**What do you like best about SiteCapture?**

SiteCapture keeps things straightforward thanks to its user-friendly interface. The dashboard is easy to navigate, which makes the overall experience smooth for everyone involved. It also integrates well with other tools and runs efficiently, helping teams manage projects without running into unnecessary issues. The pricing feels fair and delivers strong value, especially for teams looking to expand. Onboarding is clear, and support is responsive and quick to help when needed. The automation features reduce repetitive tasks and make day-to-day work easier, while the AI tools help boost productivity in a practical way.

**What do you dislike about SiteCapture?**

Sometimes I need to use multiple conditions within a single field, but Sitecapture doesn’t provide an option for that. Also, if we update or revise any template, those changes only affect new projects.

**What problems is SiteCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteCapture helps address challenges with site documentation, manual reporting, and communication gaps between field and office teams. The platform saves time by making project information clearer and workflows simpler. With SiteCapture, we can work more efficiently, gain better visibility into projects, and spend less time on manual tasks.
