The search function also often doesn’t work the way we need it to when trying to find specific footage. **What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a place where we can store our ads, support feedback loops in the production phase, and then also have them easy to share and deploy is key. The MCP integration and the Premiere plugin have added a lot more value to how we use Air and what we get out of it. In my team, we use the Original CDN link because it calls the original asset we uploaded, so it can be consumed on our website. Also the versioning is super helpful, because we can have a history of our assets without need of creating new links each time **What do you dislike about Air?** Air works very well and has been very helpful for us. That said, I see two main opportunities for improvement. First, since we use Air links to implement images on our website, we can’t use the image names to support our SEO because the CDN links are a series of alphanumeric characters. Air handles everything I throw at it, and the speed is on par with other software. The UI is clean and easy to use, and most of my clients don’t have any issues with it. The skills and AI features are nice to have, but I don’t use them very often. Pricing seems more tailored to bigger companies, but I’m glad they kept the Creator plan. **What do you dislike about Air?** I hate sharing files with clients; it becomes an absolute mess when I want someone to upload their work into my boards. Unless they have an Air account or plan, they don’t have any control over where they upload things, which makes collaboration unnecessarily frustrating. This is, by far, the biggest deal breaker for me. The integrations are also lacking.Would be nice if they didn't just add Slack and called it a day. And why is adding a sub-board so difficult? I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just stuck to folders. The UI could really use a major refresh to make the workflow smoother and faster. For example, when I’m in my board, it shows “add to favourite” and “custom fields,” but everything else is hidden. Lastly, the speed. I also love how easy it is to share links to specific assets, we are a mostly remote team lately, so if I have something I need to share for approval I can upload a draft of a video without worrying that another team member may find it and think it's a final version, because only certain members have access to the "Drafts" folder. **What do you dislike about Air?** I still keep my subscription to pixieset because I prefer the design/UI of pixieset for photo favoriting or "selects". Something Pixieset does that Air does not do, is upload beautiful grids of photos that are laid next to each other... I realize Air does this to an extent, but what I'm talking about specifically is the amount of portrait vs landscape photos we take, Pixieset fills in all the blank spaces so it doesn't look like a boring grid, it looks like a grid that if completely filled in. **What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Air solves for us is storage and organization for photo and videos assets. I have found that it is only as helpful as I make it, meaning that I can make it much more helpful and organized as I label assets and place them in folders in thoughtful ways. It's very helpful working among team members, I create the assets and share a folder of all the necessary assets for team mates so that can download and know they have all the assets needed to then upload for ads or whatever initiative they are working on. It is simple, so even team members who are not storing assets in Air, are able to navigate it to get the things they need access to. ### 14. Instead of exporting and managing 7 or 8 different video files for each version, I can have a single Air item with all the versions, making it more useful and less confusing for those in charge of reviewing. Also, even though the initial setup was a bit confusing due to it being cloud-based, I appreciate that it's very intuitive. **What do you dislike about Air?** The video preview has issues, as the quality is usually reduced and the audio breaks sometimes. The videos are optimized for fast web preview, but when reviewing, I usually want to watch them at full quality. It would be good to have an option to watch in full resolution.
