**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp is easy to use. The noise cancellation feature is something I needed for work.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes it doesn't cancel sharp noises, like the rooster or any sharp sound. Also, it's not detecting the microphone sometimes or I think it's not selected. I don't know why it happened. It's expensive. And sometimes it doesn't do the job.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp for work, mainly for noise cancellation to manage unwanted sounds, but sometimes sharp noises aren't filtered well. It's easy to use, which I appreciate.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I love being able to take notes during meetings without worrying that people in the meeting can hear me typing, and if my husband is cleaning in the next room, it doesn't disturb my meetings.

It sometimes interferes with other softwares that I have on my computer and prevents them from working. I also wish there was a version to use on iPhones.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for tutoring and coaching online, and I appreciate its ability to cancel background noise effectively. That's really the only feature I use, and I like how well it performs this task. Also, setting up Krisp was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

When it records the call and the video, it only records my sound and doesn't record the student's sound. When I play back the video, it's muted for when the student speaks. You can only hear me, which is not useful.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp is awesome because it really cancels noise, like background noise, which means no more barking dogs or other sounds during my meetings and teaching sessions. It allows for disruptions-free meetings and classes. I also love that Krisp captures minutes of my meetings and classes. This is super helpful when I miss some details during discussions, as I can just go back to the minutes captured by Krisp and get all those details without having to guess what I missed. Plus, setting up Krisp was super easy—so easy that even an elementary student can understand how to set it up on a computer.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I'm not sure if this is Krisp or just my computer. At some point, it doesn't show that it connects to my headset, the one that I'm using right now. But that's just a minor flaw maybe.

I use Krisp to cancel background noise, which stops disruptions like barking dogs during meetings and classes. It also captures meeting minutes, so I don't miss important details and can review them anytime.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp cancels out background noise when I'm calling leads or contacts, which keeps my background noise unheard by potential customers. It allows the potential customer not to be distracted on the phone, and I don't have to worry about the noises around me when I'm calling people. It's a very neat technology that makes my job easier. I also appreciate that it allows me to see my volume levels very easily and switch my input and output of sound. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Every once in a while, Krisp will glitch and put me on the wrong input or output. It changes what my input or output is, which shouldn’t change from the last time I used Krisp. This usually happens when logging in at the beginning of the day, though it’s an easy fix.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp to cancel out background noise, making calls distraction-free for potential customers and worry-free for me. It makes my job easier, lets me see volume levels, and switch sound inputs and outputs easily.

Noise cancellation! I can work from home, stay professional in meetings, and still get things done even when the dog is barking and the kids are yelling downstairs. It’s a lifesaver—so much cheaper and easier than installing noise-cancelling materials.

It doesn't always automatically start up when I start a meeting. I have to double check it.

I have loved Krisp so far for the ability to hide background noise in my environment. Between my dogs and a baby, it can get noisy over here! But during meetings, I am so much less stressed.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really like Krisp for a bunch of reasons. My number one thing is that it's unlimited. I used to run up against monthly limits with Otter, but with Krisp, I don't have to worry about that. It's also great because there's no meeting bot—Krisp just records the system audio natively, which I love. As someone who's into audio engineering, I appreciate that it records very cleanly and crisply, and the transcription is really well done. The ability to add my own custom words is super helpful for my technical job, and once I add them, Krisp recognizes them perfectly. I also find the speaker identification feature really useful because I don't have to go back and label who said what in a meeting. Overall, Krisp just works really well. It records automatically and I never have to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I have not been able to figure out how to stop it from recording a meeting. So I just had to go back and delete it if I didn't need it to record that meeting or if it was something personal I didn't need recorded. I mean, the ability to ask a conversation in Krisp is great. But to have different folders, you could ask it questions about anything in that folder. Something like that would be incredible.

I use Krisp to focus on conversations without taking notes. It helps me be present in meetings and remember details later. I love the unlimited recording, clean audio, accurate transcription, and the ability to add custom words.

It's easy to install. It is very effective in noise cancelling. It filters even the loudest sound nearby- example: our dogs' loud barking

Maybe the price. Now it's more expensive that when I originally signed up for it. But for it's effectiveness I guess still better than those useless yet expensive noise cancelling headsets

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp activates automatically when any application on my computer starts using the microphone. I have tried other programs and they are complicated because you have to configure them, enable a virtual microphone, and connect other applications to that microphone to capture the audio. Krisp does it all automatically. Also, it was totally easy to set up; I don't even remember having any problems. I liked it a lot and would give it a 10 on the recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It has happened to me a couple of times that the transcription of a meeting never gets generated. Since I recorded the audio, what I do is download it and upload it again as a note so that it generates the transcription separately.

I use Krisp for all my meetings, whether they're board meetings, statewide meetings, church meetings, or community meetings. It's great because I don't have to manually select it; it just knows when I have a meeting and starts recording automatically. I love that it cancels out background noise and gives me clear audio. It's amazing because it takes minutes and recordings I can send to friends, family, and attendees. Everything is organized and sent out to recipients, and if I need to go back, I can easily access the recordings. Plus, it's incredibly user-friendly, making the setup easy and enjoyable for me. Krisp even integrates with HubSpot, taking notes and audio during calls with my leads.

I would love for the transcript to be more formal, especially if it's for the business class.

I use Krisp primarily for virtual meetings and it's a true game-changer for canceling noise. Working from a noisy environment with dogs in the same room and chickens outside, Krisp is an answer to all my prayers. I've tried various noise-canceling headsets, both cheap and expensive, but nothing works as perfectly as Krisp. It does the job no matter which headset I use. My voice stays clear and the noise is completely gone, it's amazing, and I can't imagine working without it. Krisp is a lifesaver for remote work, especially since my job requires taking calls. I really appreciate Krisp's ability to automatically join meetings and capture the correct speakers. The accent conversion is really good, and I also like the note-taking capability of Krisp, which keeps working in the background and takes notes of the people I speak to, no matter what tab I'm on. **What do you like best about Krisp?**

The great thing about Krisp is that it improves my voice quality across all the voice-enabled platforms I use, reaching or even exceeding the quality on Discord. In fact, Discord also uses this technology.

Normally, when I switched to another application while talking on Discord, my friends would complain that my microphone settings changed significantly; however, there are no such complaints now. With Krisp:
1. I can maintain the same quality everywhere.
2. I get the same Noise Cancellation and Voice Recognition performance across all platforms.

These features are really useful for me.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It has too many features and contains other clutter beyond its purpose, which bothers me a bit. Even though we can turn these features off, I don’t like at all how it forces the user into them upon the first launch.

I would have expected a simpler experience tailored to my preferences, but of course, this varies from user to user.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp enhances audio quality, provides voice isolation, and offers noise cancellation. This allows even the lowest-quality microphone to be transformed into a high-quality device.

In addition to this:
1. If the other person’s audio is poor, it improves their voice using the Voice Recognition feature.
2. It provides a significant benefit to me and solves my core issues.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I love how accurate the transcription is, and how Krisp can be a part of the call without having to be a participant in the meeting. The ability to identify speakers is great too. I really like the web UI, which makes using the application a pleasant experience. The transcription accuracy helps keep conversational subjects accurate and I find the install process very straightforward, with setup being slick like any other app. I use it with Google Docs and other LLMs, and I liked it quite a lot.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I'm not quite sure. I wish I could have used it more. I know I had a week for free, but I only talk to my daughter once a week. My usage was therefore more limited than I wanted it to be.

I use Krisp to transcribe video call conversations for accurate records, which helps remember details and track events. I love the transcription accuracy and speaker identification, along with the user-friendly web UI. It keeps everything organized for easy reference.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Transcription is very accurate and meeting summaries are a game changer. The tool bar that floats on your desktop gives you lots of control. Pro version lets you share meeting transcripts with colleagues but Business does not.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Upgrade from Pro to Business injected all sorts of problems (I think they were meant to be "features") and revealed how awful the support system is. Lost the ability to share meetings with colleagues. Also the Hubspot integration DOES NOT WORK. Recommendation: test with one seat before committing to a larger team. No refunds. No timely tech support.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more minute taking and recording based on speaker allows you to review what was said and by whom.

I use Krisp for work, and it's really valuable because it helps me record the minutes or notes from a meeting, which is super helpful when I don't have time to write everything down and need to focus on what my team is discussing. It saves me a lot of time, especially after meetings, since I'm responsible for sending out notes to the team. This feature cuts down my preparation time for sending meeting notes by more than half. Also, I've found the initial setup of Krisp very easy and user-friendly. It provides prompts, written instructions, and screenshots, making it simple to follow and set up.

I haven't explored much about Krisp, so I don't have many complaints. It only allows me a few minutes a day free of charge.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like how well Krisp performs under difficult noise situations, like when vehicles drive by or pets are making loud noises. It really gets rid of all the background noise from things like pets and ambient noise, and makes sure it doesn’t interfere with having a clear call. This is so important because any noise during a call can undermine trust and annoy clients, potentially leading to hang-ups or losing the call momentum, which could result in losing sales. Krisp gives me the flexibility to work in the best conditions and it's very valuable to me, especially compared to the subscription price. Also, when integrated correctly with the microphone in apps like Microsoft Teams and RingCentral, it works wonderfully. Plus, the initial setup of Krisp was very easy, which was a relief. Overall, Krisp makes it possible for me to have a better working environment.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It will give me issues during long calls, or whenever my Internet quality is impacted. So if there was a way to maintain performance whenever there's conditions, like, on the network that are not ideal, that would go a long way towards significant improvement. Although I understand it's a bottleneck, that's not necessarily part of the Krisp service itself.

I use Krisp to remove background noise from calls, tackling issues from pets and ambient sounds that interfere with clarity. It maintains call quality in noisy situations, preserving trust and momentum in sales calls, which is invaluable.

I'm finding that it doesn't start up automatically like it used to and sometimes I forget to start it before a virtual meeting. Maybe it's something in my settings.

I like how Krisp's Accent Conversion feature helps my international team, making it easier for my Indian and Philippine colleagues to be understood. The noise cancellation is perfect, especially since many of us work from noisy environments like coworking spaces or cafes. I appreciate the accuracy of the transcripts and notes, and the neutral tone during accent conversion is a great touch. The AI chat feature stands out, making it super easy to find information. I also find the app very easy to use and value that Krisp offers Noise Cancellation and Accent Conversion along with note-taking, which is more than what many other AI note-takers provide, all for the same price. Setting it up was also very easy with the self-service installation guide being straightforward.

The meeting assistant helps me by providing a mock-up and understanding of the action items. Krisp removes noise and gives me concise, to-the-point summaries, which I find very useful. I like how intuitive and easy to use the interface is; it's fast and doesn't use bots. Krisp is compatible with a wide range of online meeting and chatting platforms, like Zoom, Teams, Slack, and Google Meet, which is great for my needs.

Sometimes Krisp conflicts with my system defaults, but those tutorials on setting up the software help me a lot. The initial setup had problems with my system's mic and speaker settings, although I haven't experienced this issue for a long time, maybe the new versions have fixed that.
