Monday.com allows our team to effectively manage all of our projects. We are able to easily enter requests using forms to make sure we have all key info. We can easily assign projects and see what the current status is. We switched over from our interal project request system to Monday.com and it was the best decision we ever made! We can now easily track project use, search current and completed projects, and be easily notified of key updates. I use Monday.com every day for multiple projects across our team. We even use some Monday boards with outside partners by allowing them to be guests on the board. Occassionaly the system has glitches--sometimes the slider bar that allows you to slide from left to right disappears and is only visible if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Monday.com has a great program for nonprofits. It allows us to have real-time access and updates to information, projects, etc. It was easy to set up and learn. We use it daily and have found a ton of ways to use it to our organization's benefit. There are great integrations that are easy to set up and use. Their customer service and support is top-notch! One aspect that could be improved in Monday Work Management is the learning curve for new users. I like being able to load up the 'my work' section and seeing all tasks that I have assigned to me regardless of what project that they are in. I can also choose the columns and order that works best for me in that overall view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When building automations, the date setting options for items are not intuitive. e.g. wanting to setup regular occurring task where the due date is 4 days from the creation date. There is no option for +4 days. If you pick a date, it's a fixed date. If you try to setup a recurring task for every other Friday, there is nothing in the UI to choose the start date, so upon creating it, it's not clear if it will start the next Friday or 2 Fridays from the date you make it. I've found some workarounds by making 'groups' that when tasks are moved to it, it will set a date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The consolidation of information is not only a great advantage, but it also enables you to create documents, workflows, gain full visibility of board elements, and access information clearly through graphs. I think the limited interaction between boards is a drawback, and sometimes board loading can be very slow. For very complex boards, you usually have to split the information across multiple boards, but there isn’t really a way to consolidate everything objectively into a single one. It was very easy to get started and explore the many different features. I really like the automations, which help eliminate mundane tasks and make day-to-day work feel a lot smoother. It was very easy to implement into our daily ordering requirements. Since switching to Monday we use it everyday for tracking orders and it was very easy to integrate with our existing processes and if we needed any help their customer service was there to help. I really like how easy and intuitive the user interface of monday Work Management is to work with. Anyone learning it can quickly get the hang of it without any issues, unlike our previous experience with other products, such as Asana, where the interface was confusing. I also appreciated how seamless and fluid the setup was, especially compared to our attempts with Asana. The importing process from our Excel databases was very understandable and easy to set up. I wish there was a way within monday Work Management to have editable files. You know, you could upload a DOC, and it turns it into a document that can be a working document, where we can have information and procedures and the edit way that's easier than the current format. Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan.
