Fillout helps make form creation and data collection much easier to manage. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Because my work involves registrations, participant information, feedback collection, wellness programs, and educational activities, having a flexible form-building platform is very useful. What I like most about Fillout is how easy it is to build forms. The drag-and-drop builder makes it simple to add, move, and organize questions without spending much time on setup. The interface is clean, and the available themes help forms look professional. I use different field types such as multiple choice, dropdowns, ratings, file uploads, and contact fields depending on the type of information I need to collect. The logic feature is also useful because it helps show only the relevant questions. For my work, it is useful for registrations, feedback forms, health assessments, and information collection. I can create forms for health programs, collect participant details, and gather feedback in an organized way. The forms load quickly, editing is smooth, and overall performance has been reliable while creating and managing forms. I also find the customization and sharing options helpful. Being able to adjust form layouts, use different themes, and share forms easily makes day to day work more efficient. Overall, Fillout provides a good balance of ease of use, useful features, flexibility, performance, and form design options while keeping the whole process simple. I use forms for different purposes, and sometimes I would like a few more language options available when preparing forms for different audiences. It makes it easier to gather registrations, feedback, requests, and other form submissions without having information spread across different places. The form builder, conditional logic, and different field types help collect the right information while keeping forms easy to complete. This improves the quality of responses and makes data collection more organized. It also helps reduce manual work because submissions are stored in one place and can be connected with other tools when needed. The reporting and response management features make it easier to review collected information and keep track of form activity. I find Fillout to be extremely user-friendly, which was a big factor in our decision to choose it over other options like Calendly. Its flexibility and extensive range of features set it apart, making it a versatile tool for our needs. The integration capabilities are impressive, allowing us to seamlessly connect Fillout with various tools we use in our design, marketing, and development agency, such as Asana, Google Drive, Slack, and HubSpot. This integration helps us maintain efficiency and consistency across our operations. I also appreciate how Fillout streamlines our operational workflow, especially when it comes to scheduling and managing customer interactions, making the process smooth and efficient. The initial setup was extremely fast and straightforward, thanks to our CEO's proactive approach. I didn't encounter any challenges when incorporating Fillout into my workflows. I don't really think there's something that doesn't work out for us at this point. I guess the only thing is that pricing would probably be something that we're gonna be reevaluating before New Year's just because, of course, we wanna make use of the most cost-effective tool. After deeply integrating fillout into our platform, we've discovered a deep flaw with the file upload field. Although no limits are stated, adding more than a few images into the upload field causes it to crash all mobile browsers, where you end up in a constant refresh loop. Often times, images do not save, and this has caused us to lose thousands of dollars in costly revisits. Although other features are excellent, the most frustrating part is that we've been led on by their support team into believing that they're working on a fix, but after months of updates, they eventually just deemed that this is an issue not worth pursuing. It works first time everytime, I dont have to second guess it. I also love the range of functionality as I have not yet had to do a work around or bodge to get through what I want. As a compliment to airtable this also makes it overall super powerfull. Lastly, the customer service has been prompt from a human and extremely helpful where the guides or tutorials havent covered what im after. The only critique is the ease of managing billing receipts etc. As these need to be exported manually through stripe and not automatically sent through to a billing contact like most. We've been utilizing Fillout for our surveys and intake forms for several years now, and love the ease of use, customization abilities, and advanced features offered. We're able to customize surveys in such a way that meet the brand guidelines of both our and our clients' brands, while implementing advanced features to improve accessibility, readability, and overall user experience. We've recently started utilizing integrations with both AirTable and Monday. Integrations are easy to navigate and map, and the list of available integrations is pretty decent.
