Great service with a clean, uncluttered interface. It's convenient that all terms of use for gift cards are specified in detail right on the card page.
Additionally, the login process is really smooth. I can just use the "Sign in with google" button for quick access without needing to create and manage a separate password.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I’d like to see the terms updated more promptly — for instance, EVA.UA currently doesn't allow using gift cards, including for "pay on delivery" orders.
Because of this outdated information, I ended up purchasing a gift code that I can't redeem.

**What problems is HiThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service helps you conveniently and quickly issue a gift card with instant delivery, without the need to physically visit the store or venue.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

As an end user of HiThrive in my company - I think the ease and simplicity of use is what I love the most. When I want to send someone a shout out it's quick and easy to login and do so - my day is often very busy and packed, and being able to share some love through HiThrive is simple and quick, as it needs to be. On the other side of things, if I want to view my own shoutouts or perhaps cash out my rewards in my company merch store or gift cards, it's also very quick and easy to do so. Our company also has it integrated to our chat apps, so I don't even need to context switch if someone else recognizes me - I can see it in my feed as I work in my usual systems.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I honestly have no complaints about HiThrive given my own regular usage of it. There's never been anything glaring that I have disliked or felt could be better.

**What problems is HiThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition is one of those little things that goes a long way. Having HiThrive helps me think about the great things others do for me and not forget in the busyness of my day to ensure they get recognized for it. It's so easy in a busy job to just have our heads down working all the time and never take the time to stop and reflect and thank others for what they do for us. On the flip side, during those busy or stressful times myself it's nice to see a recognition post come in from a colleague or manager who I've been able to help so I don't forget that all the hard work I'm doing is leaving a lasting impact in the company!

Sometimes the notifications in Slack/Teams can feel a bit overwhelming if a lot of recognition is happening at once. Having more granular controls to batch or mute certain alerts would be a great improvement.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I like being able to redeem my HiThrive points for rewards such as Amazon gift cards. I've used it several times, and my experience has generally been smooth. Apart from one delayed gift card email, I haven't encountered any other issues.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

On one occasion, after I redeemed my points for an Amazon gift card, the email with the redemption details took several days to arrive. I had to wait for that email before I could redeem the gift card. Faster email delivery would improve the experience. This happened only once across the times I've used HiThrive; apart from that, I haven't encountered any other issues.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I use HiThrive to appreciate my teammates and give them shoutouts, which is really useful in a remote setup where it's hard to express gratitude directly. I love the ease of use; I can show appreciation in less than two seconds. The feature where I can see a dropdown of my teammates, select a value they deserve, and keep track of the rewards is really valuable. I also really like the timeline view which lets me see who was recognized when, and the feature that keeps tabs on anniversaries, joining dates, and birthdays is great for automatically sending out good wishes.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I think the whole connection with Slack could be improved. If it was integrated and I didn't have to go to my browser to do something, that would be great. Also, as the company size grows rapidly, it's easy for us to get lost in all the appreciation, with some 10 appreciations done in a day. That could create a lot of noise, and people might stop looking at it as much as they should, which I'm kind of worried about.

I use HiThrive for recognizing team members and rewards. I like how easy it is to recognize people, making it visible and meaningful for everyone in the organization. The rewards are great too, allowing us to receive gifts that can be converted to Amazon gift cards or ordered directly from the website. I appreciate the seamless integration with Teams and Slack, as this means we get notifications in our communication system without having to navigate away from it. The initial setup was quite easy, especially since we already use Teams or Slack.

I find that physical rewards take a huge time, about 21-30 days, to arrive when I order from HiThrive, which makes the reward feel less immediate.

I like that HiThrive is really easy to use, allowing us to message people through the Slack channel and give them points or accolades either publicly or privately. I appreciate that you can redeem points for a wide array of items that people may like, from Amazon to Bass Pro Shop. The app works well both in Slack and on the website, making it simple to share. I also find it really helpful to see how many shout-outs I've sent and received, which is great for giving positive feedback. Overall, it’s super easy and fun to use.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I love using HiThrive at work to thank coworkers with something tangible. It helps solve the problem of remote work and isolation by letting me send points and props, making me feel more appreciated and appreciative of my colleagues. My favorite part is the variety of ways it can be redeemed, like Airbnb, Apple, or Barnes and Noble, offering many options to spend it. I love that I can hand-select items that mean the most to me and that it inspires me to help out coworkers more. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive, and I love using the GIFs and dropdowns.

I really like HiThrive for its ease of use and seamless integration with Microsoft Teams. It makes rewarding my team members for their contributions straightforward because I can do it directly from Teams or through HiThrive's user-friendly interface. Also, the initial setup was very, very easy, which was great for our team.

There isn't much that I find problematic with HiThrive. The current product seems good overall. The only thing I can think of is that the conversion ratio could be improved. Right now, the coin conversion rate isn't 1:1, and having it closer to this ratio would be more beneficial for customers.

I like that HiThrive provides an easier way of recognizing peer contribution and enhances visibility. I find the design looks good and pleasing, which adds to the better visibility. The gif feature is a fun addition that adds an extra layer of kick. I also found the initial setup seamless, making it convenient to get started. I'm using HiThrive with Slack, which is a plus for integration.

I love being able to share with the team my gratitude and appreciation in a personal way (especially with GIFs :D)

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I tend to run out of points to give pretty quickly, but I’m sure that’s more on my HiThrive admins than on the tool itself, haha.

In a fully remote company, it’s easy for teams to miss out on the crucial positive feedback everyone needs, and we simply don’t have enough chances to bond in person. For me, HiThrive is a way to show that necessary appreciation while keeping individuals and teams engaged through gratitude and empathy.

I mainly use HiThrive for employee recognition and engagement activities, and I find it useful for appreciating team members for their contributions and keeping everyone connected. **What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I like how easy the HiThrive UI is to use. It's easy to give out tacos, add some GIFs, and send them. The UI is clear and makes it simple to give a shout out or search for my teammates. It works well and is fast. I find giving out tacos particularly valuable as it helps me give positive feedback to my coworkers, recognizing their work and making sure they feel appreciated.

HiThrive makes it easy to give positive feedback to coworkers and differentiate between big and small contributions. I like the easy-to-use UI for giving out tacos, adding GIFs, and sending them. It helps give recognition and ensures coworkers know when their work is appreciated.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

I use HiThrive at work and love how it provides an easy tool to express my appreciation for my team members and gives them the recognition they deserve. I enjoy seeing others, including myself, being praised for hard work, and I love browsing possible rewards for my points redemption. HiThrive allows me to set goals to earn points and then buy a gift card as a reward. Browsing rewards is great, and the core aim of recognition is perfectly achieved. I also use it with the Slack integration, which works well.

it is very easy to use and fun... it could be come addicting among users

It could be a lot when there's about 100+ post being published at month end. Maybe you should be able to collapse them or group them by day. it just seems like too much at times

I like both that I get gift cards for things, but I really like the way it is integrated into slack and helps cultivate a really positive company culture.

HiThrive is a great incentive. I like how there are a variety of choices for gifts-- whether it is a donation, a gift card or points for Amazon purchases. I look forward to seeing the HiThrive email notification. It works great and is easy to use.

**What do you like best about HiThrive?**

HiThrive is an amazing platform to appreciate and recognize colleagues. I also like that it’s connected with multiple shoping platforms, which makes it even more engaging and appealing.

**What do you dislike about HiThrive?**

I noticed that when Amazon is accessed through HiThrive, the platform tends to load very slowly or sometimes gets stuck at one page. This makes the shopping experience inconvenient and time-consuming.

HiThrive helps promote appreciation and recognition at work. It makes it easy to acknowledge teammates’ efforts and keeps the workplace positive and motivating.

The choices. Sometimes there aren't places I usually shop from, like Uniqlo or Zara.

I'm not sure what problem Hithrive is solving so I can't really answer this question. I haven't seen much change other than Hithrive not having Ebay anymore as an option due to Ebay pulling away from doing giftcards.

Sometimes, when I’m recognized and we have a Slack channel with an integration to hiThrive, I don’t see those recognitions show up. At times I’ve noticed the same issue for others as well, where their recognitions also don’t appear in Slack.
