You set up your schedule and time frames so people chose a slot instead of you having to agree with the other person. It speeds the process to keep your calendar filled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time slots are between 15 minutes intervals only. Also, if you don't want to be scheduled you need to pre set it. Calendly is an amazing scheduling tool with a lot of features. It has a seamless integration with Google Calendar and Google Meet for ensuring that your availability is always up to date. The integration with Google Meet enables automatic meeting link generation and you can join the meeting with the link which is a huge time saver. I love how easy this platform is to use and navigate. Even as a first time user, I was able to find and track where I needed to go to complete the task or make an appointment when asked by a prospective employer. It only takes a short time to complete and offers great add-on advantages such as reminders so that not only can you make appointments but you can receive notifications to remind you as needed. There is not much to dislike about this program or platform. Sometimes I do wonder how quickly the other party is notified so that if you need to cancel or change a time, they are notified immediately or in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
