You can perform actions such as "Run this every Tuesday at 9pm" or "Once you get to the end, start again at the beginning", which other tools, to my knowledge, cannot do. **What do you dislike about Tray.ai?** Being such a robust tool, there is a rather gargantuan learning curve. To address this, the Tray team displays awesome customer service to help get people over the hump. **Recommendations to others considering Tray.ai:** Give it the time/effort that it deserves. You won't know how to do everything right off the bat, so leverage the resources you have (customer support) until it clicks for you. **What problems is Tray.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Refreshing various fields in our database once per week. We also use it to keep other text fields up to date by adding the removing values as needed. ### 2. This could potentially be alleviated by adding detail to the flow-chart representation of each workflow. In a personal setting, Tray is insanely easy to use on personal projects, but the pricing model can be worrisome. You have to ask, "What if my app becomes super popular? Can I afford to use Tray, or should I find a cheaper, harder-to-use platform?" **What problems is Tray.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used Tray for everything from integrating online lead forms with my business's email platform to managing donation transactions for a mobile app. Tray.io took my lead capture rate from 80% with my CRM's client-side methods to >99%. ### 3. The product seems to have improved every time I log in! **What do you dislike about Tray.ai?** Documentation is a bit thin so I first try to figure it out on my own. If I can’t figure it out jump on in-app support chat and the team is responsive and helpful. **What problems is Tray.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tray.io lets me tie together multiple SaaS products with advanced workflow logic and without the need for custom code. ### 5.
