What do you like best?

I think workday hcm is current leader in the market with most of companies already onboard with the Workday HCM and it will be safe to say that it is quite useful in multiple ways for us as a HR , First of all the service of sending tasks to multiple groups and multiple people makes it very helpful for us as hr to complete various tasks which might have required so much effort by doing them manually .

The configuration of business processes is also very easy and i think anyone with very little experience can do it so fast ,using the intiuitive buttons and just drag drop the functions to desired row and we are done ,we can then run the task with any defined role.

It is also easy to set up profiles and see various details of profile from different views.i think it is amazing that we can have profile of every employee then also link them to the team tree , which ahead links to the company tree and anyone can go the profile of the employee and see where the tree is connecting from and where will it join the senior management making it easy for everyone to track employee manager and senior management relationship.

I also like the UI it is nice and colorful although sometimes it is bit slow but it is very stable inmost of the times which is great.

What do you like best?

The ability to easily customize throughout Workday, from reporting and employee data to business processes and approvals, makes the system a very valuable tool for HR and other departments who have the chance to use it. The process to set up integrations with benefit vendors, payroll systems, etc. although it can take time to set up is also incredibly helpful to save time and energy in the long term. What do you dislike?

Although most all aspects of the system are customizable and able to be changed, there are some delivered reports and processes that cannot be updated. For example, some data cannot be exported from certain reports. I believe with each new release, Workday will continue to improve and take customer feedback into consideration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have used Workday as an overall system of record for HR, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, expenses, payroll and reporting. Having all of this information in the same place with the ability to pull in any necessary information has been incredibly helpful. What do you like best?

It proceeds to obtain ease of use in its controls to carry out its daily work, as it is a system that takes care of the processes that require accounting for the maintenance of human capital, which is very useful for many organizations, for their employees and workers acquire their commissions for the work they constantly perform, including that one of the most outstanding aspects of this software is the pending payroll reports and the precise amount that must be sent, being of great support for many corporations, including that it is flexible in most of its functionalities, because we can customize it, as long as they are based on and stick to your requirements. WorkDay is ideal for larger organizations that maintain a high capacity and list of registered employees and require to be managed correctly, thanks to this software, you will be able to provide a clear visibility of the benefits that each individual maintains in the facilities of your company , which is quite necessary and mandatory to obtain, for all companies, being a sophisticated tool to house the internal job bank that it has, so that they can manage and control their free time schedules, to cause job satisfaction of a equitable way. Our entire organization uses WorkDay to carefully monitor the free time that each employee maintains, and thus propose better daily work schedules, to acquire breaks necessary for the continuity of the work, we agree to publish internal work, see incentives and register in qualitative benefits, being an incredible and admirable platform that takes care of all the derived processes with the human resources that our company maintains as a department, for an understandable administration in the performance of each individual that we have subscribed. What do you like best?

I manage to consolidate the advantages of mine, PTO and also review choices, on a certain area. I think also it's a lot more robust/needs a great deal smaller in downtime than our earlier software. In addition, workday includes regular computer user logins, password established, internet time sheet etc which I are looking for. What do you dislike?

The only complaint of mine is I've had the opportunity to directly edit several of the info and reviewer of the team member of mine on my to promote from our older platform. I believe it is a far more long process to personally update from the point of mine and via a number of people outside my instant department, whether since of a shortage of access rights, or just because the department of mine of HR has proven it. What do you like best?

I love the simplicity with which time has proved helpful also time of asking for policies. The method works really well for the colleagues of mine, and I can revise the entries and distribute them to my boss easily. Sending notifications to everybody about updating info on a working day is one more great feature that we frequently use. It is likewise good to get a fast link function, as it tends to make things a lot easier to get in a time crunch. The procedure may be tiring. Whenever I make something different, it experiences top management. The process and the objectives of self assessment were additionally very difficult. There were a few steps, and I did not understand why that was the way in which it had to be. What do you like best?

I love that Workday is very user friendly, both on the administration side and the end user. As an administrator I love that we can be self-sufficient. If we need to create a new report or update a report we can do that. If we need to update or create a new business process or workflow we can do that.

I also love that Workday has a whole suite of products that work together. It makes system fatigue less for the end user when they can look at their payslip, change their home address, open a position for recruitment, process an expense request or take a required work training all in one place!

Lastly, I love that Workday has fantastic resources like community! I go to community to search for best practices and how other users have solved issues often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is not much that I dislike about Workday. There is a bit of a learning curve and takes some time to learn the Workday language. There are times I have wished Workday was more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Workday does have lots of useful functionality that covers a wide range of use cases. It is set up in such a way to be relatively easy to access, and it does contain lots of information in it that is useful for the end user. While there are almost certainly better options out there in the world, at a minimum it is useful for the things that you would most likely intend to use it for. What do you dislike?

A lot of the functionality that the end user might want to use is buried in places that are really very hidden and hard to find. As an example, to find my salary and other compensation details, I have to navigate through probably four or five different screens, and then find it buried in a random menu bar in a random place on the screen. What do you like best?

All my benefits and explanation of my position with Bright Horizons has been easy to access for the most part, even from multiple devices. The interface design has been easy to recieve directions when asked to navigate from my higher ups at work, even when they are given over the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There has been some issues loading occasionally when I was working regularly at work with it. Also these days due to the Pandemic, there seems to be issues logging in. But this may be due to a large number of other Users logging in causing freezing or lagging. If this would be remedied, it would be much better to get through! What do you like best?

Various work life features are properly segregated and organized, which makes it easier to navigate as well as use. I like the user profile section the best, as it provide all the necessary details in various sections. Also, lets you edit then and there in case you need to modify something, if you're eligible to, thus provides security too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are somethings in workday which are a little rudimentary. For example, when I used to fill job applications in workday for various companies, there were some fields which it will make the registered user to fill in every single application. The same details could be saved once for general section like Gender, Location, Work Authorization details etc. This will save users a lot of time if they spend a lot of time on workday. What do you like best?

Workday is a very easy tool to use. You are able to go from one person to another with ease or you can open a duplicate tab and have one employee on one tab and another on the new tab. When you are searching you do not have to put the whole word or name in, you can use just the first three or so letters of the word you are typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system has endless functionalities and you can tailor it to suit your businesses requirements. It has the functionality to be the main HR integrated system allowing you to manage the whole employee lifecycle including Recrutiment and onboarding, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as the leavers process. What do you like best?

The tool is very easy navigate and automates even the most trivial functions like applying for leaves , approvals, keeping track of holidays, general employee information and more all in one place making it very easy to keep track such details.

What do you like best?

I like that I have one place to go for a lot of my questions. I like that I can access it outside of work. And I like being able to self-service update my profile and account without having to go to a HR person, particularly during COVID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't know who laid out the screens in Workday but entering data and creating an initial profile is a giant treasure hunt. It is not the least be clear to a casual end-user like me where to go for specific updates and self-service. And often you have to enter the data twice. Be very careful about that part; just when you think you have updated your profile with your SSN, you will find that you have to enter it again in one other screen. And that screen is not in any way linked to the one that you are on.

From an end-user perspective, it is very difficult to use. I don't use it every day, and I forget where things are. If they make an update, then I get lost very easily. I am sure it is a good thing for a big company but the user navigation is sub-par. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the functionality - clearly having a singular way to log unpaid, paid, paternity and exceptional time off and see my remaining balance is awesome.

What do you like best?

I like how it's a simple interface - I can easily and quickly get to my timesheet to track time (I also like how I can add time in bulk rather than just day by day), I can easily see how much PTO I have left or what benefits I'm enrolled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
