Reporting covers the basics well but I'd like more flexibility in building my own views and exports, like combining team metadata with activity data for a management report. I'm disappointed with Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams. It won't forward calls to certain numbers, and the licensing is a mystery. You also can't be an admin of Teams alone; you have to have access to Azure and more privileges. Their support is terrible. I called them once and they couldn't tell me why I couldn't forward a call to a call center number. The support guy was totally lost when I asked about licensing. The UI is terrible. As administrator, it is easy to use and to train new user. We can centralized the management with the help of our IT. This simplifies tasks like tracking team usage, permissions and activity. Teams manager also let us configures policy and offers built in approval workflows for creating and naming accounts that helps prevent duplicate and improve data collection.
