What do you like best?

Qualified takes lead interaction to the next level. You can see who's on the site, where they're from, and visit history. You can immediately engage with them, or let them start a conversation first. The chat programming is robust but easy to use at the same time. Lead routing has worked seamlessly since we set it up. It has already shot up to be one of our best lead generating channels, and the leads that come through it tend to be a higher quality as well.

The team is top notch as well. We felt guided and supported through implementation, and they've been exceedingly responsive to make sure we're using the tool to its fullest potential. Overall highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's a startup. Sometimes you think there should be a report that they don't have yet. Would like to see some better system for finding old conversations, like a conversation tab I can search for keywords in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

Qualified allows us to quickly engage with our customers when they are on our website. Nowadays it is so hard to reach people by phone and email so with Qualified, we are able to engage when we know the customer is interested and on our site. Plus, the Q team is great to work with. What do you dislike?

This is allowing us the opportunity to increase our leads and engage at a time we know our site visitors have interest. This also helps us identify what people are looking at when they come to our site. Plus, we are able to answer some quick questions for our existing customers. What do you like best?

Not only is the tool terrific, the entire team at Qualified has been by far the best to work with. When we decided to leave our existing chat vendor, we vetted many competitors prior to choosing Qualified as our vendor of choice. The team that demo'd our org took the time to make it personal and unique to us, not some standard slide deck they run through. Our choice was pretty easy in the end to select Qualified. We worked Joe to help get it set up and working with our CSM Katie has been a tremendous experience. What do you dislike?

I can't say there has been anything specific that is dislikable. Obviously, any time you change from one vendor to another, there is a significant amount of time and effort involved by many people in the org. What do you like best?

Easily get more leads for Business Development. plugs into Salesforce which has lots of great info. monitoring the customer's screen is an amazing feature. know what they are typing before they submit to get the response ready in timely fashion. helps break into parts of the business wouldn't normally be connected to as quickly. the notifications are good too, seeing the screen pop emerge and hearing the sound to let me know there is a site visitor. the competitive aspect of it is fun, each user racing to get each conversation. the founder came from salesforce so I can see the company growing in a positive direction within the Salesforce ecosystem and integration community Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike about qualified.com. works great. wish we could print PDF of the conversation after it happened rather than take screenshots. wish there were a mobile app to use on iPhone/Android/apple Watch. if there were a way to distribute the visitors more fairly besides first one to click would be an improvement. capturing leads, knowing who is looking at my company's products. cold calling takes so much time and most calls go to voicemail. we pay money for lists upon lists of people. we made thousands of calls and set up a few meetings. with qualified, we spent a few weeks and set more meetings than making calls. with qualified, reps can address their customers accurately with the best information: retrieve a relevant article for example. What do you like best?

User experience and Salesforce integrations set this conversational marketing platform apart from the competitors. In addition to this, the customer success team streamlined the user adoption among our reps and keeps generating new ideas and improvements for our chatbots. The product is improving and evolving really fast, with new product releases every few months. It really changed our online approach with potential customers. What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular, the product is awesome and cover all our needs! At the beginning we run into some country related issues when synchronizing the leads with Salesforce, but the customer success and technical team addressed and resolved them really fast. What do you like best?

I did a side by side evaluation of Drift and Qualified and at the end of the day decided to move forward with Qualified over Drift for several reasons:

1) The customer service is unparalleled. When I was provided documentation from Drift on the on-boarding experience, it was clear that there was still going to be a heavy lift from me. With Qualified they did all the hard work in getting the chat set up on the website making it a simple process to implement.

2) They have a much deeper integration with Salesforce than Drift. Drift is unable to route leads based off of opportunities and stages within salesforce. If you're use a chat platform for an ABM this is a critical feature to ensure that you're engaging with the right prospects at the right time. It was a no brainer when I learned that Drift didn't have this that we would go for Qualified.

3) It's a great way to engage live with interested prospects and to create custom tailored chat experiences. I love how SDRs on my team can easily see the web activity of these prospects and can in turn proactively jump into chat conversations within the website visitor starting the chat first. What do you dislike?

Honestly not much to dislike with Qualified. My only advice to anyone looking to implement Qualified is that you've thoroughly vetted your website traffic to ensure that you have legitimate targets within your ICPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to continue executing on ABM strategies using Qualified. We have the ability to customize chats when it comes to intel on technology they are currently using, previous opps, verticals, etc. We have a limited target market so it's critical that we deliver a personalized experience through every touch point in their buying journey. I also wanted to implement Qualified to help us find more qualified leads for my team outside of other channels that weren't performing as effectively for us.We/ve had multiple instances of SDRs being able to engage with leads/contacts through Qualified when attempts through other mediums were futile. What do you like best?

I love that Qualified allows me to engage with prospects the moment they raised their hand to be contacted. Often, prospects reach out to multiple vendors by filling out web forms. While we might not always be the first form they fill out, with Qualified, we will definitely be the first one to talk and present them. In addition, features like calling through the website and sending over calendars make setting up the next step super easy.

I also love the ability to see the prospect's engagement with the website in real-time. This is extremely helpful in crafting personalized and targeted messaging to get the prospect's attention. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Qualified is an intelligent chatbot that integrates the ability to connect a prospect with the right rep via chat or phone, and set up meetings on the calendar. The Qualified onboarding team was crucial in getting our implementation set up properly with Pardot integration, plus tweaking it to optimize our prospect/client experience upon visiting our website. Our site generates a lot of traffic every month from Google. We were only capturing interest when visitors followed our flow to request a demo, which relied on them initiating the outreach. With Qualified, we're able to reach out to prospects, particularly those who are being targeted via our digital outreach efforts, and know when they're visiting the website. This allows us to start and tailor a conversation using prior engagement history that we can display instantly inside the Qualified dashboard.

We're now booking 1-4 mostly-qualified meetings per day just from our inbound website traffic via Qualified. Additionally, the time to close deals that started from a Qualified-initiated conversation is less than half the time of our other efforts. What do you like best?

Qualified moves as fast as I can. In an effort to optimize my outreach across all channels, the concept of speed to lead is something I, alongside many sales reps, live or die by. The tool is intuitive and gets me to my prospects or new leads as soon as they land on our website. I have the opportunity to personalize and engage in real-time while prospects learn about our product. The best part? I can meet my prospects at the intersection of research and their desire to get answers as fast as possible. This isn't so much a criticism of the product but a few words of caution for new teams adopting this tool. Qualified is meant to be utilized in an active way. It's very powerful in granting your reps the speed necessary to engage with prospects in real-time. Depending on your sales process, it's important to evaluate how active you anticipate your reps to be alongside their existing sales outreach to make sure the speedy component isn't causing reps to overstep rules of engagement within the org. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I'm not able to integrate with our BI tool YET, but they have told us it is something they are actively working on and expect to be released (I believe) first half of this year. Until then, we have good reporting through our CRM (SFDC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Working with Qualified's team has been the best part of our experience so far. Everything from initial contract negotiations to setup & onboarding to continued long-term support has been excellent.

Since we first started working with Qualified we've had many new business uses for a live chat feature come up and each time we've gone to implement something new, Qualified's team has been available and ready to walk us through it and share their expertise. What do you dislike?

There are some limitations to the type & granularity of data that Qualified is able to share as part of their analytics dashboard, but it's evolved plenty already since we started working with them and I know there is a lot more functionality coming down the road. Our main problem to solve was around efficiency of our sales team's time. Since we've introduced Qualified as a tool kit for our sales team we've 2x the productivity. What do you like best?

Speed to lead! With Qualified's integration with Slack, we are able to notify SDRs in the moment when their prospect is on the website, allowing them to qualify leads within minutes instead of days. Exceptional customer experience is the core of our organization and this tool helps us provide a personalized human touch to the initial interaction our customers are having with our brand. What do you like best?

The interphase is very intuitive, making simple and easy to get our Digital Sales Reps active and the seamless integration into Marketo and SFDC meant we did not have to change any of our lead scoring and processing program in Marketo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Being able to connect with a customer in real time while they are actively researching is a gap that has been tough to fill. I love being able to connect with them to understand their interests while they are viewing my company's solutions instead of reaching out to them a day or weeks later. It gives them the opportunity to remember what they were looking at of ours as opposed to doing research on 5 different companies selling the same thing and then not remembering which solution was what. Qualified offers a clean user experience for the implementing client, and support has been exceptionally responsive to questions and guidance as our chatbot was brought live. What do you like best?

The ability to quickly engage with prospects allows you to convert opportunities faster. I also like how easy the tool is to work with. Without the help of Qualified I do not think that I would be able to find all of the leads that come to our website. The customer support that Qualified offers is extremely helpful and they are always willing help when we need something.

I also enjoy the seamless integration between Qualified and our CRM allowing us to skip the manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

So far I have not experienced many downsides to Qualified. Whenever we have an issue or a question qualified is there to help us fix the issue very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend reaching out and seeing a demo because it will help your company grow. I would also recommend using A B testing when it comes to working with the system since there is no "right" way to use the tool. What do you like best?

Qualified is one of the more comprehensive and thoughtful tools I've ever implemented. They seem to have thought of everything, including features you didn't even know you needed. Even if I found myself wondering if something could be done, 10 times out of 10 they were already on top of it. The salesforce integration is seamless and very easy to turn on. The user interface is intuitive, but to be honest their onboarding is so incredible it hardly mattered. Plenty of tech companies like to brag about their implementation, but this is the first onboarding experience where I felt they actually delivered on that promise. This is a true white glove experience. Our CS rep Katie is a rock star and is such a pleasure to work with (seriously, she deserves a raise). I'm incredibly busy and managing a lot (we're a lean startup) and I felt completely taken care of from the start. At no point did I feel like getting set up was a distraction from my own work, which kind of blew my mind. She managed everything from project management, to setup, to fielding questions and training our reps. The product functionality alone is enough reason to choose Qualified, but the real value is in how invested they are in your success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, I haven't found any dislikes yet. We chose Qualified to replace our previous solution (Drift), and we have been so pleased at the superior functionality and ease of use that I have nothing negative to say! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Qualified is very helpful in engaging our website traffic in a productive and meaningful way. We are able to tailor messages to certain pages, audiences etc and then route them very efficiently. We have two sides to our business and this qualified allows us to identify the right internal audience for those individuals so that our SDRs don't have to weed through the noise. And not only is it a chat bot, but it allows our reps to actively engage and advance leads through the buying cycle proactively. The integration with salesforce is very reliable and done in such a way that I can be confident that lead source data/routing is accurate, saving me a lot of time/effort on the backend. We were able to go live with a really comprehensive setup due to our CS reps involvement and expertise. I'm excited to see what else we will be able to accomplish as we continue to iterate. What do you like best?

Support and onboarding is out of this world. Katie is our Customer Success Rep that is helping us as we get started. She is very patient and takes the time to understand our goals and specific use cases so that she can make recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a chat bot that gave different experiences to our website traffic. We needed something that fit into our ABM approach. Qualified allows us to give users in certain territories or sizes, a specific "experience". What do you like best?

We switched from Drift to Qualified and we're very happy with our decision.

-The onboarding services / customer success team is top notch - they got us up and running very quickly and held our hand throughout the process

-The tool is very easy to use and looks great on our site

-They offer enterprise-grade features that other tools don't offer

-Strong integrations with the rest of our software stack

What do you like best?

Katie, our CSM has been instrumental in implementing Qualified to our website and wonderful to answer all of our questions and help throughout all of our testing. We are using the platform as a bot, with no users and have seen an improvement on quality conversions and being able to share content when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The one area I would like to see improved is the country value listings to be shown in a better user experience, but our CSM has provided the feedback to the team for future roll outs. We have had a few technical glitches with the setup, but Qualified has responded really well and sent patches quickly to make fixes. Overall, we are happy with the platform. What do you like best?

I enjoy being able to engage with customers as they have questions. It builds loyalty to our product and having the human interaction really personalizes their experience with our brand. We can explore where they navigated on our website and provide a more meaningful conversation having seen what their interests are in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some customers are confused around the chat once they click on the wrong routing link and are therefore sent to sales when they need customer service. I have heard they don't know how to get back or start the process over again to re-select the proper route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to answer questions right away for people, understand their use case, and sometimes qualify the lead and book a meeting all while they are actively engaging in our website. There are some leads that come through our system that we struggle to get ahold of, but then they come into the chat where they seem to be more willing to respond. What do you like best?

There are a number of things I like about Qualified, but the 3 things I like most are the:

1) exceptional CSM support

2) clean and clear UI

What do you dislike?
