What do you like best about LeanData?

I find LeanData pretty easy to set up and map, which is really helpful. It allows me to create complex routing scenarios, letting me get as intricate as I need to. I like that it doesn't limit me like some other routing tools have in the past. The ability to be flexible and stack different routing criteria on top of each other makes it really valuable. What do you dislike about LeanData?

I think setting up the mapping, it's kind of like this big flow map, you can do it in Excel-based, but I've seen other tools that are a little more just like an Excel, like line by line or row by row, which you can kinda do with LeanData. What do you like best about LeanData?

I like LeanData's low-code, no-code aspect, which makes it accessible and easy to use. The integrations are great too; we've started exploring how well they work with our tech stack like Outreach, Clay, and Salesforce. I find it really valuable that Outreach can automatically sequence prospects without reps needing to do anything and Teams alerting reps quickly when a lead is assigned. What do you dislike about LeanData?

Some of the integrations are a bit clunky and conflict with one another. Also some of the audit logs could be improved when leads meet criteria that should be routed. Not a lot but some slip through the cracks. Just make it easier to understand why it skipped a certain step versus just telling me where it ended - i.e. skip node go to the end even though it met criteria. Governance, but that's not a platform issue. The graphs are so easy to build and manage, that you have to keep a tight control on access... I'm used to working in platforms that allow concurrent flows, so sometimes it's a little tricky to make sure the flows cover all of our bases in just 1 flow. I think that knowledge of flow charts and how Salesforce operates is critical. What do you like best about LeanData?

LeanData is. a powerful tool that handles complex routing needs and so much more. It's very similar to creating flows in salesforce, but in a much more visual way via the flow diagrams. Some of their latest features have made it really easy to debug routing issues and easy to figure out how to fix problems. Really great tool. With the complexity, it can be a little daunting to learn, but they have regular interactive sessions that you can join and ask a group of peers and the experts on the webinar about your specific situation and how to best solve it. I really appreciate LeanData's auditing capabilities; they are excellent. It's easy to see what LeanData did with the leads that come in and how it affects the records it touches. The visual graph feature is just great compared to competitors. LeanData's audit trails are key for figuring out how data gets set, which makes troubleshooting existing processes and fixing issues really easy, ensuring they don't happen again. The visual flow builder makes it easy to design, test, and deploy complex routing logic without needing code — and it’s flexible enough to support real-world GTM structures like round robins, ownership territories, handoffs between teams, and edge-case logic.
