Being able to schedule out in advance is super helpful, especially when we have teams flying into the office woh can reserve a space a head of time to reduce maxing out our limited desk space. Having Officely integrated with Slack makes it extremely easy for anyone to use and reduces the burden of needing to login to another website or download another app like other competetors we have tried in the past. Implementing Officely was super easy - easy to setup, easy to maintain, and easy for folks to navigate and understand with little to no training. I have also been impressed with the responsiveness of the customer support team. We have had a few glitches pop up, but the support team has always been responsive and quick to resolve the issues that do pop up. **What do you dislike about Officely?** Occasionally we have run into a few glitches with the daily auto post announcments but the support team has been quick to resolve this when the issue does pop up. Another thing that I would say is a downside is that even though Offiely does offer a feature for employees to opt into lunch, it isn't a feature I find very helpful since there is no way for folks to select or submit their lunch preferences and dietary resticitons. It would be nice to have a polling feature - we currently use another integration for polls that we use to facilitate our lunch selections. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transparancy for who is using the office and when. This helps us reduce the risk of not having desks available for folks who are coming into the office. Officely also helps with our office safety commitee as we are able to see exactly who is in the office which helps when accounting for eveyone in the event of an emergency situation. ### 11. I check my app every morning when walking to work, which motivates me to go to the office and see the team in-person. As a hybrid worker, there is nothing better than arriving at a full office and knowing who you will connect with that day! **What do you dislike about Officely?** The only downside is if it's not being used regularly. I remind employees that by logging in, it is a great initiative to created a more connected office culture. **Recommendations to others considering Officely:** It is the perfect way to bring your team together! **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** The beauty of the app is that it allows me to look at stats into how much the office is being used. With these stats, I can then consider what initiatives I could put in place to entice people into the office and build on the office team vibe! I am also able to see if a member of staff has not been attending regularly - which leads to me reaching out to see if they are ok. With mental health and wellbeing being so important these days, it acts as a trigger for me to check up on a colleague to see how they are feeling or to see if there is anything that I can do with regards to offering support that they may need. ### 12. Who's out. Who's on vacation. Who's bringing their pet in! Space management is key as we operate a policy of hot desks and set desks for some staff and tracking this vital. The one click bookings makes it so quick and easy to schedule yourself into the office. It's very user friendly in terms of it's design and usability. Very appealing to look at and see who's in the office each day! I really like the routines so you can set yourself up to be at home or in the office each week. **What do you dislike about Officely?** It would be good if you could auto-schedule the same people into the office for a particular day for a longer period of time. For example, my team are in the office on Tuesdays but Officely was only scheduling them in for the following couple of weeks, so other people could nip in and nab our desks. Whereas if it was every Tuesday for the rest of the year, this would be useful. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have very limited office space available since introducing home working so its a godsend to allow us to book ourselves into the office. ### 17. This way you can choose to join on specific days. The teamdays feature is also great. **What do you dislike about Officely?** It is not very user friendly always from an admin perspective. For example in order to figure out who the admins are, you have to click through everything. It makes no sense that you have to go to offices to end up at the admins. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** - We have a limited capacity of desks, we are more people than we have desks. So it is very convenient that we can add the total amount of desks and when it is full, you can see that and you dont come to the office and end up with no desk. - Working in a hybrid setting, it is important to have recurring team days or to know who is going to be in the office when, so you can collaborate better and be enabled to also join. ### 27. A fabulous tool for hybrid businesses to encourage office attendance by increasing visibility of attendees and any social events. **What do you dislike about Officely?** The recent encouragement from Officely to set up a permanant home/office working schedule is causing us some issues. Noone really has a set schedule here, but Officely is prompting them multiple times to create one. It's causing people to book the office up on days they're actually not coming in - they then forget to manually cancel them out and the office is full for other users who actually want to book on. We're having to message people to ask them not set up a schedule and ignore the prompts from Officely to do so. Would be nice if you could turn this feature off. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing visibility to our hybrid workers on when their colleagues are attending the office. Allowing for a decent amount of customisation to make it reflect the the offices appropriately. It might not seem like something essential but trust me, it's become such a great and reliable tool to have. **What do you dislike about Officely?** The company I work for has two studios, and if no one is in there's always a gif related to no one being in. Sometimes it can be a bit repetitive to see that a lot. I am unaware if there's a way to remove that, if so then that's my own fault. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** - It helps us keep track of who is working in office vs at home. - It allows people to prebook tables so there isn't any clash when people come into office. - It keeps people informed of who's working from where, and allows you to choose exactly where you want to work. ### 31. We are a tenant within an office building of multiple other businesses with varoius meeting rooms across the property. **What do you dislike about Officely?** It can sometimes be glitchy within our slack, taking more than a second to refresh to the correct day or accept the "join" selection when booking in.
