**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Nothing. So hard to submit support ticket. They itentionally don't want you to create a ticket but find out anwswers for yourself.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Almost no response. Since the 1 day the ticket got opened, I only got about 1 email for every 2 weeks. Now it has been 2 months, they still won't be able to find proper person to help me resolve the issue. I can not imaging Atlassian can provide good support for other company when their own product support service is so pool.

What I appreciate about Atlassian Support is its exceptional utility in facilitating the development and execution of project life cycle within a team. It empowers the organizations to cart product roadmap with number of features  that are easy to use , implement and efficient tracking of project  backlogs and efficient Customer support team which helps to establish clear visions.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

What I find challenging about Jira is that for beginners, delving into advanced features can be quite overwhelming.Which can be frustrating for users who are still getting acquinted with the platform.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My overall experience with JIra has been quite positive. I value the user-friendly interface,which simplifies the process.The efficiency of the product roadmap feature stands out,facilittaing seamless sharing with all team-members.Additionally, the integration with other Atlassian Products streamlines upgrades and enhances the overall experience.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Jira Software is the best tool for developing and executing a project life cycle within a team. Its capabilities help organizations design product roadmaps and establish a vision. With Jira software, workflow management and tracking of project backlogs become much more efficient and kudos to its timely alerts and notifications.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

For beginners, learning some of the advanced features in Jira can be challenging and overwhelming. Even after getting familiar with the tools, some advanced features might still be difficult to master. This learning curve can be frustrating, especially for new users who are still getting a handle on the platform. One area where Jira could be improved is the ability to set priorities for items that are not considered bugs.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the things I appreciate about Jira is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate through the various processes we've established. The product roadmap feature is particularly efficient and allows for seamless sharing with all members of the team. It's great that Jira provides the flexibility to customize our setup to meet the specific requirements of each project. Integration with other Atlassian products makes upgrades easier and smoother

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

When you get to the right group and it gets escalated to the correct person, you almost always get someone that has extensive knowledge about their product. These guys don't just take ticket notes - they know their stuff.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

The support process can be disjointed.  I still feel like Atlassian is a group of smaller teams that don't work well with each other. If you have a problem integrating two of their products, you can get bounced around as a "not my department" problem.  Each team needs to realize they are part of the Atlassian ecosystem.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been able to solve all of my Atlassian application issues. We use Jira/Confluence/Fisheye/Crucible/Crowd/and JSDC.  We are very much dependent on Atlassian products and need their support to be available to keep our company running. Fortunately, any time there are issues (which are not very often) they are able to solve the problem.  I notice they do triage very effectively, so if you mark something a higher priority their response time is faster.  It is nice to see that make a difference.

The instruction provided by the support was to the point and meant nothing else than business, which showed the valued time for everyone.

Nothing at this moment, They are doing great and I wish them good luck.

I faced issue with the workflow, when trying to resolve the ticket, it directly moved to closed. The team helped fixing the issue along with my support team. This provided the option to reopen  the ticket when needed.

It's pretty easy to use , the user interface is simple yet very proficient, connection to different Atlassian products like confluence and JIRA is of great use.
Nice platform for cross functional teams , easy to share data with different teams .

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Atlassian doesn't support REST API development and inhouse plugin development. The pricing could be a bit more flexible.

They are good when they respond but when you are stuck with an issue unable to work their lack of response is very disruptive

Support should normally include: A Phone number, a chat section, a support@ inbox responded to REGUARLY. i see none of these simply a 'contact form'. Really?

They havent addressed their poor support that is confirmed by many users on the internet. For a company that is as successful and large as they are I consider this unacceptable

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

The interface is simple and easy to operate on and select whatever is required and raise tickets of the issues that arise so that the team can verify and address the same.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Not much. There are some downsides, such as no auto-correct and the text needs to be accurate. Previously there was not much user involvement, but with the latest update, they have given some rights to users to reopen the tickets.

They have integrated with some vendors who provide integrated support to the logistics service providers and provided a medium to interact by the way of tickets whenever there are issues to be discussed.

Atlassian Enterprise Support provides a way to weave together all the items that are needed for an enterprise support team to be rock stars. I like that all pieces work well together and the support from Atlassian is great.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

It's easy to point to the price point of license costs to be a dislike of the Atlassian Enterprise Support package. There is also a bit of a learning curve when bringing in new IT who have not been trained on Atlassian.

**Recommendations to others considering Atlassian Enterprise Support:**

Atlassian Enterprise Support has been worlds better than Fresh Desk and several other solutions. Do not let the price point scare you away...you get what you pay for!

Atlassian Enterprise Support is enabling ODB to be able to move towards a unified support solution, become more productive, and increase the performance and usability of IT issue reporting and support. It is already proving a benefit for metrics gathering compared to previous solutions.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

I loved the ease of signing up on Atlassian and its connection to other programs like Confluence and JIRA. Administrative roles provided ease of use. It was also great because there could be multiple instances running simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

I didn't have much that I didn't like about Atlassian. Once you understand what Atlassian is in the grand scheme of things, it was easy to use. However, if you are unsure how it is connected to your other programs then it might be a bit confusing.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my first experience with Atlassian, we utilized 2 versions of JIRA for ticketing and confluence for knowledge bases. All uses of the product helped with our internal productivity and knowledge sharing. In my next professional experience with Atlassian, I only used Confluence. This was very helpful for helping to share information and search our knowledge base for obscure terminology.  All in all, it was a powerful tool that I feel is quite useful if your company needs to manage projects and manage wiki information.

We have the full Atlassian stack about 5 products, so the support is invaluable. They have experts that responcde as soon as you enter a support request via portal. They can provide forms for support on FAQs and CVE reports for any vulnerabilities so we can stay on top of patching.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Some time, occasionallly only, support can lag due to being in different time zone than North America.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned prior, our service level agreement time to accept a call for service is the only way to go. Alternativly we can utilize support portal for klnown issues, quick fixes if availalbe. This allows our uptime on JIRA and other daily software tasks to keep moving.

It is a useful tool that offers multiple services, the most used in my case is Jira Service Desk, which allows me to provide feedback and solutions to the problems reported within the organization I work for.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

I am happy with the functionalities I use from the tools you use. However, some errors persist when attaching files in the Jira Service Desk tool, and I would like them to be resolved. In my case, the files I attach to the tickets by dragging the file (.txt, .jpg, .png, etc.) cannot be uploaded, and my comment is not sent correctly until I refresh the page, write the comment again, and attach the file by clicking on the corresponding icon. I would like the tool to be able to attach the file without errors just by dragging the element to the page while I am writing my comment.

I recommend that you be encouraged to use the tool and try its functionalities, as it will make a significant difference in the organization with the way issues that arise daily are resolved.

Customer service support is the one that has been the most beneficial for my organization, as it allows reporting problems and providing a linear follow-up from the moment the issue begins to be addressed until the problem is solved.

Jira is a very flexible and easy to use product. We use it to track a number of projects and initiatives internally for our organization.

There is a slight learning curve for first time users. That being said, after poking around for a little bit, it's easy to work with.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Atlassian is known for their neck on neck race with Github and in all honesty I find that atlassian is currently on top. It has many user friendly supports. They for example have a GUI graphic design for your Git called sourcetree. It also has an online file editor which gives you the ability to write code online instead of pushing afterwards to the git.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

The GUI might be good but it has really big flaws, in all honesty. When a person makes a GUI for Git control it should have an option to be fully automated. Merge conflicts are still a problem these days.

Me and my colleages can easily take a look at everybody's code during a programming task. Atlassian's Bitbucket has a fine option of highlighting parts that have been added since the last push  and the same goes for deleted since the last push.

Confluence provides a robust system for knowledge management. In today's fast-paced tech industry in which turnover is high, having a platform to store artifacts is crucial. I also love how easy JIRA makes the process of issue resolution by providing a strong system for documentation and automated workflows.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Due to the high amount of customization Atlassian Enterprise offers, I've noticed large inconsistencies across Atlassian implementations. It would be nice to see the platform offer more out-of-the-box solutions.

Mostly knowledge management, software development, and issue resolution.

Almost everything is perfectly available as per our software developing methodology used in the company ( Agile, Scrum, or any customized software development process )

Mobile application needs to be improved. It's in the primary level

As far as I experienced, Atlassian provides the best solution for enterprise to manage their workflow in a more efficient manner

We manage, track and analyze whole employee process through Atlassian Enterprise and it's very easy and simple to track every single thing about company process start to end

There isnt anything to dislike, basic, easy to use.

The best part about JIRA is the ability to keep track of all work being done via tickets. I love that JIRA works for all kinds of styles of work.

JIRA has created a culture of needing to log every little thing, even if it takes just a moment to complete the work.

The ability to have a fast, interactive, support representative answer our questions, regardless of use case/need.

Cost can sometimes be a limiting factor. We often find that using some of our IT budget to offset this, can create ROI gaps when supporting customers.

Enable our customers and our own users in house to better leverage the JIRA and Atlassian marketplace/tools

**What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

It's easily accessible and is user friendly to editors/creators. Easily providing access to thousands of users in need of all of their information, policies, procedures, and resources in one bucket. It's amazing how it becomes your companies encyclopedia very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

Personally, I haven't ran across anything except the overwhelming amount of the color blue for the theme (that's just Atlassian though lol).

Try it at a small scale to see if it fits your needs before diving in and fully investing in the structure of the system.

We're able to connect various pools of information and provide adequate information instantly for realtime inquiries.

Flexibility to customize workflows allows my different support teams to operate naturally. Many other solutions requires agents to follow their method of operation.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Enterprise Support?**

I'm not sure I'm using all the features.  There are a lot of integration options that are pretty daunting.

**What problems is Atlassian Enterprise Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing SLAs for global customers is key metric.  The ramping period for new hires is also very short now.

Easy maintenance of workflows, easy creation of new stories and epics

There are some very minor backend bugs that we have not been able to fix.

THis is a great product, pretty easy to implement in small organizations as well as large ones..
