The pre-built connector library provides a vast array of options to connect to systems. **What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?** It takes a little time to build initial assets that can then be re-used. MuleSoft make the job easy and support the business requirements. **What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?** MuleSoft is good for customers and has better features for monitoring and all features are easy to track and follow up via dashboard easily, but it is a little costly. **What problems is MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** MuleSoft has the capability to customize and build API connections since there wasn't any out-of-the-box connection from the ERP / SFDC application. And MuleSoft is part of SFDC company, When we implement SFDC CPQ, it is much easier to handle to a successful landing. ### 3. Anypoint Studio interface is intuitive and easy to work with. Dataweave is format agnostic language used for transformation. API manager provides policies to cover most important API Management use cases. It is very lightweight and doesnt need database to work. **What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?** It is pricier compared with other products. No pay as you go option. Support engineers are not always competent to solve issues. Support is one big thing that needs improvement. And by the side effect of being part of that group, the licensing costs and contract renewal mechanics have turned in the direction of how Mule's parent company does business. In other words, expect to pay a premium price for an ESB that, if you think deeply about it, is just another ESB in the market with little added value vs alternatives in the market, unless you start drinking the "Kool-aid" of Salesforce pricing strategy applied to the Mulesoft products. Our integration architecture roadmap was based on Mulesoft products beyond just AnyPoint but when the M&A with Salesforce happened, we had to rethink everything as we already knew how Salesforce licensing model is. Almost every 3rd party system connectors are available **What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?** The cost is very high for licensing and some connectors are paid connectors so small companies can't use mulesoft for development and integration since costs are very high **What problems is MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the best platforms in the market for integration.
