**What do you like best about LeanData?**

Lead assignment and territory management are intuitive, with a design that’s easy to use and straightforward to navigate. Also it seamlessly integrates with other CRM systems and integrations.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Reprocessing CCIOs especially those that have a high volume, takes a long time to reprocess those. Data hiccup for service accounts especially when not logged in for a long time. Support sometimes take some time to take action or get back but still on a reasonable period.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead assignment and routing - if we were to implement this with the standard, out-of-the box Salesforce flows, I personally as someone who owns our Go-to-market systems, will be having a hard time as it is quite complicated. With LeanData, everything's straight to the point and easy to navigate, plus can be understood easily visually with flowcharts. Pricing-wise, weighing its benefits that it has brought, it's actually worth it given the features it has.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I find LeanData pretty easy to set up and map, which is really helpful. It allows me to create complex routing scenarios, letting me get as intricate as I need to. I like that it doesn't limit me like some other routing tools have in the past. The ability to be flexible and stack different routing criteria on top of each other makes it really valuable. Also, LeanData is great at helping you map out everything, sitting with you to document and build it all, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I think setting up the mapping, it's kind of like this big flow map, you can do it in Excel-based, but I've seen other tools that are a little more just like an Excel, like line by line or row by row, which you can kinda do with LeanData. Just something that it manages a little easier than that and lets you see it. So that would be the one call out.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData automates our lead routing, avoiding the manual process. We can map territories and handle routing for prospects and customers efficiently.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

What I like most about LeanData is how it brings structure and reliability to complex GTM processes. It makes routing, ownership, and account matching consistent across teams, which reduces manual work and avoids confusion. It also helps keep CRM data clean and aligned, which is critical for scaling any revenue operations efficiently.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

The main downside is that it can become quite complex to manage as the business scales. Setting up and maintaining routing rules, graphs, and edge cases often requires ongoing effort and strong operational expertise. It’s powerful, but there’s a learning curve, and small configuration changes can sometimes have unintended downstream impact if not carefully managed.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData solves key problems around lead routing, account matching, and ownership alignment across GTM teams. It removes a lot of manual coordination between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps by automating how leads and accounts are assigned.

For us, this means faster response times, fewer routing errors, and cleaner CRM data. It also improves visibility and accountability in the sales process, which ultimately helps us move pipeline more efficiently and scale operations without adding unnecessary manual work.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

The level of clarity you get from the graph is excellent—you can see exactly why a lead was routed to a specific owner or territory.

Adding a new node (for example, round-robin hand-raisers to SDRs) takes minutes instead of hours. Updating territory assignments, swapping out individuals, and replacing people is quick too, and you usually don’t have to upload a new CSV file every time.

I also like that you can build and test a new routing draft safely without risking your live, active sales engine.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

When building routing paths, the visual interface can sometimes fail to save properly or throw unexpected errors. We usually end up losing our work if we don’t manually save the graph every few minutes while editing.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbound leads often sat in queues for hours while a manager figured out who owns the account. LeanData routes records instantly using live, real-time logic. Our "speed-to-lead" dropped from hours to seconds, so prospects can be contacted while our company is still top-of-mind.

It also automatically routes a new lead from an active customer account straight to their existing Account Executive.

1.Bad CRM data + duplicate records
Since implementing lean data, the number of incorrect duplicates records has gone down to almost 0. Our team previously had to manually review and merge records constantly so this has freed up so much time for our team.

I find the error-checking process in LeanData, Inc. a bit too manual, and there are some limitations when retrying lead conversions. Making these processes a little more streamlined would help make troubleshooting faster and more user-friendly.

LeanData addresses key challenges in lead and account routing by automatically matching and directing leads to the right owners based on our rules. This cuts down on manual effort, improves data accuracy, and helps sales reps follow up faster. **What do you like best about LeanData?**

I like LeanData's low-code, no-code aspect, which makes it accessible and easy to use. The integrations are great too; we've started exploring how well they work with our tech stack like Outreach, Clay, and Salesforce. I find it really valuable that Outreach can automatically sequence prospects without reps needing to do anything and Teams alerting reps quickly when a lead is assigned. Clay is useful for enrichment, adding value to our setup.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Some of the integrations are a bit clunky and conflict with one another. Also some of the audit logs could be improved when leads meet criteria that should be routed. Not a lot but some slip through the cracks. Just make it easier to understand why it skipped a certain step versus just telling me where it ended - i.e. skip node go to the end even though it met criteria.

LeanData streamlines lead routing across regions, distinguishes MQLs, and integrates smoothly with tools like Outreach and Clay. It offers automation and confidence in routing, boosting speed to lead and prospect sequencing while enriching data.

I use LeanData for inbound contact and lead routing, as well as merging and matching. It brilliantly solves complex routing processes, making it easy to visually see and break down the tasks. I like the visual graph building and node-based rules writing, which is much better than IF statement forms. It makes auditing easy and simplifies sharing our internal routing processes with stakeholders. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team was really helpful, allowing me to enable myself to do it all on my own.

Logically speaking getting your head wrapped around the logic language of LeanData is the biggest hurdle but after that it's smooth sailing.

I appreciate LeanData's visual elements that let us orchestrate graph logic and view it, enhancing the end user experience when submitting sales forms. I also find their recent AI graph summary to do a decent job in explaining complex graphs, which is helpful as we consider optimizations.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I would like to see more generated insights on simplifying complex graphs based on their recommendations. It can be a little convoluted, and we hit some weird edge cases fairly frequently. This results in us having very complex nodes that make it difficult to update and manage over time.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeanData for deduplication, routing inbound leads, triggering downstream processes, and managing high-volume customer account assignments as we move from prospect to customer.

The range of actions you can take within the graph. It's really developed over the years and we're managing to incorporate more of our requirements into LeanData automation - vs sending it out elsewhere to add to a campaign or add people to a cadence.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Governance, but that's not a platform issue. The graphs are so easy to build and manage, that you have to keep a tight control on access... And then you have to be fair with that access, so some in the business don't have the access that would allow them to use it more efficiently and broadly.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead qualification, conversion, account creation, territory assignment, routing and notifications, enrichment, date stamping. It covers a huge portion of the Lead Gen to Sales process on our behalf.

The case routing, especially what can be viewed through the graphs, is something we really like. We’d love for it to give us a clear visual view of exactly where the case routing is happening and, for deeper visibility, why a case is not being assigned. That would really help us.

It would be great if we could have an agent to help us, Deepak, with the routing of the case. There are certain scenarios where the case is not being assigned to the respective queue, and it takes a lot of time to investigate and sort out.

I use LeanData to match leads to accounts and contacts in Salesforce, which is critical for our team's success. Its seamless Salesforce integration is impressive. The platform's ability to handle fuzzy matching excellently saves us time, as we'd otherwise spend much longer determining matches manually. I also appreciate the instant notifications and extensive segmentation allowed by the flows, which enable us to make strategic decisions and act immediately rather than wasting time on small details. Overall, LeanData's features allow us to respond quickly and strategically to buying signals, significantly enhancing our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I'm used to working in platforms that allow concurrent flows, so sometimes it's a little tricky to make sure the flows cover all of our bases in just 1 flow. I think that knowledge of flow charts and how Salesforce operates is critical. If you're unfamiliar with that, or the data feeding into your Salesforce is inaccurate, then LeanData will hinder your results.

LeanData is. a powerful tool that handles complex routing needs and so much more. It's very similar to creating flows in salesforce, but in a much more visual way via the flow diagrams. Some of their latest features have made it really easy to debug routing issues and easy to figure out how to fix problems. Really great tool. With the complexity, it can be a little daunting to learn, but they have regular interactive sessions that you can join and ask a group of peers and the experts on the webinar about your specific situation and how to best solve it. Great customer support as well.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Processing large batches may require several days to finish.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization manages a complex set of routing rules and requires assigning both an SDR and an AE pair to every record. The data tables and the capability to create intricate flows make implementation relatively straightforward once you become familiar with how to use them.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I really appreciate LeanData's auditing capabilities; they are excellent. It's easy to see what LeanData did with the leads that come in and how it affects the records it touches. The visual graph feature is just great compared to competitors. LeanData's audit trails are key for figuring out how data gets set, which makes troubleshooting existing processes and fixing issues really easy, ensuring they don't happen again. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to a great onboarding process, and it's simple to understand and start building with the graphs.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

The automation in LeanData isn't always instant, which sometimes causes a slight delay. This delay can occasionally conflict with other automations in the system, requiring  revops to figure out which automation should take priority.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData helps with incoming lead routing, account assignment, and notifications for sales and marketing. It converts leads to existing accounts and is useful for account-based marketing. Its audit trails aid in troubleshooting and improving processes.

One thing that's super helpful for us, we convert leads based on matches to accounts. Because we base so much of our marketing on account data, it's crucial that we have contacts that are connected to accounts.

The most helpful part of LeanData is its powerful and intuitive lead and opportunity routing engine. The visual flow builder makes it easy to design, test, and deploy complex routing logic without needing code — and it’s flexible enough to support real-world GTM structures like round robins, ownership territories, handoffs between teams, and edge-case logic.

It also adds a layer of transparency and accountability by allowing us to trace exactly how and why a lead or opportunity was routed, making debugging and optimization much easier. This has significantly improved our speed-to-lead, pipeline hygiene, and rep productivity.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about LeanData. It’s been a reliable and impactful tool for our GTM operations, and the support team has always been responsive and helpful.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData is helping us solve some major operational challenges across our go-to-market teams, especially around lead and opportunity routing, ownership assignment, and cross-functional handoffs. Before implementing LeanData, we relied on manual processes that caused routing delays, ownership confusion, and inconsistent rep coverage. Since adopting it, we've been able to respond to leads much faster, assign accounts and opportunities more accurately, and create a smoother experience when passing work between SDRs, AEs, and CSMs. As a result, we’re seeing greater efficiency, improved pipeline visibility, and better overall performance throughout the sales funnel.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I love the interface of LeanData. I find it's very easy to use and it's very feature-rich. It can perform a lot of the same actions that Salesforce flows can do but is a much simpler system to use.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

Accomplishing reasonably complex things can be difficult with LeanData. Specifically, deduplication when selecting different values for records during merges is challenging. This process requires multiple steps and results in a fairly convoluted graph. It would be nice if there were more purpose-built merging and deduplication functionalities.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love how easy and versatile LeanData is for managing otherwise complex territories and routing rules. With many publications and verticals each having individual routing rules, LeanData is the only tool capable of handling this complexity with ease. I also appreciate the fuzzy match algorithm that effectively flags leads alongside the correct account. LeanData's visual drag-and-drop canvas is very helpful, allowing logic to keep up with changes, manage exceptions, and test accurately, which removes bottlenecks and ensures accuracy and speed in lead routing.

We have unique OOO rules for our reps, which don't align with native functionality and force us to purchase additional seats purely for OOO usage. We have hacks to get around this but it would be great to have more flexibility there. There was also a learning curve, which was about 8 years ago now.

I like that LeanData gives you the freedom to do most things, even though it's a bit complicated, which is needed for solving complex business problems. The visual mapping is easy to see, and I really enjoy having all my processes mapped out visually. The flexibility it offers is another great aspect. I love how if I have a problem, it's straightforward to check the log, see where someone got tripped up in the router, and even understand how to fix it. LeanData also makes it easier to clean data before it enters the router. I appreciate the various matching, routing, and updating features that LeanData has, making it easier to identify and address problems visually. The initial setup was technically very easy, and we had a fantastic implementation person, Julio, who was amazing to work with.

It is a bit complicated. I feel like there are many areas of the product that I don't understand. I wish it was a bit more intuitive. **What do you like best about LeanData?**

I really like using LeanData. As an admin, it is relatively easy to configure and can do just about anything. As with all things that are very capable, sometimes it can get tricky. They have great help articles though!

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

It can get complicated. And it's pretty specific so you could miss things!

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for lead and contact matching and routing.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I just love the automation of LeanData. It's helped a lot with improving our go-to-market function, and it's been really easy to navigate and use over the years. It really helps increase speed to lead by automating the assignment of leads to previous account owners if they're already assigned to someone in our system. If a lead drops in, our sales team can see it and take action straight away.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I don't have anything at this time

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData automates our Salesforce processes, preventing duplicate prospects and improving quote-to-cash efficiency. It enhances communication between go-to-market teams and clients and speeds up lead assignment, allowing our sales team to act quickly on new leads.

**What do you like best about LeanData?**

I appreciate LeanData for its clarity and user-friendliness, especially in lead and account matching. It enhances our targeted outreach efforts, reducing duplication, and allows us to better manage our leads. The tool integrates well with Salesforce, and I find it one of the best for lead tagging and account matching.

**What do you dislike about LeanData?**

I find it challenging to configure LeanData with HubSpot because it primarily integrates with Salesforce CRM. This limitation disrupts our lead funnel flow as HubSpot is our marketing automation tool. I wish LeanData could directly plug into HubSpot to better align with our processes. Although it gets clearer over time, the initial setup was somewhat difficult due to this lack of integration. I would prefer if LeanData was based directly out of any marketing automation tool rather than solely from a CRM.

**What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeanData clarifies lead to account matching and tagging, prevents duplicate outreach, and integrates well with Salesforce, improving our outreach efficiency.

LeanData is giving us flexibility with out PLG model to to not only connect prospects efficiently and effectively but also to follow up and maintaining relationships with our customers by providing them the bet experience.
