What do you dislike about HiThrive?

What do you like best about HiThrive?

I really like the integration with Slack and appreciate that HiThrive is available in a wide list of countries. There are also a lot of options to redeem points(from cash-out to merch shop), which I find quite beneficial. Our team values the ability to easily share points between people, allowing not only them to recognize employees, but also allowing the HR team to do it. What do you dislike about HiThrive?

We would like to have an approval flow for sharing points. It's really important for our company to enable every employee to nominate someone to receive points, and the budget holder can approve the nomination or maybe change the amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like HiThrive for its easily usable and interactive interface, making it very accessible. I find the gift-giving of points very valuable as it's a great way to reward my peers for their hard work. I also enjoy the variety of brands offered in the rewards, with many popular and mainstream options that make the gift cards accessible to whatever I need. What do you like best about HiThrive?

We’ve been using HiThrive for over three years, and it has truly become an integral part of how we work. I use it multiple times a month to recognize teammates, and it always feels quick, fun, and impactful. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly, requiring no training, and it takes less than 30 seconds to send recognition publicly or privately. I love being able to highlight effort on new or challenging projects and add a fun gif to make it personal.

The Slack integration is another huge plus. Having HiThrive configured directly in our workflow makes it so convenient and easy to use. There's no need to log into another platform, it’s right where we’re already communicating. The rewards catalog is broad and offers something for everyone, and the visibility it creates helps maintain consistent and meaningful recognition across the organization. What do you dislike about HiThrive?

The only thing I’d change is the rigidity of the point values. Currently, we’re limited to preset amounts (100, 250, 500, 1000), which can sometimes make it harder to balance or ensure that all points are used each month. I use HiThrive to shoutout good work and recognize people who help complete tasks. I like that it's easy to recognize and be recognized with points that go along with the shoutouts. Having a system to give and receive points for good work incentivizes me and others to pursue excellence and help each other.
