This learning platform is robust - there is no shortage of courses, learning paths, or animations here. The real value is whenever a module requires the user to complete an activity. Here, you are in the driver's seat as a Salesforce administrator and you have to navigate your way through your fake Salesforce profile. These activities help break up days and days of reading (I'll cover this under my cons) and make it a little more fun. The gamification of the platform makes it all seem more casual than what you're actually doing; gaining certification that can change your career trajectory. Most of the modules format is short articles, so, if variety is important to your ability to learn, you may struggle here. In addition, the knowledge checks (quizzes at the end of each module) are at most 5 questions so how well they prepare people to take their exams remains to be seen. I enjoy exploring Trailhead Academy! Currently, I'm taking classes to learn about Salesforce's Agentforce and AI models. It's easy to sign up with Trailhead Academy. All that you need is a working email or a Google account to sign up if you want to connect the two.

So far, I've been using Trailhead for the past 2 weeks and it's been easy to look up classes and certifications that would improve my career as a Salesforce Admin.

Another thing that I like best about Trailhead is the community of users and admins who share best practices and answer questions like in a real community group.

If you have a hard time getting in touch with customer support, I think the community is a great way to ask questions and receive answers.

Trailhead is easy to implement as you do not need to download any specific on your computer.

You can use Trailhead on your mobile phone too while you are on the go.

Just go to your app store in Google or the Apple Store, type in the name and install.

When you first log in it's hard to know where the dashboard is located so that you can see what classes you signed up for or check out your order or class history. I get a little confused when I login because there are two menus at the top. One for products, support, salesforce+, etc then a second one that clearly is more personable such as classes, certifications, events and dashboards.

Secondly, I find it a bit confusing on where to find the Agentblazer champion quizzes and learning videos/text. You have to find Trails and then it will take you to other learning materials and topics. It's not easy to find at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trailhead is the best way to learn and implement features of salesforce and prepare for the salesforce certifications, also it has different ranks for the different skill levels so you get motivated for achieving next rank! It's the perfect platform for learning Salesforce. It provided videos and modules with challenges, projects, and superbadges that learners can use in having a career in Salesforce. The ranks help the learners to have a sense of accomplishment, and the community feature allows trailblazers to collaborate by posting their inquiries and questions quickly and receiving responses through replies. Although it allows users to compile their achievements in Trailhead and their certifications from Salesforce, it seems like it is still an unpopular platform for employers to view the profile of their applicants.
