The software is great. That said, the best thing about Qualified is their Customer Success team. Our CSM has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her support over the past year using Qualified has helped us get the most out of it. From the prospect experience on our site, to lead routing, and the AI capabilities, I cannot recommend Qualified enough to any team.
In terms of the tool itself, it's easy to use. Qualified emphasizes a lot of support during your initial implementation. The AI capabilities of the tool continue to be iterated and advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to say anything here. If I had to nitpick, I would like for the tool to better identify current customers who are visiting our site.
