**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

Very well organized and easy to access user experience. As someone who works in tech, I have to use many different applications throughout my day, and being able to quickly find what I need in Leapsome helps me get my work done quicker.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I discovered that Leapsome has some features I was unaware of, which would have been useful to know about sooner. Providing more information or guidance on the available functionality would be beneficial.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I regularly meet with colleagues from various departments in my organization, and Leapsome has been instrumental in helping me stay aligned with our company's objectives while keeping track of discussion topics during one-on-ones. I also found it very straightforward to collaborate with my manager on setting goals and monitoring our progress toward achieving them.

I use Leapsome for quarterly feedback and giving kudos, and it's a very handy place to view feedback from multiple sources, which are put together on a nice visual chart for tracking progress. The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. It integrates well with Slack. The initial setup must have been a smooth ride.

I like that Leapsome makes it easy to share feedback with others, which is really helpful. The interface is quite cute and intuitive, which makes it pleasant to work with. **What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I find Leapsome very easy to understand and use. It's user-friendly and helps me a lot with setting up my career growth. I also like how it helps me keep track of my goals by defining metrics and actions, and it shows me how I'm doing. The initial setup was very easy and super intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Not a lot. This is just a personal preference, but I would give the "Instant feedback" tool a bit more prominence, should be considered the glue that keeps everything together when it comes to culture. We can only know our values by knowing what do we value from others.

I use Leapsome to track my professional growth, set career goals, give feedback and praises, and take mandatory trainings. It's user-friendly and helps with goal-setting by defining metrics and actions, making it very easy to monitor progress.

I haven’t encountered any issues or design flaws in the functionality I’ve needed to use. For me, that means there haven’t been any downsides so far.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a telecommunications engineer, I appreciate tools that stay out of the way of the real engineering work. Leapsome offers a well-structured, clear UI that’s easy to navigate and helps me save time on admin tasks. Keeping past notes, action items, and goals all in one place is genuinely useful, and it makes progress planning much more straightforward.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I use Leapsome for performance review and goals tracking. I find it straightforward and easy to set up goals. It's great that every time I exit and enter the page again, everything is up to date and all changes are saved, removing frustration and saving time. Setting up goals is flexible, so I can continue where I left off, making the experience less frustrating and more enjoyable. The initial setup was easy; P&O conducted a session for the team lead, making it straightforward for us to use.

I dont dislike. i suggested as improvement the "Goals improvement" feature based on shared performance development goals  and P1s shared by the company

I like the simple and interactive UI of Leapsome, which makes it fun to use. It saves a lot of time, especially when I want to create training sessions—it's easy to just upload my presentation or add a quiz. The training feature in Leapsome is self-made and saves a lot of costing. The initial setup was also pretty easy.

I think the interface of a few tabs could be improved. The current default Goals button shows Goals of the whole company assigned to everyone, but it should show either my goals or team goals by default, and a filter option can be used if I want to see everyone's goals.

Leapsome has an intuitive navigation, and it’s genuinely pleasant to scroll through the course content.

One thing I’ve noticed is that even after I complete a course, it still shows up in my notifications reminding me to finish it. When I tap the notification, it just takes me back to the course marked as completed.

Leapsome is fantastic when you’re ready to level-up your people ops, but if you’re still doing things really lean, you might find some of its bells & whistles more than you need. Also, rolling it out takes work - you’ll need a plan for set-up, training, and adoption. And if your workflows are really bespoke, you’ll want to check how flexibly Leapsome can adapt.

I like how clean Leapsome is. Everything is simple and not too cluttered, which makes it very easy for me to learn from the get-go. I don't need to watch a video to figure out what's going on; everything's easy for me to find. I also appreciate that it links with Slack, providing an amazing feature where it reminds me of my call every Monday to fill it in beforehand. The initial setup was very simple for me, as I only had to sign in.

I like that Leapsome compiles and consolidates everything in one place, providing a standardized and cohesive tool for managing relationships between managers and direct reports. It's really helpful having it all in one singular tool.

The only major or core area of improvement I have for Leapsome is the meeting notes feature. It's not super intuitive when it comes to how notes from previous meetings are carried over into new meetings. I've also noticed that notes from previous meetings are being pulled erroneously into new meetings. Understanding how to set up new meetings better moving forward is really the biggest area of improvement.

It is more detailed, making it easier to explain and present ourselves to our managers, who can then understand and review our performances better. The integration with Outlook is very helpful as it saves time by directly linking us to the Leapsome portal in just a click. Everything! It has amazing UX, suggestions for their own modules, and never had any technical issues or performance bugs. It integrates easily to many other systems and platforms. Haven't had the chance to use their AI tools yet, but I bet they work as good as the rest of features. I think it's a very cost-effective platform, compared to others in the market.

The only thing I dislike is that some sections are not easy to navigate quickly, especially when reviewing goals or feedback. A smoother, more intuitive UI would help save time and make it easier to track progress efficiently.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

The goal cycle and learning paths are extremely valuable for supporting employee development. Their clear structure provides an excellent foundation for meaningful discussions between employees and managers, helping to guide and analyse career growth and future development opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Some features can be quite manual to set up. For example, creating our absence policies was very time-consuming, both in setting them up initially and then assigning them to each employee. An ideal improvement would be an upload template, similar to the one used for personal details, allowing policies to be uploaded in bulk and automatically populated for the relevant employees.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system lacked the ability to set goals or support areas for employee development. Now that we have Leapsome, we are excited about the possibility of developing our own learning paths, where employees can access and complete meaningful courses that support their growth and progression, all within one system. By hosting this training in Leapsome, we can also access valuable analytical data to understand engagement levels and assess how positively the courses are received.

I use Leapsome for strategic OKRs targeting by quarters. I love how OKRs can be set at the SLT level, recorded, and agreed upon in Leapsome. It's easy to track progress and pivot if needed, ensuring we achieve our goals. The platform also makes it simple to cascade and refine OKRs for our teams. Adding and sharing OKRs is straightforward, which saves time. The initial setup was very easy, and I switched from Excel because managing it was painful.

It would be good to have a report or changes history and date/time stamp with an OKR was added.
