Although no limits are stated, adding more than a few images into the upload field causes it to crash all mobile browsers, where you end up in a constant refresh loop. Often times, images do not save, and this has caused us to lose thousands of dollars in costly revisits. Although other features are excellent, the most frustrating part is that we've been led on by their support team into believing that they're working on a fix, but after months of updates, they eventually just deemed that this is an issue not worth pursuing. For this reason, I do not recommend Fillout for your needs, if you plan on using it to upload any photos. **What problems is Fillout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, we used it as an intake form for surveys, but we do not recommend it based on how often it crashes ### 3. Lastly, the customer service has been prompt from a human and extremely helpful where the guides or tutorials havent covered what im after. There are so many free features it feels silly to complain, however if pressed I would say there are a few premium features that are somewhat unachievable due to the gap between free and $50+ / month. My Services are based on Speed, clear overwiev for my Customers and easy userexperiences. Fillout made my entire Workprocess, wich was kinda tedious and long, insanely fast and efficient (still building the entire infrastructure tough...some upfront work but thats ok). From its Ux over logic and calculations to integrations and payment as well as scheduling really makes this an absolute nobrainer to use in my opinien - especially if you like drag and drop solutions. On top of all of that they have smart pricing plans as well as an awsome customer service. I had an issue, got in contact and recieved a reply from Kathrine within minutes. She solved my Problem within seconds and was overall very helpfull and polite. I know a review from a small, starting company may not be as much of a boost but i can recommend for everyone in every industrie. The amount of solutions you can build with this thing are insane!! Fillout takes care of all this by collecting every piece of data i need for a client project and storing it in a notion data base. Also my clients can schedule a meeting for the first full site review (thats the only meeting needed in the peocess now 🥰) and pay upfront. Fillout also handels email flos regarding all this. ### 14. The free plan offers a surprising amount of functionality, allowing you to test-drive the platform before committing to a paid plan. You can do so much out of the box that would be premium features elsewhere if they existed at all. **What do you dislike about Fillout?** While calculations are possible within forms, the process can be less intuitive and require more time investment to achieve the desired outcome. There might be a learning curve or need for exploration of different approaches. Stripe payments from Fillout forms are not transferring the transaction fee correctly into the accounting software using Zapier and Wave Accounting. The same Zap works correctly with Stripe transactions from several other sources, making this appear to be a Fillout issue. **What problems is Fillout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most if not all of our business processes are data driven and fillout provides the means to capture business data in the right places from both staff and our customers in a very simple way. Before Fillout, we were using layers of forms connected by hyperlinks, jumping back and forth from form to form. Fillout solves all of this with ease from one form. ### 15. The feature set is robust and only improving over time. There are very few form builders that can be as complex as Fillout. There are NONE that can be as complex while maintaining the ease of use and simplicity. Seriously. I have used dozens of form builders and will never use another. Fillout is incredible. The team is incredibly responsive as well. Any time I need help they reply very quickly. **What do you dislike about Fillout?** Very few downsides and I say this as a self-purported super user. My largest issues are: 1. An inability to organize both folders or workspaces (This is mostly because I have so many forms) 2. I would love the ability to have nested folders in workspaces. (Again, a TON of forms). 3. The organization above would be awesome for logic and calculations. The logic builder is so robust and intuitive but I have some forms with almost 100 calculations and being able to organize them into folders would be awesome. It is used many times a day by many of our users and has yet to let us down. Customer support has been prompt and helpful every time I've had to reach out about debugging any forms, but overall it has worked out of the box for my organization's Notion databases. **What do you dislike about Fillout?** The only feature I'd really like to see added would be a way to take action on items / submissions and have the original submitter of the form entry be notified upon these changes, if that could at all be possible on the backend. **What problems is Fillout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Internal forms used for coordinating our Notion databases, online petitions that require signatures, etc. ### 25. Thankfully Fillout was super easy to use! It's very user-friendly and has a lot of different features to choose from. Literally everything you could want from a form site, they have. And the best part was the price! Most everything was free! It was easy to embed the form directly into my website and implement all their features. If you need some extra features there are some fees but very reasonable. The second best part was the customer service! The team at Fillout is absolutely the most helpful genuine people you will ever meet. I had some pretty complicated logic I wanted from my form and they helped me every step of the way. I will only be using them going forward! 11/10 **What do you dislike about Fillout?** Honestly, nothing. They also have a great team, and I have emailed the founders directly before. Not only that, they care about non profits too.
