The channels, shortcuts, and plug-ins offered my Slack are also the best that I have experienced using the breadth of internal communication tools. Effective and efficient communication across teams within the organization without the need of email is certainly the core business benefit that we have realized using Slack. Integrations with our productivity and collaboration tools including Dropbox, Google Drive, Notion, and Miro make the tool very strong to use. I like how Slack solves the communication problem because we have people from different countries using it. What do you dislike about Slack? I think the pricing is a bit high for what it has to offer today. Their support is really, really bad. Emails sent to them take months for a reply, and you don't even know if they will reply or not. I would give them a zero for support.
