**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

We have been using Dialpad at our Organization for long time and it has helped us in lot more ways. 
The tool is user-friendly and the call quality is consistently clear. We are using the Dialpad in Desktop as well in Android mobile and the services are seamless in both devices.
Also, the AI-powered features like transcribing the call and recording helps in keeping the records properly.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

We haven't noticed any issues with Dialpad as of now and it seems to be perfect as per our expectations.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are happy with usage of Dialpad in our organization. We were using few other tools before but had lot of problems with call quality, frequent disconnects. But once we started using dialpad in our organization, we have never experienced call disconnection or low quality calls.
It has improved our testing efficiency in our oirganization.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad Ai Meetings' video conferencing is its strongest suit, allowing users to do things like route calls, mute them, or set up calls with three or more participants. Plus, the sound is great. The ease of use makes it perfect for leaving messages and scheduling a meeting regardless of the other person's time zone.  Automatic note-taking during important meetings is made much easier with AI-powered real-time transcription. The best part is that you can use it remotely from anywhere using your mobile phone.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad Ai Meetings is an excellent tool, but the paid versions become prohibitively expensive as we add more features.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Dialpad Ai Meetings for our company's internal meetings and external communications, especially for high quality and fast video conferencing. We also use Dialpad to communicate with remote workers who aren't physically in the office. This allows us to meet more regularly than if we were all in the same room. Meeting recording, screen sharing, live chat, and meeting polling are just a few of the advanced features that Dialpad offers, which helps us save time on administration and makes it easier to collaborate during video conferences and find out what works best for everyone.

The patform is easy to use and its feature makes our voice bot testing very smooth and efficient and i like its recording feature , vocie quality and transcript feature , it has very good customer support and also like to use the dial pad frequently on our day to day work and its easy to install and user frendly to operate

We need regular testing of calls to moniter thire behavior , to record the calls and analysis speach to test results (STT) every thing is intigrated into one package which I find satisfactory. Dialpad connect is become a key part of process helping us improve performance and refine our bot's capabalitys.

the dislike think about the Dialpad connect is the caption rendering  is not unique amoung the system  because the way of the approach towards the metting rather it is given a flecxiblity but lacks the overall productivity of the application.

dialpad is sloving the process of mantaining every ongoing communication   between multiple users which  provides the better  dynamic communication facility  to the usrs and connecting rapidly to make the better language understanding across multiple users.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

We got this tool 2 days back as I am doing a test run of this tool. I must say that this once is an excellent VOIP tool, has a user friendly interface and has all the features available on a single screen. It has texting, voice calls and conference features available which makes things easily manageable. This also has a Calendar reminder, screen-share, group call and conference feature as well which makes it a way ahead of it's major competitors available inn the job market.

I didn't find anything to be disliked as of now.

Provides a loy of features require such as Calendar setup and reminders, screen-sharing, easily accessible GUI, excellent voice quality, not even a single call drop even with low internet speed and best class performance.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Being able to see call transcriptions, both in real-time and post-call is extremely helpful! Its accuracy is decent, but it definitely could use some improvement, I feel it is getting better every day though. Being able to go back and look at notes/topics from a past call is a great feature and comes in handy quite often. 

I have been happy with the service so far, we opt to use desk phones (Polycom) and the service works seamlessly from the desktop/browser app to the desk phone.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad is quite costly, it runs about 4x what I would pay for typical phone service, but you do get 4+ times the features you would usually have with standard landlines. So you have to weigh your pros and cons to see if it is worth it at the end of the day. 

There have been some issues with calls dropping before they make it through to the lines, but it is rare and not something I typically have to worry about.

Since we are a servie company we have a lot of phone calls throughout the day, AI Voice has helped to research customers past calls, I can easily see what their last call was in reference to and if they are calling us back because the same issue is occurring, or if they are calling for new, unrelated service. 

It is important for my business to make sure we address the issues correctly the first time around, and being able to see the call patterns and who is regularly calling in for warranty/unresolved plumbing issues helps us better schedule our crew and make sure the customers get the best service.

It's easy to make calls from your phone, computer, and Bluetooth headsets. It's a tool that we use often (every day) to communicate internally and externally. The support team is great at resolving technical issues.

Nothing works beneath the glossy exterior - mainstream CRM integration...now on email support via ticket in Philipnes...been told by multiple people 'we'll call you back' which is kind of ironic for a phone VOIP company

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

The updated version is actually quite helpful! I tend to mishear a lot of things when talking to people with noisy background. The Ai scripts and easy-access recording make it easier for me to understand the people I talk to better. It's also easy to use as I can have the frequent contacts save and call with just one click. With the other tools I'm also using for work, it is also easy to get everything integrated and do everything in just one place. I use it everyday for customer support and implementation is quite a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

The Ai system would just need a few enhancements to capture the actual dialogue, but the purpose is already there and you're all doing a great job!

All comms needed at my workplace is in here, aside from email. We barely get issues about lagging and delays, making it a great tool for customer service.

This app is very good and easy to use. UI/UX for this app is very elegant, I never got any issue while using this app, had a very seamless experience.

Sometimes when I call, the network issue is there, which gets fixed when I reopen it. But this happens rarely.

I am using this app to call mutiple customers in different countries. 
I was having multiple issues earlier when I had to call different customers, but since we onboarded with Dialpad, this whole process became so seamless to me.

I do not like when the Chat feature lags, as this makes it hard to answer the Agents in a timely manner. But I noticed this only happens for certain AA organizations.

We've had a wonderful experience so far with Dialpad.  We love the Ai options provided with our service as well as the ability for all users to utilize the advance services and SMS messaging.  The implementation process was easy and painless.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

We haven't found any downsides to the service yet.  The only thing we would love to see is the ability to export analytics and reports but the voice service itself is great.

Dialpad Ai Voice has allowed us to provide better customer service and to provide beetter follow up when negative phone interactions do occur.  Dialpad has simplied the way we provide service to our call-in customers.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I work as an Intake Specialist at a law firm. I am on the phone constantly - speaking with new people and learning about their stories. On busy days, it is very easy to forget what story belonged to who or what client I promised I'd follow up with. Dialpad AI Voice allows me to refresh my memory, provides a summary to my leadership team to look at should questions arise, and provides me a task list of action items. While it's not always 100% accurate, it's usually accurate enough that I can remember and understand what the feature is sharing. I use Dialpad Ai Voice daily and it was super easy to integrate for our team.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

I'm not sure if the dislikes are with Dialpad Ai Voice or with Dialpad itself. However, being able to filter my calls versus my teams calls. Being able to view trends/analytics for the department.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently our law firm transitioned from having a call center answer our calls, to the Intake Team (3 people) taking all calls. Originally the call center we had would transfer calls to us of potential new clients looking to book a consultation. With this new transition, the Intake Team is taking a higher volume of calls with little to no information prior to answering. Dialpad Ai Voice allows us to be accountable to ourselves and our team. The key moments and action items listed under the summary of the call is fantastic for us to be able to review, rely on for refernce, and so other member's of our team know what happened previously when we have repeat callers. Truthfully, as 1 of 3 intake specialist, we were not thrilled about this transition, but the Dialpad Ai Voice feature has made things so much better than anticipated.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

The AI recaps are awesome, and very helpful when going back to see what any previous conversations were before I call someone myself. That part is very beneficial is saving us time not having to recap anything on the phone w/ a customer so they can just dive right into the issue from there.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Any time we have had issues, the customer support line has'nt been very responsive. The only way for me to reset Dialpad when I have any issues is to completely restart my laptop. If I close DP and open it back up it just picks up where I left off, even if that was just a mistake where I left off.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing what any previous convos were in detail when they talk to someone else on my team. Also helps if I had talked to someone a couple weeks back and shows the recap so I dont misremember anything we spoke about before.

It is easy to use and easy to figure out.  I had not used it and did not have any training, but I was able to jump in, set up meetings, and go.  I was even able to teach others how to use it.  It has the same features that zoom and goto meetings have.

I have not figured out how to duplicate a meeting.  Of course, I have not spent much time trying to figure it out either.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to conduct office meetings with ease.  Our Group Sales Agents can set up meetings with clients.  We can get into the meeting even when the presenter has not gotten on.  When our boss is stuck taking care of something I can jump in and lead the meeting without any issues.  When we used other platforms we would have to set up a new meeting as no one could join without the presenter.

I like that dialpad allows me to have a number outside of my personal phone in order to answer calls.

As just a party on the conference call, i can only comment on what i have been exposed to. I am impressed with the quality of sound and the clarity of voices. the features like being able to share reports and having every one on the call able to see. Once the portal has been set up, Ease of access is amazing dial a number and enter meeting.We use this weekly to keep our company and all its departments up to date.

Since i am not the primary lead during these sessions i cant fully appreciate all the features Dialpad meetins has to offer.

A platform was needed to keep all department up to date on weekly issues, problems, and solutions. The size of our operation has 5 departments in seperate locations. A meeting of some sort needed to happen.  Since we already had the basic phone service, it was easy to include Dialpad meetings

The voice transcription feature is superb. I am able to know what I spoke and what the receiver spoke, and it gets saved, which is awesome. The UI is also user-friendly and requires no training to use the application.

So far, nothing major—most of it is good. Currently, there are not many flaws, and I am sure they will rectify any future issues before I notice them.

Sitting in a country like India, it becomes difficult to buy a US telephone service as cheap as what Dialpad offers. I currently use it for testing my voice IVR application. The app is super fast in connecting calls, and the additional features are just the icing on the cake.

Dialpad's UI is very interactive and minimal which makes it easy to use and implement. I frequently use the Dialpad and it allows me to integrate with my system easily. The customer support of the Dialpad is very active and always ready to help the customer.

1. When we type the phone number that is already saved in my contact list, it doesn't come up with the saved contact name. It creates a contact if we save them.

2. The transcript modal during the call is not sticky, it closes down as soon as we click somewhere else. It should remain open until we close it.

It's great for a lot of different platforms.  The transcription is great. Great Admin panel with a lot of controls and analytics.  The account team is pretty flexible with license count.  Can be adapted to a ton of different situations (user phones, main line, conference room calling, etc.) which make it a great solution to solve a lot of needs.

There are a lot of taxes that add up beyond MSRP!  It's not completely hands-off on a lot of networks -- we had to do a good deal of tuning on our network to get call quality as good as we wanted it.

Allows us to get rid of our monolithic one-sized fits all phone system and replace it with something that I can completely manage on my own.  Allows my users to obfuscate their personal phone numbers but still BYOD.  Easy to block calls.  Easy to swap numbers if a user is getting annoyed by spam.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad is far more convenient than a traditional phone system.  
It's nice people from home or on the road can answer calls without having to deal with VPNs or any other road blocks.
I write software against the Dialpad API and it's been incredibly useful for our business model.
I like that they are constantly making improvements and do seem to listen to our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

I dislike the lack of fine grain control, I'm not sure why I don't have access to shut off  robot voices across the board, or disable hold music (which will play by default instead of a ringtone, which confuses callers). Some of the things we have to make support requests for are odd, but we do get help quickly usually.  I also get conflicting answers from support reps for the same question, for instance, I've set up 4-5 offices at this point for sister companies and every time I have to make a ticket to get rid of the robot voice and hold music.  One rep immediately fixed it during a chat, but the last one I talked to this week told me that it was impossible and I had to wait for them to elevate the ticket to get it fixed.  I'm not sure if that's an internal training issue?  
I also wish there was different ring tones for different departments or offices, controlled at the account level.  We have employees working across different Dialpad offices (for different websites) so they have to answer the phone a different way depending on the department that rings, it would be great if they got an audio indicator of which office was ringing.
Some of the overrides are non-intuitive - I wish I could set 17 seconds ring time for every employee across the board, I have to rely on asking each person to set that themselves, or spend hours proxying into each account.
I wish this system was built with traditional business models in mind.  Not everyone likes phone trees and robot voices.
Our customers LOVE that we don't have a phone tree or auto-attendant (we hear how much they like it daily).
We always have a person answering the phone to help our customers and Dialpad actually makes call routing hard for a setup like ours.  They really push phone trees and auto-attendants that say 'push 1 for sales'.  It's sad that's the focus when callers dislike it so much, but we make it work for what we need.
The way Dialpad was designed - it's impossible to see the overall phone routing.  
You have to bounce from mainline to department to department and click many links to verify how missed call routing will bounce through your system during on hours. 
 I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if Dialpad implemented an overview diagram to see how calls route through the system (AirCall has this) and to quickly make changes to how missed calls bounce.  I'd love a diagram for open hours routing and another one for closed hours routing.
It would be great if I could drag and drop a missed call on the mainline to go from Department A to Department B without having to click around a zillion times (and then do it again to verify I got it right).  
A visual would be so incredibly handy and then I could just take a screenshot and send it out to employees so they could also see exactly how it works.  
We get a lot of internal questions about how call routing is setup and I have to manually check every department and then spend time creating a diagram myself or writing out how it works.

We needed the API integration to handle analytics on inbound calls (not outbound calls). 
We like the transcripts.
Those are really the only features we use related to AI.

Don't be deceived by the competitive pricing and advertised features. They ahve polished videos and marketing, but if you encounter even the smallest issue, they will bring your entire business to a halt and leave you hanging.

Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. They do not do what they claim they will, but they will claim they have completed service tasks that are necessary to the functioning of your business. You will only later discover that they have lied and when you request that they resolve the issue, they will go through the same cycle of inaction and lies about resolving the issue, while perpetuating the service issue and potententially the damage to your business.

None. In fact, we now have new problems we never had before and nobody at dialpad is stepping up to resolve them, despite having created them in the first place.

I use it every single day, I could never go back to anything else, and it also integrates seemlessy with my other apps.
