I love that I can segment customers based on who their contact is at the company, or based on where they're coming from; then, to speak to them in the language that resonates most with them. The pricing seems fair, and the tracking is great by list or map. I've never had trouble integrating the list with other apps, and overall it is just a robust platform. But it is the segmentation and subsequent automation capabilities (to segments) that is the biggest advantage of CM over other options, imo. **What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor?** There are few annoyances; the builder is not perfect, but it's not far off. In emergencies that I have experienced before, I could only go through online articles or a digital assistance tool. This was not enough, as the account needed human intervention. As I do not regularly speak to our account manager, I did not know there was a dedicated support number. Our emails look great and we find that we have a reasonable level of flexibility when creating our templates. The system has a range of tools to assist with delivery rates and the solution caters for transaction, journey-base and campaign based emails, although we are predominantly using the solution for campaign emails and transactional. **What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor?** The reporting isn't as good as it could be in relation to transactional emails, however this is in part due to the way in which we are using the system (we essentially manage the journeys via our tech team and use the transactional feature more as a journey based solution). There are incredible features that are integrated in the platform - some of the features are paid which we haven't unlocked, but there is an opportunity to explore the possibilities and improve your performance and email campaigns. **What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor?** There are some minor bugs, such as the Lists & Subscribers only being able to be accessed from specific browsers, which is a bit inconvenient. There was also an issue where one of our campaigns was not delivered to anyone on our list for 4 hours, only working after we logged support. We escalated the issue and got quick feedback which was appreciated; however, the feedback did not answer our concerns, suggesting the issue was due to queuing or mail servers and that the delay was normal in the email world even though we had never encountered this.
