I find LeanData pretty easy to set up and map, which is really helpful. It allows me to create complex routing scenarios, letting me get as intricate as I need to. I like that it doesn't limit me like some other routing tools have in the past. The ability to be flexible and stack different routing criteria on top of each other makes it really valuable. Also, LeanData is great at helping you map out everything, sitting with you to document and build it all, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think setting up the mapping, it's kind of like this big flow map, you can do it in Excel-based, but I've seen other tools that are a little more just like an Excel, like line by line or row by row, which you can kinda do with LeanData. Just something that it manages a little easier than that and lets you see it. So that would be the one call out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
