Procore is incredibly easy to use, offering an intuitive interface, streamlined workflows, and accessible tools that help teams manage projects efficiently, collaborate seamlessly, track progress in real time, reduce administrative burdens, improve communication, and keep construction operations organized and productive.

Nothing out of all the softwares I have used Procore is by far the best.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

I like Procore for its ease of use for basic tasks. Almost everyone in the construction industry seems to know how to view drawings, enter RFIs, and handle the basics. The drawings tool is particularly reliable; you can give it to a subcontractor with limited experience, and you can rest assured they are always looking at the latest version of the drawings with the right information. The initial setup was also very simple. We just gave the project teams access to all the tools and standardized the process for using the financial tools.

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

The more advanced tools require significant setup. Workflows are a prime example. It's a very powerful feature but it takes a lot of time to build out and the person building it out needs to have a lot of experience and background knowledge of how the tools work and what options are available.

**What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procore gives me one location for all project data to be shared with everyone involved, and its ease of use for basic tasks means even subcontractors with limited experience stay updated with the right info.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

Procore is user-friendly and intuitive. Its many features help General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients view projects, stay organized, and remain informed throughout the process. The training program is easy to navigate and offers in-depth instruction on Procore’s tools, uses, and features. You don’t have to be a technical wizard to understand the interface, which makes it approachable for a wide range of users.

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

The training videos let me download the script as a .pdf; however, it didn’t include any screenshots. It would be helpful to have screenshots added, or to offer a downloadable manual as well. A helpful feature that could be added is the ability to create fillable PDFs in the Forms application of the Procore program.

**What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve worked at other companies where everything was filled out manually on paper forms, which led to inconsistencies and errors, as well as lost or misplaced files and communication and workflow bottlenecks. The Procore platform will help eliminate many of these issues.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

I like that Procore is breaking the data silo, which is the thing I like most about it. There are settings in Procore that can be made at a higher level and get reflected into the end tools and users. It's the granular permissions that can be given, which is great for involving all stakeholders like suppliers and vendors without compromising the security of information. The ease of Procore allowing these stakeholders to be invited to use the platform is the biggest feature I like. It's not just a single company using it; even our stakeholders are able to use it.

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

The reporting side of Procore is something that can be improved. We're not able to write advanced formulas while making the reports.

**What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Procore to break down data silos, keep data in sync across teams located in different time zones, and ensure all stakeholders have access to a single point of data without confusion.

Procore is great for construction as it controls documentation in one centralised location from which all interested parties have the information disseminated avoiding sub-contractors working from outdated revisions or old plans leading to mistakes or costly re-works. Additionally as we use it from tender through to handover, all changes are recorded from tender through to handover which means everyone from Consultants through to the Principal has the visibility of the changes and regular communications

There are times it feels the process could be streamlined and more intuitive, however some of this would likely lead to loss of functionality/ customaisation.

Communication, document control and central storage for all documentation. This is also portable and visible across a number of devices.

I enjoy the convenience of Procore and how it puts everything into one application, making it easy for us to manage various tasks on job sites. It's versatile and flexible, allowing us to complete a lot of tasks throughout the app. The mobile compatibility is excellent, as we can use it on iPads, personal phones, and laptops, which works great for us. It also makes multitasking possible on job sites, like going through meetings and dealing with technicians and other trades. Procore is very universal, and it's great that many other companies are using it too. The initial setup was pretty pain-free and very easy. I'd definitely give it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

I would like to see improvements in the drawings section. There's a lot more versatility and flexibility for marking up prints in another app we use called Bluebeam. The one in Procore for drawings is sufficient, but it would be nice to see it refined and a little more polished.

**What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procore centralizes everything, allowing us to guide our jobs, track tasks, manage time cards, and report incidents. It's easy to use on mobile devices and works seamlessly across all platforms like iPads, personal phones, and laptops.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

Live-Chat customer support is still very good.  Some QoL improvements are welcome as well. 

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

The insistence on the beta UI is the one real problem I have.  It takes up too much unused screen space for Desktop/Laptop users, requiring more scrolling/clicking to see the same information that could be obtained more efficiently on the old UI

It provides a great and off-site method of storing and organizing our project information at all levels, especially with it's ability to store attachments like invoices and contracts

I like using Procore as a central platform for managing project information and workflows, which helps improve collaboration, compliance, and efficiency. Procore is extremely user friendly and assists in streamlining documents for a project as well as making it so I can have all the information about a construction project right at my finger tips.

I do wish Procore could be more cost effective maybe with an ads/no ads option and my hope is that Procore is working on their financials software

Procore answers so many different questions that come up in meetings and in the field. It also eliminates anything falling through the cracks and streamlines all communication on a project.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

I like that Procore is a platform where I can manage everything in one place, from subcontracts to design professionals. It helps me keep everyone and everything centralized. I also appreciate its automated features; when I upload drawings, it consolidates them and links the drawing page to the relevant details. This is really helpful for navigation during project management. Instead of scrolling through PDF pages, Procore directly links the detail callout to the correct page, saving me time and effort. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

I really like the scheduling feature in Procore. It's great because there can be a lot of different subcontractors and tasks happening at once, and when everyone inputs their information, it becomes streamlined and visible live on the scheduling. This feature helps me identify gaps in the project and effectively manage manpower. Having Procore as a central hub is also beneficial as I can see everything in one place instead of diving into various folders and share drives. It's been a game changer for our projects, especially since we've shifted from doing everything manually.

Sometimes new features get rolled out too early. They don’t always have full functionality yet, and they often need more refinement before they feel truly ready.

It provides up-to-date cost and budget information, which helps me manage the financial aspects of each project more effectively. It also organizes project drawings and specifications very well, so everything is easier to find and keep consistent. Approvals for change orders and contracts are faster thanks to its integration with other third-party software systems like DocuSign.

**What do you like best about Procore?**

I like the intuitive interface it offers, as well as the fact the app works seamlessly between my phone and computer. Another feature of Procore that helps me daily is the ability to easily reach the GC of the jobs schedule and expectations. It was pretty easy and seamless when I first got hired.

**What do you dislike about Procore?**

One thing I would like to see improved is the ability to customize the experience, without being considered an Admin in my company's Procore. I think being able to add shortcuts to my daily log would greatly improve the amount of time it takes me at the end of the day to complete my tasks.

**What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Procore to track daily progress, create reports, and access construction documents easily. It has an intuitive interface that works seamlessly across devices and helps me communicate job schedules effectively.
