration are smart cookies and it seems like it gives them a bit of trouble, probably not enough to outweigh the price point of the product. I'm still stuck on understanding tasks and what it takes to accomplish and move on. Some on the sales staff have complained about the slowness of the product during searches.

It has been very slow for our company to implement. I guess overall, we were probably only hindered by our company's size and resources to fully utilize most features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Zoho CRM to build quotes, track customer contacts, and forecast. We also use it a little as our ticketing, KB, and RMA solution. If we spent more time working on the ticketing component and KB sections it could probably be a great assist in allowing their remote sales team to collaborate more easily. Having remote employees is a new challenge for the company and this could really help.

" Reliable and powerful accounting software"

What do you like best?

Zoho is a reliable and powerful mail and groupware service. I've used it a few times for clients and for one of my own blogs. The free mail accounts have an easy to use web interface, and the built-in apps are handy too.

There are some strict anti-spam measure in place, and I have had my account blocked once after it was compromised (not Zoho's fault), but their support team were helpful in getting it back. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

What do you dislike?

Using Zoho books , found it very friendly , easy to operate . Management reports are not very detailed . Good value for money as low priced .

"Great CRM, incredible room for modifications and personalization"

What do you like best?

I've worked with several companies who use this tool and I am always amazed by how flexible it is and how all these companies always have such a personalized range of actions and fields, all allowed by the CRM developers, of course. Not only that, but it also allows each individual to personalize it even more, with the use of macros for daily/repetitive tasks, mass emails and texts, and personalized views so you can group your clients or customers and keep track of their status or keep in touch with them much more easily.

What do you dislike?

Server is a bit glitchy sometimes, but can't tell for sure whether it's a matter of Zoho or the companies working under it, but it all usually gets solved pretty quickly whenever I reach out to support within my company. Another thing my customers have complained about is their contact with support, yet again, I am not really in the know on whether this has to do with my company (the one i work with) or Zoho

Take your time to explore, create your own views, take advantage of macros and all the tools this has to make your daily tasks much easier and faster to do

"Zoho Gets it Done!!"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that Zoho CRM is easy to use. The configuration and style is very simple that it allows just about anyone with some type of computer knowledge to get started. I like the fact that the CRM has customization input that can accommodate your business needs.

What do you dislike?

I really dont dislike anything about Zoho, I mean it works wonders for our type of business. We do often see that it might be too simple in the design which might make it look a bit outdated in comparison to other CRM software

The only thing about Zoho is that it does not offer the ability to add multiple merchant accounts. Other than that it is perfect.

"Sales IQ is great but the CRM is iffy"

What do you like best?

We use zoho to house all of our contacts and leads and also to track the stages of where our deals are at. Sales IQ is wonderful for seeing who is on our site and where they are from. We pull many people off of sales IQ and that is mainly what pays for our subscription.

What do you dislike?

A few things frustrate me the most about Zoho. One being the campaign automation and the other is searching for an account, deal, contact or lead. Trying to setup a drip campaign in zoho is terrible. A/B testing is also quite challenging to figure out. Searching for an account is not intuitive and has to be perfect in order to find the account.

Zoho helps us understand who is on our website and also helps us understand where each deal is at during the sales process.
