Zoho CRM has changed the way I control my clients ready to go with no trouble. I liked that I could easily customize the dashboards to my requirements. I can see instantly the status of my sales possibilities, project development as well as customer interaction.

Even though the user interface is user-friendly, there are occasions when the learning curve for several of the more sophisticated features can be a little bit difficult.

Easy to use, and many functionalities and integrations. Also, the whole Zoho Suite offers many other useful modules, which can be integrated with the CRM (if it makes sense), and in general it's also nice to have all kinds of different apps under one roof.

Certain functionalities are missing, or complicated to configure.

Has good UI/UX design for a good user interface
And is very to use and navigate. 
In built has email support and also give tasks for meetings and calls to take a timely follow ups

The best thing I like is the great capability of Zoho to effortlessly connect with other Zoho software and third-party apps. The ease of implementation and use is just great and helps me a great deal to take of my customer support business as an virtual associate. The interface is very user friendly, allowing for various customizations and this has led to an increase in frequency to use the tool.

The AI features are only present in the higher versions of this tool. The basic plan I am using has a limitation on custom fields and support.

The major business problems I am facing are keeping a track of my customers and their data, Zoho helps me a lot to solve this issue thereby increasing the business of my client.

Different modules like deals, leads, meetings, etc to a keep a track of each and every lead. The reminders and calendar feature and integration has been real helpful. The web version of zoho crm is very easy to use. Support team also provides regular updates and prompt responses. Integrations are very easy to implement.

The mobile app is not user friendly and complicated to understand.

This is the most average CRM I have ever worked on.
1. ZOHO App - somewhat better to use than the desktop version
2. Display - is good

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

1. Zoho CRM is lags more than normal increasing the time wastage than time management - which is the whole point of using a CRM 
2. This CRM has only 5 filters for lead management - honestly it is very less for 
fast work speed - that is the whole point of using a CRM
3. The CRM customer service team needs a screnshot of all the technical issues sent on email - and issues do not get resolved 
4. Notes written on CRM - gets deleted automatically due to lagging concern
5. Text can only be done bold in the Zoho CRM Mobile application only - this is not available in the desktop version 
6. This app has limited easy options for ease of work - making it the most average CRM

Definetly the ZOHO Software is superbb but specialy chat support of ZOHO ONE is like nightmare

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

We are into Education industry.

We have implemented ZOHO CRM in April 2023 with only 2 users and in just 6 months we have reached to 91 users just because of good chat support of ZOHO CRM.

Recently we have shifted to ZOHO ONE because we have decided to implement ZOHO Tools in all other department also.

Now we are facing very poor response from the ZOHO ONE's chat support. The agents are not knowledgeable enough, they just try to end the chat every time and they do not have prospective of solution. Many times, agents do not read our messages and asking same thing again and again and because of  less knowledgable, agents escalate the issue to other team and said  that you will receive an email, this happend most of the time even for just a small issue, this effects our growth.

We have raised the issue with ZOHO ONE team but they also not able to  give solution.

Now we have decided to drop ZOHO ONE and back to ZOHO CRM, we will user other tools for our other departments.


Based on our experience, we recommend that instead of ZOHO ONE, use individual tool so that you can receive good support from particular tool's expert.

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

It is a really flexible and useful CRM. There is a lot that can be developed and tailored to your business experience and how your sales and other teams function. I have operated only on full subscription so can tell solely about the CRM and entire zoho ecosystem working together. However, the latter needs large improvement.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

It has a lot other "portals" in its ecosystem which it streamlines functionality to that could have been in CRM from the beggining. Hence, you will always need to think about connecting various portals with different toolsets in your CRM and keeping them live, if they update it is not communicated directly in CRM ad you need to check those extra portals.

The custommer support is separate for each and is the worst. Typically you get 7 days of waiting time and a response that pushes you towards Zoho parthers which get their replies faster and thus can help you quicker with your issues. Also, if one of such tools has an update you have to do it there separately.

Also, fairly too many systemic issues and errors throughout the year. Sometimes a workflow starts on its own (labeled as a bug later), functionality on one of the portals of ecosystem gets broken and needs reconnecting. 

Some things that are deemed impossible in documentation still can be achieved, i.e. creation of a contact with the same emails.

Zoho CRM has many capabilities. The ability to customize module fields and layouts is huge. Being able to easily add leads or contacts from my Outlook to Zoho CRM is a big win. I use Zoho daily.

You can get lost in the many capabilities if you don't invest time to learn how they work. Also, the custom reporting module is clunky and tough to use.

Zoho CRM was stickly a contact manager, but am now using it to track deals - the program does a great job with this and the KanBan view is a nice touch.

The versitile number of feautures that it comes with, will allow most businesses use of its system. The ease of intengration is even better. Add lists with spread sheets.

The tool is not that difficult to use I was able to customize fields, import data and get my customer management system up and running without too much trouble. I liked that I can customize the dashboards to my needs. I can see at a glance the status of my sales opportunities, project progress and customer interaction.

Not much.  Nice UI.  Lack of customer support and failure to honor promotional price is why we are winding down use of any other Zoho products as well.

What minimal customer support there is tries to schedule calls for the middle of the night U.S. time.  Very unsatisfying experience with this vendor.  Was on 3 product of suite and evaluating 2 others - but enough is enough.

Zoho One solves a lot of operational and process issues for small business.  What is probably one of the best solutions for any small business is Zoho Books and the other Zoho apps that integrate with Books, like CRM or Bigin.  Zoho Projects or Sprints is also very helpful due to the integration with the other business solutions that Zoho offers. The automation and integration features are priceless.

Initially, we thought that Zoho would be a good fit for our small organization. They had what seemed to be accessible CRM and PM platforms that were integrated and navigable.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The service provided was substantially underwhelming. We needed to change our Super Admin user after a medical emergency, and were told that the original user needed to provide information, which was not possible. After two weeks of dragging through and back and forth, and being denied a primary and backup, and not receiving responses because I was not the listed Super Admin, we got resolution, but it was too late for us. The damage had been done. The implementation had not been completed before our Super Admin had a medical emergency, and the team was not able to utilize the platform with any frequency.

They literally solved none of our problems. None. They cost us time and money and their delays ended up costing us a part of their fees when we asked for a refund.

Easy to use and manage. There is barely no need of external help to configure the CRM.
Quite a lot of modules and options that allow you do a wide range of things.
Great flexibility to customize the Front-end and fields to be used. User access is also easy to parameter.
I would say this is clearly a good CRM for mid-size companies.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

There is a huge gap in terms of integrated telephony for sales people. It's impossible to link your mobile phone number to the CRM and call from the CRM.
Emails integration could be smoother but works fine.
Custom automations might require coding.
There is no "list" function but rather some filter view that you can save.
Schedule a meeting functionnality is a mess.
