**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I like the fact that you can show appreciation for employees through points and rewards, and just shout out specific achievements. It creates a great working environment and encourages and motivates people to work hard, specifically me. Especially when you're a new employee, like I was starting as an intern, HiThrive helped me to get recognition and grow within the organization. The initial setup was very easy and fast, taking only about two minutes which was surprising. Since using HiThrive, it's been amazing and has changed the work atmosphere, improving morale significantly.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I don't like the fact that only a certain amount of people can give out points to some of the employees. And, also, maybe the point system could be a little bit more rather than being on the lower range.

**What problems is HiThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiThrive helps me stand out at work and get recognition. It allows me to encourage and motivate others through points and rewards, creating a great work environment.

HiThrive is a great incentive. I like how there are a variety of choices for gifts-- whether it is a donation, a gift card or points for Amazon purchases. I look forward to seeing the HiThrive email notification. It works great and is easy to use.

I haven't encountered anything I dislike about HiThrive and its products. It performs well every time I've used it.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

HiThrive is an amazing platform to appreciate and recognize colleagues. I also like that it’s connected with multiple shoping platforms, which makes it even more engaging and appealing.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I noticed that when Amazon is accessed through HiThrive, the platform tends to load very slowly or sometimes gets stuck at one page. This makes the shopping experience inconvenient and time-consuming.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I really appreciate how HiThrive has changed the way our team is motivated and how rewards are given. It was difficult to manage this with team members scattered globally, but now we can choose our own rewards, and it's great to see teammates recognizing each other with shout outs and incentives. I value that HiThrive offers diverse options in every country for using rewards and points. I also like how easy it is to give shout outs through Slack, as HiThrive integrates well with Slack, which we use daily. The website is intuitive and easy to use, and I can see my points through Slack without needing to visit the website. The initial setup was easy, especially with the Slack integration.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I think there could be more options on how to retrieve rewards according to the different countries where it's available.

The only issue is that there’s a limit on points, and everyone on the team has the same amount. As a manager, I’d love to be able to recognize more of my team, but I don’t have enough points to do that.

It's a really simple way to recognize our co-workers and also to gamify the process!  It's also great that it can be integrated with Slack, so I don't necessarily need to log in to give a shoutout to my colleagues. It's also very easy to exchange the points or cash it in!

There's no option to add emojis on message either on Slack or the HiThrive site itself.

It makes it easier and more fun to recognize colleagues. It's made it easier to incentivize internal challenges and motivates us since there's something to be won. It's made it fun to gamify the job and have something to look forward to.

I like that HiThrive is easy to navigate. I also enjoy the use of GIFs and how it's compatible with Teams, which makes it easy to recognize team members on either platform. The smooth setup process, especially the ability to log in with Teams, made it easy to get started.

The amount of points I can give out are a little low, but I believe that is a company thing and not exactly a HiThrive issue.

I really like the integration with Slack and appreciate that HiThrive is available in a wide list of countries. There are also a lot of options to redeem points(from cash-out to merch shop), which I find quite beneficial. Our team values the ability to easily share points between people, allowing not only them to recognize employees, but also allowing the HR team to do it.  The initial setup was really easy, and the support from HiThrive was great, with a lot of helpful onboarding and setup calls.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

We would like to have an approval flow for sharing points. It's really important for our company to enable every employee to nominate someone to receive points, and the budget holder can approve the nomination or maybe change the amount.

HiThrive lets employees say thank you to each other, helps us recognize achievements globally, and makes sharing rewards easy.

I also enjoy the variety of brands offered in the rewards, with many popular and mainstream options that make the gift cards accessible to whatever I need. The initial setup was very easy and simple, with clear navigation.

I find that more offerings of e-gift cards would be helpful. I'd like to see an option to add the gift cards I earn from HiThrive onto my Apple Wallet.

I don't like how you now have to get an email to access it. Before, you could just push through and exit, but now you have to wait for an email to access your points and stuff. It's a hassle having to put in an email and wait for them to send it.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

We’ve been using HiThrive for over three years, and it has truly become an integral part of how we work. I use it multiple times a month to recognize teammates, and it always feels quick, fun, and impactful. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly, requiring no training, and it takes less than 30 seconds to send recognition publicly or privately. I love being able to highlight effort on new or challenging projects and add a fun gif to make it personal.

The Slack integration is another huge plus. Having HiThrive configured directly in our workflow makes it so convenient and easy to use.  There's no need to log into another platform, it’s right where we’re already communicating. The rewards catalog is broad and offers something for everyone, and the visibility it creates helps maintain consistent and meaningful recognition across the organization.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

The only thing I’d change is the rigidity of the point values. Currently, we’re limited to preset amounts (100, 250, 500, 1000), which can sometimes make it harder to balance or ensure that all points are used each month. Having the ability to enter custom values would give more flexibility and make recognition feel even more tailored.

**What problems is HiThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiThrive helps us make recognition visible and consistent across the org. Before, it was easy for great work, especially new projects or behind-the-scenes effort, to go unnoticed. Now, recognition happens in real time, which reinforces our company values and keeps people motivated. It helps us make sure employees feel "seen" and valued!

It’s also solved the challenge of accessibility. Because it’s integrated with Slack, anyone can send a message without leaving their workflow, which means recognition actually happens instead of being an extra step that gets forgotten. Over time, this has fostered stronger cross-team relationships, kept us connected across global regions, and helped employees feel valued regardless of their location.

On a practical level, the rewards catalog keeps participation high, but the real benefit has been cultural.  HiThrive has made acknowledgment an integral part of our everyday work, rather than something reserved for big milestones.

I use HiThrive to shoutout good work and recognize people who help complete tasks. I like that it's easy to recognize and be recognized with points that go along with the shoutouts. Having a system to give and receive points for good work incentivizes me and others to pursue excellence and help each other. I think it has a very seamless integration into Slack, making things extremely easy to use company-wide. The initial setup was very easy.

Need more graphic options for posts/shoutouts. When used often, the limitations of artwork options creates repetitious graphics.

Employees appreciate the recognition for their extra efforts and while you can attach gifts/rewards when applicable, the ability to simply send a 'Shoutout' without anything monetary tied to it is very beneficial for my teams morale. They appreciate the virtual 'high five.'  Employees regularly acknowledge the appreciation and it is a morale booster for them as individuals. It also has inspired some friendly competition resulting in increased productivity as employees are inspired to work harder in hopes of receiving the next shoutout.

I truly enjoy being able to accumulate my points to reward myself with Janice treat or even gift others that I love. HiThrive is a great avenue for my coworkers and bosses to say thank you and without this app, I would have to settle for mere words about the passion I put into my work. Although word recognition is nice- the action placed behind the words with HiThrive app makes my work even more rewarding.
