The random glitches where it will remove leads or add leads in bulk. This is an absolute NIGHTMARE to go through and manually correct. It's really all-inclusive and handles everything a CRM should do and more, including forms, quizzes, and funnels. I find it really convenient to have all these tools in one place. Definitely, the API side of things is challenging. I tried creating a scraper to send data to HighLevel. While it's possible through Zapier to connect certain platforms, building something yourself for HighLevel is really challenging. Sometimes there are conflicts and issues because of old, outdated data. It's really helpful to have up-to-date information and guidelines and remove the old guidelines. I honestly feel like, because it is all in one, it can be a little overwhelming. But, also, I think that a lot of other applications can do similar features.
