"Love the Procore Team...and the software"
What do you like best about Procore?

I work in Procore daily. I like that most of it is very intuitive but, if you run into trouble, you can reach out to the awesome customer support team. But that's only if you cannot find the answer yourself in the vast support documents that are provided as well as the Procore Community Page.

I also love that ideas can be submitted, voted on and implemented. I have seen a few suggestions I have either made myself or voted on someone else's idea actually come to fruition.

They are constantly innovating new things to make Procore better, more intuitive, more collaborative, more functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

The integration with QuickBooks (which we currently use) is somewhat limited. I understand that this may be more on the Intuit side but it limits our use of Procore fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The tool that finally stopped our construction chaos from living in spreadsheets"
What do you like best about Procore?

Once our team started using it daily, RFIs, drawings, daily logs, and change events all lived in one place. I personally rely on the drawing management and RFIs the most being able to see the latest version instantly has saved us from costly mistakes on site. The mobile app is also a big win, foreman can upload photos and updates straight from the field without waiting to get back to the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

Some features feel overwhelming at first because Procore can do a lot, it's easy to miss certain tools unless you've had proper onboarding. Also, for smaller projects, it can sometimes feel heavier than necessary, and the pricing may be a bit high of you're not using most of the modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for organizing drawings, but pricey and slow with frequent reloads"
What do you like best about Procore?

Procore does an excellent job of organizing information. It has a relatively short learning curve and support is solid. Implementation can be self performed with little involvement from support and there are a ton of resources online. I basically use this every single day, primarily for drawings as I like the way they handle drawing revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

Procore is prohibitively expensive and, while marketed to specialty contractors, is very clearly geared to the general contractors. I also find the website incredibly inefficient in how it is coded. Almost every action requires a full page reload and you can't preview PDF files forcing downloads on the regular. For this reason, we often store the documents in a cloud drive separately so we don't have to constantly redownload when jobsites often have data limitations. Lastly, I find the mobile client drawing downloads unreliable and you are regularly left waiting while trying to work something out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Project Management That Boosts Collaboration"
What do you like best about Procore?

One of the best things about Procore is its centralized platform for project management. It allows users to access drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and daily logs all in one place, which improves collaboration and reduces the risk of miscommunication. The ability to track project updates in real time and maintain version control is also a major advantage, making it easier to stay organized and ensure accountability across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

One common downside of Procore is that it can be overwhelming for new users due to the number of tools and features available. Navigating between different modules and understanding permission levels may take time to learn. Additionally, some users find that offline access and document downloading can be limited or less intuitive, which can be a challenge on job sites with poor internet connectivity. "Centralized Project Management Powerhouse"
What do you like best about Procore?

I appreciate Procore for putting a lot of useful information into one platform that integrates data from the field, the design team, and the owner. I like being able to view all the updated drawings, submittals, RFIs, and pertinent information needed both on-site and in the office. It's great to have instant access to the answers I need without having to search through past emails or folders stored on my computer. The initial setup has been pretty easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

I would like to be able to review my daily field logs as a finished product before finalizing and sending them out. It would be helpful to view the daily log with all the information for the day on one page as the admin sees it before it gets sent out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Project Management with Amazing Support"
What do you like best about Procore?

I like that Procore is very intuitive, which helps a lot in navigating and using the platform effectively. The support team is knowledgeable and friendly, and our Procore point of contact always does her best to help our company align our requirements and KPIs. It's great having one source of truth for project information, so all parties can access the content they require. Setting up standards and processes in Procore was very easy, and they were helpful in meeting our early requirements and providing engaging training sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

The speed in which solutions are required and giving timescales can be an issue. Although the communication on next stages is great, sometimes we're directed to add ideas to the Procore Feedback website and have to find internal solutions to problems. Also, there are odd visual issues that need resolving by clearing cookies and cached files, which happens too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KM
"Effortlessly Comprehensive, User-Friendly Tool"
What do you like best about Procore?

I think Procore is really cool because it's pretty easy to use and really good for handling a lot of processes. The detail boxes make everything clear and legible, saving time in meetings or out in the field. I like how Procore integrates different kinds of software all into one, unlike when I had to use multiple programs before. The ease of having everything connected in one place helps a lot as I'm not switching between screens. Also, I think the initial setup was very easy. Procore's reputation is great, and it pretty much has everything I need plus some, which is why I would rate it a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

I think in regards to Procore, some things could be minimized, like the length of the courses. It's kind of an inconvenience because the courses take about three hours, which, as a student, can be tough to fit into a schedule. Especially when we have to complete the certificate quickly, it's challenging to adjust our schedules. Shorter, more interactive videos that are straightforward would be better. "Exceptional Historical Archiving and Databasing Features"
What do you like best about Procore?

I think the historical archive and databasing are the most functional aspects of Procore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

While there are options for naming photos in Procore, not all of the tools can utilize this. I personally use my phone to capture photos and add them as attachments with a name on daily reporting. It is a bit of an extra step, but then the photos can be accessed later for reference on lessons learned or to illustrate how something was accomplished in the past. An easier way to title photos would be greatly appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Procore Review Construction GC"
What do you like best about Procore?

Submittal and RFI tools are great. In general, filtering options can always get better and more opportunities in the report tools but being able to customize and track paperwork is awesome. Very easy to learn and work through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

Occasionally glitches and when opening drawings it takes a long time to load. Sync between devices needs to improve as well so that things stay up to date and iPad / iPhone Procore should become more similar to web base so the same tasks can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Industry Standard and Future of Project Management Information Systems"
What do you like best about Procore?

- Beyond the system's features and functionality, which is top-notch, the level of support is light years above any other system I have used. The resources provided to customers more than justifies the cost of the system. The goal of any company rolling out a new PMIS is to have a smooth implementation and to gain buy-in from users. Procore's support throughout implementation and roll-out to end-users nearly guarantees that success. That said, having a dedicated person to interact with Procore and lead the roll-out from your firm is critical.

- Procore is constantly adding new features and advancing the functionality of the system. This makes the system increasingly valuable and helps us evolve our processes and procedures to be more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

- Built-in reports are not as robust as other systems. The custom reporting feature is available and relatively easy to use, but more canned reports would be nice. 360 Reports are a nice addition, but the speed and refresh of real-time data needs to be improved.

- ERP integration was very glitchy at the start, but then the amazing support team helped work through the issues and it has become a vital part of our Procore use. Procore ERP Support is excellent at responding to support requests and solving issues as they occur.

- Certain functions are grouped into Tools that intuitively seem like they should be stand-alone Tools. Safety, for example, needs a separate tool, which I hear is being developed as we speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
