I don't really think there's something that doesn't work out for us at this point. I guess the only thing is that pricing would probably be something that we're gonna be reevaluating before New Year's just because, of course, we wanna make use of the most cost-effective tool. Fillout is easily the best form drag and drop ive used. It works first time everytime, I dont have to second guess it. I also love the range of functionality as I have not yet had to do a work around or bodge to get through what I want. As a compliment to airtable this also makes it overall super powerfull.

Compared to other form builders I don't have any "I wish they had" comments because in my experience it is being thoughtfully developed. There are so many free features it feels silly to complain, however if pressed I would say there are a few premium features that are somewhat unachievable due to the gap between free and $50+ / month. I am coming from Airtable where I have found some limitations and very slow R&D, very late in implementing "must have" features. With Fillout, I have the same simplicity, the same "no code" approach, but with advanced functionalites that are really impressive. i run a small webdesign and online marketing agency in vienna. My Services are based on Speed, clear overwiev for my Customers and easy userexperiences.

Fillout made my entire Workprocess, wich was kinda tedious and long, insanely fast and efficient (still building the entire infrastructure tough...some upfront work but thats ok). From its Ux over logic and calculations to integrations and payment as well as scheduling really makes this an absolute nobrainer to use in my opinien - especially if you like drag and drop solutions.

On top of all of that they have smart pricing plans as well as an awsome customer service. I had an issue, got in contact and recieved a reply from Kathrine within minutes. She solved my Problem within seconds and was overall very helpfull and polite.

I know a review from a small, starting company may not be as much of a boost but i can recommend for everyone in every industrie. The amount of solutions you can build with this thing are insane!!

This allows you to create complex forms with conditional logic, file uploads, and other functionalities for both staff and customers. Each time I build a form I discover something new that leads to continuous improvements within our business processes.

While calculations are possible within forms, the process can be less intuitive and require more time investment to achieve the desired outcome. There might be a learning curve or need for exploration of different approaches.

Stripe payments from Fillout forms are not transferring the transaction fee correctly into the accounting software using Zapier and Wave Accounting. There so much that I love about Fillout that I dont know where to start! its seamless integration with the world best and most advanced cloud databases and automation applications, its amazing detailed granual controls, permissions and edits of forms, its amazing and simplistic themes and field types, its teams consistent and energetic development and shipping of amazing updates.. not to mention their beautiful and enthusiastic customer service and care for their members...
