**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

It now has Ai features (Zia) integrated with the page. Their MailMagnet notification panel is now avail for standard tier users too. It helps spped up my time, with emails and summarizing reporting.

the layout can be cluttered. theres a lot of features and customization options but can be difficult to customize a report i need.

it solves plenty of problems when using Zoho, it helps me stay organized and reminds me of what information or data I need to input to complete a customer profile.

This has helped me and my team track every customer interaction in one place, prioritize high-value leads, and automate follow-ups, saving significant time and reducing manual errors.

With over 40 integrated apps—including CRM, Projects, Books, and HR tools—it’s a comprehensive solution that covers all our operational needs. The seamless integration between apps has significantly improved efficiency and reduced manual work. We especially appreciate the flexibility to customize processes as we grow, and the mobile access keeps our team productive on the go. For the value it offers, Zoho One is an excellent investment for any business aiming to centralize and scale operations.

Not all features available on desktop are equally functional or accessible on mobile apps, depending on the module

It’s a huge time-saver. Automating routine tasks like tracking time off, managing employee records, and scheduling interviews allows me to focus more on employee engagement and support. The self-service portal also empowers employees to update information or request leave, reducing back-and-forth communication.

Overall, Zoho One has improved accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in our HR operations.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

The platform offers a robust dashboard and database management capabilities, allowing us to create customized workflows for every manual activity. As both an administrator and a user, I frequently use it for generating real-time reports, including daily sales and call tracking. The application is user-friendly. 

One of the most valuable features is the comprehensive contact history view, showing the source of the lead, who has handled it, all related activities, and its current status. This visibility greatly supports daily reporting and accountability. Additionally, the seamless integration with marketing tools has significantly enhanced our campaign execution.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Mobile application limitations are there; while functioning, it lacks some of the advanced features available on the desktop, making it less efficient for users on the go. Occasionally, the system experiences slight lags during peak usage, especially when handling large data volumes. Customization requires a steep learning curve or support from a technical user.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM has helped us streamline and automate several manual processes, particularly around database and workflow management. It allows us to build structured workflows for routine tasks, which reduces manual effort and increases operational efficiency. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate real-time reports for daily sales and call tracking, helping us stay on top of performance metrics. The detailed contact history feature gives full visibility into each lead’s journey, from source to current owner, making it easier to track progress, ensure accountability, and improve follow-ups. Additionally, its integration capabilities with marketing tools have been incredibly useful, allowing us to manage campaigns more effectively from within the CRM. New UI is clean and faster. Improved AI integration and better navigation. You can find items faster now. Workflow setup is easier as well.

AI integration is still in the beginning. Great process but needs deeper integration to execute more tasks automatically.

trying to send quotes out and contracts and manage our sales team and Internal team to give them all the numbers and documents they need. This gives us one platform to save all the documents and heaven history of our client accounts and we both sold in the past and we can all look at the same document and can work from there, benefits us to not have any paper contract anymore.

I love being able to customize the information we collect in the format we want it to look like.  I love how Zoho CRM works with the invoice as well.  We use Zoho CRM every day. The features we use the most are Contacts, the dashboard, connecting to invoicing and tasks.

I wish we had more fields to work with - we always seem to run out.

Zoho CRM offers excellent flexibility when it comes to customizing fields, layouts, and modules to match our sales process. The best part is how well it integrates with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem—whether it's Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Desk—making it easy to maintain a single source of truth across all sales and marketing touchpoints. Creating workflows, automating follow-ups, assigning leads, and tracking deal stages feels intuitive and efficient. It's also scalable and suits both small teams and larger org structures.

While the CRM is feature-rich, the interface could be more modern and streamlined. Some areas, like advanced reporting and dashboard creation, require a bit of a learning curve. At times, user permissions and roles can get confusing when setting up for multiple teams.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Zoho CRM offers a surprising range of built-in features and customisation tools that you can use to adapt your CRM with little hassle. I find the security controls around profiles and roles quite user friendly compared to similar systems.

That said, you do also need a developer on hand for higher level integrations. Thankfully, Zoho seems to be quite dev friendly, it has a robust api system - endpoints are create as soon as you create a new field in a module. If you want to connect Zoho to say, wordpress, that is easily done. Today, our CRM is integrated with every aspect of the business, including our websites & ERP system.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

On the note of customisation, it's both a pro and a con for the CRM. Our Zoho site is likely starkly different to the next implementation - something that makes it difficult to truly review on a case by case basis. 

Our business spent a significant amount of time and money customising and tailoring Zoho to our own needs, something that lead to a costly and lengthy implementation process. If you plan on using Zoho, take preplanning very seriously. Don't expect it to work for you out of the box, because like Pandora, opening the box and trying to force all it's various tools to work for you and your users will lead to more harm than good.

Zoho allowed us to integrate with various systems via API that we could not have done or would have struggled to do with our previous on prem CRM.

Zoho Crm is easy to use and comes with all standard features with customization option at very reasonable price compare to any other crm in market. We use it on daily basis for all our Business development needs and customer support is also upto mark. It has lot more features to fulfill all business needs.

UI is less impressive compare to other CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce

Being able to add resumes to the CRM. Importing the candidate's personal information and matching the personal information to the resume.

It was not very user friendly and hard to run reports as well as move around in.

It is a recruiting tool that is very resonably priced however there is a lot to be desired when it comes to running reports, running queries and making sure candidate details are matching to what details and resume are already in the system.

This CRM functions effectively and includes all the essential entities you would expect. It covers the basics well and meets my needs in that regard.

It's unnecessarily complicated to make changes. There are also some strange restrictions when it comes to API access, creating entities, and building workflows.

Zoho CRM has been a game-changer for streamlining our sales process without breaking the bank, though it took some tweaking to get it just right. Initially, hard to navigate but once we were used to it, it worked just better.

As mentioned before, the learning curve can feel steep at first with all the features scattered around, and importing reports sometimes was a nightmare.

The chaos of managing leads, customer data, and sales pipelines by centralizing everything into one platform, which cuts down on scattered spreadsheets and missed follow-ups. I especially like its deep customization option, everything from custom modules to tailored workflows can be set up to fit specific business needs.

Sometimes the interface feels a bit crowded, and it takes time to figure out where everything is. The advanced features can be tricky to learn, especially for non-technical users, and support responses on lower-tier plans can be slow.

 This has been very helpful addition.

We're getting more proficient with the entire system, and things are going much more smoothly.

this was our first entry to a CRM system. We are trying to learn how to track leads, follow up with potential customers and streamline templates for frequently asked questions. Now that we better understand what a CRM is, we better understand the importance.

I think the best part about Zoho CRM is how versatile and easy to configure/edit/adapt to whatever business you own. I've used Zoho as a real estate manager and as a University manager and its worked wonders for both businesses.

If takes quite some time to get familiar with the Interface UI. For someone whose not tech savy it might even be troublesome taking on the app.
The Reports module is very basic. It needs more customizations and features.
Customer Support could be better as well. Depending on the complexity of your task, it could take hours with you online with an agent before getting a definite resolution or even days through their e-mail system.
