"Versatile Edition, with Some Usability Challenges"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I like having the full freedom to change things in PDF files, which are generally closed and complex to edit. Making changes to a received PDF is relatively simple with Adobe Acrobat. Also, I like knowing that I can edit a file and save it, and what I see is exactly what the other person will see when I send them things. Standardization is also something I value, ensuring that everyone sees the same thing regardless of the device. This has enormous value when what I share are visual proposals. The installation was very simple, as it installs as part of Adobe Creative Cloud and just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It's complex. I use a lot of software for different things and generally there is a clear path for where the menus and functionalities are. Acrobat is different. Nothing is where you expect it to be, finding the functions is difficult and it's not very intuitive. On the other hand, when you edit, sometimes things move around, you have to work carefully and patiently to edit a file that is already prepared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust PDF Management, A Few Trade-offs"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like about Adobe Acrobat is it fits very neatly within the Adobe family. I use many of the other products such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and this allows me to have one, useful platform with useful tools together. For me, it's the simplicity of using the product. It integrates very well in my Apple ecosystem, allowing me to have the application not only on my laptop and desktop but also my tablet and my iPhone. So it's the integration across all platforms.

The ease of implementation is also very strong. Installing Acrobat and getting started is quick, and once it’s set up it integrates naturally into your workflow. I use it frequently throughout the week, so the frequency of use for me is quite high, particularly when reviewing documents, adding comments, applying digital signatures, or converting files from Word or PowerPoint into professional PDFs.

One of Acrobat’s biggest strengths is the number of features available. It goes far beyond simply viewing PDFs. You can edit text, rearrange pages, compress files, protect documents with security settings, add signatures, and collaborate with others through shared comments and annotations. For business use, it’s a very comprehensive toolkit.

Another big advantage is the ease of integration with other platforms. Acrobat works well with Microsoft Office, cloud storage platforms, and collaboration tools, which means documents move smoothly between systems without friction. In terms of customer support, Adobe provides solid support with guides, help resources, and online support when needed, although in practice, the software is stable enough that you rarely need to rely on it. What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes when I want to quickly open or edit a document, the software can take a little while to load compared to other lighter PDF tools available. The pricing structure isn't the cheapest on the market, and the subscription model can feel expensive compared to other options. Some of the more advanced tools take a bit more time to fully understand, and navigating through them can feel slightly overwhelming, especially if you're a new user. Adobe Acrobat also simple to be install on computer, just download the exe file, run the installer and it is ready to use after few button click and registration. Integration with Google Cloud Storage helped to gives fast document and files access that work with any devices with internet connection, much better than local storage that isn't flexible with cloud access. Adobe Acrobat feels like the most dependable place to handle PDFs. "Reliable PDF Editing with Handy Features such as signing documents"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I use Adobe Acrobat a lot in my workflow, and it’s honestly reliable for most PDF tasks. I like how easy it is to combine files, edit text, and add annotations without jumping between apps.

Converting PDFs to Word or Excel works well most of the time, and the OCR feature usually catches text accurately, which saves me a ton of time. I recently renewed my Adobe Certified Professional title by taking the exam this year and passed it in a single take.

What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is with their user-friendly menu interface on the dashboard, easy to find tools or features that I want to use like generating design poster using template from integrated Adobe Express, find answer by asking AI assistant question based on file that I upload, and signing business document to approve and legalize product orders, all is available under one software, need no software switching at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I have many experience working with Adobe Acrobat that resulted in positive outcome, it is unlikely to to get mediocre result by using this software, still, I think they need to improve the page merging tools to be a bit faster when merging large files that contain more than 100 pages. "Reliable, User-Friendly PDF Editing with Flawless Export Formatting By Adobe Acrobat"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is the only place that I believe in its reliability to creating and editing my business document and files, apart from user-friendly menu experience that it offer, tools like PDF text editing, typo fixing, and file compressing is completed in professional manners. Loved how the file export able to maintain the original layout and formatting, I don't have to redo the format after each conversion.

Furthermore, Adobe Acrobat also allow for document collaboration with team and third-party, I can choose to use its build-in collaborator or integrate with Microsoft Team for the integration, both produce the same result. Implementation wasn't an issue at all, it can support Windows, MacOS and Linux operated devices successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The trial period for Adobe Acrobat only last for 7 days, after that, only basic PDF reading and AI assistant tools is still available for free. To subscribing its package is expensive, even for the lowest tier. A lower package pricing with less premium features is very welcome by small and medium business.
