It's built with nonprofits in mind and designed in a way that anyone can use and understand its features easily. What I like most is that you don't need to have a technical background to work in Keela. Their user-friendly interface and clear design make the experience natural and flawless. And if there's something you don't know, you can always refer to their Knowledge Base, which is extensive or the customer support, which works quickly and efficiently. As a person who used to work with different CRM tools before, I have something to compare with. To date, Keela is definitely on my list as one of the most nonprofit-friendly tools. What I dislike so far is that when building email marketing content, there are no options to preview how it will look on a mobile, tablet or any other device, except for a computer screen.
