WhatsApp marketing, client and customer management through WhatsApp has became very easy with WhatsApp business API specially because of it’s integration with CRM it has became easy to manage automated messages and client complaint management

It’s pricing is a bit high per message plan makes it high prices also the 24 hrs window for free messages is less as most of the times customers reply late and this makes it costly for small businesses

**What do you like best about WhatsApp API?**

We started using this bot around 4 years ago, and it has completely transformed the way we engage with our customers. It’s truly a must-have marketing channel for every business nowadays. Since adopting it, we’ve seen a remarkable improvement in customer retention and a noticeable increase in our CSAT scores.

One of the biggest advantages has been its ability to capture more leads at a much lower cost, which directly helped us reduce our overall CAC. On top of that, it streamlines communication, making the customer experience smoother and more efficient.

If you’re serious about scaling your business while keeping customer acquisition costs in check, I would strongly recommend giving this solution a try.

The WhatsApp API helps integration, it is easy to use and more pratical than write a custom API to integrate with WhatsApp. The WhatsApp API helps to connect with people and use systems like chatbot more easily (Custome Support) and has a good amount of features. Its very easy to implement and it is a type of integration that will be used a lot (Frequency of use).

Not everything is incluse in the API, sometimes you need to adapt or write some custom code to satisfy your needs.

**What do you like best about WhatsApp API?**

Now that the api is release to the cloud  we can use it inside our system , without integrating to another system , just have to consume the api from my erp and send the data o the message directly.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?**

There are a few  dislikes for me 

1.- You can not create you own message directly , you have to create a template .
2.- The aproving time of the template is too long , between 2 days to 2 weeks.
3.- is not free , afert 1000 interactions charges are needed
4.- you can not send files directly

my main benefit was to not to use another platform to work with whatsapp message , and this make interaction with customers and partners more efficient. 
Alsa can work in real time interactions , instead of a mail that can be forgoten

Whatsapp Api is really helpful in terms of integerating with the application and sending campaigns to the target audience. We have been using whatsapp API for a while and it has given really great results

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?**

Whatsapp API has some limitations like multiple selections and replying to older messages and replying on the messages with targeted message. But with the improvement the systems are improving. Handling chats for a different audience in an automated way can be better.

WhatsApp API is helping automate the campaigns and benefit the users by targeting them in an automated way, sending in offer and connecting for support is really easy with whatsapp API, also connecting with user is much easier through WhatsApp API.

Contact people on good way to show them that you are very responsible about their concerns.. no issues or bugs happen suddenly on the app .. need only little improvements on the search method

Search not always working good .. merge contacts sometimes have bugs i think ..easy way to contact without tramplet some customers dont like it on our business

With the WhatsApp API, chat is the most user-friendly. which is wonderful for people like me who work from home. It makes communication with my colleagues throughout the world simple. Since WhatsApp API was actually developed to make it simple for customers and businesses to interact and communicate.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?**

It's pretty well done, but perhaps maintaining and enhancing the design arrangement would be better.  Additionally, too many independent vendors have seized control of the work and implemented their own pricing.

Since everyone has heard about Whatsapp by this point, I can say that its greatest benefit is its widespread use. Despite the distance, connecting with my colleagues around the world and receiving communications from them is much simpler; it just makes sense.

Whatsapp is a basic piece of individuals nowadays. The Programming interface allows you to interface with the applications and permits sending business information from ERP or some other programming to the end Customers.BusinessOnBot(WhatsApp Programming interface) has been astounding for me as a D2C entrepreneur. The entrance of WhatsApp in Pakistan is really tremendous.

Whatsapp Passageway combination gives no testing climate so I can not ready to check wether it is working appropriately or not.Templates are difficult to make, and each new situation requires another layout. Likewise, a free rendition can't be utilized for testing, which is a problem. It can't be utilized for testing various situations.

Templates are hard to create, and every new scenario requires a new template. Also, a free version cannot be used for testing, which is a hassle. It cannot be used for testing multiple scenarios.

The API lets you connect to the apps and allows sending business data from ERP or any other software to the end Customers. I am a software consultant; hence, many customers demand the data to be sent not just via email but also whatsapp.

I believe that like all API tools, there are points to improve, such as making the information registration field more visible, having a larger viewing area, and mirroring the information on other channels.

**What do you like best about WhatsApp API?**

BusinessOnBot(WhatsApp API) has been amazing for me as a D2C business owner. The penetration of WhatsApp in India is pretty huge and WhatsApp API provided us a way in for much cheaper than FB ads or email.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?**

The UI of the app can be improved, function wise it is fine but the UI can be a bit modern.

It is solving the problem of distribution for someone like me who heavily relies on Amazon for sales and also helps me with high CTR compared to my website and gives better returns on my money overall.
