**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

Team Engine has been great to work with. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. I feel they really listen and take action when you make a suggestion, or you need help understanding something.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

I would like to be able to see which candidates have texted back like you can with the employee side.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Engine solved the problem of using paper. All the information you need when recruiting is in one place.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

I like being able to use automations to communicate with our applicants.  Being able to send text messages or emails right from one spot is key.  There are some basic calendar connection options as well.  

I also like being able to manage all our job postings from one spot.  This will then update indeed or other job sites.

Customer support is also easy to get a hold of.  If you have any questions you can chat with them online and expect a quick response.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

I wish there were more powerful scheduling capabilities.  I do like my calendar being connected, but it would be great to be able to auto update a calendar entry once a time is booked via a link I send to my schedule.  There still is a manual step required there that you have to enter the time/date of the interview.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication gaps, reminders to applicants are automated.  It's taking the manual piece out of keeping applicants engaged and informed.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

It organizes all of our ads and applicants.  It allows us a place to input and store info about each job candidate.  Their customer service is prompt and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

Team Engine is position focused and it would be nice to have it focused on each individual candidate in order to build a singular file for them.  I appreciate that they continue to add features through feedback from their customers.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Engine makes it very easy to place and remove internet ads.  It also allows us to operate a database of applicants based on the position they applied for with detailed information on each.

Group text feature is great.  It is also awesome for consolidating our hiring efforts and auto replys to job ads.

Texting had a glitch for a while-Team engine fixed it once reported, but I was disapointed they did not find it before I did.  It lasted days before I reported it.

Team Engine lets you connect instantly with candidates. They listen to your input about the website and update it often. The customer support is also fantastic- fast response time.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

Really enjoying it. I'm not disliking anything about it at this time.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are instantly reaching out to candidates and cutting down on lag time. We can also ask them quick questions to see if they are a good fit (Example- Looks like you applied but you live 2 hours away. How will the commute work for you?) A lot of people seem to blindly apply to jobs without paying attention to all of the details.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

Our company decided to utilize Team Engine to improve our less than efficient communication company wide. We work in an industry with a lot of blue collar workers and found that emails weren't the best way to communicate with them. Since implementing Team Engine, our employees feel that they can easily receive information as well as reach out to our HR team at any time for assistance. The system is easy to use and customer service is always available for assistance.

Some additional features would be nice but we have communicated our thoughts to our account representative so we feel heard.

Increased communication with our blue collar workers that are spread out over a large geographical area.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

The ability to house all applicants and move them through the application process smoothly. This system has allowed us to communicate effectively with applicants. It also is a great tool to use to communicate within the company with regular annoucements or changes. It easily syncs employees through our HRIS system.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

I would like to see that ability to schedule reoccuring messages within the company for more than one date. This would help with reminders within the company. Also have more options during the hiring process such as follow up or testing or even an "other" stage that allows us to have a little bit more freedom.

The automated text messages have helped us reduce candidate ghosting and helped our leadership stay connected with our team.

There is not currently a way to send a text to group of candidates that are not currently employed.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being the sole recruiter for two locations, three trades (plumbing, HVAC & electric), all office staff and our training/apprentice program at a growing company Team Engine's automations have allowed me to have more touch points with candidates as they go throug the application and interview process. This aids in reducing instances of candidate ghosting for interviews, and helps to keep track of the hundreds of applicants that we get every month.

what I like about Team engine is the ease of using it and being able to communicate with applicants with a click of a button

I don't like that the first response is would you like a ohone interview.  Most people these days believe that it is the interview.  I screen them over the phone then set up an in person meeting

Ease of use when it comes to communication through text messaging or emailing our employees.  It has also been a great recruiting tool for us.  It posts jobs and will assist with the recruiting process.  The customer service personnel are always easy to reach and work towards a solution for your issues or challenges.

We have multiple companies.  We struggled to get the direct integration to work as it needed with the fields that were needed so that we could automate our employee lists.

It is a great tool for all of our company communication needs.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

Team Engine has given us the opportunity to go the extra mile with our efforts to improve communication in our organization. Their support team is excellent and have exceeded expectations with their response time and ability to solve any issues quickly and kindly! We were able to implement Team Engine back in October of 2022 and have consistently used the platform since. It was a quick and seamless process that all of our employees took to without complaint. We recently implemented the HRIS integration which did come with some kinks, but it has taken an extra step out of our onboarding process which is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

While there are no features I dislike, I think an added feature that could increase Team Engine's effectiveness is an option to download and save employee message history.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Team Engine, we were struggling to get ahold of our employees and vice versa. Being that the bulk of our team work on jobsites throughout the state, communication often lacks since we're not always able to see our teams face to face. This has significantly improved employee engagement and communication between HR and our crews. They love the feature that allows them to provide feedback and the birthday and anniversary messages.

I would highly recommend Team Engine. Their team is very responsive and supportive.  Always willing to help answer questions and address any issues and we have also gotten very good results.

Haven't had anything that was a major downside or dislike yet.

Team Engine has helped with having to pay blindly for recruiting websites and having no idea how accurate the charges were.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

Being able to communicate with our field staff with ease.
Updating the directory is user-friendly.
All of the management sings praise of this program - especially the job boards, interviews, and onboarding processes.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

Creating groups can be tedious, especially if you want to leave only a few people out.
There are too few options for "issues" when trying to narrow down directory lists with missing information. For instance "missing title" would be a good one to sort with.

Closing the gap with communication.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

Team Engine has been easy to work with. If the assigned account manager is out, someone else steps right in to help. The "Chat" feature is nice when a quick answer is needed, and there is always a follow-up from our account manager. I also like that they are continually building the platform. The AI feature for adding a Job Description is wonderful! We do not need an HRIS system that encompases payroll, and several others, which are designed for HR, are priced way too high for our small business. Team Engine is the most fantastic communication tool, and it is excellent to recognize the workforce in a personal or group way that is fast and accessible to them.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

In general, I do not have any issues with Team Engine. The company has been responsive and willing to work with me from day one.

**What problems is Team Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI feature edits your text when entering a job description. I am good at technical writing, but this feature has improved me and made the description more streamlined and concise.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

This program works better than our HR division posting to all the individual sites. We assign sales jobs to the Sales Manager and they are able to monitor the applicants without having to run through HR, which speeds up the process tremendously. We struggling with finding employees and this program has really helped fill those positions. It made the process smooth and almost painless.

It also sends me reminders and a weekly update. All great features. The use of texting to communicate with applicants is also a plus.

Nothing I can think of. Program meet all of our needs.

Eliminates the need to reach the recruitment sites individually, which can be costly and time-consuming.

**What do you like best about Team Engine?**

The hiring process of placing ads, text responses, setting appointments in one location has become so much easier since I started using Team Engine. I particularly like the texting feature.  Communicating with the staff is quick and effective.  No more nonanswered phone calls since most of the employees seem to respond to texts quickly.

I haven't found a good way to remove people who are not a good fit.  It may be that I haven't learned the correct tools that are available to me. Training videos would be helpful when they add new features

I particularly like the recruiting feature.  Having a one stop shop to place ads then communicate with applicants has become less complicated. Being able to send texts to the employees when we have a staff announcement has also been very beneficial especially when we have weather closures and emergency meetings.

We had more applicants than ever before. Interacting with them was fast and easy. We started our peak season fully staffed with highly qualified talent.  After they were hired, using Team Engine to communicate with our Spanish and English-speaking staff was highly effective.

After using Team Engine for 3 months, I learned I needed a better system to keep track of the employment status of employees at our 2nd location to be sure they were either active in the system or deleted if they left their job.

We love that it collates all of our applicants in one place and makes it really easy to communicate with them.  That's been super helpful.  We also use and like the employee messaging.  That has been great as well.

It was a bit confusing to learn and not having mobile alerts is a little disappointing just because we sometimes don't see an email and are late getting back to an applicant.

It has solved the problem of going to and reviewing applicants on multiple sites.  We spend much less time reviewing now and that makes it faster to communicate with them.  We've made some really good hires this year as a result.

Our favorite part of Team Engine has been the ability to text with our deskless employees. Being in a manufacturing environment, getting in front of our employees on the shop floor was difficult, but Team Engine's text, automation, and survey features have solved that problem.

The only downside we have right now is that adding and removing employees is a manual process as they are continuing to work on integration into our HRIS, and possibly our ATS.

Instead of solely using the features for candidates, we loaded all of our employees into the system and are using it for them as well. It has solved our onboarding and engagement issues which has reduced turnover and increased visibility.

Only downside is they intergrate with alot of payroll providers but they do not intergrate with our payroll provider (Inova formally IPS)

The communication tools & application process.  We have experienced a significant increase in response time by staff when we started with Team Engine.   We use the tool for payroll reminders, closures, surveys, trainings and much more!  The application for employement is simple and easy to use for both the potential employee and hiring managers.

Each hiring manager has different ways of communicating and so we are adjusting our texts out to candidates based on the site managers preferences.  The managers all want to change the messages but they aren't customized for each site.

The best part of TeamEngine is how all applicant information can be stored in one place from the beginning of the hiring process to when they become employees. All applicants are funneled to one place which allows you to go through applicants efficiently and in a timely manner. The ability to text applicants about screenings and interviews has also been a game-changer for our response rates.

**What do you dislike about Team Engine?**

There isn't really much I dislike. The one thing I did not like was that messages would not save if I clicked out of a message before I sent it. But now it drafts, and I like that very much.

TeamEngine adding the draft feature to messages has been great. I haven't really come across any other issues. Maybe seeing the schedule for the day you are trying to schedule on so you don't double book would be nice?
