We can also share goals with leadership and give "shoutouts" and feedback to team members who deserve recognition. Formatting could be improved (bullet points, bold, etc).

My manager provided feedback in the form of a question, and I was not able to respond. the only option was to give feedback to others or ignore his feedback totally.
