**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Agentforce is how much it simplifies day-to-day work. It helps us quickly understand customer needs, summarize interactions, recommend next steps, and automate repetitive tasks. Rather than spending time manually digging through large amounts of information, our teams can stay focused on the customer and respond more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike is that Agentforce can take some effort to configure and fine-tune before it delivers consistent results. The quality of its responses also depends heavily on the underlying data. At times, the AI’s suggestions still need human review, especially in complex financial services use cases where accuracy and compliance are critical.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is helping us reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks like reviewing customer information, summarizing interactions, and identifying next steps. It helps our teams find the right information faster and respond to customers more efficiently. This saves time and lets users focus more on meaningful customer conversations instead of manual work.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to automate repetitive tasks while staying fully within the Salesforce environment. It helps teams respond more quickly, find and use relevant information, and streamline day-to-day workflows without forcing users to constantly switch between different tools.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

One area that could be improved is the initial setup and configuration process. Building effective agents can take some customization and a solid understanding of the workflow. The platform would be even better with simpler configuration options and clearer, more straightforward guidance on setting up agents for specific business use cases.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps reduce manual effort by automating repetitive tasks and handling routine requests within Salesforce. It also makes relevant information easier to find and access, which helps teams respond more quickly and efficiently. Overall, it saves time, improves consistency, and lets users focus on more complex work that requires human judgment instead of repetitive administrative tasks.

  ### 3. Agentforce: Powerful Salesforce Automation with Customization, but Needs Better Admin Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce brings automation, intelligence, and human-like engagement together in a single Salesforce ecosystem. I love how it integrates directly with CRM data to analyze past interactions, recommend next-best actions, and even trigger Flows or follow-up tasks automatically. It’s great for scaling sales or service operations because it removes manual effort and keeps every conversation context-aware. The ability to customize prompts, topics, and AI actions makes it flexible enough for different business units.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The biggest challenge is that Agentforce still requires fine-tuning and a strong admin setup to achieve consistent results. Some advanced features depend on licensing or complex configuration, and AI model behavior can vary depending on the data quality. Documentation and debugging tools could be improved to help admins better understand prompt outputs and Flow connections. It’s a powerful platform — but you need clear structure and testing to unlock its full value.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping automate and scale tasks that used to require manual effort from sales and service reps. It analyzes past customer interactions, identifies key patterns, and generates intelligent follow-ups directly within Salesforce. By integrating with existing Flows and CRM data, it allows our team to re-engage lost opportunities, summarize case histories, and provide faster, more personalized responses. This has improved team productivity, reduced response times, and ensured that no valuable lead or customer inquiry gets overlooked.

  ### 4. Transforms Lead Qualification with Ease

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I like Salesforce Agentforce for its ease of use in deployment and the flexibility it offers to expand our sales team with agents. I appreciate the ability to deploy new sales reps without hiring new headcount and I find the multi-agent deployment fascinating as it allows us to mirror our sales team and see how agents can enhance our human sales capabilities. The ability to analyze and contextualize data from conversations is incredibly powerful for enabling and empowering our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I think just the initial setup and having nontechnical people be able to handle it was a bit challenging. We have one Salesforce architect on our team handling three companies, so I guess ease of deployment might be improved. But I'm sure that's probably coming later this year.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps our SDR agents better qualify leads and nurture them for meetings, allowing us to deploy new sales reps without hiring. It analyzes conversations to empower the sales team, providing ease of use and flexibility in expanding our sales force.

  ### 5. AI-Powered Agentforce That Makes Salesforce Data Actionable and Scales with Your Workflows

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is how it combines AI with the Salesforce ecosystem, allowing agents to work with real business data and context rather than generic information. It can automate repetitive tasks, support faster decision-making, and help teams respond to customers more efficiently. I also like that it can be integrated into existing workflows, making AI more practical and scalable for day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike most is that Agentforce can require significant setup, testing, and ongoing optimization to ensure the responses and actions are accurate. The quality of the experience also depends heavily on how well the underlying Salesforce data is structured and maintained. For users who are not deeply familiar with the platform, configuring and monitoring agents can feel complex.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce helps reduce manual, repetitive work by automating routine tasks and providing faster access to relevant customer and business information. It also helps standardize processes and improve response times, while allowing teams to focus more on strategic and higher-value activities. For me, the main benefit is greater productivity and efficiency without having to constantly switch between different tools or workflows.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The most compelling aspect of Salesforce Agentforce is its shift from passive retrieval to autonomous execution grounded directly in native platform metadata.
Instead of functioning as an isolated conversational wrapper that merely summarizes text or requires complex external API middleware, Agentforce operates inside the core CRM layer:
Autonomous Orchestration via the Atlas Engine: Rather than following rigid, hardcoded decision trees or basic prompt-and-response patterns, the Atlas Reasoning Engine evaluates user intent, formulates a multi-step plan, refines it against real-time context, and decides which actions to trigger dynamically.
Direct Reusability of Existing Business Logic: It leverages platform tools you already have in place—Flows, Apex classes, and MuleSoft APIs—treating them as modular skills. You do not need to rebuild your operational logic; the agent executes the exact validation rules, triggers, and automations your org already enforces.
Native Security and Metadata Inheritance: Because it runs within the Salesforce trust boundary, it natively inherits Object-Level Security, Field-Level Security, sharing rules, and user-context permissions. The agent cannot query, manipulate, or expose records that fall outside the configured security profile.
Unified Grounding with Data Cloud: It natively pairs structured CRM records with unstructured external data—such as PDFs, documentation, and communication histories—giving the agent a unified context without brittle custom ETL pipelines.
Deterministic Handoffs: When an issue falls outside guardrails or hits predefined business thresholds, it packages the conversation history, attempted actions, and active context for a clean handoff to human representatives.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Salesforce Agentforce has real enterprise utility, but deploying it exposes several sharp friction points:
High Total Cost of Ownership and Metering Uncertainty: The conversation-based billing model (paying per conversational turn or session) makes budgeting unpredictable compared to traditional user-license seats. If an agent enters an unexpected loop or handles low-value interactions, costs accumulate rapidly.
Heavy Dependency on Data Cloud Hygiene: Agentforce is only as reliable as the data backing it. If an org lacks a clean, consolidated Data Cloud setup with standardized schemas and unified identity resolution, the Atlas engine hallucinates context or fails to retrieve relevant data. It turns into an expensive test of an organization's existing data debt.
Debugging and Observability Gaps: Tracing why the reasoning engine chose one action over another during an edge-case failure can be opaque. While prompt logs and execution traces exist, they lack the granular, step-by-step determinism of traditional Flow or Apex debug logs. Troubleshooting non-deterministic runtime paths remains frustrating.
Action Granularity and Guardrail Fragility: Exposing standard Flows or Apex directly to an LLM requires strict input validation. If a Flow was not originally designed with explicit semantic constraints, an agent might supply plausible but invalid parameter combinations, triggering unhandled faults or partial transaction rollbacks.
Platform Lock-In: Because the intelligence layer is tightly bound to Salesforce’s proprietary metadata, Atlas engine, and Data Cloud constructs, custom agent logic cannot be easily ported to multi-cloud or open-source agentic frameworks (like LangGraph or AutoGen). You are fully married to Salesforce's ecosystem evolution and pricing tiers.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates complex workflows by executing actions natively, saving hours of manual CRM triage and eliminating brittle custom bot integrations.Thisone

  ### 7. Agentforce Makes AI Automation Seamless and Boosts Team Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce transforms how teams handle day-to-day operations by making AI automation remarkably seamless, intuitive, and efficient. By taking over repetitive administrative tasks and streamlining complex workflows, it gives your team hours back every week—boosting productivity virtually overnight and letting everyone focus on high-impact work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Steep Setup Curve: Advanced workflows require deep Salesforce admin expertise to configure.
Data Dependent: Poor CRM data directly leads to incorrect AI actions and outputs.
Ecosystem Lock-In: Limited utility if your team operates outside Salesforce.
Unpredictable Cost: Consumption-based pricing makes monthly billing hard to forecast.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linear Menu Traps: Replaces rigid "Press 1 for Sales" phone trees with natural, conversational speech recognition.
Low Self-Service Capabilities: Executes complex, multi-step actions—like processing refunds or updating orders—directly on the call without transferring.
Loss of Context: Pulls real-time CRM data instantly so callers never have to repeat personal details or account numbers.
Clunky Agent Transfers: Hands off calls to human reps alongside a real-time transcript and conversation summary.
Complex Maintenance: Uses low-code Salesforce tools to build and update voice flows, eliminating custom telephony coding.

  ### 8. AI-Powered CRM Automation That Boosts Efficiency Across Sales, Service, and Marketing

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Salesforce Agentforce is that it combines AI with CRM workflows, allowing teams to automate repetitive tasks, provide intelligent recommendations, and improve customer interactions. It helps users work more efficiently by assisting with sales, service, and marketing processes while still keeping humans in control. I also like how it integrates natively with Salesforce Data Cloud and existing Salesforce applications, making it easier to build AI-powered solutions without major changes to the current ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

One drawback of Salesforce Agentforce is that it can have a steep learning curve for organizations that are new to AI-driven automation. Setting up and fine-tuning AI agents often requires careful configuration, high-quality data, and ongoing monitoring to achieve the best results. Additionally, licensing costs can be significant for smaller organizations, and some advanced capabilities may require additional Salesforce products or expertise.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps solve the problem of repetitive manual work by automating routine tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing AI-powered recommendations. This improves productivity, speeds up response times, and allows teams to focus on more strategic work. For me, it makes day-to-day tasks more efficient, helps reduce errors, and provides faster access to relevant information, resulting in better customer experiences and quicker decision-making.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce solves the problem of high manual workloads and slow response times in customer service and sales operations. By replacing traditional chatbots with autonomous AI agents that operate on real-time CRM data, it allows us to handle routine customer inquiries 24/7 without manual intervention. This benefits our business by significantly reducing resolution times, boosting agent productivity, and lowering operational costs while maintaining personalized customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The learning curve for configuring complex multi-step reasoning and grounding rules can be steep. Troubleshooting agent execution logic or debugging why an agent chose a specific action path is not always intuitive. Additionally, consumption-based pricing models require tight monitoring to avoid unexpected costs during high-volume usage, and extensive testing is needed before deploying agents to production.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Good

	•	Deep native integration with Salesforce data, Customer 360, and Data Cloud — agents act on records, not just chat about them deep tie-in with Salesforce data and workflows is the main reason to select it over generic tools
	•	Strong governance layer via Einstein Trust Layer, appealing to enterprises native integration with Salesforce Customer 360, Einstein Trust Layer governance, and multi-function agent orchestration make it compelling for organizations already deep in the Salesforce ecosystem
	•	Solid marketplace traction — 29,000 Agentforce deals closed in just 15 months
	•	Flexible pricing entry points (free tier, per-credit, per-conversation, per-user) pricing starts for free and scales through Flex Credits ($500 per 100,000 credits, ~$0.10 per action), $2-per-conversation pricing, or per-user licenses from $5/month
	•	Users like the ease of having customer info centralized ease of use of Agentforce Sales, appreciating seamless access to all customer information in one location

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Bad

	•	Real-world adoption lags the hype — only 8% of eligible customers have deployed to production
	•	Costly and slow to implement, especially with Data Cloud required — 4-6 weeks for single-use-case deployments and 8-16 weeks for complex rollouts, plus Year 1 costs reaching $270,000-$540,000
	•	Weak outside the Salesforce ecosystem — struggles when GTM workflows span systems outside Salesforce
	•	Rapid update cadence creates version-management overhead Salesforce has released frequent updates and tooling enhancements for Agentforce. Rapid iteration can provide new capabilities but also requires buyers to manage change and version-awareness
	•	Skills gap: teams often underestimate the AI/platform expertise needed a skills gap for AI and platform integration work

Bottom line: strong if you're already Salesforce-committed; expensive and risky otherwise.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce solves: the gap between customer data sitting in Salesforce and actual action being taken on it — instead of reps/agents manually looking up records and executing tasks, AI agents autonomously handle sales outreach, service case deflection, and workflow tasks directly against live CRM data.

  ### 11. Agentforce Is a Game-Changer for Context-Aware AI Agents in Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce is a game changer for how we work with Salesforce. It lets us build AI agents that actually understand our business context and take real actions, resolving cases, qualifying leads, automating repetitive tasks, instead of just answering questions. Since it's grounded in our real-time CRM data through Data Cloud, the responses are accurate and trustworthy, not generic. It's saving us serious time and letting the team focus on higher-value work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Honestly, Agentforce still has some rough edges. The setup and configuration can get complicated, especially when you're trying to customize agent behavior for specific business rules. Pricing is steep for smaller teams, and the AI sometimes needs a lot of hand-holding to stay accurate with complex data relationships. Documentation hasn't fully caught up either, so a lot of the fine-tuning ends up being trial and error rather than following a clear path.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is solving the problem of AI agents that just chat but can't actually act. For us, it takes on repetitive, high-volume work—case resolution, lead qualification, data lookups—by taking real actions inside Salesforce instead of just suggesting them. Because it pulls from our live CRM data through Data Cloud, it's accurate to our actual business context, not generic. That's freed up our team to focus on strategic work instead of routine tasks, and cut response times significantly.

  ### 12. Agentforce Turns Data 360 Insights into Secure, Actionable Enterprise Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roshmy S. | Salesforce Product Owner/PMO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I value most about Agentforce is how it brings together Data 360, reasoning, and action into a connected enterprise workflow. Data 360 offers a unified view of customer and business information, which allows Agentforce to ground its responses and decisions in relevant, trusted context rather than relying on isolated CRM records. From there, its reasoning capabilities can interpret that context, apply business rules, determine the right next step, and coordinate the necessary process.<br><br>From a solution-architecture perspective, the ability to move from insight to execution is especially important. Through native integration with Salesforce CRM data, Flow, Apex, and external APIs, Agentforce can trigger workflows, update records, call services, and involve human users when needed. This makes it more than a conversational interface; it becomes an orchestration layer that connects enterprise data to measurable business outcomes. (Salesforce)<br><br>I also appreciate the governance and trust model that supports this architecture. Agentforce operates within Salesforce permissions and access controls, while the Einstein Trust Layer and built-in guardrails help protect sensitive enterprise data and encourage responsible AI use. Together, these capabilities provide a practical foundation for deploying intelligent agents across business processes while maintaining security, compliance, and operational control. (Salesforce)

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

From a solution-architecture perspective, Agentforce is promising, but it is not a simple plug-and-play solution. Its effectiveness depends on a mature Salesforce environment, well-defined processes, reliable integrations, and careful human oversight.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce helps solve the problem of manually handling repetitive customer and employee interactions across Salesforce processes. It leverages CRM data, Data 360, business rules, Flow, Apex, and external integrations to interpret requests, deliver relevant responses, and take actions such as updating records, creating tasks, routing cases, or initiating workflows.<br><br>It also tackles the challenge of disconnected data and inconsistent process execution by bringing information and automation together within the Salesforce platform. Rather than relying entirely on users to hunt for information and complete every step by hand, Agentforce can support standardized execution, improve efficiency, and help teams provide support at scale.<br><br>That said, the problem it solves isn’t just “more automation.” Its effectiveness depends on accurate data, clearly defined business processes, reliable integrations, appropriate permissions, and strong governance. Without those foundations, Agentforce may end up automating inconsistent processes or producing unreliable results.

  ### 13. Powerful Salesforce-Native AI Agents, But Pricing and Setup Take Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The AI agents are built directly on Salesforce data, so they act with real context—customer records, case history, and pipeline are already there. That lets them automate genuine work: handling routine service inquiries, qualifying leads, drafting responses, and taking actions across the CRM autonomously. The low-code Agent Builder means you can define topics, actions, and guardrails without heavy engineering, and because it lives in the platform, it inherits existing security and permissions. Deflecting repetitive tickets and giving reps a running start on outreach frees up time for higher-value work, and keeping a human in the loop where it matters helps with trust.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The consumption-based pricing per conversation or action makes budgeting unpredictable and can escalate quickly at scale. It's also heavily dependent on clean underlying data—messy records lead to poor agent behavior, so there's meaningful prep work before it delivers value. The setup and tuning curve is steeper than the marketing suggests, requiring real iteration on prompts, topics, and guardrails. It deepens lock-in to the Salesforce ecosystem, the feature set is still maturing, and occasional off-target responses mean you can't fully remove human oversight yet.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce solves the problem of repetitive, high-volume work overwhelming service and sales teams. AI agents handle routine inquiries, qualify leads, and take actions directly in the CRM, deflecting a large share of tickets and manual tasks—so reps focus on complex, high-value interactions and customers get faster responses around the clock. Because the agents act on live Salesforce data, they respond with real context and consistent guardrails, improving speed and quality without adding headcount. And since it's native to the platform, we can put agents into real workflows with existing security and permissions rather than bolting on a separate tool, which has shortened the path from idea to production.

Salesforce Agentforce excels at seamlessly integrating autonomous AI agents directly into existing CRM workflows and Data Cloud. The ability to deploy context-aware, task-oriented agents that can handle customer service inquiries, lead qualifications, and routine operational tasks without manual intervention saves significant time. Its out-of-the-box deep connection with Salesforce objects, workflows, and guardrails makes setup straightforward compared to building custom LLM wrappers from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The primary challenge lies in the initial setup and configuration needed to ensure guardrails and context boundaries are properly set. Additionally, dependency on clean, well-structured data within Data Cloud means that existing data quality issues can hinder performance. The pricing structure can also feel restrictive for smaller teams, and tuning prompt logic for highly complex or non-standard customer edge cases still requires a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce has helped us automate routine, repetitive customer service and sales inquiries that used to create major backlogs for our human agents. By deploying autonomous AI agents directly within our workflows, we can handle high-volume inquiries 24/7 with immediate response times. Key Benefits: Scalability: Reduces ticket resolution times without needing to increase support headcount. Efficiency: Frees up our team to focus on high-value, complex customer cases and strategic accounts. Accuracy: Seamlessly leverages our existing CRM data to provide personalized, context-aware responses, leading to higher customer satisfaction scores.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The standout strength: native data access. Agentforce agents run inside your actual Salesforce org and pull from the same object model your team already sees, so an agent can update an Opportunity or read a Lead record without custom API plumbing. That native integration is Agentforce's key architectural advantage — agents don't need custom connections to read or update records, because they live inside the system that owns that data.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Weak outside the Salesforce walled garden. It struggles when go-to-market workflows span systems outside Salesforce — if your stack is heavily multi-platform, you'll feel friction fast. • Data Cloud is basically a prerequisite, not an add-on. Most advanced deployments require Data Cloud (now Data 360), and that pushes real first-year costs into the $150,000–$600,000 range for mid-market teams — a steep and somewhat hidden cost of entry beyond the headline pricing.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems it's aimed at solving: • The "AI copilot" ceiling. Older Salesforce AI features just drafted emails or surfaced suggestions for a human to act on. Agentforce is built to remove that middle step — agents complete entire workflows independently: qualifying leads, routing cases, managing opportunities, resolving service requests, without waiting for human approval at each stage. • Fragmented, siloed automation. With Multi-Agent Orchestration, instead of a customer or rep hopping between disconnected bots, agents coordinate as a team with shared context across channels, so no one has to repeat themselves or hunt for the right agent. • Slow, dev-heavy agent building. Agentforce Builder is meant to solve the problem of agents requiring long build/test/deploy cycles — it's a conversational workspace where admins (not just developers) can build and refine agents with AI guidance.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is how it brings AI directly into Salesforce workflows and helps automate repetitive tasks while still keeping business context at the center. I especially like its ability to use CRM data and work across sales and service processes, helping users find information, take actions, and respond to customers more efficiently. As a Salesforce developer, I also appreciate the flexibility to customize agents and integrate them with existing Salesforce automation and business processes.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

One area I find challenging with Salesforce Agentforce is the initial setup and configuration. There can be a learning curve when working with topics, actions, permissions, data access, and integrations. Troubleshooting can also take time when an agent does not behave as expected. More simplified setup guidance, clearer error messages, and easier debugging tools would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce addresses several common business challenges, including high volumes of repetitive customer inquiries, slow response times, manual sales and service tasks, fragmented access to business data, and the difficulty of scaling customer support without increasing headcount. Agentforce uses autonomous AI agents that can understand requests, access CRM and business data, take actions, and escalate to human employees only when needed.

  ### 18. Easy Setup, Powerful Insights with Salesforce Agentforce

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I have recently started using Salesforce Agentforce, and it's amazing. I love how easy it is to learn and implement. I build an agent to give our sales and executive team a 360-degree picture of our clients. It's fantastic that with Agentforce, we could get a summary or holistic view of our clients without having to go through multiple dashboards. I love the no-code platform architecture too. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I would rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The main challenge I face with Salesforce Agentforce is that I'm currently the only one with technical knowledge of Salesforce in my company. This makes it pretty tough to build and identify use cases effectively. It would be great if the platform could automatically guide users through workflows and processes, which could make it more accessible for team members without technical backgrounds.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce gives our team a 360-degree view of clients, simplifying data from multiple dashboards into a holistic picture. It's easy to learn and implement, especially with its no-code platform architecture.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Data grounding agent is my favorite part. I use it to create our own agent based on our sales data. I can also ground it with my knowledge sources like PDFs, our website, and help/support content.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I like the vision of Salesforce Agentforce and its potential to help businesses build AI-powered experiences. However, I think there are still some areas that could be improved:

- The setup and configuration experience can be complex, especially for developers who need more control over agent behavior, integrations, security, and deployment.
- Debugging and troubleshooting agents can be challenging. More detailed logs, tracing, and visibility into decision-making would help developers build and maintain reliable agents.
- The boundary between Agentforce, Flow, Apex, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, and external AI services could be clearer. A more unified developer experience would reduce complexity.
- More flexibility and customization options are needed for advanced enterprise use cases, especially around orchestration, governance, and multi-agent collaboration.

Overall, Agentforce is a promising platform, but improving developer experience, transparency, and enterprise-level control would make it much more powerful.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping solve the challenge of delivering intelligent, scalable automation across business processes while keeping enterprise data, security, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

It helps reduce manual tasks by enabling AI agents to assist users, provide faster access to knowledge, automate repetitive workflows, and improve customer and employee experiences. From a developer and architect perspective, Agentforce provides a framework to build AI-powered solutions using Salesforce capabilities such as Data Cloud, Flow, Apex, and integrations, which can accelerate solution delivery and reduce the effort required to build custom AI applications.

The biggest benefit is the ability to move from traditional automation toward more intelligent, context-aware experiences while maintaining enterprise-level trust and control.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is the ability to automate repetitive sales and customer follow-up tasks while still using the data already stored in Salesforce. It can help teams work more efficiently, surface relevant information faster, and create more consistent customer experiences. I also like that it can be customized around specific business processes instead of functioning as a completely separate AI tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The main downside is that Agentforce can take time to configure well, especially when business processes or Salesforce data are complex. There is a learning curve, and getting the best results often requires thoughtful setup, testing, and governance. Cost can also add up depending on usage and the Salesforce products needed to support it.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps reduce the amount of repetitive manual work involved in sales and customer management. It can surface relevant information, automate routine follow-ups, and help teams respond more quickly using data already in Salesforce. The biggest benefit is saving time while creating a more consistent experience for both employees and customers.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to use Salesforce data and business context to support users and automate tasks. It can help answer customer questions, summarize information, and handle repetitive service or sales activities, which can reduce manual work.

I also like that Agentforce can be customized based on business requirements and integrated with existing Salesforce processes. This makes it possible to apply AI to real business workflows rather than using it as a standalone AI tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike most about Agentforce is that the quality of its responses can depend heavily on the quality, structure, and completeness of the underlying knowledge and data. When the available information is limited or not structured clearly, the responses may not always meet business expectations.

It can also require significant configuration, testing, and continuous refinement to achieve consistent results. Managing topics, instructions, actions, permissions, and knowledge sources can become complex, especially when requirements change frequently.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps address the need to automate repetitive customer and employee interactions while providing faster access to relevant information. It can use Salesforce data and knowledge to answer questions, summarize information, and support common service processes.

This benefits us by reducing manual work, improving response time, and allowing teams to focus on more complex cases that require human support. It also provides an opportunity to extend AI into existing Salesforce workflows instead of managing AI as a separate system.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Agentforce is how it brings autonomous AI agents directly into the Salesforce ecosystem, letting them act on real data and trigger actions across Sales, Service, and Marketing without needing a developer to build custom logic for every scenario. It significantly speeds up execution and reduces the gap between having data and actually acting on it

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike about Agentforce is that it's still maturing, documentation and best practices are limited compared to more established Salesforce products, and building reliable, production-ready agents often requires a lot of trial and error, especially when it comes to grounding responses in the right data and avoiding hallucinations.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is solving the problem of turning data into action without relying on developers for every automation. It lets teams create AI agents that can handle repetitive tasks, answer questions, and take actions autonomously across Sales, Service, and Marketing. This benefits us by reducing manual workload, speeding up response times, and freeing the team to focus on higher-value strategic work instead of repetitive execution.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

So far, there is nothing specific that I dislike about Agentforce. I really like its flexibility and the different possibilities it offers for creating solutions and automating tasks. I think there is still a lot for me to learn about it, but my experience so far has been very positive.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping me solve the problem of managing and analyzing information more efficiently. As a student, I can use it to automate repetitive tasks, organize data, answer questions quickly, and create solutions for academic projects. It also helps me understand how AI agents can be applied to real business situations, while saving time and making my projects more interactive and efficient.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to automate repetitive tasks and provide quick, relevant information when needed. It can help reduce manual effort, speed up workflows, and make it easier to get work done without constantly switching between different tools.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

One thing I dislike about Salesforce Agentforce is that the responses can sometimes depend heavily on how well the data and configurations are set up. When the information is incomplete or the request is more complex, it may require additional clarification or manual verification. It would be helpful to have more consistent and transparent responses.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps reduce repetitive manual work by using AI to provide information, assist with tasks, and automate parts of everyday workflows. This saves time and makes it easier to find information and complete routine tasks. For me, it helps improve efficiency while allowing more time to focus on tasks that require actual analysis or decision-making.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Autonomous, Role-Based AI Agents

Agentforce allows organizations to build specialized AI agents tailored to specific roles and tasks. These agents can handle a variety of functions, such as customer service inquiries, sales support, and IT service management, operating 24/7 across multiple channels

Benefit: This specialization ensures that each agent is optimized for its designated role, leading to more efficient and effective task execution.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Data Quality Dependencies

Agentforce’s effectiveness is heavily reliant on the quality of the data within Salesforce. Issues such as siloed datasets, duplicates, and inconsistencies can lead to operational failures. For instance, poor data hygiene has led to inaccuracies in automated processes, requiring manual intervention to correct. Maintaining clean and consistent data is crucial for optimal performance

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Manual, Repetitive Tasks Across Departments

Before Agentforce, teams spend a lot of time on repetitive activities — answering FAQs, updating records, generating reports, or handling routine workflows.

How Agentforce solves it:
	•	Deploys AI-driven agents to handle specific roles (e.g., support, sales, IT) automatically.
	•	Can respond to common customer queries, update CRM records, or generate insights 24/7.

Benefit to you:
- Frees up human agents to focus on complex or high-value tasks.
- Reduces errors from manual work.
- Speeds up response and process times.

It is really helpful in saving our business time. It is really fast. You don't have to rebuild your automated processes for AI. You can seamlessly expose existing custom Apex classes, complex Flows, and routing rules directly as custom Agent Actions.
Autonomous Execution: Powered by the Atlas Reasoning Engine, these agents go beyond simple chat. They interpret user intent, break down tasks, evaluate

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Despite its architectural strengths, Agentforce has distinct limitations that can make adoption challenging:
Strict Ecosystem Lock-in: Agentforce provides the most value when you are deeply committed to Salesforce. For organizations running a multi-CRM stack or heavily utilizing external platforms, the investment doesn't easily transfer, and deep multi-system integrations require significant custom API development.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

My favorite thing about Salesforce Agentforce is how it combines AI agents with the Salesforce platform’s existing customer and business data. It can move beyond simply answering questions to actually reasoning, taking actions, and automating workflows—while keeping the experience grounded in a company’s CRM data and processes.
For a product-marketing perspective, I especially like the potential to scale personalized customer engagement without losing context or human oversight.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Nothing to be honest I don't like about the tool and the platform. It's been a while since I am using it and have not found issues here. So this is great!

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is helping solve the challenge of scaling customer support and engagement without adding the same level of manual effort. It can automate repetitive tasks, provide faster responses, and use customer context from Salesforce to deliver more relevant interactions.
For me, the biggest benefit is saving time while improving personalization. It allows teams to focus more on strategic, high-value work instead of repetitive requests and workflows, while creating a more consistent customer experience.

  ### 28. Native Salesforce AI Agents That Act on CRM Data, Fast to Build with Low-Code

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Agentforce is that it brings AI agents natively into the Salesforce platform, so they can act directly on CRM data — creating records, updating cases, answering from Knowledge — without stitching together external tools. The low-code agent builder means you can stand up a working agent quickly using topics and actions built on Flows and Apex you already have

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike is that agent behavior can be unpredictable — getting the instructions and topic boundaries right takes a lot of trial and error, and testing tooling is still maturing. The consumption-based pricing also makes costs hard to forecast, especially before you know your real usage volume

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce solves the problem of routine, repetitive work eating up team capacity — things like answering common client questions, summarizing account activity, and triaging cases can be handled autonomously instead of manually. It turns Salesforce from a system of record into something that actually does work for the team

  ### 29. Agents as code on the platform we already trust

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agent Script is the part that won me over. Topics, instructions, and actions are declared in a readable file instead of clicked together, so agent behavior lives in source control and reviews like any other code. Existing invocable Apex and Flows become agent actions with almost no wrapping, which let us turn years of business logic into agent skills instead of rebuilding it. Prompt templates ground answers in real records, the trust layer respects our sharing model and field-level security, and Testing Center runs a regression suite of conversations against a published version, so we catch behavior drift before users do. Because it is on-platform, the agent works with the same data and permissions our reps already trust.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The build experience is ahead of the deployment experience. Prompt templates do not activate on deploy and return empty instead of throwing an error, which cost us a debugging cycle. Some newer agent configurations cannot yet be retrieved through the Metadata API, so promoting an agent through sandboxes into a release pipeline still needs manual steps. Grounding discipline is on the builder: a loosely worded instruction can let the agent reuse an earlier answer instead of calling its action again, so multi-turn regression testing is mandatory rather than optional. The licensing SKU list across agent types is hard to keep straight, and the per-conversation cost model makes forecasting spend harder than it should be.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a consulting and staffing firm, so the same platform has to serve sales and delivery. Before Agentforce, inbound leads waited for a human first touch and pipeline questions from leadership turned into report requests that took a day. Now an SDR agent qualifies and follows up on inbound leads without adding headcount, an autonomous sales management agent watches the pipeline, and an internal analyst agent answers pipeline and win-rate questions in plain language with governed, definition-stamped numbers, so leadership gets an answer in seconds rather than a report build. On the delivery side we are turning recruiting steps, from resume parsing to candidate screening to submission packets, into agent actions so recruiters get the same help reps do. The benefit is one data model, one permission model, and one set of skills that every agent can reuse.

  ### 30. Promising Agentforce Demo, but Needs More Real-World Use Cases and Production Guidance

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The Agentforce demo was helpful in showing how AI agents can understand customer requests and take actions within Salesforce. I liked the potential to automate repetitive service tasks and improve response times.<br><br>It would be helpful to see more real-world use cases, especially around complex scenarios, Salesforce integrations, human escalation, security, and how Agentforce can be tested and monitored in production.<br><br>Overall, Agentforce looks promising for improving agent productivity and delivering a faster, more personalized customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

One area I felt could be improved is the visibility into how Agentforce makes decisions and handles exceptions. The demo focused mainly on the happy path, so I would like to see more complex scenarios, failure handling, human escalation, testing, and monitoring. It would also be helpful to understand how we can ensure accuracy and control what actions the agent is allowed to perform.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer service teams spend a lot of time handling repetitive questions and manually searching for customer information, updating cases, and following standard processes. This increases response and resolution times and takes agents away from more complex customer issues.

  ### 31. Salesforce Agentforce Brings AI Seamlessly into Salesforce Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

What I like best about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to bring AI directly into existing Salesforce workflows instead of requiring users to constantly switch between different tools. From a sales and client engagement perspective, it can help reduce repetitive work, surface relevant customer information, and support faster follow-ups. I also like the potential to automate routine tasks while still allowing teams to maintain visibility and control over customer interactions.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The biggest challenge with Salesforce Agentforce is that getting meaningful value from it can require thoughtful setup, clean and well-structured data, and a clear understanding of the use cases you want to automate. There can also be a learning curve for teams that are new to AI-driven workflows. I would like to see the setup and customization experience become even simpler so business users can implement and adjust agents with less technical support.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping solve the challenge of managing repetitive sales and customer engagement tasks while keeping teams focused on higher-value activities. It can help with account research, organizing customer information, responding to common requests, follow-ups, and identifying relevant insights from Salesforce data. The biggest benefit for me is improved productivity—I can spend less time on manual administrative work and more time building relationships, engaging prospects, and moving opportunities forward. It also helps create more consistent and timely customer interactions across the sales process.

  ### 32. Makes Work Processes Smooth and Seamless

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

What I like about Agentforce is that it feels very practical. At BiznusSoft, I work with business processes every day, so I can really see how Agentforce can take some of the repetitive work off people’s plates and help them focus on the things that actually need a human touch. And I think that’s what excites me most—it’s not just AI for the sake of AI; you can actually build something that makes someone’s work easier.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I think there’s definitely a learning curve. Agentforce can do a lot, but getting an agent to behave exactly the way you want takes testing and refinement. Sometimes something that sounds simple in theory takes more work once you start building it. But I actually learned a lot through that process.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is helping solve the problem of repetitive, time-consuming work. At BiznusSoft, I see how much time can go into answering the same questions, finding information, or completing routine processes. Agentforce can take care of some of that work while still allowing people to step in when a human touch is needed.

For me, the biggest benefit is time. It allows people to focus more on meaningful work, problem-solving, and relationships instead of repetitive tasks. I also really like that you can build agents around very specific business needs rather than using AI just for the sake of using AI.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Salesforce Agentforce is how easily it brings AI agents directly into the Salesforce ecosystem. It can use CRM data, workflows, actions, and business context to automate tasks and provide relevant insights without requiring users to switch between different tools. The ability to build specialized agents for specific business processes also makes it flexible and scalable for enterprise use.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce can have a learning curve when configuring agents, actions, prompts, and guardrails for more complex use cases. Getting consistent and predictable responses often requires careful testing and tuning. The overall setup can also become complex when integrating multiple data sources, flows, Apex actions, and security requirements.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce helps solve the problem of sellers spending too much time searching across Salesforce data to understand an account before a customer interaction. It can bring together information such as account details, contacts, activities, opportunities, orders, and install base data and present it as a concise, actionable summary.

This benefits us by reducing manual research, improving sales productivity, and giving sellers faster access to relevant account intelligence for activities such as account reviews and call preparation. It also helps standardize how account insights are presented across the sales team and creates opportunities to automate repetitive sales processes directly within Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I like how Salesforce Agentforce simplifies repetitive steps through conversation and provides AI-powered experiences. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, especially since we were starting fresh. Despite some configuration and learning involved, the overall process was manageable. The integration with our existing environment also made it easier for the team to get started and begin using Agentforce.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I feel like the accuracy and consistency of feedback in Salesforce Agentforce could be better, especially with complex requests. Sometimes it needs additional commands and multiple attempts to understand what I'm trying to achieve. It would be helpful to have more flexibility and customization options for creating campaign-related tasks and workflows. Improving accuracy and reducing the need for follow-up prompts would really enhance the experience.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforce Agentforce to streamline campaign creation by eliminating repetitive clicks. It simplifies repetitive steps through conversation and provides AI-powered experiences, making the process more efficient.

  ### 35. Salesforce Admin

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The scalability of the product. It performs based on the amount of information you feed it so the more the merrier. Time consuming tasks for Sales reps and admins alike can be virtually eliminated by using Agentforce

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Now because it operates based on how much information you feed it sometimes it can be unpredictable. You can give what feels like perfectly clear topic/subagent instructions and still have it select the wrong action, give an incomplete response, or behave differently with the same input. Salesforce itself documents wrong subagent/action selection and inconsistent outputs as common behavior issues.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is mainly solving the problem of too much repetitive work requiring a human to initiate it. Traditional Salesforce automation is great when the process is predictable: if X happens, do Y. Agentforce adds a layer where a user can express what they need conversationally, and the agent can interpret the request, retrieve Salesforce data, decide which approved action to use, and execute it.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Agentforce is its ability to make AI practical for everyday business tasks. It can automate repetitive work, assist customers and employees, and use existing Salesforce data to provide more relevant responses and actions. I also like that it works within the Salesforce ecosystem, which can make it easier for organizations to integrate AI into workflows they already use. Overall, Agentforce stands out to me because it has the potential to save time, improve productivity, and allow teams to focus more on higher-value work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike about Agentforce is that it can feel complex to set up and configure, especially for teams that are new to AI or Salesforce. Getting the best results may require clean data, well-designed workflows, and ongoing testing. There can also be concerns about cost, accuracy, and how much human oversight is needed. I think a simpler setup process, clearer pricing, and more out-of-the-box functionality would make Agentforce easier for more organizations to adopt and use effectively.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce helps solve the problem of repetitive, time-consuming business tasks that require employees to manually handle customer questions, update information, or complete routine processes. It uses AI agents to automate these tasks while using Salesforce data and workflows for context. This can help businesses respond to customers faster, reduce the workload on employees, improve consistency, and operate more efficiently. Ultimately, Agentforce helps organizations scale customer service and other business processes without relying entirely on additional staff.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I enjoy using Salesforce Agentforce because it allows me to clarify configuration doubts and easily consult information without switching many screens. It also helps me conduct practice talks with clients through the sales coach. The function to access all Salesforce data is convenient as it allows me to analyze all my business information using natural language, making data-driven decision-making easier. Additionally, I find the Salesforce Grid tool very good and easy to configure for basic tasks.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The dependency of Salesforce Agentforce on Data 360 can be a double-edged sword. Although it gives great potential, it makes it complex to configure. I believe Data 360 should be usable in natural language to facilitate its use. Additionally, although the initial configuration process was "somewhat simple," it could be more intuitive, especially when integrating Data 360, where I would like the system to automatically launch agents to complete the configuration when presenting a business case.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforce Agentforce to quickly and easily obtain information from records without switching screens, which facilitates practice talks with clients and configuration in Salesforce. It also allows me to analyze business data in natural language, saving time and improving decision-making.

  ### 38. Agentforce Has Huge Potential to Transform Work Inside Salesforce

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Agentforce is the potential to fundamentally change how people interact with Salesforce. Instead of simply giving users more data, dashboards, and tasks, agents can actually help get work done. The ability to combine trusted business data, automation, and AI within the Salesforce platform creates tremendous opportunities to reduce repetitive work and let people focus on relationships, judgment, and higher-value work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The biggest challenge is that the vision is ahead of the simplicity of implementation. Building an impressive demo is relatively easy; deploying an agent that is trusted, governed, accurate, and delivers measurable value in production is much harder. The licensing, consumption model, data requirements, and rapidly evolving product landscape add complexity. I’d like to see a much simpler path from a great Agentforce idea to a reliable production solution with clear ROI.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce is helping solve the gap between having information in Salesforce and actually getting work done with it. It can automate repetitive tasks, surface the right information at the right time, and take action across business processes instead of simply providing another place for users to look for answers. The benefit is greater efficiency and the ability for our teams to spend more time on relationships, strategy, and higher-value work.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like best about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to combine AI with Salesforce data and business processes to create intelligent, actionable experiences. I especially like that agents can work with existing CRM data, automation, and Apex to help users complete tasks faster while keeping the experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I dislike most about Salesforce Agentforce is that troubleshooting why an agent did not produce the expected result can also be difficult. Better debugging tools, clearer error messages, and more transparency into agent decision-making would make the platform easier to build and maintain.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps reduce the need to write custom code for every individual step in a business process. Instead, it can analyze the user’s input, understand the intent, and determine which actions need to be performed. The hybrid reasoning capability is especially valuable because Agentforce can combine AI-driven reasoning with predefined business logic and Salesforce actions. This makes solutions more flexible, reduces development effort, and allows us to automate complex user requests without building separate code paths for every possible scenario.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce Coworker is how it helps me work more efficiently as a Salesforce administrator. Instead of spending time searching through documentation, setup menus, or object configurations, I can quickly get guidance, recommendations, and answers within the Salesforce ecosystem. It is particularly helpful when troubleshooting issues, validating configuration options, and understanding the impact of changes before implementing them.

Agentforce Coworker also helps accelerate routine administrative tasks by providing contextual assistance based on the Salesforce platform. Whether I'm working on automation, security settings, data management, or user configuration, it allows me to find information faster and make more informed decisions. As a result, I spend less time researching and more time delivering solutions that support the business.

What makes it especially valuable is that it feels like having an experienced Salesforce consultant available on demand. It helps reduce complexity, increases productivity, and gives administrators greater confidence when managing and optimizing their Salesforce environment.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

While I see a lot of potential in Agentforce Coworker, one area that could be improved is the amount of setup and customization required to realize its full value. As a Salesforce administrator, I was expecting more out-of-the-box capabilities that could be leveraged immediately with minimal configuration. Instead, much of the power comes from creating, configuring, and maintaining agents tailored to specific use cases.

Although this flexibility is ultimately a strength, it can also create additional administrative overhead and extend the time required to deliver value to users.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Coworker helps solve one of the biggest challenges for Salesforce administrators: the time spent researching, troubleshooting, and navigating a complex platform. By providing contextual guidance and answers directly within the Salesforce ecosystem, it allows admins to resolve issues faster, make more informed configuration decisions, and focus more of their time on delivering business value.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

For me, I really appreciate Salesforce Agentforce for its ability to process long PDFs and provide an adequate and relevant response quickly. It's amazing to be able to go through a large number of emails and provide the important information without having to read everything yourself. I trust this tool to help me, and I find it great to be able to ask for information and get a summary of something in a short time with the force agent.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Deploying Salesforce Agentforce in a multi-environment and following a specific deployment cycle is quite complicated. Moreover, by default, new templates are not masked, which is problematic because I need all templates to be masked except for one that I use for my client. The initial setup was horrible, with some default features that shouldn't be, complicating the management of Agentforce's visibility, and at one point, a general interface bug triggered a maximum-level alert, which was very frustrating.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Salesforce Agentforce facilitates generative AI, saving me time in daily task management. It helps in generating content like fields, reading emails, and relaying important information.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce is how it transforms customer interactions through AI-powered automation while leveraging trusted CRM data. It enables organizations to scale service and sales operations, improve response times, and provide consistent, personalized experiences. For our business, it represents a key enabler in our digital transformation strategy and helps us deliver greater value to customers while increasing operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The main challenge is the learning curve and the effort required to properly configure and govern AI-driven processes. Once implemented correctly, the benefits significantly outweigh these initial challenges.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping us address challenges in customer engagement, lead management, and service efficiency by automating interactions and providing intelligent assistance based on CRM data. This enables faster customer responses, improved operational efficiency, and a more personalized experience throughout the customer journey. As part of our digital transformation strategy, Agentforce allows us to scale our customer-facing operations while increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What works best for us is that agents build on top of what already exists in the org. Flows and Apex we had already written became agent actions, which means we are extending working automation rather than maintaining a separate bot stack on the side. That is a real architectural difference compared to the chatbot tools we have used before.<br><br>Grounding in company data is the other big one. When agents can reason over data that is already unified and governed, answers stop being generic and start being useful. We have built an internal marketing agent for a client on exactly that premise, and the quality difference compared to a general purpose assistant is obvious.<br><br>Agentforce Coworker has also landed well with users, mostly because it meets people where they already work instead of asking them to learn a new interface. Adoption has been noticeably easier than with previous internal tools.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Tuning topics and instructions is still a lot of trial and error. When an agent picks the wrong topic or ignores an instruction, there is limited visibility into why, so you end up rewording instructions and re-testing rather than diagnosing an actual root cause. Better tracing of agent reasoning would save a lot of hours.<br><br>Testing tooling is improving but not yet where it needs to be for serious deployments. Building confidence that an agent behaves consistently across edge cases takes more manual work than it should.<br><br>The other thing worth flagging to anyone evaluating this: agent quality is capped by data quality. Teams expect the AI layer to compensate for messy underlying data, and it does not. Half of an Agentforce project is really a data project, and that should be said more clearly up front.<br><br>Finally, the pace of change is hard to keep up with. Features and best practices shift between releases and documentation lags behind.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we keep running into with clients is that knowledge and capacity sit in the wrong places. Marketing teams spend their time on repetitive lookups and first drafts, while the answers they need are already in the org, just scattered across records, documents and previous campaigns. Meanwhile specialists become bottlenecks because everyone has to go through them for routine questions.<br><br>Agentforce addresses that by putting an agent in front of data the organisation already owns. We have built an internal marketing agent for a client that handles exactly this kind of work, and set up Agentforce Coworker alongside it so employees get help inside the tools they already use rather than in yet another system.<br><br>The benefit is less about headcount and more about flow. Routine questions get answered immediately instead of waiting in someone's queue, and the people with deep expertise spend their time on work that actually needs them. It also surfaces data quality problems fast, which sounds like a downside but has genuinely improved how our clients maintain their data.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Agentforce has given new admins on our team a brand new path to researching and solutioning user issues / system bugs. It has cut their case age down by 25-30% because they no longer need to rely on answers from myself or developer to come up with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

While testing with our admin team, we are seeing that certain actions consume credits while others don't. But that's why we are testing. There are certain small tasks that I think should be included in its initial training, like password resets by command, simple setting update, etc.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new admins with a much shorter ramp for take off. The biggest part of training for our team is to understand our business and how the platform is used by our users, merchants, and customers. Agentforce connects the dots for them in a way that works for them. Our users felt an immediate impact of the speed that cases were being closed.

  ### 45. A Flexible AI Assistant for Smarter Salesforce Workflows

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is its ability to bring AI assistance closer to the work people are already doing in Salesforce. It can help answer questions, summarize information, take guided actions, and support customers or employees around the clock—without requiring users to switch between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Because Agentforce is highly configurable, there can be a learning curve when setting it up for real business use cases. Getting reliable results requires clear instructions, well-organized knowledge content, quality data, appropriate permissions, and ongoing testing—not just turning an agent on and hoping for the best.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce helps address repetitive, time-consuming work such as answering common questions, finding the right information, summarizing records, and guiding users through routine processes. It gives employees and customers quicker access to relevant, business-approved information directly within the Salesforce tools and channels they already use.

The biggest benefit is that it can help teams respond faster, stay more consistent, and spend less time on manual tasks. It also helps scale support by handling routine requests around the clock and escalating more complex or sensitive issues to a person when needed. Overall, it can free up teams to focus on higher-value work, while making the experience smoother for customers and internal users.

  ### 46. Agentforce Brings Practical, Actionable AI to Salesforce Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce is that it moves AI beyond simply generating responses and enables agents to take meaningful actions within Salesforce. The ability to reason over trusted CRM data, understand context, execute business processes, and collaborate with users creates a much more practical form of enterprise AI.

I especially like its potential to automate repetitive work while still keeping humans involved for decisions that require judgment. Because it’s built into the Salesforce platform, Agentforce can leverage existing data, security, workflows, and business logic. That makes it easier to embed AI into real business processes, rather than treating it as a standalone tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The biggest challenge with Salesforce Agentforce is that achieving reliable, production-ready outcomes can still take significant effort, especially around data quality, grounding, permissions, testing, and guardrails. The technology is powerful, but the gap between a compelling demo and a robust enterprise implementation can still be substantial.

I’d also like to see continued improvements in observability, debugging, cost predictability, and the overall simplicity of configuring and managing agents. As Agentforce evolves, it will be critical for enterprise adoption to make it easier for architects and administrators to understand why an agent made a particular decision or took a specific action.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce is helping solve the challenge of scaling customer and employee support without continuously increasing manual effort. It can automate repetitive interactions, provide contextual assistance using CRM data, and take actions within Salesforce, allowing teams to focus on higher-value work.

The biggest benefit for me is the ability to turn Salesforce from a system that primarily stores and presents information into a platform that can actively assist with and execute business processes. This can improve productivity, reduce response times, provide more consistent experiences, and accelerate automation across different business functions while keeping data, security, and business logic within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  ### 47. Easy to Use, Deeper Insights with a Great Mobile Voice Tool

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

It empowers users to dig deeper into information while also making it easier to access. It’s easy to use overall. The voice tool on the mobile version is great, and it makes it easier to demand rigour from users.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

It can sometimes be slow to provide answers, and it seems to take a while “thinking” before responding. I was also surprised that the first integration we did was very limited in the scope of the answers. The vendor did not make it very clear that the semantic layer was mandatory for the agent to provide richer insights. Once we developed the semantic layer on Data 360, things improved a lot and the responses became much more useful.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping the sales team be more effective. They were spending almost 30% of their time on administrative tasks, and those are now handled by agentforce. Information is also easier to access, which makes Salesforce more useful for them.

  ### 48. Good start but needs enhancements to make it more functional

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Ability to orchestrate and implement responses at the time that our customer needs assistance. This sku currently helps us to provide timely responses and reduce overall hours to resolution.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

For Prompt Templates - There is no option to have multiple responses run on different models to review the output for shared instructions. This currently is time consuming and not efficient for testing. Also there should be an agent on agent review of the instructions where you can use natural language to describe what is not working and have it make recommendations like it does in the other agent builder for Topics.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to answer questions for 1099 employees that we are trying to onboard that are running into issues in our Experience Cloud Portal. With Agentforce we have the ability to provide support and assistance at the time that they need it which is often outside of normal business operating hours.

  ### 49. Autonomous Sales Development That Engages Prospects 24/7

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic Review from User Profile:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

There are couple of things that I like most about Salesforce Agentforce. But what I like the most currently is autonomous sales development. Here agents don’t just sit in the CRM, they actively engage with the prospects 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Salesforce Agentforce is a great gen AI product I believe which we can use natively in Salesforce platform. But one thing bothers me a bit is that connecting Agentforce seamlessly with external systems can be a bit complex. But with the introduction of a feature where we can bring in external MCP servers and connect it from Salesforce, I think this complexity might go away. I am yet to try that out though.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us mainly I think manual lead qualification was a challenge where SDRs used to spend hours filtering leads and replying. Agentforce benefits in this area as the AI agents now instantly qualify leads based on CRM data, saving a lot of time.

  ### 50. Powerful Salesforce AI Automation, but Setup Complexity and Data Quality Matter

The AI-driven automation that reduces manual work for repetitive customer interactions. The ability to deploy agents across sales and service workflows without extensive custom coding. The native integration with Salesforce data makes agent training and deployment straightforward, and it improves operational efficiency quickly

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The accuracy of AI agents heavily depends on data quality, which requires significant upfront work. Implementation and training can be complex and time-consuming. Pricing for scaling agents may become expensive. Limited customization options for non-standard workflows, and the technology is still maturing with occasional reliability issues in edge cases.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates high-volume, repetitive customer interactions (sales inquiries, service requests, follow-ups), reducing manual workload and enabling teams to handle more with fewer resources. Provides 24/7 availability and consistent customer engagement. For administration, it improves operational efficiency, reduces ticket volumes, allows scaling without proportional headcount increases, and frees teams to focus on high-value activities and complex issues.
