The best part is that my reps finally stopped asking me “where’s the pricing for X?” every five minutes. I’m a sales ops manager at a Million dollar SaaS company and we turned on Agentforce eight months ago. Now when a rep opens an opportunity, the agent pops up in the sidebar with the exact discount approval they need, the last renewal terms, and even the competitor objection script that closed the last three deals like it. No more digging through Slack threads or old emails. We cut average quote to send time from 4.2 hours to 38 minutes and our win rate on upsells jumped 19% because the AI literally reminds the rep to ask for the add-on at the perfect moment. The Setup, It’s still too picky about the data it trusts, if our opportunity fields are messy or we are missing a custom field it just shrugs and says “I don’t have enough context.” We had to spend two full weekends cleaning up our stage-to-probability mappings before it stopped hallucinating.
