
The interface is clean and pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. Employee records, time off tracking, and onboarding workflows are all in one place which makes things way easier to manage. The self-service portal for employees is also a big plus -- saves a lot of back and forth with HR. Overall the UX is solid and the reporting features are decent, we use it mainly for tracking headcount and time-off balances and it does that really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing can be a bit steep especially for smaller teams, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher tier plans. The payroll module feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the platform and took some time to setup properly. Also the mobile app is functional but its not quite as polished as the desktop version -- some things just dont translate that well on smaller screens.
