"Exceptional Support and Huge Time Savings with Lumos"
What do you like best about Lumos?

First off, the Lumos team is the best to work with! I was considering Lumos in a previous role, and while we weren't able to implement it there, I went back in my current role and they quickly connected me with the right team to get Lumos implemented. We are not a huge organization, but we still have a dedicated CSM, monthly calls with that CSM, a Slack channel for support with Lumos, and product calls with Lumos leadership. The Lumos team is very receptive to feedback and it's been great to see changes that we requested included in the product over our time.

Re: the Lumos product, though, I can't speak highly enough! We use Lumos today for SaaS usage reporting for spend management, identifying shadow IT, managing agreements, and access reviews. We're also in the process of implementing for onboarding and offboarding, and we're very excited to make both significantly less work on the IT team for our daily processes. What do you dislike about Lumos?

The only thing that Lumos doesn't offer today is an easy way to track month-to-month subscriptions, agreements based on usage (i.e., agreements that don't have specific spend commitments), and perpetual licenses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lumos?

Lumos provides excellent visibility and control over user access across applications, which makes identity and access governance much simpler and more efficient,The UI is clean and intuitive, and workflows like access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access reviews are easy to manage even at scale.

What stands out most is how Lumos helps reduce security risk by identifying unused or excessive access and streamlining offboarding processes. What do you like best about Lumos?

I love the visibility and automation Lumos provides. The centralized dashboard gives a complete real-time view of all our apps, licenses, and entitlements. This level of control and auditing is essential for both security and compliance. What do you like best about Lumos?

As a small startup, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS management can take half the week. Lumos centralizes all of that—clean access workflows, automated provisioning, clearer ownership, and real visibility into what tools we actually use. It cuts down on the back-and-forth with employees, reduces shadow IT, and helps us stay compliant without having to add headcount. It just makes day-to-day IT ops run smoother. What do you dislike about Lumos?

What do you like best about Lumos?

I find the license assignment and removal process in Lumos very flexible. It lets IT match the business needs without compromise, in one instance it provids one license while removing 3 others of a similar type to reduce costs. The insights it provides are incredibly helpful for IT, allowing a comprehensive analysis of systems, licenses, usage, and access. The support team is very good and very helpful. I also appreciate how Lumos easily connects to most of our applications. The initial setup was very easy, and as recommended, we onboarded services gradually over the years. The user interface, number of integrations and customizability of Lumos is amazing. What do you like best about Lumos?

In order for us to automate AWS access requests, we had to create different Okta groups for each access level in each team.

What do you like best about Lumos?

I like the experience itself and the usability of Lumos. It's user-friendly, and we don't receive many support requests about it. We just need to teach the users how to use it initially, and then they learn by themselves. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the current integrations lacking. Right now, we can integrate SaaS vendors inside Lumos for people to request access, but I think Lumos should add AWS, GCP, and Azure.
