Doesn't support multiple languages in the same meeting. Exports in TXT, but not in rich text format, and files must be downloaded one by one (transcript, notes, recording). I love Krisp for its integrated noise cancellation, which has been incredible at eliminating all background noise. This feature is exceptionally reliable, as I can cancel out noise even when I'm in busy places like an airport terminal. I also appreciate the transcription of meeting info because I can do it without having to record the meeting itself. It's great that the transcription happens on-device with minimal transmission, which respects user privacy. Having everything in one app, regardless of whether I'm using Teams, Zoom, Webex, or other platforms, keeps all my meetings, to-dos, and action items centralized and makes follow-ups quick and easy. The voice detection/dictionary (custom vocabulary) can be a bit odd, sometimes it groups multiple words under the same association and doesn’t allow correction for both, which frustrated me.

Sometimes I've noticed extreme noise suppression can make voices sound slightly robotic or clipped and if you leave it running for a long time the app can sometimes cause CPU spikes, use up excess RAM or auto-disable unexpectedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the lack of ability to 'tune' the voice in Krisp. I would like to have the option to hear the result for the interlocutor and to have access to an equalizer. This would allow for further customization of the audio experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes wonderful notes and transcribes all my calls. It connects to all plaforms like Zoom/ Teams / Google Meets and even normal call via a mobile phone.

Since my use case is to talk to analysts and do dillegence calls I use Krisp with Blueflame. Krisp records the call, ZAPIER is the API which takes the text from Krisp to Blueflame, an enterprise AI tool which gives me a beautiful summary.

The UI on a) when the call has started could be much better.

b) sometimes there are issues with which device i need to listen on (for bluetooth) and Krisp sometimes does not record those calls.

Krisp is agent-less, and its AI identifies and transcribes audio with impressive accuracy. I have been using Krisp on my Mac every day for over a year, and I find it straightforward to install and use. The integration process is simple, making it easy to record meetings on Teams, Zoom, Meet, and just about any other platform. I have also used the feature to record in-person meetings a few times. I find the user interface somewhat janky. With the most recent updates, there are too many features that I'm not using, which makes the interface feel cluttered.
