What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

PerformYard has really changed the way we talk about goals and career progression with our team members. This program allows us to keep all information in 1 place, design graphs and create metrics. We can also share goals with leadership and give "shoutouts" and feedback to team members who deserve recognition. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

Formatting could be improved (bullet points, bold, etc).

Would like to be able to combine graphs and data into 1 central location. Right now they are broken out into questions and we export into Excel and create graphics ourselves if using data from more than 1 question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to use. I prefer this option to measure my performance numerically. They did provide three areas for us to measure ourselves, and I really appreciate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

My manager provided feedback in the form of a question, and I was not able to respond. the only option was to give feedback to others or ignore his feedback totally. "Outstanding Customer Success Support and Training That Sets PerformYard Apart"
What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

The BEST part of PerformYard (besides solving a solution for us) is the ongoing relationship with our Customer Success Manager. Not only did she help us with initial setup, but she also rolled out this service to our staff by offering a formal training. Additionally, she continues to be available for when we have a question and for brief meetings throughout the year to cover new features and review our forms. This is very different from their competitors. When we were researching solutions, we were told multiple times that they would assist only with setup and that we would have to do our own training and use a generic customer support email for help. What I consider to be a minor "dislike" about PerformYard Performance Management is that a fairly significant update was released during our initial implementation, which created some confusion and extra work as we adjusted our training materials and processes.
