It links to your calendar, so it will already account for and block off times for meetings/events you have scheduled. The free version is a bit limited, but it's still pretty amazing. This is regardless of the user's degree of tech-savvy. **What do you dislike about Calendly for G Suite?** My users sometimes state that have users report issues with scheduling attempts that failed to register on their calendars. I would enjoy having further insights into all the possible user errors and fixes available for said errors. This would help me the agent to determine if the failed appointment was the result of an error made by the customer. **What problems is Calendly for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our agents spend alot of time trying to connect with our customers. Before using Calendly, we would agree upon call times and dates, only to find that a lot of the time, the customer was a no-show or was in an unexpected time zone and would miss the call.
