**What do you like best about elvex?**

elvex makes it easy to bring AI into real business workflows. The pre-built assistants for teams like ops, finance, and sales are a great starting point, and the no-code assistant builder means we can adapt them quickly.

What stood out most is the mix of security and usability. Unlike experimenting directly in consumer AI tools, elvex gives us peace of mind around data handling while still being simple for non-technical teams to use. It’s a smart way to accelerate AI adoption without overwhelming your org.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

The platform is evolving fast, which is mostly a strength, but it does mean features change often and take a little time to learn. That said, the elvex team has been amazingly responsive and supportive through all the updates.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

elvex helps reduce manual work in document-heavy and repetitive tasks like meeting prep, CRM hygiene, and legal reviews. By streamlining workflows and integrating with tools we already use, it’s freed up our team to focus more on strategic work. Adoption has been quick across functions, which has sped up the ROI.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

As a demand gen marketer, Elvex has become an essential part of my daily workflow. It gives me secure, instant access to the latest AI tools—from campaign copy to research summaries—without risking exposure of customer or proprietary data. What sets Elvex apart is how easily we can connect our internal knowledge sources for more contextual, high-quality outputs.

We’ve integrated competitive battlecards, ICP documents, positioning and messaging frameworks, and vertical-specific sales enablement decks directly into Elvex. This makes it incredibly powerful for crafting messaging that’s not just fast, but deeply aligned to prospect pain points, our differentiation, and real sales context. It’s like having a strategist on-call, 24/7.

One of my favorite use cases? Instead of combing through Salesforce dashboards to answer things like “Who are our biggest ACV customers in media?” I just ask Elvex in Slack—and get the answer in seconds.

Elvex also gives us the ability to scale AI across teams with control and peace of mind. No shadow tools, no training on our data—just safe, enterprise-grade AI that makes our entire org smarter.

Bottom line: If you’re serious about using AI to accelerate high-impact work across marketing and sales, this is the platform.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

I use it for images but it can't handle video yet.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have battlecards, ICP docs, messaging frameworks, sales decks, and Salesforce data spread across multiple tools. Elvex connects it all, making it easy to extract insights and generate content without digging.  Instead of spending time searching for answers or writing from scratch, I can ask Elvex  and get accurate, on-brand results in seconds.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

I'm in marketing so I mostly use elvex to help build out large campaign briefs which are used cross functionally and are comprised of several components: ad copy, social posts, emails, landing pages, sales enablement, blogs, etc. I choose elvex over other AI tools because I know that it's referencing our sales enablement, messaging & positioning docs, customer case studies, website, business data, and other proprietary company information so that will give better me better output in terms of marketing copy. I have members on my team that created assistants for the specific vertical that they are marketing to in less than 10 minutes to unlock specific messaging for sales and content teams.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

There are too many "assistants" within elvex that makes it hard to navigate the app.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crafting copy for marketing campaign briefs takes hours. With elvex, it take minutes. It's not just a great "starting point" because it has better data sources, so it's delivering better answers. With AI, I always like to refine and edit to sound more human and accurate, but find that with elvex that very little editing is needed from our content team.

I also use elvex to answer questions specific to our company that help me in my campaign planning, such as "do we have any public sector customers outside of the U.S.?" or "why would a marketing persona at an enterprise SaaS company want to buy WordPress VIP?". This kind of information can help inform both targeting and messaging.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

Elvex has made it straightforward for our team to access the latest AI tools securely. We’re able to connect our business data quickly, which helps us get more relevant answers without a lot of extra steps. The setup process was simple, and there are strong security features in place so I'm not worried about our data.

One of the main benefits for us has been the ability to control and scale AI use across different teams. Everyone can access what they need, and it’s easy to manage permissions. Overall, Elvex does what it promises and has made working with AI more accessible for our organization.

We've also had a great experience with customer support and it's very easy (ironically) to talk to a real person  about any issues, but the documentation is also pretty comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

There are constantly new features being added (which doubles as a good thing) - it's a product/solution actively being built upon each day. So there are always lots of new fun things to learn, but it does sometimes feel tough to keep up with all the new features.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It connects our internal data to our employees in a simple interface and makes it easy to access and analyze that date, while also doubling as a customizable AI agent.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

It's easy. I generally don't like using new technology but the Elvex interface makes it extremely easy to find and build agents that save me an enormous amount of time.

Since we can connect it to all of our internal data, we've essentially created a sort of company superintelligence that everyone across the org can access.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

Nothing comes to mind, I thoroughly enjoy the platform.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Researching a company before talking with them 
-Turning a call transcript into notes, decks, and follow up emails.
-Answering overly technical questions that I need to answer.

All of these workflows help me save hours per and and allow me to close more as an account executive.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

Elvex is extremely flexible and allows us to work with our own data in a secure environment. It's easy to create custom apps tailored to specific use cases and to quickly switch between different applications depending on the question. The ability to securely incorporate our proprietary data expands its usefulness dramatically. Being able to ask questions directly within Slack is convenient and lets teams see and learn from the questions others are asking.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

I wish it could ingest and transcribe videos. I've also found that fully automating some more complex workflows has been a bit challenging, but Elvex is helpful in troubleshooting itself.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elvex is improving our team's efficinecy and consistency, and it's access to our internal information helps it provide more thorough and contextual answers.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

I like that you can instantly integrate to my business data for better answers. elvex even produces data visuals in any chart you can think of. The platform is fast and model agnostic so I can switch between chatGPT or anthropic for any given task. My entire team, from tech to non-tech individuals have found use for it. This is not a single use case AI tool which makes it easy to centralize all of my work. I use elvex every day.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

There is nothing I dislike about the platform to far.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

elvex is automating the redundant and time consuming tasks so that I have more time for the more important and fun parts of my job like strategizing, coaching, and doing meaningful interactions with our customers.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

Customer support is FANTASTIC. Elvex's greatest strength is its ability to empower non-technical users to automate complex, repetitive tasks. We've seen teams build everything from custom Excel macros to sophisticated campaign timeline generators simply by describing their needs in plain English. The results are significant, with processes that used to take an hour of manual work now being completed in just a few minutes. Beyond simple automation, it's also effective for building assistants that handle specialized business logic, like generating first drafts of technical accounting memos based on specific guidance. It excels at turning manual, department-specific workflows into efficient, automated assistants.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

Coordinating truly multi step flows can be difficult, but it is improving every day.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elvex is solving the problem of "last-mile" operational inefficiencies—those repetitive, department-specific tasks that are too niche for off-the-shelf software but consume hours of manual work.

**What do you like best about elvex?**

elvex made it super easy for my team to begin using generative AI / LLMs in their daily work. They didn't need help from a developer to get started, they could just do it. 

We are currently at 58% weekly usage on a team of 100 sales people and marketers....Which is unheard of when it comes to LLM tools.

**What do you dislike about elvex?**

Honestly there's very little to dislike. They're releasing new features seemingly every week. It's exciting.

**What problems is elvex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of a dedicated team for implementing AI solutions

Desire for a future-proof solution adaptable to rapid changes in AI technology

Strict data management requirements due to high-profile enterprise clients

Need for a user-friendly platform accessible to non-technical staff
