I find Fillout to be extremely user-friendly, which was a big factor in our decision to choose it over other options like Calendly. I don't really think there's something that doesn't work out for us at this point. I guess the only thing is that pricing would probably be something that we're gonna be reevaluating before New Year's just because, of course, we wanna make use of the most cost-effective tool. After deeply integrating fillout into our platform, we've discovered a deep flaw with the file upload field. Although no limits are stated, adding more than a few images into the upload field causes it to crash all mobile browsers, where you end up in a constant refresh loop. Often times, images do not save, and this has caused us to lose thousands of dollars in costly revisits. Although other features are excellent, the most frustrating part is that we've been led on by their support team into believing that they're working on a fix, but after months of updates, they eventually just deemed that this is an issue not worth pursuing. Fillout is easily the best form drag and drop ive used. It works first time everytime, I dont have to second guess it. I also love the range of functionality as I have not yet had to do a work around or bodge to get through what I want. As a compliment to airtable this also makes it overall super powerfull.

Compared to other form builders I don't have any "I wish they had" comments because in my experience it is being thoughtfully developed. There are so many free features it feels silly to complain, however if pressed I would say there are a few premium features that are somewhat unachievable due to the gap between free and $50+ / month.
