It's impressive how it retrieves information automatically, reducing a lot of manual effort. What impressed me most is its easy integration with Agentforce data and action. As a developer, I find it quite flexible, allowing me to design topics, define actions using auto-launch flows, and invocable actions. It lets me control the agent behavior while maintaining a conversational user experience. Room is not built in a single day. It requires lots of stuff. I already started working on open source tools, but it's not enterprise security. Sometimes we require manual support too. For example, if I want to get specific details like what are the beneficiaries we will get in booking the room, what are the services included, what are the packages included.
