"Slack is the best-in-class internal communication on the market today"
What do you like best about Slack?

The interface of the communication tool and platform is the best on the market today. The channels, shortcuts, and plug-ins offered my Slack are also the best that I have experienced using the breadth of internal communication tools. The ease of integration with services such as Github and Bitbucket also makes this tool very powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

There are no salient details that I dislike about Slack, but I would love the addition of more plugins as well over the course of this next year. I also wish that Slack offered a calendar integration easily. The cost would easily be very cumbersome given the number of licenses that we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Slack?

I like how Slack solves the communication problem because we have people from different countries using it. The automation and bots in Slack are quite good, and I appreciate how they integrate with other tools like Notion as there's no replacement for that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

I think the pricing is a bit high for what it has to offer today. Their support is really, really bad. Emails sent to them take months for a reply, and you don't even know if they will reply or not. I would give them a zero for support. And because of the support they have and the amount they charge, they are purely not recommended and should avoid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
