"Easy and fast meetings"

What do you like best?

I like it for the good use we make to make videoconferences faster and so we avoid being in presence in one place with the ease of this platform, everything we need to be in a meeting we do it through the application installed on any device and then start the meeting giving all our opinions with the option to raise your hand to tell us as if we were in the meeting place, besides that their functions are very good and collaborate with our time

What do you dislike?

I do not dislike anything of this platform, I believe that all the functions that it has are the correct ones and that there is nothing that interrupts me in my work, it is a very easy means of communication since its installation and its perfect functioning at all times for my meetings and conversations with my co-workers

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sometimes I have trouble moving to the meeting place if I'm not in the office because I'm far away and may not reach the meeting point, so I can go in the car or be somewhere else and take this meeting through the application without any problem as if you were at the meeting point

"Easy and productive access"

What do you like best?

Videoconferencing in the cloud means that we can communicate with those who are far away and are important to attend meetings, in videoconferencing rooms we meet those who can be and those who do not by the zoom app and so we are all connected in the same conference room at the same time and in real time, being able to be all communicated and conducting the meeting without anyone missing to take the views of all

What do you dislike?

It is an app that helps me a lot for my work and it helps me too much. The only bad thing that I see is that for all of us to be connected we have to have a good internet signal because otherwise video calls start to fall, hindering the that have good internet advance through which the internet prevents them from being connected without failures

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for its ease of use that allows us to be connected in a very simple way and no matter the distance where each one is because the realization of the conferences have been a success since we tried this app everything is easier

"Buggy hardware"

What do you like best?

Zoom rooms are great, especially when you have an open floor work environment. I like the ability to raise your hand. It's especially nice since I'm a quiet spoken person. The screen sharing functionality is great for remote hands on training with direct guidance and supervision. I would say that's the best feature Zoom has to offer, as you can let someone take control of your screen and run the commands/steps while you watch.

What do you dislike?

The camera stitches the room together and often causes weird visual glitches. The audio quality is poor; volume between participants varies greatly, it often drops the call, and disconnections are common. People are too quiet, underwater, or lag and go silent for a while. I'm hard wired into the company ethernet so computer speed doesn't seem to be the issue, so I assume it is on Zoom's end. The video qualities is similar. I generally don't use the video options since it causes more lag than it's worth.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Gets the job done, but is definitely not top of the line in my opinion. I don't know how competitive their pricing is, but if it's not competitive don't bother.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communicating in person is generally much easier than communication via text; it's faster and more robust. Zoom Rooms are great for joining cross company calls and meeting with your local peers in person to get some face time with coworkers. The screen sharing functionality is great for remote hands on training with direct guidance and supervision.

"Video conferencing software"

What do you like best?

Moving to attend meetings is a thing of the past with zoom has made my life easier and not only for that has also served me to conduct interviews and trainings with its excellent server that allows these communication opportunities easier without complications, people no longer they have excuses that they can not attend a meeting or training because by means of zooming they can connect without any difficulty from any device and cell phone, in addition to how it works having internet the internet is something basic that everybody has in these modern times

What do you dislike?

Zoom does not have an annual payment option to which I would like to have this option to pay the full year at a time and not be worried each month to pay and that by paying annually you could receive discounts for being longer payment and be more fixed time with them

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Zoom is a software that prevents transfers to meetings or other events where you need to meet a certain group of people and it is not due to laziness that people do not want to move is to avoid traffic jams or to move from our workplace if I remove more time to do other activities of my work

"Group collaboration"

What do you like best?

This app is a group with very useful functions for the creation of videoconferences in private rooms with high quality through the servers that is easy to use and the person with whom I am going to communicate does not have to have the zoom app installed just with my meeting link can enter the room

The prices offered depends on the needs of each company depending on the size, something great because it has many options of plans to choose which would be the best that benefits us and which is more adjustable

What do you dislike?

It is an app that consumes a lot of energy from my mobile phone and that is why I prefer to receive videoconferences on my computer so that my phone lasts with the battery more time, it consumes a lot of resources and that makes my phone download very fast when I use it

It has an ease of use that makes any member install and start interacting with the app without tutorials or guides that teach because their self-learning is fast and very simple, in addition to the communication of such good quality that allows anytime any part of the world

"Communications from different places"

What do you like best?

It has a very broad capacity to enter users to the same meeting to have a more dynamic work and a communication in one place no matter where each user connects because we all connect in the same app and it is like we are present in a room. meeting of the company

The virtual funds to touch up the appearance hide my location at the time of the meeting allowing me to connect from the comfort of my house without others realizing where I really am

Integrated chat keeps the conversation going between meetings

What do you dislike?

In the free version the time limit in the meetings is very short which sometimes has to do several opening sessions until the end of the meeting in the same way you can pay a plan that are economical so you do not have to restart the meeting

Shorten distances for communication with other employees, partners or customers who are in another country and have to communicate with them urgently.

Meetings are simple to perform avoid transfers and keep in touch for meetings that are of great importance and improvised

"Conference in the cloud"

What do you like best?

- Creation of rooms for private meetings only with whom I want to contact me

- double transmission on double screens

"Instant meetings"

What do you like best?

Zoom Rooms is a very simple way to create instant meetings by shortening distances because it does not matter where each of the members of the meeting is, only having a cell phone or a computer can be connected to the meeting via Wi-Fi or HDMI cable

The virtual rooms in which the meeting is done are paid separately but it does not matter because they are of great benefit for the company, besides they are of a very economic price for and more if I pay the annual plan it is cheaper

I can have all the meetings recorded and saved in the cloud very safe

What do you dislike?

The service of support by chat is good and fast but the service by telephone is delayed there are times that all the advisors are busy and it is necessary to wait and wait a long time until one is vacated and I can take care of my call

"Meetings easy to create"

What do you like best?

One of the most interesting functions of zoom rooms is to create meetings and add participants from anywhere in the world without them having the app installed

I think meetings by zoom rooms very constant because it seems to me that it is easy to access through this site to the meeting that I go to the offices to meet personally, besides that I have the administration of who can enter and all the permits of the meeting

We can share screens simultaneously to exchange information as every meeting requires it and can be viewed without defects or problems

It has many very fun options apart from the virtual funds to recreate that I am elsewhere and touch up my appearance to see me better

What do you dislike?

It would be great if the other members did not see when I silenced a conversation to make it more private

the duration time of a videoconference is very short in free mode I understand that it is free but there should be a little more time

It seems that zoom rooms helps a lot in the communication of meetings avoiding trips and you can have a good meeting at any time and place and not only can I communicate through meetings to the partners or employees also to the clients showing a new way of communication

"Easy and timely meetings"

What do you like best?

With zoom rooms create virtual conference rooms is very easy to make and to make meetings that all attendees can enter from the place where they are in a very simple and fast, there are no excuses that can not go to the meeting because the site is far away or they can not reach it because from the device they have they can connect to the meeting

I find zooming a good application that works on any operating system, be it a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer

Although it is a large or small group of meetings, the option to raise your hand is very useful so that we can all speak in an orderly manner and understand each other

What do you dislike?

I only have one thing to say that I find it a little complicated and in large group meetings the voices arrive delayed for 4 to 5 seconds is not much but you can tell that when he speaks it takes to arrive what he is saying

"Can I hold legal consultation meetings via ZOOM Rooms?"

What do you like best?

What I like the most of this product is that it is very easy to log in and the band with does not affect so much the connection.

Itrs free version is very good for temporary employees that are likely to use it not vey often.

Screens are very easy to share and all the fueatures it offers are very user friendly.

Recording a meeting for future reference is very simple and all participants can have a more active role in the meetings because ideas are contrasted in a very direct and dynamic way.

Even if the connection is poor and a video confecrence cannot be hold, the meeting may continue just with audio and the chat is very helpful to provide indications and directions in a milti participant meeting.

What do you dislike?

What I do not like so much about this product is the time limit it has when a meeting is hold with more than two participants in its free version. However, the room can be restarted and the meeting can continue.

Sometimes the sound quality is not very good if the connection is a bit poor.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product is highly recommended to office tasks in a more efficient manner.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In my institution, we decided to start usind this product because the most salient benefit of this product is that meetings and consultations can be carried out with coworkers offsite and their input can be recorded for future reference.

"Zoom Rooms are very useful for a language class."

What do you like best?

What I like best is the possibility this product gives teachers to interact live online with their students. In my personal case, Zoom Rooms has given me the chance to get to know my students better and it has enabled me to identify the areas in which I may be of help to them.

My students may pose a question and they receive an answer right away. By doing so, teachers may have present additional information to their students and students have the chance to get a more structured orientation.

What do you dislike?

What I don't like the most is the time limit in the free version for more than one participant per sessions.

I understand there shoul be a time limit, but I find it too short.

Sometimes it is necessary to break an idea and log out, then you have to log in again to complete that idea. In such case, the explanation does not get to be very clear becauise the pause hinders its understanding.

Some students may feel neglected or ignored if they are not notified previously about the time limit.

The teachers' and students' concertration in an activity may get lost so the purpose of the lesson may not be achieved with the same eficiency as if the lesson had no breaks at all.

They will find it very useful.

"Perfect for conferences"

What do you like best?

I like Zoom Rooms because it facilitates the creation of rooms for private meetings with only the people with whom I want to hold a conference. It is very easy to be able to share documents, images and videos quickly, which facilitates the ability to carry out dynamic conferences and improve the communication of what you want to transmit.

What do you dislike?

Cloud storage does not seem to work correctly since there is often an error when uploading files.

"From Tech-Wiz to Grandma, It Just Works"

What do you like best?

I have supervised distance learning technology at a school, and have spearheaded webinar as a means of delivery since before it was mainstream. Never, ever have I encountered a product that consistently provided 1) OUTSTANDING video & audio quality 2) DELIGHTFUL ease of use for our mostly senior citizien student body 3) SOPHISTICATED FEATURES - unlimited private breakout rooms, recording, screen sharing, etc. 4) CLEAN and ENGAGING user experience 5) AMAZING PRICE

What do you dislike?

When we share music and/or pre-recorded videos (e.g. YouTube) to our students, quality is not up to the standard set by the live audio/video. It's so distracting that we discourage presenters from making media-sharing part of their courses.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Prototype, prototype, prototype. Whenever implementing new technology, first impressions are so important. Zoom is SO easy to use, but it does not embrace user interface features that most people are familiar with (i.e. Mac OS conventions), so the more familiar YOU are with the interface, the better you can coach your users into a great first impression.

We produce live courses with hybrid audiences, in our classroom and around the world. Having the students connected in real time, face to face has provided immeasurable value to our student community.

"Zoom Makes Virtual Meetings A Breeze"

What do you like best?

Zoom is great because it works on Linux! Which is awesome. But really it works on all OS's that I have tried it with and that's great. I use different platforms all the time, sometimes switching multiple times per day. It works with mobile to which is awesome.

What do you dislike?

Really, thus far the only thing I can say I dislike is that on occasion I have to reconfigure the audio codecs when I am using Zoom on Linux. I am not sure why this is the case but sometimes it just gets out of sync.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a shot. Chances are you've attended a well run, technically perfect Zoom meeting already. See if it makes sense for your business.

The business problem solved by Zoom is location. Using Zoom location no longer becomes an impediment to doing business. Prospect in Los Angeles but you're based in NYC? No problem. WIth Zoom geographic challenges to getting deals done is a thing of the past. If you're good in sales that is.

"Zoom is easy and robust"

What do you like best?

The clarity of the video is great and it is very easy to use! I have had groups from Australia, Canada and the US all on at the same time with no issues at all.

I have even used it to trouble shoot my mothers' computer issues because you can not only share screen you can take control of the other mouse..a huge bonus feature.

What do you dislike?

I wish the conferencing was included at the same price as zoom meetings. I wish I could set up automated reminder emails when setting up a meeting. For now only their webinar service offers that feature.

It would be nice to see some improvement on the landing page, by this I mean when people join a meeting, they get a bit confused about the soudn and video as this is not very clear. Some improvement here is needed.

If you are a coach, network marketer or small business trying to improve your communication with clients or your team, Zoom is a great solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for coaching sessions and I love it because we can see each other and that makes a difference. We can share files, links, etc. and I can record the calls and use them for further training and learning.

I also use it to train our clients with screen share and record it. So they lean and have a reference video to go back to.

Lastly, we use it for group projects which allows us to all be in various locations, share files, links etc. We also use the whiteboard feature to illustrate ideas, etc. This is a fabulous feature.

"Communication platform"

What do you like best?

Zoom Rooms build rooms for corporate communication with HD quality that through this room you can make virtual meetings and it does not matter where the meeting members are because it is just downloading the zoom app and we can all use it

I like the function where you can join the call that is being made on the cell phone with the computer without losing the call and keep talking normal

it is very easy to configure and very simple it does not take much time or knowledge to install the commands well

What do you dislike?

the support does not have enough training to respond in a concrete way to the help tickets that are sent because they respond other things that had nothing to do with the tickets that were sent

If you do not have a cell phone to download the app, it does not matter because it can be used on the computer or on the tablet and it will have the same operation without affecting the communication of others or mine.

"Great for meetings"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that you can have a meeting almost anywhere. We use this for my Norwex team meetings. I have signed up for seminars that use it too. It's nice to be able to be in the comfort of my own home to attend a meeting or seminar.

What do you dislike?

People can see when you've put the sound on mute. It would be nice if there were a stealth mode. I've had my home phone ring and I muted my end so others couldn't hear the conversation but they could see it was muted.

If you want an easy way to connect your team, consider this product. It makes meetings and seminars a breeze.

Being able to have a meeting virtually anywhere is awesome. Everyone on the team is spread out so this is a nice alternative to an in person meeting.

"Zoom is the future of video and webinar "

What do you like best?

Zoom has a very modern look when compared to other known video conferencing companies. Zoom has integrations to many major companies like Salesforce and Pardot which also makes it easy to track lead management and incorporate marketing campaigns. Zoom is also super easy to use - so from a training perspective - super simple.

What do you dislike?

Out of the box you are very limited with what you can utilize as far as marketing goes. There is only so much that you can edit in CSS. If you are looking for a more branded/personalized email campaign - which most companies are - you need to utilize an integration, etc.

Also price wise, Zoom is more expensive then it's competitors.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Again, it is important to think about what your end goal is when utilizing Zoom and what you are hoping to utilize. With that being said - you may need to take the route of using an integration versus relying on the platform itself. Also, for Zoom Webinar - you must purchase a larger package that includes 10 business accounts. They force you into these bundles to use some of their advanced features.

"Great Video Solution; free or paid!"

What do you like best?

The video and sound quality is some of the best I've seen available; having also used Join.me, many cam, skype, etc in the past. I also love how it works with tools like Facebook Live and OBS. In a video marketing realm, this enables users to use the tool in a variety of valuable ways that many similar products do not. I also like how it has "waiting rooms."

What do you dislike?

There's not much that I dislike; I would say that I would like to schedule recurring meetings farther out than they let you. I can't recall the limit, but I remember wondering why I couldn't go further.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Keep doing what you're doing! Would love to see you offer some more integrations; perhaps let people join meetings from slack. The UI could use some work; The menu bar is extremely large and clunky..When sharing your entire desktop, it ends up taking up HUGE real estate on the screen and blocking out crucial elements.. We have to keep moving it around; super frustrating. Zoom also really drains my laptop battery; not sure if there's a way to make the software less heavy.

With more than half of our team remote, Zoom helps us stay in contact with our team. It helps us feel like we're actually in the room together, especially when paired with the Owl Labs Owl camera.

"Great for conference rooms"

What do you like best?

It is streamlined and really easy to use. Zoom has tried to minimize the amount of clicks to the point where you can be on your way in a meeting just by clicking the start meeting button on the remote

What do you dislike?

The fact that you need a computer to run this on complicates things. IT would be much simpler if it would just have a plug in for the screens

Get the Polycom Trio so that you dont need an ipad in the room.

Our conference room is easy to use due to the fact that Zoom Rooms has minimized the amount of clicks that are needed to run a meeting, start a meeting, share your screen, see a schedule of upcoming meetings, etc.

"Easy for everyone"

What do you like best?

Zoom is an excellent option for video conferencing, regardless of your size. Unlike many of its competitors, for small companies, there is a free option that allows you unlimited 1:1 meetings and short group meetings. I have never had a client have difficulty with the interface.

What do you dislike?

There really is nothing I don't like about Zoom.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There is absolutely no risk. You can get a full experience using the free version and upgrade from there as your needs dictate.

Meeting with clients "face to face" to review things (sharing screens back and forth). Much more personal than calls, much more productive than Facetime. Much more stable than Skype.

"Zoom for Video Conferencing & Sales"

What do you like best?

Private rooms, good live streaming service, works great for positioning the call. Unique links per meeting, scheduler is there and present, and I like the default meeting room link and how roundtable and the UI can work.

What do you dislike?

Zoom often freezes despite my internet being very strong and fast. It is not able to maintain a steady connection. It is not reliable. Needs a lot of input from the guest always to get their audio and video working and sometimes it does not work.

Great service to use but make sure you internet is very very strong and you ensure applicants have the app already downoaded

"Conference Room Simplicity"

What do you like best?

Best user experience, hands down. Easy to use, easy to deploy and easy maintain from a single pain of glass. sometime too many choices for hardware, but Zoom's design guides and sales team make it easier to decide on the gear that will work best in my rooms.

"My Experience with Zoom"

What do you like best?

What I like best about Zoom is the ease of use. Anyone can use Zoom without any prior experience with it. It is very user friendly.

What do you dislike?

I have not encountered anything as a user that I dislike about Zoom.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zoom Rooms is very easy to use. You can get started without the need for a lengthy training process. If the users have experience with any other platform, they will jump right in and figure this one out!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can gather a group of participants quickly and easily to collaborate. We are able to share screens, speak to each other, and see each other just as if we were in a conference room. This has been very beneficial to my company which is a work-from-home based company. It allows people from all over the country to gather together within moments, whenever necessary.

"Easy for Everyone"

What do you like best?

We are running several Zoom Rooms across campus, and users unanimously love the system. Zoom Rooms directly integrate with our campus calendaring, so meetings can be scheduled with the normal workflow. Starting the meeting is as simple as pushing the single start meeting button that appears. It isn't magic but from the user perspective it might as well be with how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike?

There is a separate charge for the Zoom Room itself in addition to the Zoom pro license, but the cost is negligible and has not been a deciding factor in anyone saying no to using Zoom Rooms.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Campus houses 100+ medium- to large-size meeting rooms, each with a need to allow remote participants. Zoom Rooms have helped curb the prevalence of multiple solutions to the remote participant challenge, making supporting each individual user possible without having to learn every platform.

"I currently use Zoom Rooms a couple of times a month for work."

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of being able to only share your presentation, mute/unmute, turn on/off the cameras of other participants. I also like how it automatically will record the meeting incase someone who was unable to join in, can later on.

What do you dislike?

When people have a hard time finding their "meeting ID" to login/join the meeting.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I think it helps to provide access for business that have multiple branches. For us, it allows all of our branches to come together for one meeting and makes things streamlined. I have realized that it allows everyone to be on the same page.

"Love it!"

What do you like best?

I am working in Global Dept. We manage all international grants for the Cronkite School. So we do have a lots of long distances meetings and workshops and I just love the zoom!

What do you dislike?

We started using it since Jnauary 2019 and so far I didn't find anything that I do not like. Maybe, sometimes people are confused they think they have to have specific software to participate but we always managed to have a meeting

It is super easy to use anywhere in the world and t is very practical.

All the long distance meetings and even when we have some presentations we use the ZOOM for live streaming.

"Great Video conference (Beats Skype!_ "

What do you like best?

Its easy to use and the free version is usually all I need

What do you dislike?

I don't like the 40 mins limit on group meetings for the free plan. sometimes I can be in the middle of a call a then my 40 min runs out. so once I start to pay this issue will be solved

Make sure you let all the people on the call know the call will be on zoom and not on Skype

I used this for some Video calls - many times it works smoother than Skype for calls with more than 4 people.

"Zoom for data sharing"

What do you like best?

In my field, we work with people all over the state to put together data briefs on relevant substance use topics. In order to share info, and have a collaborative meeting, we use zoom. I like it because we can interact real time and literally point to/highlight/underline small details that can't be easily articulated over the phone.

What do you dislike?

Since we work with government offices, their computers have restrictions that have caused people to have issues logging into the meetings and they have to resort to using the telephone line instead.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Real-time collaboration. As I mentioned, when working with infographics, data, and other figures, it's difficult to articulate over the phone a specific object/data point even when each member has the figure in front of them when using a conference call option.
