## Zoom Workplace Reviews
 ### 1. Zoom Workplace: The Future of Teamwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avijit B. | Lead consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

As a computer engineer, I highly value Zoom’s high-quality screen sharing and interactive annotation tools. In both major and minor business meetings, we can quickly share our screens and use the annotation pen to point out exactly where a design change is needed, which keeps our technical collaboration smooth and effective. The hand-raising feature also helps me ask questions and bring the focus to me when I need to speak. Zoom is now integrated with AI to provide more support to users, and it has helped me support and onboard new resources as well. Overall, Zoom combines screen sharing and video conferencing in a way that keeps the connection strong and makes collaboration easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

When I share heavy engineering simulations and design models over Zoom, I sometimes run into lag, especially if my internet speed drops. It would be a great addition to have a built-in option that optimizes frame rates specifically for sharing high-end graphics software, so the screen share stays smoother in those situations. Also, the 40-minute limit on free group calls often interrupts our longer study sessions, which makes it harder to keep the flow going.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely solves the challenge of remote collaboration for both business and internal team meetings. Even when the entire project team is in different geographic locations, Zoom lets us connect instantly to discuss issues, review project reports, and stay connected as a team. It saves us a lot of time and helps keep our project work organized.

 ### 2. High-Quality Screen Sharing and Annotations Make Zoom Great for CAD Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rock S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

As a Mechanical Engineering student at RGPV, I highly value Zoom's high-quality screen sharing and interactive annotation tools. During our major/minor projects or CAD design discussions (like AutoCAD or SolidWorks), we can easily share our screens and use the annotation pen to pinpoint exactly where a design change is needed. It makes our technical collaboration extremely smooth and effective.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sharing heavy engineering software simulations or 3D CAD models over Zoom sometimes causes a lag if the internet speed drops. A built-in feature to optimize frame rates specifically for high-end graphic software sharing would be a great addition. Also, the 40-minute limit on free group calls interrupts our long study sessions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely solves the challenge of remote collaboration for our group projects outside the college workshop. My team members live far away, but Zoom allows us to connect instantly to discuss engineering formulas, review project reports, and prepare for our viva exams without needing to travel. It saves us a lot of time and keeps our academic work organized.

 ### 3. Reliable, Modern Communication Hub for Teams and Clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit T. | Technical Project Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

i am using Zoom workplace from last 5 to 6 years, i have used it for project coordination, team communication, client meetings,, remote collaboration and cross functional technical discussions, the platform has been very effective for managing distribute team and maintaining communication across engineering, operations and business groups, i like most about Zoom workplace is the reliable and easy of communication it provides for both internal collaboration and client facing meetings, it support fast coordination across teams while keeping meetings, chat and collaboration workflows centralized, i have mainy used it for daily standups and sprint meetings, technical architecture discussions, cross functional project coordination, client and client presentations, remote collaboration workflows, team communication and scheduling, the video and audio qualit are generally very stable, even during large meetings or screen sharing session involving technical walkthroughs and demos, i like its interface its so modern. and its integration with Google workspace makes collaboration and productivity easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

some advanced collaboration and AI features are tied to higher tier licensing plans, which can increase cost for larger organizations with many users i have also notices that managing notification, chats ,meetings and collaboration channels, can sometimes become overwhelming in large project environment where team are involved in multiple parallel discussion and meeting throughout the day, another challenge is that virtual meeting schedules can contribute to meeting fatigue especially for technical teams managing continuous project coordination and client discussions,

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom workspace solves problem related to ,communication delays across distributed teams, difficulty coordination remote project meetings, limited collaboration visibility inefficient client communication workflows, challenge manging hybrid work environments, the platform has been especially used for daily standups and sprint planning, technical architecture discussions, client meetings, cross team collaboration, remote presentation and demos, team communication and scheduling, the platform also improves productivty by reducing dependency on physical meeting and enabling faster decision making across geographically distributed teams. another major advantage is collaboration efficiency features such, as integrated chat, meeting scheduling, file sharing , AI generated summaries , automated transcriptions , tasks extractions.

 ### 4. Reliable Meetings with Smart AI Summaries and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sundeep G. | Senior Quality Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

AI Companion 3.0 feels more proactive now — instead of just summarizing meetings, it can help turn conversations into tasks, workflows, follow-ups, and drafts. Zoom is pushing this “conversation to action” idea pretty hard.
Cross-app workflow automation is becoming a big deal. Zoom introduced custom AI agents and workflow orchestration that can connect meetings with tools like CRMs, docs, and support systems. That’s much more interesting than simple meeting transcription.
The newer AI Docs, AI Sheets, and AI Slides tools are surprisingly practical because they turn meeting notes into actual working material instead of leaving information trapped in recordings.
I also like the recent UI simplification updates. Zoom Workplace had started getting cluttered, but the redesigned navigation, cleaner toolbars, and unified settings seem aimed at making the app feel lighter again.
Live translation and smarter transcripts are improving steadily. The transcript/caption separation and better controls are especially helpful for organizations dealing with compliance or multilingual teams.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Reduce feature bloat

Zoom became popular because it was lightweight and simple. A lot of users now feel the app is trying to become an “everything workspace” platform, which makes the interface feel crowded. Reddit discussions frequently mention too many panels, AI prompts, tabs, and upgrade nudges.

Make the UI more stable

Frequent redesigns frustrate long-time users because buttons move around and workflows change. Even Zoom itself acknowledged this issue and announced a “clarity, speed, and simplicity” redesign for 2026.

Improve the web app

Browser performance is still inconsistent for some users, especially on lower-powered devices like Chromebooks. Complaints include laggy video, sign-in issues, and slower performance versus Google Meet or Teams in-browser.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many disconnected tools
Zoom Workplace combines meetings, chat, phone, docs, whiteboards, notes, and AI features into one platform. That means fewer app switches and less context loss during the workday.
Wasted time in meetings
AI-generated summaries, transcripts, highlights, and action items reduce the need for manual note-taking and help people catch up quickly if they miss a meeting.
Remote and hybrid collaboration friction
It helps distributed teams collaborate asynchronously through clips, docs, whiteboards, and chat instead of relying only on live meetings.
Administrative busywork
AI Companion can draft chats, emails, meeting prep, follow-ups, and tasks, reducing repetitive coordination work.

 ### 5. Simple UI, Free Option, and Strong Cross-Country Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HARRI V. | student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The UI is simple and easy to use. I also appreciate that there’s a free usage option available and that it supports connectivity between countries. It works well with integrated apps like the whiteboard, and Zoom support is alright. However, the AI companion isn’t very clear or easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The connection sometimes drops, and although the UI is simple and easy to navigate, some parts could still be improved. It would also help if the app felt less laggy during screen sharing and when using the whiteboard. Zoom pro could be priced lower as its a little high for indian citizens. and like i said earlier ai couold be improved

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to take guitar classes and Zoom happened to be most reliable for international calls, must i say very nostalgic right now.
The whiteboard features and sharing windows with audio is something its better than its competitors.
Although the ui is simple, it has some problems when multiple people are on the screen. Also joining meeting is very quick without accounts especially on phones, with the call feature

 ### 6. Feature Rich Platform for Messaging, Meetings, Collaborating and more

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Safin G. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The video and audio quality, along with AI features like meeting summaries, meeting agendas, and task lists, are the best parts of Zoom Workplace, and they really help in my day-to-day meetings with team members. Another thing I like about Zoom Workplace is that it brings everything into one place, such as chatting, calling, meetings, and scheduling, so there’s no need to switch between multiple apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I’ve noticed that when I start the Zoom desktop app on my Mac, it consumes a lot of memory, which is really concerning because it sometimes slows down my system. It also occasionally freezes during startup.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, it helps me by providing a platform where I can have uninterrupted meetings with my team members. It also keeps track of meetings and sends reminders. On top of that, the AI companion mode helps me quickly search through meetings and chats, and it can summarize meetings as well. Overall, in my day-to-day work it really helps keep everything organized and manageable.

 ### 7. Clean Interface, Reliable Meetings, and Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SIDDHARTH SHIVHARE 2. | Full Stack Dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

clean interface, easy meeting controls, and simple navigation

works decently with other platforms

reliable audio and video quality, nothing really too outstanding, just good and overall decent performace

the free plan is decent for casual users, the 40 minutes per meeting maybe annoying for some, but overall for a free plan it's fine and there is the option to upgrade it, business plans are paid for by the company and i have not used them for that particular purpose

easy setup process, no need for any kind of tutorial, basic and decent

the ai companion can be very, very good for meeting summaries, chat summaries and overall productivity

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

zoom has added some tools so ui at times can feel a bit cluttured, especially compared to old zoom, but nothing significantly bad, the 40 min limit can feel frustating at times, the pricing especially for team plans can feel a bit pricey

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i use it mostly for talking to my friends since lockdown who i am unable to get into physcial contact with, dont really use it for work, the company uses google meet for that

 ### 8. Zoom Makes Global Communication Feel Face-to-Face

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bảo Ngọc N. | I am working as a buyer in a local food and beverage manufacture., Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom helps us connect and communicate with people all over the world. It reduces the drawbacks related to geographic distance and time differences. We can talk with others almost like a daily conversation because we can speak face to face and still sense emotions and body language.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Nothing much to say. We can use the free version and connect directly through the web version. The installation takes too much time, and having to check the guidelines feels unnecessary because it’s so simple.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is one of the most important aspects of business. To truly understand others, we often need to spend a lot of time unless we can talk face to face. Zoom Workplace offers a solution that helps my team stay connected and work smoothly.

Sometimes my boss and manager travel overseas to meet with suppliers from whom we import a lot of goods every month. Since they can’t always handle everything directly in Vietnam, we really appreciate that Zoom allows users to record meetings. Those recordings become valuable documents that we can review later to confirm details and capture the right information.

 ### 9. Feature-Rich, User-Friendly Platform with an Impressive AI Companion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanisha Ojha_IT2_141 O. | Web development & Design Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It has pretty much every feature I need, such as screenshare, multiple invites, good host control as well. I love the whiteboard functionality since it serves most of my purpose of explaining notes or other things. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive to understand. It performs well on my system with little to no lag. Since it offers both paid and free plans, it's quite flexible in terms of pricing and offers a great ROI. The platform is beginner friendly and does not require too much support to operate as well. The AI companion surprised me as I did not expect it to be this good, it was summarising meetings and even offering follow ups.It also integrates very well with other apps such as slack or google calendar so very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The interface me sometimes feel crowded, there could be more integrations as well. for example, I feel that if integrated somehow with microsoft teams it would be much more helpful for my use case.I do notice some cases of lag while running zoom although the performance is mostly okay. The pricing also feels okay to me but the free tier meetings end every 40 minutes which is inconvenient. The AI bot has room for improvement too.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of having too many disconnected tools by bringing meetings, chat, phone, and collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps, everything you need is in a single platform. It also addresses the challenges of hybrid work by making it easier for remote and in-office teams to stay connected and coordinate with each other. On the productivity side, its AI features like automatic meeting summaries and transcripts mean you spend less time on follow-ups and more time on actual work. Overall it saves time, reduces friction, and helps teams stay aligned regardless of where they are working from.

 ### 10. It is an easy-to-use application that adds a lot of value to personal and work projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

User-friendly interface, allows recording meetings and creating groups or work teams, live streaming to Facebook or YouTube. Additionally, the AI assistant is great for summarizing each meeting, which greatly supports record-keeping and follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It requires a considerable amount of internet bandwidth, much more than other applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

It requires a very good internet connection, stable WiFi, and upload speeds of at least 10 megabits and download speeds of at least 20 megabits to achieve good application performance. If you need to connect two or more additional devices to yours in sessions longer than 40 minutes, you should consider opting for one of the paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continue conducting my coaching sessions with one or more people in a simple and economical way, or even at no cost.

 ### 11. Rock-Solid Calls and AI Summaries Make Zoom Workplace a Time-Saver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhilesh S. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The call stability is what stands out most for me. Even on a mediocre internet connection, Zoom Workplace holds up without dropping or lagging mid-meeting. The AI meeting summary feature has been a genuine time-saver — I no longer have to take manual notes during client calls. Setting up a meeting takes under a minute, and the interface is intuitive enough that even non-technical teammates pick it up without any hand-holding. The breakout rooms feature is also handy for team workshops.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The app is quite heavy on system resources — when I have a few other tools open alongside it, I can noticeably feel the slowdown. The frequent update prompts are also a bit disruptive, especially when you're about to jump into a call. The free plan's 40-minute limit on group meetings catches people off guard more than it should. I also wish the chat feature within Zoom was a bit more polished — it still feels secondary compared to dedicated messaging tools.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping remote collaboration seamless. Before settling on Zoom Workplace, switching between tools for calls, screen sharing, and scheduling was a constant friction point. Now it's all in one place — I can jump from a quick one-on-one to a full team meeting without switching apps. The calendar integration also means I spend less time coordinating meeting times back and forth. For client-facing calls especially, it gives a professional and reliable experience that I don't have to worry about on the day.

 ### 12. Powerful, Reliable Meetings with Great AI Summaries—But the Free Plan Feels Limiting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejovanth S. | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Honestly the feature set is hard to beat. You get whiteboards, private messaging between participants, multiple screen sharing options and you can even draw or highlight over the shared screen all in one place. It works really well for large meetings and the waiting room makes things feel a lot more controlled and secure. Video quality stays good even when the internet isn't great which matters more than people realise. The layout doesn't feel cluttered either and you still get a clear view of everyone. The AI meeting summaries are genuinely useful and not just a gimmick. Integrations with Slack, Salesforce and others work without any hassle. Setup took almost no time and you can even join as a guest without logging in which guests really appreciate. The free plan cuts off group meetings after 40 minutes which gets annoying fast.We can use it for pretty much everything from internal catchups to client calls. The meeting summaries alone have saved a lot of back and forth on notes and follow ups. It just works which is really all you want from a tool like this.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Some features you'd expect to just have are locked behind the paid plans

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to conduct meetings conveniently, and it can also generate AI summaries. It works best for large-scale, professional business meetings.

 ### 13. Outstanding Collaboration - with Crystal-Clear Video and Seamless Teaming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag A. | AVP, Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is an outstanding all-in-one collaboration platform. The video conferencing quality is excellent, with crystal-clear audio and HD video even on lower bandwidth connections. I especially love the seamless integration between meetings, chat, phone, and whiteboard features - everything is in one place, which saves so much time. The screen sharing and annotation tools make remote presentations and team collaborations incredibly productive. Scheduling meetings directly from the calendar and the one-click join feature are huge time-savers. The breakout rooms feature is fantastic for workshops and team sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There are very few things to that i dont like about Zoom Workplace. Occasionally, the app can feel resource-heavy on older computers, using more RAM and CPU than expected during long meetings. The pricing for advanced features can be a bit steep for smaller teams or individual users. Sometimes the virtual background feature requires a green screen for best results. These are minor issues compared to the overall value the platform provides. Frustration of going to Admin for using extra tools

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace has completely transformed how our team collaborates remotely. It solves the challenge of keeping distributed teams connected and productive.

Before Zoom, coordinating across time zones was a real struggle. Now, with instant video meetings, persistent chat channels, and integrated file sharing, we stay aligned effortlessly. The platform has reduced our meeting setup time by over 80% and improved our response times significantly. It has also helped us maintain strong team culture through virtual events and informal chat channels, which is invaluable for remote-first organizations.

 ### 14. Reliable and Easy to Use platform for online meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh K. | Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom workplace is how easy it is for me to join meetings and communicate with others without technical issues. I use it for online classes, project discussions, and team meetings, and the audio and video quality are usually clear. Features like screen sharing and chat help me collaborate more effectively, and it works smoothly on both my laptop and phone, which makes it very convenient for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of internet bandwidth, especially during longer meetings or screen sharing sessions. Sometimes there are connectivity or audio lag issues on weaker internet connections. The free version also has some limitations, like meeting time restrictions, and some advanced features require a paid plan.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected with my teammates, and others through smooth online communication and collaboration. I use it for online classes, meetings, and project discussions, and it makes it easy to share ideas, screens, and files in real time. This saves time, improves teamwork, and allows me to attend meetings from anywhere without needing to be physically present.

 ### 15. Zoom makes the customer support interaction easy and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uzma I. | support specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I am a customer support agent at Go Highlevel company and I give assistance to my international clients via zoom call, and zoom really makes my work easy. There are several breakout room options, personalised chat option that I can select which person I need to send a message to, there's an option of zoom recording, more than that, it has a highlighting feature , if someone sharing the screen, and guiding, we can highlight directly which saves our time and energy

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There is nothing, i dislike about zoom, zoom has all features needed to handle my all international clients.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, what makes zoom stand out than other like Google meet, is that, it has many breakout rooms , I can create and use it which is really beneficial when you are on a customer support and handle zoom calls. The chat option where I can select which person I need to send a text to , only that person will see that message instaed of everybody

 ### 16. Reliable, Easy Video Conferencing with Powerful Breakout Rooms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayak H. | DC Consultant, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is an awesome, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for conducting video conferences, whether it’s with just a few people or with a few thousand through webinars. I also really like the breakout room feature, which lets you divide large groups into smaller groups to discuss topics while running learning sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The video quality on low internet bandwidth is something that should be improved. Also, both the desktop and mobile apps need better optimization to reduce resource usage and prevent excessive battery drain.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom is a product I use almost every day. I rely on it to conduct interviews using the breakout room feature, and to run learning sessions with thousands of participants through webinars. The audio and video stability is also worth mentioning. I especially like the calendar feature, which shows all events in one place and sends automatic reminders before each event.

 ### 17. Smooth Calls and Collaboration with Zoom Workplace—Great for Hybrid Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gautami S. | Cloud Services & Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace regularly for work alongside Microsoft Teams and overall it’s been a really good experience. I use both the browser and desktop app and both work pretty smoothly. Mostly I use it for joining calls, scheduling meetings and collaborating with my team spread across different timezones. One feature I genuinely like is Zoom Rooms. It feels pretty useful for conference rooms and hybrid meetings, especially when teams are working from different locations. I also like that it’s not just for meetings; features like Tasks and Whiteboard make collaboration easier and help keep things organized.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes if the participants are in large number the app and audio lags. None, apart from this.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom along with the “AI Companion” has been the BEST addition. If I join a meeting late (which happens sometimes 😅), I can just ask “What happened so far?” and get a quick summary instead of awkwardly asking people to repeat everything. It honestly saves time and helps a lot during busy workdays with back-to-back meetings.

 ### 18. Zoom Workplace: Smooth Collaboration But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Om D. | business professional and management, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like many things about Zoom Workplace, but what I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, along with its clear video and audio quality. I also rely on features like screen sharing, chat, video recording, and workflow meetings, which help keep communication smooth and professional. Zoom Workplace makes it easier for me to connect with people remotely and supports better communication and productivity overall.

Screen sharing helps me explain ideas more clearly, chat enables quick communication, and recording lets me review meetings later. The high-quality video and audio also make discussions and decisions feel more effective and professional. Setup was very fast and straightforward, which makes the platform especially user-friendly for new users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One area Zoom Workplace could improve is the occasional connectivity or audio issues that come up during meetings, especially on weekends. It would also help if the app strengthened its background noise reduction and made certain features more intuitive and easier for new users to understand.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected remotely by letting me attend meetings, collaborate in real time, and avoid unnecessary travel. It addresses common communication and collaboration challenges with features like screen sharing and file sharing. Overall, it improves my team’s efficiency thanks to clear video and audio quality.

 ### 19. All-in-One Platform with Reliable Quality and a Time-Saving AI Companion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash K. | Permit Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best is how it brings everything into one place. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, but the real standout for me is the AI Companion. It’s incredibly helpful for generating quick meeting summaries and action items, which saves me a ton of time on follow-ups and keeps the whole team on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

To be honest, I don't really have any major complaints or dislikes. The platform has been very reliable and consistently meets all my daily work needs without any issues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of “app switching” by keeping my chat, meetings, and whiteboard all in one place. It really helps reduce that feeling of being scattered across different tools. The biggest benefit for me is the AI meeting summaries; they let me focus on the conversation instead of frantically taking notes, which makes my whole workday feel more productive and organized.

 ### 20. Quick, Reliable Meetings Anywhere with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbi S. | Executive Assistant to the President, Events Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What is most helpful about Zoom Workplace is the ability to create a meeting quickly and know that everyone can attend no matter where they are. Often times when my President is traveling, she is able to take meetings when she has down time at an airport or whatever time zone she finds herself.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

At times we have experienced higher prices for a meeting that is too large or larger than our usual meetings. And the ability for attendees to share the link and let people into a meeting that they may not have been invited to for a reason. I know we have the option to monitor and let people into a meeting but if you're running the meeting you get distracted with monitoring.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we switched everything over to MS TEAMS, we were not always successful having large meetings. Zoom Workplace is just so much easier to have large group meetings with.

 ### 21. Reliable, User-Friendly Communication and Collaboration in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagdish D. | Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it keeps communication simple while still giving you everything you need in one place.

It’s very reliable: meetings run smoothly, and even with weaker internet it usually stays stable. The interface is also easy to navigate, so scheduling, joining calls, and sharing your screen don’t feel complicated, even for new users.

I also appreciate that it goes beyond basic video calls. Features like chat, recordings, and whiteboards make collaboration easier, especially when you need to revisit past discussions or keep everyone aligned.

Overall, it’s a dependable, user-friendly tool that helps remote and hybrid work feel seamless.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I don’t love about Zoom Workplace is that, even though it offers a lot of features, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With chat, meetings, whiteboards, and other tools all in one place, the interface can end up feeling cluttered, and it takes time to fully get used to everything.

Another downside is that performance can occasionally dip, especially in large meetings or when multiple features—like screen sharing and recordings—are running at the same time. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can interrupt the flow of a meeting.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace mainly solves the problem of scattered communication and makes it much easier to stay connected with teams.

Earlier, work used to be spread across multiple tools—one for meetings, another for chats, and something else for sharing updates. Zoom brings all of that into one place, which saves time and reduces the hassle of constantly switching between apps.

It also makes remote and hybrid work much smoother. No matter where people are working from, it’s easy to jump into meetings, share ideas, and stay aligned without feeling disconnected.

Another helpful part is how it reduces manual effort. Features like recordings and summaries make it easier to keep track of discussions without having to note everything down.

 ### 22. Zoom Workplace: Convenient and Feature-Rich for Virtual Classes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shraddha S. | Global Coding Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really love Zoom Workplace as it's an all-in-one collaboration tool with features like chat, whiteboard, scheduling, recording, and AI assistance. The new note-taking feature is particularly helpful. I find the ease of using collaborative apps with just one click very convenient. The chat feature is excellent for sharing files instantly with students and colleagues, and they can save the files directly. Additionally, I can take quizzes, and students write their answers in the chat, which also works well during office hours with colleagues. I appreciate that I can record meetings and easily send these recordings if someone misses anything, making it very convenient. Overall, connecting with students and colleagues is kind of very easy, which I find really beneficial for my classes and virtual office needs.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It's quite slow when I actually use it for sharing.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps with my virtual classes and office. It has collaborative features like chat and whiteboard, simplifies file sharing, scheduling, and note-taking, making it convenient. I can record meetings, which is very helpful.

 ### 23. Zoom Workplace: Fast, Feature-Rich, and Packed with Helpful AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayaz N. | Recruitment Consultant , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The best part about Zoom Workplace is the gradual addition happening over time with their UI/UX, especially the pop-up for search, integrations, workflows, the hub, clips, notes, scheduler, tasks, and of course the Docs option along with calendar, contacts, phone options! I can keep going! It opens as soon as you turn on your laptop with quick in performance, and AI that helps you take notes, transcripts from meetings, the easy support to send any technical feedback or concern, for the best options you get, its no doubt it's worth the pricing and with no doubt you get the quality of features.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't think of any downsides here, it syncs with you phone and allows you to control with both your laptop and phone, nope! I don't see any downsides.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of having almost all option needed for a desk. From becoming you phone, you can text, video calls (meetings), documents and all other features at one place. I would say one stop shop!

 ### 24. Zoom Workplace Unifies Meetings, Chat, and File Sharing with Reliable Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanga Y. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings communication and collaboration into one platform. It makes it easy to switch between meetings, chat, and file sharing without needing multiple tools. The video and audio quality are generally reliable, and features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it very effective for both team collaboration and client interactions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many features packed into one platform. Performance can occasionally lag, especially on lower-end devices or with poor internet connections. Additionally, managing notifications across chat and meetings can become distracting, and some advanced features require a paid plan, which may not be ideal for smaller teams.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, messaging, and collaboration tools into one platform. It benefits me by making it easier to stay connected with my team and clients, whether working remotely or in the office. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is in one place, which improves efficiency, saves time, and makes collaboration more seamless.

 ### 25. Reliable Meetings and Effortless Screen Sharing with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelique G. | Data Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how reliable it is for day-to-day meetings, especially when I’m working across different teams or with clients. I mainly use it for scheduled calls, quick check-ins, and screen sharing when I’m walking someone through a report or dataset, and it generally works smoothly without issues.

Screen sharing is one of the most useful features for me. When I’m reviewing a Power BI report or explaining something in Excel, it’s simple to share my screen and talk through it in real time, rather than sending a bunch of back-and-forth messages.

It’s also fast to join meetings. Most of the time you can just click a link and you’re in, which makes things easier when working with external stakeholders who may not be using the same tools.

The audio and video quality stay consistent, even on longer calls, which really helps when meetings turn into more detailed discussions.

Overall, Zoom Workplace has made it easier for me to communicate clearly, especially with more technical work where it’s better to show something than try to explain it in text.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that meetings can feel a bit fragmented when multiple chats, reactions, and screen shares are happening at the same time. It can be slightly distracting, especially in more detailed sessions where you’re trying to stay focused on the content being presented.

I’ve also found that if the connection isn’t stable, the audio can briefly drop out or lag. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can interrupt the flow of the discussion.

Another point is that managing several meetings in a single day can start to feel repetitive, particularly when you’re switching between links, dealing with waiting rooms, and adjusting to different meeting setups. It’s not a major issue, but it does add a bit of friction over time.

Overall, these aren’t deal breakers—just small things you tend to notice when you use it consistently for work.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoom Workplace, a lot of our communication relied on email or trying to explain things through messages, which isn’t always effective when you’re dealing with reports or data.

With Zoom, it’s much easier to set up a call and walk someone through the work in real time. I use it often when I need to explain a Power BI report or review an Excel model with stakeholders, because it’s usually faster to show the logic on screen than to try to describe it in writing.

It also cuts down on back-and-forth. Instead of long email threads or waiting for replies, you can address questions in a single session, which speeds things up quite a bit.

Another advantage is being able to connect with different teams or clients without worrying about location. It helps keep projects moving, especially when people aren’t in the same place.

Overall, it supports clearer communication and quicker decision-making, saving time and reducing misunderstandings.

 ### 26. Reliable, Easy Meetings and Smooth Remote Collaboration in Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raducu R. | Front-End Developer / Webmaster, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to run meetings, collaborate with teammates, and communicate with clients from one place. I like that it is reliable, simple to join, and works well across devices. Features like screen sharing, recordings, chat, calendar integrations, and breakout rooms help make remote collaboration smoother and more productive.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace can sometimes feel overloaded with too many features beyond basic meetings. Audio, video, or connection quality can still vary depending on the network, and managing settings, permissions, recordings, and notifications is not always intuitive. The desktop app can also feel heavy at times, especially when running alongside other work tools.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communicating and collaborating with people remotely without needing everyone in the same location. It makes meetings, client calls, team discussions, screen sharing, and follow-ups easier to manage. This benefits me by saving time, reducing travel or coordination issues, and keeping communication clear and organized.

 ### 27. All-in-One Collaboration App with Intuitive UI and Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramanpreet S. | Software Developer Tech Marbles , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I love most is having everything—meetings, team chats, and shared docs—in one single app. Its integration with common work tools makes collaboration smoother, without constant app-switching. Performance is generally stable with good call quality, and the price feels reasonable for the value it delivers. Onboarding is quick, support is reliable, and the built-in AI features like meeting summaries actually make work easier. The interface is incredibly intuitive, so I never have to waste time troubleshooting for myself or others.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

With so many new integrations and AI tools being added, the integration can occasionally feel a bit crowded. I'd love to see more customization options to hide features I don't use daily, just keep the performance and layout feeling a bit more minimal and focused.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with fragmented notes and lost action items after meetings. Now the AI companion automatically summarizes our calls and populates Zoom Docs, which keeps the team aligned and boosts our productivity by eliminating manual follow-ups, all while maintaining smooth system performance.

 ### 28. Most reliable and smooth, works well even on low internet

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dimple m. | Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

We are using the Zoom workspace for internal meetings, client discussions, and compliance-related interactions. Access to the workspace is restricted to authorized users, and we are assigning roles and permissions based on job responsibilities.

For meetings where sensitive or client information is discussed, we are using security features such as waiting room, meeting passwords, and controlled screen sharing. Wherever recording is required, we are ensuring that it is stored securely with limited access, in line with our internal AML and data protection policies.

We are not using Zoom for any financial transactions or for storing sensitive customer financial data. Any confidential information shared during meetings is kept to a minimum and handled as per regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

We are periodically reviewing the usage of the Zoom workspace to ensure it is aligned with AML guidelines and internal policies. If any gaps or risks are identified, we are taking appropriate corrective actions.

Overall, we are using the Zoom workspace in a controlled manner with necessary safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, data leakage, or misuse.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes it feels like security depends too much on how the meeting is set up by the user. If settings like password or waiting room are not used properly, there can be risk of unwanted people joining.

Also, people may accidentally share screen or discuss sensitive information without realizing, so from compliance side we need to be careful.

Recording storage and where the data is saved is also not always very clear, so we have to monitor that properly.

Overall, it is useful for meetings, but we need to use it carefully from security and compliance point of view.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem solving with screen share and call .
Video call interviewZoom Workplace helps us connect easily for meetings without needing everyone to be in the same location. It saves time on travel and makes it easier to coordinate with team members and clients.

We can quickly set up calls, share screens, and discuss work, which improves communication and helps in faster decision making. Overall, it makes day-to-day work more convenient and efficient.

 ### 29. Great for Large Calls and Views, but Chat History and Google Integration Fall Short

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany G. | Sr. Director of Account Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

You can host very large calls without sacrificing quality. I like the different views you can use without disrupting the call, such as switching from the presenter’s screen to the tile views. I also appreciate the threaded chat conversations and how easy it is to share files.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don’t like that it’s a third-party tool I have to link into my native Google tools when I already have Google Meet. We’ve started using Zoom only for our company-wide calls, because G-meet covers our regular day-to-day needs. I also don’t like that you lose whatever conversations happened in the chats, since they’re usually lively and it’s frustrating not to be able to refer back to them.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to meet in a way that makes it easy to have a good meeting with solid audio and video quality for a very large group. The recording can then be saved and shared easily, unlike Google Meets videos, which are extremely hard to remove from Drive if you need to send them to an outside party.

 ### 30. Worth the Money: Easy Recording and Unlimited Calls for Team Connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly E. | Operations Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

We started using this during COVID and it helped our team stay connected and then used it after that for team meetings, coaching calls, training, etc. It is so nice that there isn't a time limit on calls and how easy it is to record meetings and trainings for future reference. Worth the money for our team!

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Since our team utilizes and pays for Google Workspace, Zoom is an added cost that we don't necessarily need to be paying for, but we still do. Every so often there is a sound or video issue but that is to be expected I guess.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps our team connected and helps me join coaching calls, meetings, record training that I can look back on, and see colleagues that are out of state face to face! We use this tool so often as a team. The custom and recurring meeting links allow us to share links on our shared calendar and keep things consistent.

 ### 31. Zoom Workplace: Effortless Screen Sharing, Flawless Calls, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar R. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about it is how easy it is to share my screen; it’s as simple as clicking a button. Another feature I like is the live, on-display reactions—other video conference software doesn’t really offer this kind of feature.

Connecting to other services is seemless as well.

The performance of the video calls is also flawless I have never had any issue.

I think that pricing is also reasonable for Zoom Workplace, although, I would like to see more offers for longer plans.

Their customer service team is exceptional, when I have had issues with not finding a feature or guidance on how to use the software they have been my best source of support.

I also love how the AI transcription tool has been implemented in the calls.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I would say that the downside of Zoom is that you cannot organize people's camera feeds the way you can with Microsoft Teams. I wish there were better viewing options of the participants.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a customer wants a more personalized answer that I cannot appropriately explain in an email, I am able to connect with them through Zoom and help them make a decision faster and secure a deal.

 ### 32. All-in-One Convenience That Keeps Us Productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deep J. | client Acquisition, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it keeps everything in one place such as meetings, chat, calendar, whiteboards, and collaboration tools, so work feels more organized. The integrations with tools like Microsoft 365 make it easy to fit into existing workflows. Performance is strong, with reliable video calls and smooth screen sharing. Pricing feels reasonable because it combines multiple tools in one platform, which improves ROI. The AI features, like meeting summaries and task follow-ups, are especially helpful for saving time and staying productive. But it's also difficult to onboard new users as it contains almost every essential and needy tool makes it hard to use for a beginner.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

What I dislike most about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel crowded with too many features packed into one platform, which sometimes makes it difficult to use for beginners. For users who only need meetings or chat, the extra tools could be unnecessary according to them.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of scattered communication and too many separate work tools. Instead of switching between apps for meetings, chat, sharing files etc. It brings those functions into one platform, which helps reduce wasted time and confusion. Zoom describes it as a unified collaboration platform built around meetings, chat, docs, and many productive tools.

 ### 33. Professional & Personable!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany T. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I've been using Zoom since I had to transition fully online as a high school science teacher with my students. Ever since then, I have appreciated how Zoom has changed and refined to keep up with the demands. I now use Zoom Workplace for meetings with my clients through my e-Commerce/Retail business. I host meetings every month and the quality of the sound, video, and many other features allows me to be professional and personable at the same time!

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I can't pinpoint something I don't like. I've had a great experience with Zoom for many years. I recommend it over other video chat/business platforms.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is communicating with others at a distance from you and making a real connection. However, Zoom solves this issue by bridging the gap with high quality video calls and conferencing. It's the most popular and innovative platform and most people have used it before. Therefore, it is the easiest to utilize with my clients.

 ### 34. A Reliable Hub for Meetings, Chat, and Team Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh V. | Salesforce Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What stands out most about Zoom Workplace is how it brings multiple tools into one place instead of making you juggle separate apps. Meetings, chat, file sharing, whiteboarding, and scheduling all live in a single interface, which makes day-to-day work feel more streamlined.

The reliability is another big plus—video and audio quality tend to hold up well even on weaker connections, which is critical when you’re collaborating remotely. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and meeting recordings are also easy to use without much setup, so you don’t waste time figuring things out mid-meeting.

What I personally like best, though, is the balance between simplicity and depth. You can jump into a quick call with one click, but if you need more advanced tools (like collaboration boards or integrations with other apps), they’re there without being overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Feature overload / UI clutter: As more tools (chat, whiteboard, docs, AI features) get added, the interface can feel crowded. For new users, it’s not always obvious where things live.
Resource usage: The desktop app can be heavy on CPU and memory, especially during long meetings or when screen sharing, which can slow down lower-end machines.
Context switching between chat and meetings: Even though everything is “unified,” jumping between team chat, channels, and live meetings doesn’t always feel seamless.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of having too many disconnected tools for communication and collaboration. Instead of switching between apps for meetings, chat, file sharing, and scheduling, it brings everything into one platform, reducing complexity and saving time.

It also addresses inefficiencies in meetings and daily work by using AI features (like automatic notes, summaries, and task suggestions), which helps reduce manual effort and speeds up decision-making.

For me, this means better productivity and smoother collaboration—I can focus more on actual work instead of managing tools, switching contexts, or doing repetitive tasks. It also makes it easier to collaborate with teammates remotely as if we’re working side by side.

 ### 35. AI Meeting Summaries, Rock-Solid Video, and a Standout Digital Whiteboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaswanth S. | Senior Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The built-in AI companion is a lifesaver, providing instant meeting summaries and action items so you don't have to scramble with manual notes. Consolidates everything into one interface, keeping you from constantly flipping between apps. Even as platform grows more complex, it maintains its signature video stability and "it just works" performance across different devices and networks. Digital whiteboard is a standout for hybrid teams, offering a persistent, infinite canvas that makes remote brainstorming feel genuinely collaborative

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

As Zoom has expanded into a full "workplace" hub, interface has become cluttered with icons and pop-ups for features many users don't want, making once-simple app feel heavy and overwhelming. Strict 4-minute limit on free group meetings remains a makor frustration. Consolidating chat, email, phone into one app can to constant barrage of alerts.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unifying chat, phone, meetings and docs into one interface, it solves problem of constant context switching, allowing you to stay focused in a single workspace. solves disconnect between remote and in-office staff with tools like persistent whiteboard and workspace reservation, ensuring everyone has an equal seat at the table. With tools like zoom clips and AI-generated catch-ups.

 ### 36. All-in-One Zoom Platform with Impressive AI Meeting Summaries and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah Khan G. | AI Integration and IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The biggest win for me while using Zoom is having everything under one window with meetings, team chat, phone calls and AI-generated meeting notes all on one platform. Because of this feature alone, I have significantly cut down on bouncing back and forth between all of the various applications to get my day-to-day tasks done.

The AI companion feature has been the most impressive part of this platform for me. It gives meeting summaries automatically, provides highlights of action items from meetings, and goes a long way in helping me find things I would have normally missed while multitasking.

The integration of my Outlook and Google calendars is seamless, and integrating other tools like Asana or Jira is very simple.

Overall performance has been very consistent, audio and video quality have been outstanding and I cannot recall having a meeting drop or freeze recently. The interface is clean and easy to use.

In regard to pricing, Zoom is not the cheapest application; however, the return on investment more than offsets the cost of consolidating multiple subscriptions. The free tier is competitively priced for smaller teams.

Support can sometimes be slow to connect to, with the need of immediate human intervention at times, which can be improved.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't like how fast the costs accumulate. The base price looks reasonable until you look into how the extras like more cloud storage, whiteboard, and webinars have to be purchased as well. The AI Companion is nice but has limitations of 30 queries per day.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace eliminates the problem of managing multiple disconnected tools for meetings, chat, phone calls, and document collaboration. With all of these tools grouped together, in one app. The biggest benefit is that when I have a conversation with someone via team chat, I can easily convert it to a scheduled meeting with just one click through the integration. The AI also automatically pulls all action items from that meeting into a document. I spend less time taking notes and following up with people for follow-ups.

 ### 37. Seamless, Lag-Free Calls and Game-Changing Video Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shekh A. | Senior Software Engieer -I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It’s seamless—voice calls have no lag, and the video sharing is a total game-changer. I tried Google Meet, but it isn’t as intuitive or as easy to use as Meet.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The 40-minute free limit for non-premium users is a bummer. Most of the time my calls last about an hour, and having to deal with those extra 20 minutes adds friction. I’d be more than willing to convert to premium if there were a 60-minute free call option.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool integrates really well with the Notion calendar. I use that calendar, and the subtle nudges you see in the Mac menu bar are genuinely helpful. The reminders it pops up 10 minutes before are also really good, thoughtful features.

It helps me join meetings on time and keeps reminding me about upcoming meetings so I don’t miss them.

 ### 38. Seamlessly Connects Teams for Global Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushi D. | Internship Trainee, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I really like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and seamlessly creates the meeting room, which helps me join conversations effortlessly. Sharing the calendar with clients or anyone I'm contacting and having them notified easily about scheduled meetings is very helpful. The platform gives reminders and allows me to share links or codes to join meetings easily, which I appreciate. These features help me and the client to connect very easily. Zoom provides high quality video calls with great connection, screen sharing, and chat room capabilities, which I find really great.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think sometimes, there's connection issues. Usually, I don't really face things, and I'm really satisfied with the app. But I think the login issue is also there that I get signed out randomly when I'm using Zoom every day. I don't need to sign in every day. Sometimes I just automatically get signed out from the device, and I think I don't want that. Because if I schedule a meeting and I'm opening the Zoom and I am not logged in or I'm running late, I don't want that my Zoom is not signed in. I instantly want to use the app. So I think that is one of the issues I face on a regular basis, not regular basis, but like, a few times here and there.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for connecting with clients overseas, solving connectivity issues with high-quality video calls and screen sharing. It's easy to set up meetings, share calendars, and notify clients, helping with professional communication remotely anywhere.

 ### 39. Seamless Zoom Workplace Integration with Outlook, AI Summaries, and Reliable Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephan L. | Head of Digital & Technology, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace has helped us connect not only with our clients, but also with our other office across the country. It seamlessly integrates with our tech stack, books rooms and helps with summarising the meetings into easy to digest actions using its AI tools.

It is very user friendly as it simply becomes part of booking a meeting through Outlook.

After changing a few settings, it manages to play video on calls without any issues which shows how well it performs.

We are fully integrated with Zoom and have rolled out licenses for all our users and created dedicated Zoom rooms in our offices. The pricing is on par with other offerings, but the convenience is priceless.

Throughout the early rollout, we could always reach out to our account manager that was very helpful and if he couldn't help, a support request was raised and solved fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom rooms have the capability of joining teams meetings as well. While this is a great feature, we had to use another 3rd party service to reroute audio to ensure our clients could hear us perfectly. Of course, this is not Zoom's responsibility, but the only thing that is negative at the moment.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connection between our offices was always via email or phone call, having a face on a screen certainly helped bringing the offices closer together.

 ### 40. Easy-to-Use Meetings with Reliable Audio/Video and Great Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ameen S. | Sales Cordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What really appeals to me about Zoom Workplace is how simple it is to use for meetings and regular communication. Because of the user-friendly design, hosting or attending meetings only requires a few clicks. I also like that the audio and video quality is usually quite consistent, even with mediocre bandwidth. Features like screen sharing, chat, and recording make it very beneficial for both business and teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I find it unpleasant when the app occasionally lags or freezes, especially after long meetings or when other apps are active. Furthermore, a number of sophisticated features are only available with costly subscriptions, which can be problematic. Notifications may also sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to manage meetings and communication between teams and clients, particularly when employees are spread out geographically. It facilitates meeting scheduling, participation, and execution without any technological problems or delays.
Coordinating calls and exchanging information used to take longer before utilising Zoom, but now everything is more efficient in one location. It is simpler to review documents, clarify concepts, and maintain alignment during conversations when features like screen sharing and chat are available.
All things considered, it enhances communication, saves time, and makes daily cooperation more effective and structured.

 ### 41. Reliable, All-in-One Communication That Keeps Our Team Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra C. | Practice Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to stay connected with my team throughout the day. The platform is very reliable for meetings, and the video/audio quality is consistently strong, which makes a big difference when coordinating with a busy team.

I also like how everything is integrated—chat, meetings, and file sharing are all in one place, so it keeps communication organized and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. Scheduling and joining meetings is quick and straightforward, which helps keep the day running smoothly.

Overall, it’s user-friendly, dependable, and makes day-to-day communication much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While Zoom Workplace is very reliable overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features bundled together, and not all of them are used regularly.

Occasionally, switching between chat, meetings, and other tools isn’t as seamless as it could be, especially when working quickly during a busy day. It would also be helpful if customization options for the workspace layout were a bit more flexible to better match different team workflows.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into one platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything is centralized, which makes daily communication much more efficient.

It also reduces delays in coordination since meetings can be scheduled and joined quickly, and team members can stay connected in real time. This has improved productivity by saving time, reducing miscommunication, and making it easier to stay aligned with my team throughout the day.

 ### 42. Powerful AI Companion and Live Translation, but the expanding UI can feel cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone B. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The AI Companion 3.0 is the standout feature for 2026. The ability to ask natural language questions about past meetings, unread chats, and even synced emails from Outlook or Gmail is incredibly powerful. I also love the Workplace App interface refresh—moving the navigation to the left sidebar makes it much faster to toggle between my calendar, docs, and team channels. The new Live Voice Translator has also been a game-changer for our international calls, providing real-time audio translation that actually sounds natural.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

As the platform has expanded from a simple meeting tool into a full "Workplace," the UI has become significantly more complex. It can occasionally feel cluttered with too many tabs and pop-up notifications for new features. I’ve also noticed that the Version 7.0 update had some initial stability issues in certain regions, and the mobile app still lacks some of the deep recording and administrative controls found on the desktop version.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of "context switching" by centralizing multiple communication channels into one space. This benefits me by streamlining the meeting lifecycle; I can prepare in a shared doc, hold the meeting with AI-generated summaries, and follow up in a persistent chat channel all within the same ecosystem. This consolidation has noticeably reduced our "meeting about a meeting" culture and improved overall project velocity

 ### 43. Reliable and Intuitive—Zoom Workplace Keeps Calls and Team Chat in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manu Y. | Full stack developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy to use it is, even with a slow internet connection. The interface is very intuitive, so I don't have to spend time teaching new team members how to join a call or share their screen. I also really appreciate the 'Team Chat' feature because it allows us to keep our project discussions and video meetings in one single place, which saves me from constantly switching between different apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike is how frequent the software updates are. It feels like every time I open the app to join a meeting, there is a new update required, which can be frustrating when I'm in a rush. Additionally, while the many features are great, the settings menu has become quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find specific audio or video options quickly.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps us solve the problem of fragmented communication. Before using it, our team was scattered across different apps for calling, messaging, and document sharing, which led to missed updates. Now, having everything in one platform has streamlined our workflow. It has specifically benefited us by reducing the time spent searching for meeting notes and links, making our weekly project syncs much more efficient and organized

 ### 44. Zoom: An All-in-One Work Hub That Goes Beyond Video Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma B. | Finance Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The most helpful thing about Zoom is that is it an all in one work hub meaning that is much more than just a video meeting app.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It can be a little slow to use at times, and occasionally the meeting links don’t work. The interface can also feel cluttered and overcomplicated. It relies heavily on internet quality, so if your connection is slow, the app will be slow too. On top of that, the free and mobile versions have limited features, which can feel quite restrictive.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the issue of needing to be in the office all the time for meetings. You can also connect with your peers from anywhere, which is really useful for me because I tend to work from home a lot. As a result, this app has become my go-to for staying in touch remotely.

 ### 45. Seamless All-in-One Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshvardhan S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools in one platform. The ability to easily move from chat to video calls or file sharing enhances productivity and reduces the need to switch between multiple applications. I also appreciate the intuitive user interface, which makes it accessible for all team members regardless of technical skill level. Additionally, features like breakout rooms, real-time messaging, and third-party app integrations make working in hybrid or remote environments much more efficient and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes be overwhelming to keep track of multiple notifications from chats, meetings, and shared documents, especially during busy workdays. Additionally, while there are many features available, it can take time to learn and navigate all of them efficiently. I’ve also experienced occasional connectivity or audio issues during meetings, which can interrupt workflow. Overall, while Zoom Workplace is a powerful platform, I think improving notification management and troubleshooting tools would make it even better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves several critical problems related to remote and hybrid work. It brings together communication tools like chat, video meetings, and document collaboration into a single platform, which reduces the need to switch between multiple apps and helps streamline workflows. This integration makes it much easier to communicate with colleagues, share files, and schedule meetings efficiently. For me, these benefits translate into improved productivity, faster decision-making, and more effective teamwork—regardless of where everyone is working. It also helps keep projects organized and ensures that information is easy to find, which saves time and reduces confusion.

 ### 46. Smooth, Mobile-Friendly Meetings with Handy Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom emerged as a virtual environment at the time of covid and bought everything into one place. It became a essential part of our life since then and many software came for competition but none worked like it. Zoom made its place in the lives of people. The best thing is that you don't need to have your laptop by your side all the time, you can even attend meetings and do tasks from your phone only. The interface feels very smooth and the performance is none the less. We can also connect our email, calendar directly with it to know all the tasks and schedules. Its AI feature like the summarization of meetings is the highlight as if someone joins late, he/she can keep up with the things that have already been done. If we talk about costs then it does offer 40 minutes of free meeting time which is okayish for basic meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the only downside is that the AI features are not yet up to the mark, they still need to be worked on. rest according to me is fine.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Zoom solved is that we can do our work from home and stay connected virtually for important meetings, if there's situation like Covid the work can be easily done in remote setup with the help of this. Rather than jumping between a video app, email, chat and notes tool, this combines everything into one unified platform.
Screen sharing also helps us in explaining things not just verbally but with data and presentation, this helps us in better collaboration with our team. The built in AI features that include meeting summaries, note taking, it has helped me reduce my work load.

 ### 47. Zoom a meeting portal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jackson r. | Recepcionista virtual., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

First, the calls are very smooth despite internet fluctuations, always remaining stable with a clear image. There are multiple options when it comes to holding a meeting, scheduling times, the number of people who can be online in a single room, and managing the people online quickly and intuitively.

It has integrations that help maximize performance. The price covers exactly what it offers and even a bit more. In case of a failure, support is there for you, very friendly and with optimal solutions, and now being able to use artificial intelligence helps to create and implement everything faster.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Until now, the not-so-optimal thing about Zoom was that it didn't have a notepad, but it has already been integrated in the latest updates. I would say it is now a great program.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve my online meetings in a great way, and it stands out from the others for its fluidity.

 ### 48. Reliable, Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Call Quality and Helpful AI Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyansh T. | Product Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What stands out most is how reliable and easy to use it is. Calls connect quickly, video and audio quality hold up well even on weaker connections, and joining a meeting takes just a click. Having chat, meetings, calendar, and whiteboard in a single workspace cuts down on app-switching, and the AI Companion summaries are genuinely useful for catching up on meetings I miss. It's a platform that just works without much friction.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Frequent update prompts are disruptive, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the app can feel bloated and slow to load at times.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes remote communication and collaboration in one tool, eliminating the need to juggle multiple apps. This saves time, keeps teams aligned, and makes scheduling and running meetings seamless — especially across time zones and with external participants.

 ### 49. User-Friendly Platform for Daily Meetings and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran S. | Senior UX Designer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use and makes joining meetings quick and hassle-free, even for non-technical users. It offers good video and audio quality, smooth screen sharing, and useful collaboration features like chat, whiteboard, and polls. The platform works well across devices, supports meeting recording, and integrates with other tools, making it convenient for daily work. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for both small and large team meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace does have a few downsides despite being popular. Users sometimes face connection issues like lag, audio glitches, or dropped calls, especially with weak internet. The free version has limitations like meeting time restrictions, and some advanced features are only available in paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of distance and communication gaps in work and collaboration. Teams often struggle to stay connected when working remotely or across locations, and traditional communication methods like emails or calls aren’t always effective for discussions, presentations, or quick decisions.

 ### 50. Great AI Meeting Minutes, But High Data Usage Can Be a Challenge

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit G. | Financial Analyst Trainee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace AI’s automated MoM generation, once activated, quickly provides a summary of the meeting based on the discussion and highlights the important pointers, saving me from spending hours doing it manually. Zoom Workplace’s synchronization with Outlook also helps me set up meetings in no time. Overall, Zoom is one of the easiest and most convenient tools to use, which makes it an easy choice for users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom’s high data usage per minute or hour is a bit of a drawback, especially when we’re away at a site dealing with network issues.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me view all my meetings at a glance, giving me a clear, comprehensive summary of my schedule compared with my free time. Overall, Zoom Workplace is great for Android and iOS users.
