I really enjoy using Workato because it is an extremely useful tool for developing and integrating applications from start to finish, making automation processes smooth and straightforward. The user interface is intuitive, and I have not encountered any issues accessing its features. With just a partner account, setting up systems and handling integrations becomes very simple. I don't see any features not working well, but there are some gaps or enhancements required for Workato's work labs. The current feature is limited to linking with the data tables and needs more integration with the rest space. Workato is an excellent tool for automating tasks and improving processes. What I find truly impressive is that we no longer have to rely on our ERP vendor for new features or automations; instead, we can handle everything ourselves using Workato. Personally, I have implemented numerous enhancements that have greatly benefited the Finance team, resulting in an estimated annual savings of around 1,000 hours.

I dislike the stringent constraints sometimes imposed by Workato development, specifically regarding data types and the availability of certain operations. At times, the platform defeats its own purpose by making a task that would take minutes through traditional coding take much longer. Workato supports a lot of Marketing/Sales/Event tech platforms. It also has a lot of actions/triggers for each of the application it supports which makes it really easy to integrate 2 platforms that don't have OOTB native sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workato errors out/freezes when the job-queue increases, we've seen the platform freeze for around 6 hrs when we'd synced an initial batch of 400k records from HubSpot to NetSuite. Their AI help bot is one of the best I have used so far; they don't just ingest the knowledge base and call it a day, but it could actually troubleshoot your problem and guide you to where you want to be. If that does not work, there are always human customer support too; they are awesome.
