What do you like best about Typeform?

What I like most about Typeform is the user experience it creates for respondents. The one-question-at-a-time format makes forms feel much more conversational and engaging compared to traditional surveys. What do you like best about Typeform?

It's a well featured survey software that allows anything from a simple linear survey to something more complex with multiple routing options. What do you like best about Typeform?

If you want to create survey's, leadgen forms, or other type of questionnaires easily, Typeform is the best tool I know you can use to create the forms quickly, mobile first design and easy to get the statistics and input from. What do you like best about Typeform?

The one-question-at-a-time format feels like a conversation instead of homework. People don't see this giant wall of fields and immediately close the tab. The logic jumps work flawlessly too, so you can create these branching paths that feel personalized without any coding.

What do you dislike about Typeform?

The free plan is basically useless unless you're collecting like 10 responses total. Once you need any real functionality (branding removal, logic jumps, more than 100 responses per month), you're looking at $25/month minimum. What do you like best about Typeform?

I like Typeform's ease of use. It's pretty easy to make surveys with lots of choices. Even if someone doesn't complete the survey, you can still get data halfway through by using little checkpoints. It's not hard to get started at all, and I really appreciate that it integrates with other platforms like Slack and Google Suite. Also, the simplicity of setting it up and inviting people to get started is great. The platform is very customizable, and there's lots of great data available. What do you dislike about Typeform?

There's a lot of just things that you need to do to customize it to make it look good. If you don't start to pull in your logo and things like that, it looks really generic. And when it looks really generic like that, it makes the company just not look as professional and then polished. So there is just, like, a lot of time that we need to spend on customizations in order to make it look really polished before it goes into the hands of external clients.
