What do you like best?

The ease with which I can automate a large number of processes is quite useful and practical, especially since it allows me to optimize a large number of tasks and processes within my company in a fairly simple and simple way, the fact that It can easily integrate with other applications, it is also quite useful when using this application, its ease of use is very impressive, however complex the task may seem, you can be sure that Workato will simplify things for you in a way pretty straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Learning is not easy at all, in fact to learn how to use Workato requires a lot, A LOT of practice, so I think it would not be bad if the customer service team could make this process a bit more didactic and simple It takes too long to respond to any type of question or request, something that in practice can delay us for a long time in the execution of our activities. What do you like best?

* Quick return on value - don't waste time building out implementations to 3rd party APIs

* Easy to use and learn the software, while also a powerful platform that can be expanded to meet complex workflows, high processing loads, and connect many disparate applications (great for people with little coding experience while also flexible/powerful for more advanced users)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

* Removing the need for point-to-point file transfers (no longer download a report from one system and upload it to another). Critical for adding automation for our Lead-to-Revenue process.

* Allow us to get the right information to the right people at the right time. The use of the Slack workbot has allowed us to raise notifications to the right people and teams and build workflows using Slack.

* Allow our company product/engineering teams to have greater access to our ERP and CRM through the use of the API gateway (no more building custom code in ERP/CRM to support external systems)

What do you like best?

- The platform itself and the great team behind it! I think they've been very active in helping us solve the challenges we're facing when we kicked off the project.

- The UI is great! It's not difficult to navigate that even non-tech users can easily use it - from assigning roles, setting up permissions, arranging automation, even down to asking for support.

- It can integrate multiple enterprise software. I've been using other intelligent automation platforms for the past years and so far, only Workato showed flexibility. As they say, Workato is enterprise-ready. It can connect to core enterprise apps for HR (Workday), Finance (NetSuite), ERPs (SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite), and databases (e.g. Oracle)

What do you dislike?

- The documentation part is good but I think it can still be improved with more specific examples. Also, need to add more documentation for new connectors.

- The training was great but it would be greater if they can provide self-service training that at least we can revisit or share with new team members trying to learn Workato.

User Account Provisioning from Workday, AD, to GSuite. This will help the entire P&C Team to reduce manual work and improve work efficiency. What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use. Operational management is easy to track through job logs. The varied API connection capability makes the speed to market / MVP much quicker and allows the automater / integrator to focus on business logic rather than low level technical connection issues.

What do you dislike?

Given the nature of the platform I'm unable to develop automations / test / perform work offline. I understand why this is, and there is no easy way around it given the platform is in the cloud (which provides a number of benefits: reliability, scalability etc) - however it just means when I am offline, I can't do this work. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

The biggest dislike for me is the price. We're an Australian business so the currency exchange hurts us when it comes to the pricing. Otherwise I love using the Workato platform and can't fault it at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The team members are very professional, knowledgeable, quick to response. My first experience with John Deeb was spectacular compared to all other products I chose to contact. I find all engineers very helpful and well versed in the product.

In terms of the product itself, I find it very useful, efficient & robust. The error handling method is very practical and handy. The error in general has more information compared to other tools I've used so easy to figure out the cause. What do you dislike?

Until now I haven't found anything that's concerning or a disadvantage to Gentrack's requirement. There has always been a solution even if we were stuck at some point. We use the product for integrating Jira and Netsuite which saves a lot of manual work for us. Moreover, the efficiency saves much of time and effort we spend on working without an integrator.

What do you like best?

Best part of Workato is the ability to create scripts to automate manual tasks without code . Connections are easy to setup too. This also allows other departments (Non-technical departments) in Grab to be able to use Workato to create automations without having to leverage on IT’s help, thus increasing productivity. What do you dislike?

It would be great if we can select certain steps and just run those few steps instead of the whole recipe. This is especially helpful when our recipes are too long and we are troubleshooting some parts. Another pain Point is to shift multiple parts of a recipe (Eg like a Ctrl button and choose the steps we want) instead of manually shifting one step at a time. By creating Workato recipes, we are able to automate manual tasks and reduce man hours. Time is one of the most valuable resource of employees, saved time in one area means more time can be put in higher value tasks. Less time can also be spent on routine tasks that requires less mental effort.

What do you like best?

There are a ton of integrators that make it easy to build out integrations to a range of products.

It was also easy for me, who has next to no coding skills to write out integrations between products.

I come from a process-driven background and have never had much experience with coding, but the simple and intuitive way of being able to build out recipes along with a ton of out-of-the-box integrators made it an easy process.

What do you like best?

Creating flow (in Workato term, it called recipe) is very easy for every type of user. We can integrate not only cloud systems but also on-premise systems. And extensibility is also good, even if they don't provide connector, we can develop the connector to integrate legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, currently Workato provides only English UI. We wish they support our native language (Japanese) UI for their recipe editor and Workbot which is a chat bot provided by them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company (and many companies in Japan) has still a lot of old legacy systems and introduces, so we tried to introduce RPA to automate tasks that use such kind of systems.

But, we could automate each task but we could not automate whole business flow. And some systems were replaced to cloud system, but it was hard to automate them with RPAs since there screens are frequetnly changed.

In addition, business flow contains human dudgement. To solve this probrem, by using workato we integrated business chat (Microsoft Teams) , cloud systems and RPA to collabrate human and bots.

Workato is at long last an Enterprise Integration & Automation platform that abstracts away needless complexity and technical minutiae. Some of the things we really respect about this solution include:

- An all-in-one solution for application integration, workflow automation and BOT enablement

- A true multi-tenant environment for handling different clients/environments seamlessly

- Super-simple to render on-premise apps or databases as a cloud endpoint

- Easy to understand. If you can read English and are comfortable with Excel formulas you can get a long-way with Workato

What do you dislike?

Like all good things, there are some areas with challenges. In our view debugging could be easier, but over time you can learn to live with this in its present form. Thankfully, documentation is good and technical assistance from the vendor is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have already achieved a lot with Workato. The main points to call out include:

- Simply connecting on-premise platforms into Cloud workflows

- Building endpoints in a short-space of time for more obscure platforms

- Built sophisticated recipes drawing on Callable Recipes to help modularise and simplify complex challenges

- Reducing the time and cost taken to deliver solutions to our client that are both reliable and maintainable. Not a coder in sight

What do you like best?

Easy to use, very light dev work. The UI is super intuitive so my admins are able to easily troubleshoot and manage new workflows. The on boarding process was also great -super helpful staff that went above and beyond.

It's super extensible and we can connect to anything with api endpoints, including our internal systems.

What do you dislike?

They could use more native integrations -Zapier is definitely more extensive so we end up using a little more direct HTTP APIs than I want (which requires me to engage a developer) -Biz Dev team seems pretty engaged, though and we can get integrations made when necessary. What do you like best?

Flexibility & Easy to Manage Tool that allows the client to build the integration design smoothly between two different solutions (in our case it was Shopify and Oracle E-Business Suite R12).

Moreover, the implementation service done in very smooth way and the team was really understanding the client's requirements very well and supported our business needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Workato, I've been able to provide solutions to our business units that existing products might be lacking. For example, our company introduced a new product to offer our customers but the product owner wanted to maintain control and still communicate with sales and legal. Workato allowed me to build an integration using Zendesk to allow the product owner to control the workflow of the process, Salesforce that allows the sales reps to collaborate on the Zendesk ticket, and Docusign to upload applications and contracts then send to legal after execution. Another example is that we use ServiceNow for incident management and developers use JIRA for bugs, issues, etc. Building an integration between ServiceNow and JIRA allows the developer to focus on their work in JIRA and incidents and requests to be updated and resolved based on the actions in JIRA. What do you dislike?

Although Workato provides great number of connectors and good options for cases when there is no connector, more actions can be added to standard connectors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have used Workato to perform several integrations with NetSuite, Google Apps, email and other applications. The good thing about Workato is that it is user friendly and makes working with programming concepts much more visual and easy to understand. What do you like best?

- Easy to use. Business user with no/little technical knowledge can automate their workflows

- Availability of huge roster of applications to integrate. Almost all major apps can be integrated with Workato

- Allows extensibility at ease. Even if the app that you are looking for is not supported, you can extend workato using HTTP/Custom connector.

- Integration with On-prem applications and Databases is a huge plus

- Workbots opens up a great deal of opportunity to elevate our workflows to next level

Quote to cash automation between Salesforce, NetSuite and Sage Intacct. This has helped improve overall sales tracking, financial reporting and provide the visibility to account managers.
